Yelp
A solid 4-of-5 star experience. We didn't go to Pigeon Forge to spend a lot of time at the hotel, so for us a lot of the amenities didn't matter.
Bed - Average
Shower - Average
Bathroom - Small
Pool - Small, but there is one
Balcony - Small, but there is one
Housekeeping - Minimal, soap/shampoo not replaced
Free Breakfast - Uninspired (terrible eggs)
Margaritaville Vibe - Not observed, other than 2 chairs and a paint job
The best part is the location, which is about a 2-minute walk from the Island's activities. We also walked to the Pink Jeep tour, and even walked to Publix for supplies.
The room ha a mini-fridge, a microwave and a Keurig - nice touch.
The parking situation is not bad, as they have a free gated lot right behind the hotel.
In terms of the noise, you can reserve a room on either the "Parkway" side or the "Island" side - I'd highly recommend the Island side.
I was annoyed that the hotel sent me a $10 "Promotional Merchandise Credit" for posting my stay online, but when I tried to have it applied, the front desk staff told be to just "hold on to it." I'm not sure why they don't honor their own promotions, but if they need the $10...whatever.
Overall, I'd likely try another place next time, but if proximity to the island matters and you expect no amenities this is a great place.
