Margarita Factory - Downtown Vancouver

This is a difficult review to write. The goods were great and the bads were really bad. After entering the hostess was quick to greet us. We sat down at our both and was told the server would be over shortly. After sitting for about 10-15min someone finally came up and informed is the menus were digital and needed to be scanned with a QR code.... that would have been nice to know when we were first seated so we didnt sit around for so long. The atmosphere was nice, the decor was pretty cool. Although it was for sure on the loud side, could have been because of the birthday parties going on. I started off with a margarita, I requested a reposado and the server assured me it wouldn't be to expensive as I expressed a concern. Little did I know I just ordered a $26 margarita!! I decided on the seafood chimichanga and requested no tomatoes or onions. The server relayed the order back and all was correct. Upon received our food I cut into it to find there was tomatoes and onions. She came over to check on us and let her know of the mistake. She brought the order back and assured me they would fix it and my food would be right out. Then I waited, and waited, and waited some more. She then came back again and told me it would be right out for a second time. At this point everyone else at the table had finished their meals. After waiting that long I decided to order a second small margarita. Finally my food had arrived. I think in total about 45min from when she took the mistaken order. I understand mistakes happen and things get backed up, but I didn't feel like there was much apology. When the server finally brought the food she blamed the kitchen. The food itself was great! had a ton of flavor and the portions were great. Very satisfied! Finally the bill came and to my shock my total came to $77.... wasn't quite expecting that for a meal out for just myself. I didn't feel like I received that quality of service and experience. I really think this may have just been an off day and I am willing to give it another shot but I wasn't happy with how this visit went.

This was the first time my husband and I visited this restaurant. And we will be back! It was very good. I started off with the chunky guacamole, and a Cadillac margarita! It was huge but he told me it was only a regular size 😉. Then we shared a fajitas for 2. It was a lot of food. More then enough. The server tried warning us but we were good and hungry. This place we very good and the service was exceptional!! We had a great anniversary dinner.

First time coming to this location and I have to say it was a good experience. I really like how much thought went into the decor and felt inviting overall. Food was amazing and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming here again soon.

Decent Mexican joint. The happy hour is a good value. If you ask for Grand Marnier to be added to your margarita it'll cost you ten bucks extra.

Comfortable and clean atmosphere with flashes of modern ambiance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is fantastic and offers a wide variety of options to select from. Texas Taco Salad, Chix burrito, guacamole, and champagne margarita—pictured

Marco was very polite and went out of his way to make sure I received what I wanted and that I liked it after I tried it. I asked for a burrito to be made to my liking, which is very fussy of me, but he was very understanding and made sure I was happy. I have not been able to find a burrito how I like it anywhere in the Portland/Vancouver area, as this is not my hometown. My food and drink came out in perfect timing and was delicious. I will for sure be back, maybe with 5 or 10 of my friends/family. This is probably the best service I have received in my entire life. Thanks, Marco, and thanks Jorge's for employing him!

We have been here many times for date night but tonight the waiter ruined it. He took our order then abandoned us. Was too focused on the single ladies drinking alone there and didnt check on my husband and i once. I had to get up and find someone to order desert, then again to ask for a box and our check. Dude blew it. Other than that jerk, the food and drinks are usually good. Especailly the drinks. Dont go here late night on a weekday date unless you're ready to be ignored apparently.

I have been here once for lunch with two girl friends, and once on a Saturday evening with a group of girls. We all tend to be a handful, and on both occasions our server put up with and took great care of us. It was the same gentleman in the bar both times, but I don't remember his name. The food is really good, and the portions are appropriate to the price (the picture is the happy hour nachos). The margaritas are also really good!
