Margaritaville Hotel Nashville

My family and I stayed at the Margaritaville Resort in Nashville this week. The hotel is beautiful and is located in a perfect location. We had a king room and a double queen room. Both rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds and pillows were super comfortable with thick, crisp sheets that were of a nice weight and feel. It’s obvious house keeping takes pride in their work. ||Even better than the hotel was the excellent staff. We ate breakfast daily, one dinner, and a few appetizers/desserts at the JWB Restaurant. Carmena was great. Always smiling, kind and attentive. She took excellent care of us multiple days. Colin at breakfast also friendly and helpful. Chef Toney prepared our food perfectly. Eid also took great care of us. The staff were consistently excellent and genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. They truly made our visit special. ||During our stay we had the wings (very delicious and perfectly seasoned), the hot chicken sandwich, several kinds of burgers, pimento cheese dip, French toast, ham and cheese omelet, JWB breakfast plate, sunrise breakfast sandwich, and a chocolate chip cookie skillet. Everyone in our party enjoyed everything we ordered. This was the best breakfast I have had at a resort. We also enjoyed drinks at the Christmas bar. Very fun and festive with tasty drinks! Star was also great there too! ||You will not be disappointed with the hotel, amenities, dining, or location. We have very much enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at a Margaritaville Resort but will not be the last. The staff are all super friendly. The facilities are clean and bright. ||When we arrived we found out that there was no one there at the time that could drive a stick. Not to worry, Hamilton to the rescue. He checked with his manager right away and had a solution which was suitable to us. He rode with me up into the deck and gave us a good spot where we could retrieve the vehicle. Super friendly and helpful he is and I’m sure he is this way with all resort patrons. ||Thanks, Hamilton, you are an excellent representative of Margaritaville Resorts!!

Best customer service I’ve had at any hotel. The marketing manager let us take professional photos there and offered to comp us champagne. The restaurant staff wrote us a card to congratulate us on our wedding. And even before we told people it was our honeymoon most staff took the time to visit with us. The rooms have a fun theme and the restaurant food is delicious. Wagyu steak sandwich and Yucca fries were our favorite. Reasonable priced for the qualify of food. Live music every night adds a fun atmosphere. The refundable deposit is sizeable so be prepared for that plus there’s a resort fee. We wish they had microwaves. And we were surprised that the hotel didn’t have year round pool access. The pool is outside and not heated. We were most disappointed that there’s no hot tub to make up for the pool. It’s within walking distance of Broadway and a lot of downtown Nashville tourism. That means you can hear the hustle and bustle at night but it’s not too loud to sleep.

From the moment we checked in to this beautiful property we knew it was going to be a great stay.! Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and well decorated. We had the opportunity to visit the JMB restaurant, food was delicious and staff were ultra friendly. Room was well appointed and beds were comfortable. We finished our last night dining at Fins and ot didn’t disappoint. We had delicious cocktails, yummy pizza and enjoyed the live music. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. Didn’t particularly like the fact that we either had to pay for the valet or pay to park across the street, but I guess that’s what you get in the heart of Nashville. The room was incredibly clean (I’m picky about that), smelled nice (picky about this too), and the staff was very kind. The experiences that I’ve read previously regarding rude staff must have been addressed, because we were greeted and treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Really enjoyed my stay here so far. Super quick walk to Broadway, and the staff is awesome. Check in was easy and they give you a welcome packet. They also text you during the stay to see if you need anything which was really cool. Room was clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

My company hosted our annual convention at the Margaritaville. The staff on-sit was phenomenal. Wael, our banquet captain, went above and beyond for us. He truly is one of the best I have ever worked with in the event management space. He made our event a huge success and made our last minute adjustments with enthusiasm. His attention to detail and support to our staff was top notch. He allowed our conference to be smooth and stress free. His team was efficient, kind, and respectful. I believe their quality of work is a direct reflection to the leadership and skill of Wael. Our experience on site was exceptional because of Eid, Mervat, and Christina, and Wael. Thank you is not enough.

We came down to watch the Seahawks play the Titans football game. We had a great time at Margaritaville. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were all cheerful but professional and efficient. They had enough front desk staff to not make anyone wait more than a couple minutes. The rooms were spacious enough to make it comfortable and were clean. We ate breakfasts in the hotel each morning and the food and staff were excellent. We also had nightcaps in the bar at the end of the night and again excellent staff and drinks. The hotel is waking distance to the many attractions in the area, including the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, the concert arena (we did not go there but saw it) and the "fun district" on Broadway. It was also an easy walk to the Titans football Stadium. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A great stay this hotel was definitely more along the lines of a mini resort. My husband and I were extremely comfortable and it was literally right off of the main strip of the famous Nashville, Tennessee Broad Street. An easy walk to everything! What a lovely place to stay. Not to mention, I felt extremely safe. The front staff was super helpful. There was a great restaurant that we had breakfast at also a fully functioning Starbucks and a very cute shop to get souvenirs from that I would definitely recommend this place for a stay while visiting Nashville.

The restaurant upstairs of the Margaritaville Hotel goes by Fin's! It's a few floors up, next to the outdoor pool. I guess they consider it more of a "bar" than a "restaurant," but they have a big, decent food menu. I really like that most people don't know about it, so when we need to grab a bite when it's super busy downtown, we pop in to this fun little place. We've always had good service, and their drink menu is fun & varied. For food, I've loved the Caribbean Chicken Salad. It's huge and flavorful and just super good. I got chicken tacos another time, but they weren't a show-stopper (though I was excited they had Cholula that I could add).

Excellent service. Shout out to Nick who was our server and makes the best drinks. The nachos here are amazing as well. It's chill vibes and beach themed.

Check in was simple and easy. The entire hotel and our room smelled amazing. The rooms are very spacious with amazing smelling toiletries in the shower. The JWB grill had great workers each time we dined and drank. Walking distance to Broadway without being in the loud craziness. Easy parking very close to the hotel, at a cost though. Will definitely come back if I return to Nashville! We were even here for the snow and had a gorgeous view from our room.

This is an adorable little indoor poolside bar at the Margaritaville hotel. It's open for the public and hotel guests. When it's nice out they open all the doors so it's open air. They serve bar snacks and lots of Margaritaville specific drinks. My favorite is their banana breeze!

We loved Fins last time we were in Nashville - the rooftop is great with the fire pits and the view. So, when we recently returned to Nashville, we decided we should definitely stop by here on our first night back in town. We were glad we did! Brian, our server/bartender was so awesome that we decided to return the following night. That night, we had the pleasure of being served by Kim, who worked her butt off to make sure we had a great experience, despite them being very busy. We also met Marcus, who was very helpful as well! The service was what really made our experience! As far as the food, the chips and dips were awesome, the wings were great, the flat bread was deliciously cheesy, and the shrimp tacos were very flavorful and spicy. I highly recommend this laidback bar for some delicious eats, good drinks, and great service! Did I mention they have live music? Oh yeah, baby!

If you need a quick bite to eat or something to quench yr thirst then this place can help. Not the largest food menu but plenty of liquor options. Waitress Mikayla was pleasant and helpful with suggestions. My salad was alright and the Shrimp ceviche my companion ordered really stood out to her. Id probably try many other spots before coming back unless i was in a pinch.

My husband and I came from California for my birthday. We just got to the hotel to check in. Our reservation is for a Wyndham Vacation Club room. We went to the front desk, gave our name and were sent to a separate counter labeled Vacation Club rooms. We gave that person our name and he went to a back room, came out a second later and sent us back to the regular check in reception desk. I thought that was strange, but just went with it. They gave us a room, we went to it and it's not a Vacation Club room. So we went back to the front desk to explain that we had reserved a Vacation Club room. They told us they would get the manager. The manager came out and told us they had overbooked the Vacation Club suites. So I said, so we just don't get the upgraded room we reserved? He said, sorry there's nothing he can do. And gave us free margarita vouchers. Are you kidding me?! How completely unbelievable that they are able to do this? Just give us a different room than we reserved? And to not tell us when we checked in and try to send us to a different room and think we wouldn't notice?! Shady! We will never come here again. Such a bummer to start the trip off this way.

I looove this place. Downtown in Nashville, I discovered this place on accident. We were just looking for a quick place to eat but decided to go here instead because even the hotel itself looked nice. We went to the rooftop - it was perfect. There's a pool for hotel guests, not sure what the policy is as far as swimming if you aren't a guest goes. The food was sooo good too. The Tennessee Pork Nachos and shrimp tacos = amazing! Overall, very clean, everyone was super friendly as well. Perfect place to go if you're looking for some shade but also want to be outside on a sunny day! Who doesn't want to drink by the pool?

First time here, and I'm digging it! My husband and I are staying on the 5th floor of Margaritaville and Fins Bar is located in the 4th floor. So convenient! We ordered the shrimp ceviche and beach chips. I am hooked on the beach chips so damn good. Thin potato chips with melted cheddar cheese and queso topped with bacon and green onions. Perfect with a drink or two or three! Lol The ceviche is great too if you're looking for something refreshing. I also ordered the mango habanero margarita that was not spicy but was sweet. My husband ordered the Land-shark beer (it's a blonde) which he loved. (PS I'm brunette) They play a great mix of music and over see the pool area. Digging the vibe if you're not wanting to walk to Broadway! They have a full bar along with TV's to watch sports!

Staying at the hotel for our 35th anniversary and decided to have a late lunch. We enjoyed the club wrap and the cheeseburger and fries. But the best was the Habanero Mango Margaritas. Out server Pricilla was amazing and great conversation.

Junk. Absolute junk. If u want a touristy place then this is the place for you. If you want quality food or margaritas, try Taco Bell P.S. 2022 Winner: Worst meal in Nashville! CONGRATULATIONS!

My experience here has been AMAZING. The drinks are GREAT, the food is GREAT, the staff are top of the line, bartenders are inviting and make you feel like you've known each other for years. Kacie is the most personable bartender EVER + AMAZING drinks and Brian has all the best jokes. 10/10 100/100 recommend!!!

I live downtown, and usually avoid touristy places, but a friend and I walked across the street. Margaritas and apps sounded good. At Fins in MARGARITAVILLE HOTEL. Lame margaritas, $14 in a flimsy 8 Oz. Water cup. Stale chips and bad guacamole. Decent veggie margherita pizza. Overall, $71 + underserved tip out the window. What a joke. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one: We did get a buzz. Cheaper at the dive bar down the street.

We are from out of town and Alexis was amazing at making us feel comfortable and going out of her way to be sure we had the best time. So, THANK YOU Alexis -nay & nat

This rooftop bar is located on the 4th floor of the Margaritaville Hotel. After I checked in & left my luggage in my room, I came straight here. The bar area was not packed but the pool area was pretty full. There were only 2 people working on a Thursday at 1pm. We ordered a round of drinks first and then looked over the food menu. It took the bartender a long time to come back to take our food order. I started with a spicy mango margarita and it was not that good. I would definitely skip those and just get their frozen drinks. The lava flow and the mango margarita are good. The mango and wildberry daiquiris were also okay. I only wanted a little snack so we got the chips and dip and the wings. The chips came with guac, salsa, and cheese dip. The guacamole definitely wasn't fresh Guac, tasted like the packaged type. The salsa was spicy tho! The rest of my visits here I spent at the pool. They had servers come around and take your order from the pool or lounge chairs. The service by the pool was a lot better then the bar. I believe the rooftop bar is only open to non-hotel guests from Sunday - Thursday. If I was rating this bar on food and drinks alone, a 3 star would be generous but bc I had fun at the pool my experience combined with that bumped it up.

This bar/restaurant was good! It's located on the fourth floor of the margaritaville hotel so very convenient for hotel guests. The drinks were good not great but good. We got a classic margarita and a mango habanero Margarita - on the sweeter side but good. We also ordered flat bread pizzas which were decent they were on the thicker side so more like a pizza which is good but would prefer a flat bread. The bartender/ server was polite and attentive. Overall good place to go if you are a guest!

Brian was amazing! So helpful and quick! Definitely helped make our bachelorette party a time to remember. The drinks were top notch!
