This brand is so weird. I wear a size 5 shoe, and I was so excited when I found this company. They sell all kinds of cute shoes in very small sizes. I ordered a heel in a size 5 and waited more than a week to get my order. Turned out a size 5 was way too big. More than an inch to spare behind my heel. Very weird. So I exchanged for the next size down: 4.5. (I do not wear this size in any other shoe, ever). Just got the 4.5, and it's way too big. Sizing is crazy. I'm giving up and returning for good. Very annoying.

I wear a women's size 13N and I love Margaux! I have The Demi in red and get compliments every time I wear them. I now own The Point in saddle brown too. Originally, I wasn't sure if The Point would fit but I just made an appointment, told them what sizes I wanted to try and was able to ensure a proper fit before buying. The young lady helping me was friendly and very helpful! I've finally found a company that knows that not everyone who wears a large size also has wide feet!

The very helpful salesgirl was patient as I tried on many pairs of demi flats before finally finding the right size. Based on that size, I was guessed my size for other styles before ordering online. I just wished that you could buy directly from the store so you don't have to wait for it to ship. They only have demo models for people to try on at the store. If you want to buy shoes, you have to order online. I'm glad they had socks in store for purchase though

I was helped by an incredibly helpful associate/ manager. Was able to ascertain that I ordered a half size small in the point and adjust the order before the shoe arrived at the warehouse and shipped. I was able to try on other styles for future reference, when Margaux reorders the colors. Appointments for online chats about fit were booked 2 months in advance when I ordered the point, so I am glad I was visiting NY and happened to be nearby.

I just got my first pair of ballet flats in the mail. I ordered a size that said for 8 to 8.5. I normally wear an 8.5. I walked right out of the shoe. I got a narrow, so I was surprised that the shoe didn't fit better. I walked 10,000 steps during the day, so my foot should be at its maximum size. I have asked for an exchange to a straight size 8. We shall see. Anyone else have this experience?

Molly from Margaux was extremely helpful when I had a problem with a shoe I ordered. My shoe had gotten wet and the leather became very discolored because of the dye they use. Molly offered to make an exchange for me as the shoe was pretty new. I was very satisfied with their service and overall they have pretty and classy shoes for everyday. I would definitely buy again!

Bought a pair of their flats from Bloomingdales a little under a year ago. Didn't wear them much until this spring. I did get a ton of compliments, but for a $200 pair of shoes frankly they were terrible. First they took a while to break in and left my feet blistered and bloody. Even months in, I would get small sores from them. Then oddly they became mis-shaped. You would think this would increase comfort, but no. Instead they would just slip off while I was sitting in a meeting or on the subway or walking because they lost their structure. I have only see this happen with cheap Target ballet flats after many wears, so I was really surprised by that. Finally, the straw that broke the camels back, was that even small amounts of moisture would cause the inner lining dye to come off on my feet. Yesterday I got caught in the storm. Ok, I get it my fault, but now my off-white shoes are completely rust! I wore them maybe 30 times total and that is generous. I contacted customer support and was told I wasn't supposed to get them wet. I live in NYC and don't drive. If this is you, don't buy these shoes. There will be a time you are caught in the rain and then you wasted a few hundred dollars.

Got shoes on sale. I knew it was final sale but I had been fitted in the store on Bleeker St. I have very small feet, 33w. Armed with that I assumed that at that price there would be some quality control. Well , the shoes where way too small and costumer service said “too bad”. They lost a possible good costumer.
