Very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back! There are a lot of food options within the resort. Multiple bars. Huge gym. Spa. Casino. Pool! Under 5 can’t be in the pool ever. No kids after 8pm. Rooms are clean & designed well. Some rooms are conjoining. You can walk to a ton of places from the casino. Great view of the river. Friendly staff.

Recently stayed 4 nights at hotel. They were doing renovations but was not bothered by them. We had 4 people in our room and had to ask for extra towels. The second time we asked we were told they would send them but they never did. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for everything else. All very courteous and professional. The casino is well laid out and fair variety of games. I had a little luck but games were a little tight. If you go plan to have fun.. not win much. Also we had to go to VIP services to ask for credits to be added to our player card to use at the restaurant. Thanks to an employee at one of the restaurants telling us. Not used to having to feel like I was begging for credits I earned playing. Take cash because the ATM charges 7.99 for each transaction.

I am giving a one star review. I am giving this review because they allowed their sprinkler to soak the inside of my car. I parked in the handicap parking area. The area on the back right hand side. The last handicap parking spot by the tree. The sprinkler was pretty much aimed directly into my window. I asked them to shut it off and they did not. It soaked my seat, my door, my center console, my radio, my plugs for my electronics, my cell phone, my interior passenger side got the most water damage but the entire front had water to some extent. My battery was dead and I couldn't roll my windows up. I was waiting on triple A to come give me a jump. They did jump my car, but by that time the damage was done. The casino did not offer anything not even a towel to dry my vehicle. I am beyond irritated and disappointed. I was unaware I parked near a sprinkler because there was no sign stating to be cautious of the sprinklers. I feel the casino could have done more to make it right instead I had to wait for a long time for my car to dry out. I do not recommend Margaritaville. Not to mention their machines are very tight and the free play is almost non existent I was getting it on a regular basis and suddenly it stopped. Even with my card being used in the machines and me playing the online app. I am also from out of state. So, it makes it even worse. I do frequent the area. But, I can say unless they make it right my opinion will remain low of this casino. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Our stay here was amazing. The room was beautiful and even had a ceiling fan which made sleeping so much more comfortable. The pool and poolside bar were great with an amazing view of the Red River. The drinks were tasty, although they didn’t have salt for the margaritas! All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Newer hotel. Very clean. Restaurants were very good with typical high resort pricing. Slots were OK. They don't have a gift shop, so if you need something you'll need to walk to a store in the outdoor mall next door. We'll likely stay there again.

Overall the experience was fairly good. The positives. The room was clean and nice. Pillows and mattress were comfortable. I thought the people working there were pleasant. Dragos has great food. Daisy was excellent as a server. They are doing it right. Manager came over to speak with me and told him so. Great guy.||Okay, now the negative. The slots are tight. I talked to others and they said the same thing. We had better luck at Horseshoe and Ballys. Not great luck, but much better because you could play for awhile. The only breakfast place is at the Sportsbook. It was really bad. Took 15 minutes before server came by the table. Then another 10 minutes to get coffee. Placed our order and another 25 minutes to get it. The food was not good. The scrambled eggs were crusty which I thought was waiting for the server to pick up for quite sometime.

We went for some quick and fun gambling. There are lots of machines but very few tables. Their dealers were not incredibly friendly though so it made it difficult to want to play those for too long. One even yelled at my bf for asking a question because he didn't understand what the dealer was doing. This was on texas hold em. I played blackjack at the high dollar tables of $25 min bet and not even a peep came from mine. I played a couple hands and dipped off. As a blackjack dealer myself, I was shocked none of these dealers smilled or even tried to be friendly with a single Patron. Drinks were incredibly cheap though! And the bartender was very sweet at the side bar (not restaurant). She had more personality then all the dealers combines and by 100. I will not be returning.

Standard resort for the area. I stayed here for the room which was clean and spacious. TV deal can be annoying so I recommend using your Netflix account to save the trouble of the other apps. All of the staff were very nice and professional. You can walk to a few stores and restaurants from here also which is a huge plus. I tried the cafe near the main lobby bar and the food was hot and fresh.
