"There’s little competition for an impossibly chic weekend brunch in Montreal: Marcus Samuelsson’s Four Seasons Hotel restaurant is it. Expect eggs Benedict with red wine-glazed ham and mustard hollandaise, a lobster omelet draped in Gruyère, and a slick brunch cocktail list — all in a striking indoor-outdoor Zebulon Perron-designed space." - Valerie Silva

"Chef Marcus Samuelsson’s Montreal restaurant — and covered terrasse — is nestled in the Four Seasons hotel, where guests can expect top-shelf food and drink. Though technically not on a rooftop, the third-floor space is elevated enough to offer jaw-dropping views of the surrounding downtown area, including Crescent Street’s Leonard Cohen mural." - Valerie Silva, Kaitlyn McInnis, Tim Forster

"At the Four Seasons' Marcus I can expect a big hotel-restaurant Grand Prix party featuring a special sharing menu, all-day bottle service, live entertainment and DJs running from June 16 to 19." - Holly Tousignant

"There's something about chef Marcus Samuelsson's Canadian debut at the Four Seasons Montreal that transcends the typical "slap a name on it" celebrity-chef-in-a-hotel restaurant. From the design to the menu, it has a special feel to it. Splurge on a seafood tower ($170 CAD), then go for one of the well-seasoned crudos (we loved the yellowtail with chilis and wheat berries). A robata grill section of the menu feels particularly in-step with dining trends elsewhere. The whole-grilled sea bass is perfectly executed, and—even at $220 CAD—the tomahawk steak with shishito peppers and wild mushrooms is a satisfying choice." - Todd Plummer, Isa Tousignant

"Reopening its terrasse with new executive chef Jason Morris (formerly of Pastel and Le Fantôme), Marcus at the Four Seasons showcases Morris's seafood expertise — rooted in his start as a fishmonger at Milos — with items like crab salad, red snapper, and the return of the photo-worthy Marcus seafood tower." - Valerie Silva
