Bought a pair of their flats from Bloomingdales a little under a year ago. Didn't wear them much until this spring. I did get a ton of compliments, but for a $200 pair of shoes frankly they were terrible. First they took a while to break in and left my feet blistered and bloody. Even months in, I would get small sores from them. Then oddly they became mis-shaped. You would think this would increase comfort, but no. Instead they would just slip off while I was sitting in a meeting or on the subway or walking because they lost their structure. I have only see this happen with cheap Target ballet flats after many wears, so I was really surprised by that. Finally, the straw that broke the camels back, was that even small amounts of moisture would cause the inner lining dye to come off on my feet. Yesterday I got caught in the storm. Ok, I get it my fault, but now my off-white shoes are completely rust! I wore them maybe 30 times total and that is generous. I contacted customer support and was told I wasn't supposed to get them wet. I live in NYC and don't drive. If this is you, don't buy these shoes. There will be a time you are caught in the rain and then you wasted a few hundred dollars.
