I haven’t been to the lights in many years. It was magical to return. At the gate, what a kind gentleman, Caymyn was the attendant. What a positive attitude he had regarding the cold. He had a magical smile! The lights were amazing and so cheery! What a wonderful time we had. Thank you!

Beyond disappointed with our weekend visit to see the Christmas lights. Online pricing was listed as $30. After driving over 2 hours with my family including my 90 year old mother, we were told $60+ processing fee. We were also told many had complained & that they had tried speaking with management regarding the confusion. Not only is this confusing it could also be considered deceptive. Had it not been for my 90 year old mom & driving over 2 hours, I wouldn't have turned around. Maybe that is part of the plan, get people there & trick them into paying twice as much. Also reading complaints that people were charged $50, why were we charged $60+. Actually sounds like pricing made up as you go. Disappointing at best. Additionally not nearly 6 miles of lights and many of them weren't even lit up, waste of money. ****Although I requested to be contacted via phone regarding my concerns, 10 days later and no one has cared enough to contact me. A true waste of time and money.

Went for the magical nights of lights. Haven't been in two years. Back then it was a nice walking path with lots of lights. Now it's a driving path with a mediocre amount of lights. Not worth the $40 they charge for a car to drive thru. Plenty of other light shows that are longer.

The Magical Nights of Lights was a huge disappointment. There is no way it is 6 miles. It wasn’t even a true “light show”… more like a road through the resort that happens to have lights around it. Totally not worth $50. There wasn’t even a station with synced Christmas songs like other shows have. Took about 10 mins to drive through. They don’t ask anyone to turn their brights off. The other attractions might make it worth going (rides, etc) but definitely not worth it to go for the lights show alone. Will be trying a different show next year!

Website says starting at *$35 but not much more than that… drive from Helen and are told it’s actually $60. They said that they know what it says on their website, that multiple people have complained and that if we didn’t want to pay that we could make a U turn. We probably would have made that U turn because the pricing is very misleading however we had come a long way and were enjoying a family outing. Time spent together is priceless so I had a good time but the lights were just OK (I did love the SpongeBob & pickleball elf ones) and there weren’t that many of them

we stayed in the campground and it was wonderful. it was during the off season so the water park wasn't open. Our site was very nice and clean. The wifi worked wonderful. We would recommend this place for camping to anyone. We drove up to Helen for Octoberfest.

The Magical Nights of Lights is a huge waste of time and money. This is nothing like what it used to be. We would make the 90 minute drive every year and enjoy the lights and the Christmas market. There are very few lights now. There is no Christmas market and Santa is only there a few days. At Clark's, you can visit a bar or play arcade games. There are also rides, but I assume those come with an additional charge. It is all just a sad experience now.

Would not recommend the Magical Night Lights at Lanier Drive Through, the rate says $25 on-website but it varies per day we paid $60 onsite. The small loop took 8 minutes to drive through and didn’t have any music station to sync with it. It was not worth the hour drive unfortunately.

Tiffany and Caren were so great at coordinating my reservation so my family could join us. We came in RV and they stayed in a cabin. Amazing views and service was spectacular. Food was well priced and delicious. The Game Changer is a great to do and bar restaurant inside another big hit. Drink Cart delivers food and made to order drinks. This is a great vacay place.

Came out for a dinner with colleagues during a conference. We had a great time. Our server was attentive, and funny. The food was the bomb. I will be craving these Jamaican jerk wings. They were spicy but oh so good! The views were amazing too. Enjoyed the view of the lake during the sunset.

PROS: *The new Apocolypto slide is fun. *Despite what is listed below, my son has fun for his birthday so I guess that is what matters most. But I'm still pretty ticked off though. CONS: *"Celebrated" my son's birthday here this past weekend. Between campground, Cabana, day passes, food, etc., we spent well over $1000 for the weekend. THEY STILL WOULD NOT LET ME BRING IN A FEW CUPCAKES FOR THE KID'S BIRTHDAY. Spoke to management. Made no difference. They don't even sell anything similar in the park. That is absolutely shameful! This place has gone completely corporate with no common sense. With the short-staffing mentioned below, we could have EASILY snuck them in, but as usual, no good deed goes unpunished. *They are understaffed just so they can save a few bucks. I can also certainly attest to the other comments stating that even though we spent $300 for a cabana, not once did a single member of the staff come to provide any type of service, nor did anyone even check that we had paid. Next time I'll just save myself the $300 and just walk in. Seriously, no one will bother you. *The yellow jacket situation is real. Staff said they have no solution for it. They are all over the place. *I've come here frequently over the past few years since we like the campground, but even that has gotten more expensive than what it's worth. SADLY, THIS WAS THE LAST TIME WE WILL BE VISITING MARGARITAVILLE AT LANIER ISLANDS.

Super thrilled they have free entry this year for all us boaters who are back at docking here margariitaville is a great spot to pull up to and grab a bite , drink and use the restroom! Service is top notch pulling up to park your boat. I love that they adjusted the fence and there is space to get in the lake now! I love coming here with my family!

We had drinks by the pool at the Lodge- it was a very nice day. The wait staff made wonderful suggestions, drinks were yummy and so were snacks.

I've been trying to take my kids to see some Christmas lights and just so happen to be 15 mins away from here. Upon arrival we had to pay $20 for parking. There was really no signs telling you where the entrance to the lights were. We walked around for quite a bit until we found the correct booth to purchase the wrist bands from. The cost of entry was $20 per adult and I really don't remember how much it was for the kids, but we paid about $70 total. The lights were a huge disappointment. We were expecting flashing bright lights and loud holiday music but there was neither. There was a lot of people but luckily everyone was all spread out. My husband purchased 30 tickets for the rides and was disappointed that there weren't that many choices to choose from. The tickets were $3/4 dollars each + tax. There was maybe 4 rides my daughter could only get on, so she rode the same ones several times. My son spent most of his tickets on the bumper cars. The amount of money we spent here in less the 2 hours is NOT worth it.

Everything but a worker told my mom and my brother they could only ride two times but the limit was more than two

If it's sunny, you gotta be here! Water, water, water! And fun. Definitely go and spend the day there and have a blast!

Great, long walk down stairs. Would love to come back, not a lot of rides to do doubles with kids.

We enjoyed a special meal on Thanksgiving day at Margaritaville, it was delicious. Wanda was our waitress and she was so nice. The place was decorated very festive and a fire in the fireplace. They even had the fire pits outside lite so it felt inviting as you walk up.

This is a review of the Margaritaville brunch cruise only, not of the other aspects of the park. One word: Overpriced I could end the review there, but I'll elaborate. The brunch cruise is $75 a ticket with tax. The brunch buffet is what you would get a 3-star hotel breakfast (except there's no waffle maker here). The bottomless mimosas were just ok, but better than nothing. The music is weak unless you love classic country and song covers with a little bit of Meghan Trainor sprinkled in. The upside is that it is a relaxing trip on the lake and the views are quite lovely. However, if you have a group with you, you're probably better off renting a pontoon and having a picnic. It's cheaper too. Tickets are not refundable, so make sure to check the weather before going. The tickets did allow us to not have to pay the parking fee, so that was nice.

Have to purchase tickets on line. Teenage Mafia at the gate goof thru your bags and checking to make sure you don't sneak a small bag of goldfish inside for your toddler. "No outside F&B" as Mafia were drinking out of chick-fil-a cups. You can bring in a sealed bottle of water, but no cooler to keep it cold. Very much a pain in rear when at the park with littles. Impossible to keep kids hydrated when you have to get up and walk forever just to get them a cold drink every 1/2 hour. Super fun when you're travel with multiple kiddos who drink snack throughout the day. No cash policy so you have walk with kids to use a credit card. Rapid river ride had no water pressure so everyone over 35lbs got stuck at end of ride causing an Atlanta sized traffic jam at the end of slide. Park is very split up, wave pool one side, cross the road to other slides, big slides even further away. Difficult to keep up with multiple kids. Wave pool has no waves, just a ripple. Over half of the chairs were broken. Lake is fenced off from beach so you can't get ankle deep in water. Yea! Who doesn't love to sit on a hot, dry beach in 95 degree heat looking out at the lake like a mirage. Very little shade anywhere. $20 for an umbrella that can only be used on the beach. Where no one is. Because it's miserable. Food was horrible. Bathrooms are gross - because everyone knows Teen Mafia doesn't clean bathrooms Giant movie screen showing music videos but the video didn't match songs that are playing. Dumb. We left after 1-1/2 hours. Very little to do for $50pp. The kids at the gate who confiscated our snacks were seen eating them themselves as we left. Don't believe the photos on line- they are fake and don't show fence running along the water line. Sand isn't white as in website pics. Stay home, go to your community pool. Run through the sprinkler in your yard. Dump a glass full of ice water on your head...it will be much more fun than this park. Jimmy Buffet should be embarrassed to have his name associated with this hot mess. #dontdoit #stayhome

I used to rave about this place to people but now I'll never do that again. They obviously are having financial issues but the lack of customer service is not going to help their business in the long run. I'm a repeat summer ticket holder and I can really see a difference now. Where to begin? Getting food is an issue here. You can't bring in any outside food (they do bag checks) and the options inside is now limited. The hamburger joint just opened last week. Probably since they hired extra staff. The burgers used to be really good here but now they changed to a thinner patty, less fries, no extra topping other than ketchup, mustard, Mayo. It was a shameful $10!!! If you try to do a pickup order at the Land Shark restaurant they won't let you until 1:30, and even then you have to order from a limited menu. Now, you can sit and eat in the restaurant at 11:30am, but they still won't let you order out until 1:30....yes, it's all cooked in the same kitchen. One day we went to eat in the restaurant but the system were down and they would not seat new customers. So, we struck out once again. You can eat at the cantina, but that's expensive too and hopefully they don't run out of food. Yes, this place even runs out of food!!! A friend went to see if they still had the $.99 drinks for Ultimate ticket holders like the previous year, but that's no longer. Instead you can spend $30 for a reusable cup to refill all summer long. They no longer have hot dogs at the corner concessions, but they did add this fancy drink stand where you can now get cool plastic fun cups of alcohol beverages for $16 and refill for $8! I haven't ordered from the bar yet, so I can only imagine what that experience is like. The kids still enjoy the slides and wave pool but to and spend a whole enjoyable day here is impossible, and way to expensive for what you get. It's so disappointing that they want to rake over people who have supported them in the past. Good luck getting a burger if you go.

This place has changed so much. It needed updates, that's for sure, but the changes that have been made are awful. This is why you don't franchise. Horrible prices for what you get. One of the best parts of the park was changed drastically. The Fundunker used to have a spray zone where anyone of any age could go through the play area and use the sprayers on others and get sprayed themselves. It also had a giant bucket at the top that filled with water and would pour out onto a waiting group below. Now it's just seating throughout it. At least the slide is still part of it. This year they changed even more with the park by fencing off the lake at the beach. So no more beach swimming. The service is horrible and slow. The adult beverages are lacking. The uniqueness that was "Lake Lanier Islands" is gone.

First, the things I love. Really nice full concrete pads for camper and patio. The spots are spaced out nicely. A lot of spots lake view or lake front. Nice fire rings, charcoal grill on every site. We're here off season (October3) so the week days are very quiet. The separate all the boat, bars and restaurants from the campground. Place is very well maintained. Now for things they could improve on. First, signage. It is very confusing where things are. The check in office is no better than a $40 a night campground, it's a huge place and it's hard to find where to go. The store has very limited supplies as far as groceries. On our peninsula, there are 76 spots . There is one bathhouse with 2 stalls and 1 shower for men and same in woman's. Laundry has 2 washers, 1 put of order. 4 dryers and 1 out of order. I can imagine the lines when this place is packed. The campground is a separate entity. Of the activities. You do get access to beach and bars, but to book a cruise you have to go online to reserve. It's a very nice place but for over $110 a night, I expected more. .

While we purchased rather expensive tickets online, we still had to pay $20 to park. In addition, bottled water was costly at $5, which was necessary due to combating dehydration as it was exceedingly hot and humid the day we attended. However, my biggest issue was with the water slides. Rafts were limited. There was an area full of deflated and damaged rafts, but no sign was available to tell customers that they could not be used. Also, you were to wait in line for a raft after someone had finished the slides. Again, no sign told us that this was the protocol and, while some adults did not release their raft and continued to use them, people broke in line, delaying others from their turn. In a two-hour period, my grandchildren stood in line and rode the slides only four times. We were told that they have to turn off the water multiple times because of pressure building up in the jets. Funny, Six Flags and American Adventures never turn off their water. If this is dangerous, why has it not been addressed. Some of the lifeguards at the slides were diligent, but many times they were immersed in unneeded conversation via their radios instead of watching the riders. I know this because I stood at the end of the slides for two-hours as there is no viewing/seating area for the adults, who are watching their children or grandchildren. One positive, Frank and Lola's Pizzeria had a variety of food that appealed to all four of us and the prices were reasonable. We had the tacos, quesadillas, and two salads that were very good!

This waterpark was amazing! I had no idea this location existed until I received an email about it. It was like the perfect blend of water park, resort and lake life. They have a good variety of slides and attractions and the food is AMAZING! Thankfully on the day I went it was somewhat cloudy and there was an event going on so I didn't have to wait in a single line. Buy tickets online for the "license to chill snow island" event. Buy tickets online and when you get to the property there is a $20 parking fee. When questioning why this isn't mentioned anywhere on the website I am only told that parking and Margaritaville are separate. At this point if you wanted a refund on your tickets because of this mix up you would have to pay the $20 go into Margaritaville and then get your refund. Ok so paid the $20 and go into the place and ask for a supervisor to express my concern. Feels little bait and switch to get charged basically a 25% premium over what I've already paid (tickets for 2 was $80.45 this day). Supervisor comes and while friendly and somewhat empathetic can't do anything for me because they are separate. I express while that may be the case on their website I see zero mention of this parking charge and that is frustrating. She says well if you get our season pass parking is included. I will NOT be getting the season pass as I can only imagine all the other hidden costs???? I've read a few reviews and this place mishandles so many things and when your here it shows. This is a digital age of information. All I expected was transparency. Say there is a parking charge. Let me know what to expect instead of surprising me and I won't roast you in a review. Sid P. - owner if your really listening. Reach out! Give me a credit or something and update your website everyone will appreciate that. Edited to add on. Once here the nickel dime ya to death gets better. Want a 2.99 bottled water and wanna pay w a credit card. $2 add on charge to do that. And if you want a straw or forks w your food they are out due to "supply chain issues". Sam's club has plenty fyi I was just there. Also! The bathrooms DONT have hot water. None of them do! So it's currently 43 degrees out and I just went to the snow area (no snow just ice slush) and held the ice in my hand. Go to the bathroom to wash up and warm up. NO it just made me feel colder. This place has problem after problem. Seriously avoid. Want chicken tenders? Don't want fries? Sorry basket only for $15! Also after going back over the math in my head and looking. They charge a bs fee of $4 plus tax on each ticket. See pic! Lovely! The gouging is from every direction.

Not family friendly, allergy friendly or baby friendly! After reading many reviews I was wary and decided to call the company and see if it was just a few guests bad experience or truly a terrible place. I was planning to visit for a day trip in July but after speaking with multiple staff members we will be going elsewhere. You cannot bring in your own umbrellas, this includes attaching them to your stroller or wagon for shade for your children. You also can't bring in baby shade tents for the beach or really any other shade mechanism. If you do want an umbrella for their beach area you have to buy one to rent. You also have to pay for parking, all food, tickets, and really anything you can think of, it comes with a price tag. This will not be a cheap trip, even for a day. Think of it like a less classy Disney park in terms of charging. The umbrella though was by far not the worst part. You cannot bring in any outside food. If you are planning on bringing a baby that includes no purées and breast milk. (This was per the person I spoke to) That is illegal by the way and I told them as such. The reason I asked about outside food is because I saw in many posts families would bring in snacks for their young children which would be taken at the gate when their bags were searched. Now everyone in my family including my baby has very severe food allergies. When we go out together we've never had a problem bringing food into a zoo, aquarium, water park etc. Despite our allergies we are people too and deserve to sit and eat our lunch where everyone else does. So, I did ask about the exception to bring in outside food. All food had to fit in a 6.5 x 8 x 6.5 soft sided cooler. Originally like the sane person I am, I thought each person could have a cooler or at least a couple of us could share since there'd be 9 adults and 1 baby. No all food for a baby, 9 of us with severe food allergies, and 2 of those being diabetics had to squeeze our food in one cooler (per a manager). There can only be one cooler per family with allergies. Laughable I know right? I was then told we could keep the rest of the food in our car, go eat lunch in our car and be let back into the park afterwards. That's when the conversation ended. They are very blinded by their strict polices to the point where it toes the line with ADA compliance. I do not recommend this park and suggest you find somewhere else to go because if you breathe you best bet they're going to charge you for it. On a side note it sounds like their crazy policies are something new in the last couple years. If they have changed it once they can change it again. Do better!

Overpriced and underwhelming. Way too many people and rude employees. It was my first and last time visiting here.

THIS PLACE GETS WORSE EVERY YEAR. They won't let you bring in umbrellas or tents anymore. Can you imagine bringing your young children to this beach with no protection. My guess is they no longer welcome families. The price to rent their umbrella for the day, which does not stay up, is $20, $200 for the thatched umbrellas that they used to fight over, and $299 for an enclosed cabana for the day. This is in addition to the entry fee. Last year they put up a fence in the edge of the water, now much heavier than last year so you can't use the beach. They have lost their minds and will lose revenue when people realize how crazy their new rules are. What's a beach without being able to get in the lake???

Went with a group of four friends. Stayed in the tiny house right on the lake and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, and very clean, and we were even able to rent a golf cart to cruise around for a little bit. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT buy passes, it is horrible this year. We used to love here and always bought Ultimate Yearly passes. Now is full of untrained workers and unbearable rules, Lake is fenced. It is a big WASTE of money and time.

It's a shame all the low ratings of this place is about the restaurants. It's a theme park, people. Restaurant food & service are inline with other theme parks. You want a great dining experience, find a great restaurant outside of here. This place is awesome. Beautiful, clean, lots of options of what to do, has something for everyone. Lay on the beach, go on the water rides, zipline, mini golf, hang at one of the many bars, get some food. The view is spectacular. The lake is pristine. Love that you can chill on the beach and go on water rides. Great variety of country and popular music blasted throughout the park with a huge video screen visible from just about anywhere in the park. It's immaculate here. Been to water parks all over the USA, and this is one of the cleanest by far. I can see this place getting kinda crazy at night with people overindulging everywhere. So take your family during the day. They need some better screening and security for the drunks. When I'm eating dinner at LandShark grill with my family & friends, seeing group of 20 somethings stumble in and harass the hostess because they don't meet dress code (wear a shirt not bikini top with your boobs out) I'd seriously give this place 5 stars except for the drinks factor and the restaurant food being OK. I've been here 2x, visiting friends when we come down from NY

3 minutes ago, new Margarita Villa boat cruise The trip was a disaster, with no entertainment as described on their website. Margaritas tasted like too much water was added. The taco bar was terrible. Music suck speakers blew only good thing about the trip was we met some great people and had fun talking with other members on the boat. The staff seems lost. Also, we were late boarding and leaving the post. Please don't visit

Just not what it was. All day on the 4th just drunk people and then a 10 minute fireworks show. After all that money??? No beach access, stinky nasty bathrooms, just ok food and crappy Jimmy buffet music. Disaster I will not purchase and more season passes until Buffet sells the place. Very poor show.

my friends and i like to venture out to the beach bar here when we're out of the lake. the bartenders are super fun here but the price of the cocktails? lol not so much! i mean, they're good, but not $18 good.

Don't eat here, Just drink. The drinks are strong and delish inside the restaurant. The food is small portions and so mediocre. The tortilla chips are stale. The artichoke spinach dip is luke warm. The Beach fries are the smallest portion you can imagine. We were presented the wrong check, Twice what our total really was. Go to Pig Tales or Fish Tales instead.

Love the Rv and water park. Great family vacation. Bring the money though. The only bad experience was a bartender at the Tiki bar my granddaughter got hot and threw up and I ask for water to clean it up her words to everyone around was "That kids just threw up and she wants water to clean it up" then turns to me and says "I can call someone to clean it up if you want me to" all while rolling her eyes and acting like it was something done on purpose. I recommend everything but the tiki bar.

Too expensive, quality of product & service does NOT support it! I use to frequent Lake Lanier Islands. Stopped going 10 yrs ago when they started all the restrictions and price gauging. Not fun anymore and way overpriced. Not sure who took over management - but they ruined it. they need to hire more experienced hospitality management that FOCUS on quality & service. It's $20 just to enter the gate, they say it's cost for parking but if you play golf you dont have to pay? you still have to park. Margaritaville water park is ridiculous, adult day ticket is $69 - whether you use the slides or not, it's a rip off. What are you getting for $69 if you don't go on the slides? You get Nothing - because everything is a COST. You have to pay to rent chairs or umbrellas. A small bag of chips is over $6, standard cocktail starts at $16. The tiki bars are awful, bartenders have an attitude - but they still expect a tip. tipping is optional and it's based on great service! They say $16 cocktail is a double - but it's really a single served in a larger cup. I use to bartender, so I know the difference. The park and all restaurants are suppose to be open until 7pm, both pizza and Mexican places were both closing up at 6pm. Margaritaville is understaffed across the board most of the time - you spend over $100 before really eating or drinking anything. The quality is NOT worth the price.

My butt is WRECKED! Please check the condition of the Cat4 rafts before you ride one. I didn't see that there was a rip in the bottom of the raft, and because the slide's surface is rough and textured, the hole made it so the slide obliterated my backside, right through my bathing suit. Shame because of all of the rides there, that one is my favorite. Majority of staff not wearing masks properly - lots of nose and chin danglers. Despite paying for Ultimate Passes, they're not offering the free inner tubes for the wave pool and lake (the only reason that we get the Ultimate Pass, even though at one point, it was supposed to get you a "fast pass" to the front of ride lines, but they never seemed to enforce or allow it.) Food is meh inside the park, so we typically make picnic lunches and leave them in the car until we're ready to eat, and then just find a shady spot outside of the gate to chow. Only perk this year for those of us who bought Seasons Passes before Covid is being given 2 free tickets per pass holder, and the extra morning hour in the park on Wednesdays before the public. Still not worth it for buying passes this summer.

We love camping here, the staff is friendly and helpful. We have a 36' travel trailer and there is plenty of room to maneuver it around and park with little issue. The views are amazing and with many small coves that get little to no boat activity. The campground is a few minute drive to Buford if you forget anything. We cannot wait to return

ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FOOD HERE. Have you ever been at a hot water park with cranky hungry children? Lake Lanier Water Park does not care. Every line is a mile long. Every food place was out of half the stuff. I waited for 20 minutes at the cantina, finally got to the front and the girl said "sorry, I'm not taking any more order." I said "I'm getting one thing and I've been waiting, you need to tell people that before they've waitied." She did not care and refused to help me. Oh, and you're not allowed to bring in your own food. Your only option is to take 2 F-ing hours out of your day to buy their overpriced crap, if they will even serve you. I hate it here. I'm never coming back. Redneck rinky dink River water park. It's complete trash.

Worst experience ever. It's sad they can't staff a resort like this. Paid 300 for my family to get in. Dogs pissing and shitting on the beach. Thought we came here to listen to Jimmy buffet music on the lake. Nope. Gangster rap was allowed. When I asked why we couldn't experience the buffet experience you management told me they are allowed to bring their own speakers. It was disgusting to experience this. No wonder why this place will be bankrupt in a year. No labor, no values and just a Money grab for a shitty experience. Fuck off Buffet if you think this is what your fans want

Absolutely not worth the cost!!! Drove over an hour to be nothing but disappointed. Botanical gardens puts this to shame.

My extended family decided we all wanted a 4th of July gathering... So, with the grandparents and teenagers in tow, we headed to Lake Lanier Islands. We reserved two rooms in the lodge, and then we took the RV up so we could provide "base camp" for everyone. The RV resort is fairly new (opened in April I believe) and we had taken a peek while it was under constructions, so were excited to try it out for the first time. Pros: the lodge is super clean, the breakfast (included in our room rate) was outstanding, especially the omelet and waffle station; and the staff were friendly. The RV park is nicely laid out, beautiful stacked paver fire pits, gorgeous views of the lake, and even a little beach area to use your floaties. The golf course is beautiful, and other than there were boats "partying" in some of the coves where you had to hit a shot over their head/boat, was a nice course, about $70/round and included breakfast and lunch! Cons: Unless you rented a golf cart (usually $25/day, but for holiday was a whopping $137/day), you need to move cars around a lot as the tram was literally "unreliable". they don't post times at each stop so it's pretty random when it will show up- family got super frustrated with that, so we just ended up playing car roulette to see what would end up where. lol. It's pricey... room rates over $300/nite, RV park over $100/nite; but they do include "some" beach passes (which just gets you into the beach area and main pools, walk the boardwalk and eat at landshark restaurant; but not the water slides. We did have one room "with" 2 water park passes, and the teenagers enjoyed these (about a $40/day value per kid). We had to pay $15 for the additional car pass for the hotel upon entering the islands. Overpriced, over-controlled and no access to the lake to cool off. If you want to look at a fence and suffer heat exhaustion you're better off going down to the Texas Border because atleast they'll let you cross the fence.

Went there for our daughter's birthday for the Snow Island and it was not a good experience. We spent over $130 for 45 minutes of wasted time. My kids could not ride 1 ride together. 1 kid threw a snow ball at my child's face. Daughter was either too tall to ride or my son was too small to ride. Went to get coffee and the worker sneezed into our coffee and wiped his mouth with his hands without washing his hands. He then accepted my cash and did not wash his hands before touching our drinks. He looked like he didn't want to be there. Men's restroom was filthy. Couldn't use the stall because urine was all on the seat. Not a good way for my daughter to spend her birthday. We ended up leaving after being there 45 min *Better kids rides need to be at the next Snow Island event *Must train employees on health safety when handling guests food/drinks *How about a smile? A greeting? A thank you? Umm none of that from the food and drink stalls *Maintaining the restrooms more often. Very dirty *Better coffee (I threw mine away) Will never return again

I would zero if I could. Disappointed after supporting this waterpark for 19 years and they reduced the season passes after the early bird for the first time ever and I'm sure it's due to them being on the news with the lake not being offered this summer.

after 19 years of purchasing 18-22 passes each time. I am truly disgusted with the fact I purchased $2k worth of passes with the early bird and once cbs aired lake lanier not opening the lake then suddenly a new promotion which lowered passes $15-25 each and I've spoken with 3 guest relations and they refuse to refund the difference. this will be my last year supporting this water park. It's truly said when the kiddie area slides have been so horrible for over 5 years to where the kids can't even truly slide on them without running and going head first which is dangerous. customer service is out the window. Very disappointed and ashamed of lake lanier management!

Port of Indecision is a complete mess! We have called several times over the past two weeks to inquire about a dry stack storage for our boat! No return calls, no return emails!! We even drove to the Marina, paid the $20 parking fee to get in and be told that we needed to email Mr. Zimmerman that he was too busy to speak to us! Ridiculous!!! Our boat has been sitting at the dealership waiting to be moved right down the block to this Marina! Either hire Mr. Zimmerman some help or tell your private parking guard to stop telling people you have 200 spaces available for rent BUT they are too busy to speak to us about renting them out! Horrible customer care!!!!

So disappointed how they mislead season pass holders to buy early to get the better deal and now the price is 25$ less. It is not right to treat your long time season ticket holders this way and offer no solution. Terrible service

I've been a long time season pass holder. This place gets worse every year. I purchased 3 ultimate season passes last May 2022. They were supposed to be good for not only summer of 22, but 23 as well. $750.00 for 3 passes. When i arrived today I was told that my passes had expired! Many others had the same experience. To be told that they were good for 2 summers and it not being true is a real kick in the teeth ! Only because my kids wanted to go I reluctantly shelled out $300 more dollars for 3 passes this summer. This is our last summer. The big reason I purchased the passes in the first place was the zip line, which is no longer operating with no explanation. Of course it didn't say anything about that on the website when I bought it. This place is way more expensive than White Water, but not nearly as good. They hire disinterested teens who really don't care. And you know what, I really don't care either. I'm done with this place. I hope they go bankrupt.

Staff was very friendly and service was great. However, charging adults $54 to go into the waterpark to watch your kids on the waterslide is absolute bs! Four adults who arent riding anything cost $216, 5 kids who are riding rides is $250 plus! We had no problem paying for the kids, but $250 for 4 parents is robbery! If this is the new norm for the water park we will just tube all day- and Im sure other parents feel the same! Again, great service but management and owners suck!

Has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. Way over priced on everything! The grand parents used to be able to pay a 20.00 entry fee into the water park to supervise children, now everyone has to pay the full price. Very expensive day for the grand kids to ride a couple of water slides and a wave pool. We won't be coming back.

Stayed here for a week. Very underwhelmed about our stay. The water park, spa etc are only open on the weekends, so nothing to do during the week. Everything is so far away nothing in walking distance. Went down to the bar area where they have games. TVs we're blasting sports center, so left immediately. Drinks were way overpriced. Well everything was overpriced actually. The Land Shark Grille was just okay. Our lot was in the area where there was no shade at all so it was sweltering. I don't think this place was planned out very well. It could be a lot better. The grounds however were immaculate. Lawns were very well maintained and there were trash cans to pick up after dogs all around which was good.

This place has gone down the tubes...literally. Overpriced, rude employees, and trying to buy a ticket online takes forever! Totally not worth it!!!!

This place is a mismanaged joke - and a scam. I tried to book a boat rental online using a discount code they advertised for 50% off (due to the off season). When booking online, the discount code did not work so I called to try to book over the phone. The person I spoke with advised they didn't know how to take a boat reservation but she took my info and promised someone would call back. No one called back until the next afternoon, and even that person didn't know what boats were available since "a lot of our boats are being worked on" and (again) promised to talk to a supervisor and call me back with options. I never received a call back after that. I don't know how this place stays in business.
