"Margalit Winery is the first boutique family-owned Israeli winery, says Asaf Margalit from Margalit Winery who began winemaking in 1989, using grapes from other vineyards. Now, they source from their estate. 'Infusing science and art into our creations' is our motto. We embrace the sun and warm climate of Israel, to attain elegance with complexity, and wines with balanced acidity. Our style is also to keep the wines with an enjoyable freshness to match delicious food." - Jillian Dara
I have to confess that I'm love with Paradigma. 2 weeks ago on Saturday we taste with a group the wines on site. First of all the ambience was great. Oded, a very nice guy. we enjoyed the wines through 3 hour tasting. Enigma Paradigma, Cabernet Sauvignon the white blends- exceptional. We should doing that again. Recommend it as a must experience.

A friendly, small, intimate, and homely winery. Wines are really good. Visiting during harvest time is a bit noisy and bustling, but you can really see how the process of wine making works.

One of the oldest and IMHO the best boutique wineries in Israel!

Winery far far away from the usual Israeli wineries, their wines are exceptional and carry the philosophy of their makers.
Visit their website if you cannot visit them and try them
