Where To Find Tiki Cocktails in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"It’s only fitting that a stroll past the live flamingos that call their namesake hotel home ends with tiki drinks. The Las Vegas branch of Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville serves essential tiki drinks including the Zombie and Planters Punch along with signature beverages such as One Particular Harbour, an enlivening combination of blueberry pomegranate puree, Cruzan Vanilla Rum, Blue Chair Spiced Coconut Rum and pineapple." - Krista Diamond

Coming from non picky Mexican 🌮, the food needs🧂 and pepper 🫑 some spices would also enhance the flavor this Mexican so call restaurant is as good as olive garden is to Italian food ⭐⭐, please take this as constructive criticism nothing else.... happy 😊 2025

Came here for the skull cup, but due to a backlog in supply they were out. But the server was super nice to us since it was our first time on the strip, so he treated us really nice and hyped us up for some great drinks in the tiki cup. Bobby is the best and don’t you forget it!

Everytime we go to Vegas we get drinks here. Drinks are delicious but we go for Joe! What a great soul!

James heath

Google
Come see Joe!! Easy in and easy out... Solid selection... Tough to beat & right on the strip to pit stop then back to walking-people watching and everyone asking where'd you get that margarita from in the big glass 😉

Google
Cute cups but that’s about it. $24 for a pink lemonade with a shot of Tequila. If that’s your thing ok cool 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Diet Coke

Google
Joe is the absolute so best! Very personable and professional.

Google
Friendly crew and great location, we swung around and hit this place more than once. It also seems to be less overwhelming than the other side of the street. Hardly waited each time, this would not have been the case elsewhere with their long lines all night long.

Google
Had 1 experience and it was great. Unfortunately I went back twice and they were already closed. The first time at 11:45 on a Thursday night the second time before 11:30 on a Friday night. No hours are posted on the door. I am disappointed I was hoping to enjoy another drink from them.

Yelp
Joe is the man, great customer service and great drinks. Go pay him a visit, you won't be disappointed! :)

Yelp
It was good. There's a lot of different flavors for your slushies, and diff alcohol for an extra shot in your drink. And a childhood fav - cola icee! That did it for me!! The staff was nice and helpful w/ suggestions. Right at corner of hotel. Easy to get to!

Yelp
Super refreshing on a hot summer night in Vegas! I prefer the frozen margarita here over some of the other frozen drinks spots. All the frozen mixes are ready to go from the mixers and I can watch the liquor being added by the bartender. The menu is small and straight forward. Pick your cocktail and cup size and you're ready to go. Pro tip: since the frozen mixes do not contain alcohol until the bartender pours it in, the kids can enjoy a cold treat too. Kept my son cool and happy while we explored the strip.

Yelp
While waiting for Senor Frogs to open, we stopped in here for a drink. No seating available, just a get and go kind of setup. It would have been nice to have some small tables with chairs available to pop a squat while enjoying your frozen drink. The frozen drink itself was tasty, but could have been mixed a bit better.

Yelp
November 14, 2022 at approximately 1330 hours while I'm the process of celebrating my wife's and 35 Wedding Anniversary we stopped in Margarita Bar at TI in Las Vegas to enjoy a margarita and have a good time. We ordered 2 margaritas and tipped this gentleman $10.00. I then asked to use the restroom? His reply was there is no restroom. I noticed the area was roped off. I stated you have a rest room you're just not making it available for us ! His reply was right or yes ! I spent 31 years serving as a Peace Officer ' Not sure about the Health Dept rules In Las Vegas Nevada however if you're serving drinks and the lobby is open for seating ,patrons should be allowed to use the restroom.

Yelp
The margaritas were so good at this place. We had these after a wedding it was refreshing drink & right next to a Starbucks but treasure island hotel. This place is great & the guy making the drinks was nice too

Yelp
Experience during COVID: This joint is doing a fantastic job at enforcing social distancing and ensuring to sanitize between customers. 5 stars for safety, service, and product. They are only allowing one party in at a time, to allow them to sit and order from a table. This is a must- as "bars" are not allowed to operate at this time. So- they are functioning as a restaurant instead. So, have patience if you are asked to wait outside while another party is inside ordering their beverages- they will be gone soon, and the server sanitizes before the next party enters. Our server was super nice, and the bartender even made suggestions when we were trying to decide what to order. Great, speedy, safely sanitizer spot for your alcohol needs!

Yelp
Surprisingly good drinks compared to all the other daiquiri bars on the strip. Fast, friendly service and their happy hour special is a plus. Drinks were very refreshing and definitely taste the alcohol in them.

Yelp
When I walked in with me bestfriend we were instantly greeted. The two guys that were there serving us were extremely friendly. My best friend got a large cup which was $25 the big margarita glass was $19, the medium tiki was $15 and the small tiki was $12. The had lots of options of frozen mix to choose from. The alcohol options were tequila and rum! The prices weren't that bad for the amount that you get. I would definitely go back and grab another on when walking on the strip.

Yelp
The guy behind the counter is rude. Screw this place. Hundreds of nicer places than this.

Yelp
We came over to LAS VEGAS for a mini getaway, and my husband Hasn't been here on a long time. I brought him here for our first, drink lol. He was shocked of the size!!!!! And his face when they added the exuda shot, was priceless lol. I definitely recommend coming here for your margarita. A must when you come to Las Vegas. The girls are hot and super friendly lol. The mix is - mango, pineapple whip, watermelon, green apple and extra shot of rum.

Yelp
This is a quick place to get to go drinks. Go before 4pm and get happy hour prices. I know you want the fun skull container, but for less than half the price, just get the happy hour special in a regular plastic cup. There are 2 or 3 tables to sit at but this isn't a place you would hang out at for more than a few minutes. The bartender/cashier (receipt says Terry) was very friendly and provided great service!

Alvaro G.

Yelp
I'm not one to really post a review about a location but this spot warrants one. One of the most horrendous customer services I've ever experienced honestly and the margaritas are nothing special. Plenty of better spots to go to, shoot Target and CVS have better drinks.
google avatar

Justin C.

Yelp
Abesolutely terrible service. I came to get a quick drink on the strip to see a line 5 people long. When looking inside the bar, there is a man literally standing and looking around waiting in instruction from a server who is in the back doing god knows what. If you want a quick good drink with decent service. This isn't the place.
google avatar

Emilio V.

Yelp
Great prices and great customer service. Wish I remember the mans name, he was so kind. He made us stout drinks and had us smiling. The yardsticks definitely got me drunk.

Yelp
This place should be the first stop when you are staying at Treasure Island! Never a weak drink at the Margarita Bar. Not too much mix not too much alcohol it's perfect right in the middle. Perfect drink to get a perfect buzz LOL This will always be my go to margarita spot when visiting Vegas!!
google avatar

Yelp
Behbeeeehhhhhh!!! This place turned my Vegas trip OUT! YAS!! So we actually stopped at a few places before we decided we we're tired of waiting to get drunk lol. I'm so glad we went with this choice. The staff was AWESOME and hilarious! As this being my second time in Vegas, this was my first time having a yard to myself. The guy at the register helped me celebrate my bday the proper way!! Thanks!!

Yelp
Just went to mikes Margarita bar for a drink Mike demanded to know where his tip was little did he know I threw a dollar bill in the tip jar still gave me a hassle about it for another two minutes after that while my friends ordered a drink.

Yelp
It is across the the street from the Wynn Hotel!! I like Margaritas and this places makes them EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!!!!! STRONG DRINKS that do the job. GOOD MUSIC to groove to if that is your thing. Was only here for awhile but will have to come back next time and indulge some more to truly get a full feel for this place.

Yelp
Margarita Bar at Treasure Island! Explicit! Friendly! Courteous! Not to mention, delicious! Try it with rum!
google avatar

Carmela S.

Yelp
Do you enjoy a stiff to go drink that will get you tipsy while wandering down the strip? Well, I do and if you do then this is the place for you. We were the only people in this place but, I am sure it gets busy later at night. The guy working was friendly and was happy to have someone ordering drinks to give him something to do. I had a regular rocks margarita with salt in a plastic tiki to go cup; be careful though the lids don't really snap onto the top of the cup so they slide off. My friend had a frozen pina colada and was very tipsy after it so I would have to say the frozen drinks are strong as well.

Yelp
This was meant to be posted years ago but I guess I never pressed "post" so it remained in my drafts lol. Not sure if Rick still works there but still want to share our experience with him! I have never ever done a review online. But because of how great Rick 's service was, it inspired me to go the extra mile, just like he did. It was my first time in Vegas an I went to so many different places and asked for details on their drinks, they made me feel like it should be common sense and I was stupid to ask certain questions. As a manager in the Food and Beverage industry, and taking many management courses and trainings, I have been taught "common sense is not always so common", Rick went into detail on EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR and recommended types of liquors with each. We have never experienced more customized and detailed service before. we stayed and bought drinks from here for the rest of our stay just because of the welcoming environment Rick provided. I will definitely come back and recommend this Bar to all my friends that visit and live here. THANK YOU RICK!!! ONE OF A KIND!

Yelp
Skip this place! With the amount of margarita joints on the strip with essentially the same product one shouldn't be bothered with the unwelcoming vibe we got from this one. We come in and not really sure if the bartender is on another planet or perhaps just doesn't give a damn. He didn't seem to social at all and a little on the grumpy side. My travel companion asked the bartender a question about the non alcoholic options which he proceeds to not really answer and instead slams two plastic tip cups on the counter in front of us.....really!? How sweet of you to give us both tip jars to give you a tip. Too bad your drinks cost more than Rhum Bar and your piss poor service didn't really encourage a tip on my behalf.

Yelp
Great drinks especially of you buy the souvenir skull. Right outside treasure island casino. Great place to relax and just watch the tourists walk the strip and if you get bored you are close to the Venetian casino or just head right back into treasure island.

Yelp
This little margarita bar is located out the main doors of Treasure Island. We stopped here on our last day in Vegas for a drink while walking the strip. The gentleman behind the bar served my wife a Pina Colada and I had the classic margarita. Each drink had LOTS of booze in the cup. I was actually shocked at how much he put in there. Something I would've poured myself for sure haha. The drinks were $12 each, but they were perfect and did just the trick. Even though we're buying yards from Wal-greens from here on out, we would still buy a drink from this guy based on how strong and tastey they are. It's a value compared to some bars that charge 11 per drink!
google avatar

Yelp
This morning my friend and I brought our 32 oz sports cup to get a refill and were charged $14 each. Came back a few hours later with someone else and are charged $20. I spoke with Rhonda the manager who said there was nothing at all she can do about it even if we showed her proof of our payment. Customer service needs some work as it is not our fault that they don't have consistency!! I come back every year and support their business but this will definitely be my last time.

Yelp
Meh is right....overpriced, even for the strip yard drinks. My boyfriend is allergic to yellow 5 and specifically asked for something without it, which was a red drink. So the guy pours the red slush in the cup and proceeds to top it off with the yellow margarita slush...really!???

Yelp
Went here after just arriving in Vegas and getting a bite to eat. We were helped by a cool young lady named Erin. She gave us a few samples to try before deciding on our drink. We each had the drinks with Bacardi 151 in them plus an extra shot! Really good! Will be going back today for sure!
google avatar

Brit G.

Yelp
Staff is crazy friendly and the drinks are strong. We have been 3 times today due to the amazing customer service and strong drinks. Pricing is slightly higher than other places but you definitely get what you pay for.
google avatar

Jenelyn H.

Yelp
Just like any other place on the strip they serve up good drinks. I very much like the pina colada and strawberry. I do wish they gave us a little more alcohol but Im sure just like any other business they need to measure. It is a little north of the strip which was helpful since the last vaca i had in vegas was spend at the MGM, and I usually like to stay local and since this place is near the venetian it was wonderful.

Yelp
My friends and I ordered a fruity margarita drink in a huge margarita cup. I forgot what the drink was but it was definitely strong The line was out the door but it moved pretty fast. The drinks here aren't cheap. If you want a quick fix, I'd say hit up a convenience store or a CVS or Walgreens. When it came time to order and pay, I think I heard the guy mumble don't be cheap on the tip. I'm sure I was right. Lucky for him, I was nice to give him a tip than nothing. Normally rude people get an ugly tip written on a paper from me. What a dummy.
google avatar

Tiffany S.

Yelp
Considering how close this was to TI we decided to make this the pre-game spot. Started off with a few shots of fireball and then also their pina colada margaritas are delicious. The strawberry margaritas are a little sweet for my taste so maybe ask for a double if you're particularly sensitive. I think for the convenience and price it was worth it.

Yelp
I usually never write any comments but this place is the BEST place to go to for drink. The service was AMAZING! Rick took care of me and my cousin like no other. Between fat Tuesday's and here I will always choose to come here! Joe also helped us once Rick was on break and he was AMAZING! Such honest and friendly people. Made the experience 1000 times better.

Yelp
This place was pretty awesome, one of the tastier (and boozier) yards we had while in vegas. We must have gotten a good bartender because he was very friendly! (we had a couple questions like if we could mix flavors and stuff) compared to some of the other places we saw they didn't have as many flavors of drinks, but it was still pretty yummy! And I swear they poured at least a fourth of a bottle of rum in my pina colada...
google avatar

J.L F.

Yelp
The man behind the counter was so rude. After he charged my debit card ( it was a temporary debit card) he said he couldn't accept the payment because my name wasn't on the recipe. Meanwhile it's showing in my account the payments went through. We waited 30 min for a manager come to solve the problem, they said they voided my payment which isn't showing that in my account and still made us pay with cash. If you don't mind walking across the street to get a frozen drink I highly recommend it because this place is horrible, and management is completely disorganized!

Linda M.

Yelp
Very friendly staff. Great drinks. Average prices. I will miss this place when I leave vegas.

Yelp
Get the biggest cup !!!! The server rick great helped us out with samples had a great conversation about last minutes trips and gave us a good deal for buying two big drinks rick is awesome and we got drunk do I need to say more ? I think not !!
