Update: they still have not responded. Hopefully, they have trained their staff to not argue with guests or put known allergens in front of their guests. BEWARE!
They asked me to email them, when they responded to my review. They never responded. Their server mixed up our drinks, giving me one I specifically said I was allergic to and then gave himself a $10 tip after arguing with us about the drink mix up. You can sure tell Wyndam owns this place now.
We ordered a chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. To drink, we ordered a 5 O'clock Somewhere and a Ruby Red Renegade. The Ruby Red Renegade was suppose to be made with vodka, and the 5OS had rum. I let the waiter know I am allergic to rum. He mixed up our orders and kept trying to say he had not. I sent my drink back and got a sprite. The food was good. When it came time to pay, he ran my sister's card at the table. We thought it odd that he didn't want a signature. He just left the receipt and disappeared. She checked her receipt and saw that he gave himself a $10 tip, which was more than 20%. She talked with the manager. We always tip very well when we receive good service, and he would have received a tip. But he TOOK a tip. He was slow to serve, compared to other servers in the room. We had to ask for almost everything we needed.
What should have been a fun and light-hearted experience was somewhat of a letdown. Always watch your receipts closely.
