We had the Margan ultimate wine tour and degustation experience in the Hunter and wow, what a memorable day. Starting from the moment you walked in with introduction to their rose sparkling wine, then walked around the beautifully kept grounds with our informative tour guide tasting the variety of wines on offer from their vineyard and again, wow😋 Extremely palatable, flavoursome and delicious. 😊Seeing where the fresh produce comes from for your plate, and the menu to pick from was plentiful. Every dish was mouthwatering, especially when paired with the Margan Elite wines. 😋 But the best foccacia I have ever tasted with the pillow top super herb crusted layer to bite into and super soft middle was outstanding. You must never let this experience go without booking it in when your in the Hunter. Thank you Margan and staff. We loved it. 😊👏👏👏

Another special lunch on Friday at Margan. Two were celebrating birthdays so had the Margan wine matching which was exceedingly good. The food, as always, was fantastic and imaginative, all the more special being so local. Our waitress, Celine, was exceptional and helped improve our French! It remains our destination for special occasions.

We booked in the “spoil the one you love” package and indeed loved the entire menu and paired wines. We were lucky enough to be shown some of the winery and garden. Highly recommend. Thanks Lisa for taking the time to show us around!

Beautiful venue with delicious food and wine and friendly warm staff. True farm to table approach and lovely to see the gardens growing the produce. Worth a visit.

We have just had an amazing night that was full of phenomenal tastes. The home grown produce that was presented as part of the Farm to Table offering was second to none. The wine was sublime, and Noah was a Gun.. he looked after our special night with care. Thank you to the team.. we will be back.

Just came back from the Hunter Valley and The Margan Ultimate Experience was the highlight of our trip. Honestly, amazing behind the scene experience in both the foodie and wine side. Wensely was incredible as a guide, so passionate and knowledgable. The whole team at Margan's were fabulous. Our degustation lunch after was also just amazing. Could not fault our experience and would highly recommend Margan's and their unique food and wine experience plus awesome lunch to anyone heading to the hunter!

Such a gorgeous venue and it’s been around since 1996 in Broke NSW, their wines are amazing, and the food is exceptional, all locally grown ingredients. I have eaten here many times in my duties as a wedding photographer and also a Hunter Valley traveller!
