"Fabian Sollbach has struck out on his own and opened this tastefully modern restaurant housed in a fully renovated 14C building in the heart of the old town. In this setting, he serves up a modern take on French cuisine, in which select ingredients take centre stage. The menu includes ambitious dishes such as beef carpaccio with onion, truffle and oxtail praline. At lunchtime, the options are somewhat more limited and simpler. There are a handful of places to be had on the small gallery level and, in summer, tables are set up on a lovely terrace on the Kornmarkt." - Michelin Inspector

Margaux in East Liberty is a stylish and inspired hybrid of a European café and cocktail bar. By day, it’s the perfect spot to sip on a specialty coffee while lounging on cozy couches—ideal for getting work done or hosting a relaxed meeting. By night, the space transforms into a sophisticated cocktail bar, perfect for a night out. I recently stopped by to try their seasonal café menu and was seriously impressed. The root beer espresso float was insane—made with house-made sassafras root beer and oat milk cold foam infused with coffee and caraway. It was simple, caffeinated, and tasted just like a classic root beer float with a grown-up twist. The sage latte was whimsical and beautifully crafted, with a subtle floral essence that lingered perfectly. I also had a croissant, which was flaky, light, and absolutely delightful. I can't wait to go back and experience the nighttime vibe at Margaux. If the cocktails are anything like the coffee, it’s going to be a standout spot.

I stopped in here during a recent visit to the city after a few years away. The establishment appeared inviting with its ambience and seemingly trending atmosphere. I walked inside and it was quite crowded with people aged early 20s to early 40s max. I walked to the bar then slowly found my way to the cafe area trying to get help from an employee to order coffee. Three employees in sight were clearly busy, and they were clearly too busy to acknowledge my existence. I stared intently at one of them. He worked harder to ignore me the deeper I stared. Finally, another worker approached me, and I said hello. He walked past me with a cold shoulder (though friendlier than the first worker) and raised his pointer finger to signal he'd be back in a minute. I received no "hello, I'll be right with you" or "sorry, I'm so slammed, be right back". Absolutely nothing. Anybody enjoying the ambience of a hot spot like this being catered to by people lacking the proper presence and communication skills to foster a warm environment within the community are likely lacking these same fundamental human traits, which is not a social setting I want to be in. This establishment is advertised as a cafe, but it is only a bar in the evening. Do not attempt to engage with the cafe in the evening unless you want to be disrespected and robbed of your energy and time. Overall, I was entirely disappointed by the staff, along with the poor marketing of Margaux.

I wanted to give it a perfect rating, so bad, but the coffee was a letdown. Margaux is one of the prettiest cafe in pittsburgh, if not the prettiest. It is large, spacious, modern, full of natural light, and has plenty of seating options + free wifi. it also has a wide variety of indoor plants which gives it a very urban jungle vibes. You go out to the cash register and order there. They hand you a number and then bring you your food and drink. This basically means you don’t have to wait at the counter for your drink to be ready and can go chill instead, which is pretty cool. I visited on Monday morning, and it was pretty full. Most people were either just working from there or having meetings. The crowded the cafe seemed a little bit more posh compared to the other cafes. I have visited. For the first round, I got a cappuccino, which was average. I also got the chicken toast, which is an open face sourdough with generous serving of chicken salad. The toast was amazing. They did not skimp on the quantity of chicken as the flavours and textures were on spot. For my second round, I got an almond croissant, which was again pretty average and a latte, which was very disappointing. The latte was watered down, and the coffee flavour was extremely weak. It felt like I was drinking milk with a little bit of coffee. Honestly, don’t get lattes here. Next time I might want to try the pour over.

Google
Great service and delicious latte! It had some sort of sage flavor syrup in it and it was so good, definitely something worth trying if you like a little bit of a unique flavor in your coffee. The cafe itself is really pretty and has a lot of natural light so it's a great place to come study or just hang out and relax. They also had a little station with free water which is super nice and convenient because I always get thirsty after coffee. Happy we tried this place!

Google
Super cute place, great location, but the bartenders and the drinks TRULY make the experience! We had fantasticcccc drinks, and Isabel, our bartender, was literally the sweetest thing!! She made us feel so welcome, remembered that we were celebrating a special event, and crafted gorgeous drinks :) We will def be back!

Incredible! The food is excellent. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Love the decor too. Highly recommend. My fav spot in this amazing city to hang out and chill. Isabel was a great server.

Absolutely loved the green plant aesthetic – it really sets a vibe. The avocado toast was delicious, the atmosphere is so inviting that I’ll definitely be back!

Google
I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The decor is modern and stylish, making it a pleasant place to relax or get some work done. Their cappuccino is top-notch, with a perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy froth. There's also plenty of space with comfortable seating arrangements, making it an ideal spot for working. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great place to enjoy quality coffee. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Stopped in for a few after dinner drinks, and one thing made me feel the need to leave a review. I'll start with the pros. Cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. Ambiance was absolutely lovely. Service was fine, our waiter may have just not been in the best mood. The thing I had a problem with was their draft pours. A cider on tap was $9, a little expensive for a pint, but not crazy. Instead of a pint, I was served a champagne flute full of cider, aka, about 8oz. An absolutely ludicrous price for a draft cider, considering the typical mark up even on a regular full pint. TLDR: Great spot for cocktails, but don't order a drink of tap here.

Yelp
A group of five of us stopped by yesterday at noon. It was a little tough to find a place for all of us but it worked out in the end. Pretty much every seat was taken but it never felt overly crowded since the space is so big. We all got coffee and a couple of people got food. We spent a little over two hours there planning a trip and it was the perfect spot to do it. They have free WiFi so it's also a good place to work from home.

Yelp
Right around the corner from the hotel, this was the perfect place to walk for breakfast. I had an iced chai and the avocado toast on sourdough, yum! Service was fast & friendly, love the layout and decor of the space. It's spacious and room, sleek and comfortable. Can't wait to go back and try something else.

Yelp
Okay, Margaux is a vibe! I met a friend here for breakfast. You go up to the counter to order and they will bring your food/drinks to you once ready. Seating I also self served. I ordered a chai latte and the Morning Salad, which has greens, fennel, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg, goat cheese, and lemon vinaigrette. My food and drink were not only beautiful, but also delicious! All of the staff we encountered were also very nice. During the day, this would be a great place to work at. That same evening I was driving by and noticed how Margaux looked after dark. The low lighting is moody and it just looked like a place to enjoy a cocktail at and just vibe. I will definitely be back in the evening to to check it out. Overall, it's a cute space with delicious offerings!

Yelp
Margaux in East Liberty is a truly great European inspired cafe!!! By day, it's the perfect spot to sip on a specialty coffee while lounging on cozy couches--by night, the space transforms into a sophisticated cocktail bar! Offering small plates, light bites, coffees, cocktails & desserts. I recently stopped by to try their seasonal café menu and was impressed. Yelp
I have nothing but good things to say about Margaux! I stopped in for brunch and we split the avocado toast on sourdough along with the waffles with strawberries. I've had this avocado toast many times before and I have to say it may be my favorite I've ever tasted! It's always so fresh and flavorful. They never skimp on the avocado or the toppings and the sourdough is such a delight. The waffles were a wonderful sweet treat, I was obsessed with the whipped cream. Phenomenal food aside, the atmosphere and service is simply outstanding here. I've also visited in the evening for cocktails which was equally as magnificent an experience. Highly recommend visiting Margaux day or night, you can't go wrong!

Yelp
My favorite part about Margaux is the space. I love how versatile it is, as it serves half as a bar half as a cafe. I come here a lot to study with friends, especially because it's open a lot later than most cafes are. The space is spacious and comfortable, with lots of natural lighting making it one of my favorite spots on a nice sunny day. The drinks and food are slightly overpriced and none of them really stand out. I think the food is slightly better. Their kitchen menu is the best of their food, with my favorite being the chorizo croquettes. They are pretty small croquettes though. Sometimes the drinks, especially the matcha, feels a bit watered down. They have pretty good happy hour deals though, and I would recommend that over the cafe menu.

Yelp
What a CUTE PLACE. Food was amazing. Service was efficient and kind. Ambiance was perfect. My friends and I went here to exchange holiday gifts and it was a great vibe especially with the casual seats such as couches and coffee tables. Will be back!

Yelp
Super cute place in East Liberty...when you can actually get a drink here. My husband and I have now stopped in twice for a night cap and have been turned away as last call had already been made. The first time this happened we came in around 10:45 on a Saturday night. Bar was still plenty full but we were told they close at 11 and already did last call. Okay, fair we were in close to closing time. Tonight we got there at 10:25. Their posted closing time is 11pm, should be plenty of time for 1 drink. Nope. We were informed last call on Tuesdays takes place at 10pm. If you are going to post you close at 11pm, but call last call a full hour before closing time you need to adjust your published/posted hours. This was the last time we will be stopping in Margeaux. I'll spend my money in another East Liberty establishment.

Yelp
On a morning walk through this area of Pittsburgh, I stumbled upon this gem. What an exceptional use of the building space! High ceilings, multiple sitting areas to accommodate all group sizes or for communal seating. The center of the room hosts a full bar which makes me want to return for a cocktail and check out the afternoon vibe. I enjoyed a cup of drip coffee, but I'm perty sure I'll try something different for my second cup.

Yelp
Love this place, it's such a treasure! Spent an evening there recently doing some work +having glass of to wind down. Service was a little slow but the staff super nice. Hummus platter was yummy and plenty of veggies and pita that would be enough for 2-3 people. And of course the ambiance was wonderful!

Yelp
When I walked in, I felt like I'd stepped into a cool new wing at Phipps Botanical Garden. A wealth of plants and art work just strange enough to look hip. Beautiful seating options from couches to lounge chairs, and a giant wrap around bar. This place made a reformed dive bar connoisseur feel positively upscale. And the bartenders: MIRACLE WORKERS. They made me and the lass accompanying me 3 rounds of the most gorgeous looking drinks, an assortment of vibrant colors with flower petals and dried fruits adorning the glasses. And what charisma they possessed! Nearly as much as I do, which is rare. They operate as a cafe all morning, but get speakeasyish around 4 I think. Great place to impress a date and feel like you're fancy. Though I did see a local bum bathing in the bathroom. And the music leaves a bit to be desired. Liven the soundtrack up a little, will ya?

Yelp
Coffeehouse by day, bar at night... what more could you ask for! Margaux was a cool spot to check out in the East Liberty area, especially on a Friday night. There's a ton of space, cool lighting, and great vibes but there is not nearly enough seating for everyone inside so come a bit early to snag a seat. Kind of gave me the vibes of a SoHo loft with the high ceilings, white beams, and large windows... pretty cool! The solstice spritz was great and so was the aged rum cocktail I ordered as well. I originally wanted the orange cocktail but they were out so looks like I'll have to try it next time! Since the bar got pretty busy, the service at the side tables was alright. My table was only checked on once, which was when we first ordered, and we stayed for about an hour and a half. They seemed understaffed and my party and I were not upset since we were enjoying our time. Glad I stopped in!

Yelp
Super aesthetic little cafe in East Liberty, with lots of comfy seating (think couches and armchairs). Could definitely be a great place to work from home -- it's not too loud, they have free wifi if I remember correctly, and the food and drinks are perfect for snacking on. Went here with a friend to get a light brunch -- we both got matcha, and for food I got the sweet potato toast and she got a croque monsieur -- basically a croissant sandwich. For the price, the portions are pretty small, but I like to think I'm also paying for the beautiful ambiance and cute plating. The food here is very Instagrammable :') You order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it's ready, so service is really quick and efficient. Water and everything else is self serve -- you're left alone after your food is served, which is nice because you don't feel rushed at all!

Matthew Z.

Yelp
Solidly above average food. Equivalent coffee. Delicious drinks in the evening. Don't get the crab cakes - tasty, but overpriced. Friendly service, nice ambiance. Often loud, but usually not overwhelming.
google avatar

Cynthia L.

Yelp
Bright, clean, aesthetically pleasing casual spot. Street parking only so that's the only down side of this. We came here for breakfast and we both ordered the Croque Monsieur-a croissant with smoked ham, swiss cheese and a side of greens w/lemon vinaigrette dressing. You can opt for egg or avocado for an additional $2. Perfect portion for breakfast. Our sandwich came out fresh and pippin hot. Croissant was soft buttery and flakey. Yum! Definitely a solid spot. It was quiet and relaxing. I saw a few people here with their laptops. Personally, I think this is a much better spot to get some work done versus a loud coffee shop.

Yelp
What a beautiful space! and may be the moat unique, delicious espresso martini in the burgh!
google avatar

Cara B.

Yelp
Margaux is a nice place for one drink on the cusp of Shadyside and East Liberty. The decor and inside was cute, but the high ceilings caused the place to have a loud echo rather than a cozy environment. We went on a Friday night, and they were out of most beers which was disappointing, but my cocktail was good. Plan to pay a little more for a beer or cocktail than what you'd normally expect, but depending on the vibe you're looking for this would be a great night out with friends
google avatar

Kate S.

Yelp
I quite liked the vibes of this place. My drink was pretty good, and we got the cheese platter. You should check it out!
google avatar

Trish T.

Yelp
Absolutely fabulous experience here for lunch. I wanted a quiet place to work on an upcoming trip, and this was perfect. Light, beautiful surroundings amidst (mostly) comfortable furniture. The latte I had was so tasty, though I hardly wanted to touch it it was so beautiful! The star was the chicken salad toast that I added avocado to. OH OH so good. The chicken has been marinated and chopped with (I think) either grapes or cherries. The topper was (I think) oregano micro greens - and man did they add just the right zing! You order at the counter, get a number for your table, and a barista brings it all to you. The service was excellent. The wifi worked perfectly. I had a fab experience and def will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
So rare to find a place that's good for as many situations as Margaux. I've been here for coffee and breakfast, to meet a friend for a chat, to get out of my house and do work for a bit, and I'd love to stop by sometime for a cocktail. The atmosphere is gorgeous! Small menu but everything I've tried has been great, the muesli is my fave! Coffee drinks are great and service is always friendly.
google avatar

Yelp
This cafe reminds me of the cafes in Los Angeles. I loved it. Other than the fact that they were super busy due to being flooded with people before the PITT game and we ended up standing there waiting for 5 minutes before anyone even waited on us. Lol. It was completely full and their cooks and baristas were crazy busy so I understand the confusion. No worries! I must say their food looked amazing! It definitely had Urth Caffe vibes and that made me smile a lot. So my patience was solid due to that. The guy who finally waited on us was like do you have a to-go order and I was like no we just want to order a couple of cold brews. He was like, Damn, I'm sorry that's the easiest order I've had all morning. My apologies. We have never been this busy. Super cool dude! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area visiting friends.
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
Very upscale, lively, and a great decor. The drinks I had were so decadent. I can only imagine what the food is like. Very impressive menu!
google avatar

Sofia M.

Yelp
What a spot. The space is lovely and hip and eclectic, with good music and even better food. The coffee is dark and hot, the avocado toast and muesli are banging, and the waitstaff are always kind and cordial.

Yelp
Just my vibe. This is going to be my new neighborhood spot. Don't come here looking for hype or family meals. This is a dainty place with yummy drinks and small bites. My favorite feature is the spaciousness. We visited on a Saturday between lunch and dinner. It wasn't crowded though some playful neighborhood kids were taking up outside chairs lol Again, I loved how spacious this place was. Lots of couches and chairs in their little nooks. A large bar in the center of the place with plenty of seating. Its cool inside! Modern and trendy decor, giant plants to cleanse the COVID air. Service was great. Our server was down to earth, attentive and kind. I got the beet salad. It was perfect to hold me over til dinner (with friends in the suburbs). I'll definitely return with friends after work. I want to try every drink on the menu.
google avatar

Maureen B.

Yelp
Interesting vibe here. Half the place is coffee and then there is a bar in the middle. Good beer selection with some nice Belgians featured. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the service was spotty. We sat for a bit (at the bar!) and were not greeted. We did not eat anything - but the food coming out looked good.
google avatar

Nick P.

Yelp
Holy f***! Omg. They are using Little Wolf espresso now, and it is SHOCKING how well the fruit profile holds up to milk. Raspberries and strawberries shining thru an 8 oz. whole milk cappuccino. Absolutely fabulous! It also incredibly helps that the baristas know precisely how to calibrate their grind and how to steam their milk to the perfect temperature. Margaux has no ascended to my favorite coffee shop in Pittsburgh, when it comes to drinking espresso drinks. Also, atmosphere is always fantastic. Employees are generally friendly. Etc.
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
Beautiful decor, and a great place to meet friends for drinks. The servers are attentive and the drinks are well crafted. Great location in the heart of East Liberty near the Kelly Strayhorn.

Yelp
The inside is beautiful, and there are plenty of spots to sit. The coffee was pretty good, and I only tried one food item but didn't not love it. I would love to go back and try the waffles though!
google avatar

Yelp
I really liked Margaux! I came on a Tuesday night with my friend and we sat at the bar. We ordered drinks and food. The food is small plates. We both ordered crab cakes and then we split the chorizo cakes. I wasn't a huge fan of the chorizo cake because honestly, I didn't taste chorizo, it was all cheese. The crab cakes on the other hand were delicious! Next time I need 2 orders. I ordered 2 glasses of champagne while my friend ordered 2 different cocktails and liked them both. I loved that people were in here just working and that there was a coffee bar. It was really quite nice and peaceful. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
i so love the space. a bunch of seating with chargers and wifi but it's hard to find open seats. i ordered the smoked salmon which was a little bland and my sister ordered the waffles. their coffee is actually really good, i ordered a drip with cream and caramel and i really liked it.

Yelp
Tuck in the corner of East Liberty, this gem is not hard to find at all. I love their selection of cocktails. Staff are so friendly and nice. I gotta say, I love the ambiance here. Great place to grab a coffee and tea during day time and a perfect happy hour spot too!

Yelp
We've been customers since they first opened and have been fans ever since. Everything is always proper from teas and coffees to food and of course the beloved cocktails.

Yelp
Loved this cafe/ lounge on highland avenue. Very relaxed and calming environment. Happy it's a couple minutes drive for me to get to, great for people working from home or if you need a spot for business meeting or just to catch up. They have some beautiful abstract paintings, and I like the layout very spacious and various places to sit, whether on a bar stool or one of their comfy chairs. Happy to see there's some outdoor seating as well. They have a nice range of drinks, I tried their Margaux Champagne cocktail and tasted very good :) and bubbly. Also tried the smoked salmon rillette which was very tasty as well. Will definitely be back to hang with friends or get some work done.
google avatar

Julia C.

Yelp
Came for some drinks at the bar and had a great time! Super cute decor and great atmosphere. Seems like a great place to grab coffee and lunch too! There is plenty of tables so you could get your coffee and stick around a while to get work done. I came for drinks and they were delicious! Lots of options for cocktails. My drink even came with a flower in it! We sat at the bar but there were many tables too. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they recommended great drinks for us. Loved the experience we had and look forward to stopping by again for another good time!
google avatar

Yelp
Margaux has been such a great experience in the neighborhood! Great food/drink pairing with great servers and spacious /contemporary ambiance. Thx I was looking for a place to chill out for the afternoon since I started the day really early. I started one hour before the bar opens. Got a really nice cold brew. Then I continued with the recommended highballer, the least sweet cocktail, and two small plates, baked Ricotta and smoke salmon rillette. They both are in very generous portion and taste good.

Dan C.

Yelp
First time visiting here, I was impressed by the modern and spacious decor. I had the excellent croque monsieur and an americano; a great combination. The morning crowd had a nice mix of ages, several remote workers, conversationalists, and college students. It's conducive to friendly talk with the background music. Has comfy booths, tables, bar style dining, and WiFi.
google avatar

Jeanne-Marie D.

Yelp
This was a very interesting spot because it's basically a coffee shop and cocktail bar rolled into one. During the day I'm assuming it's more of go to for getting a caffeine fix, and then by a certain time in the evening they switch to serving cocktails. They do offer small bites and yummy desserts I believe, but we just stuck to cocktails. I will say, the cocktails aren't cheap, but they're not outlandishly overpriced either either. The overall atmosphere was pretty relaxed and people coming in varied from casual to a little more dressy. I'd describe the ambiance as feminine-modern/chic, so it's very current. It wasn't packed when we arrived on a Friday night close to 9 and it was easy to grab a high table for three of us. Definitely a chill spot for some casual cocktails.
google avatar

Nora M.

Yelp
A bit of a coffee shop, a bit of a cafe, a bit of a bar. A lot of ambiance! A lot of flavor! My favorite on the menu is the croque monsieur with smoked salmon as a ham substitute and the herbed biscuit sandwich. It's not cheap but I appreciate the quality and shamelessly get both sandwiches for myself. They have a great matcha latte and do nice mocktails.
google avatar

Yiying X.

Yelp
Such an adorable place for breakfast/brunch! I had the chicken salad toast and my friend had the avocado toast (vegan), both tasted good. The portion is relatively small compare to the price but I'm okay with it. The environment is so cute and 'instagramable'.
google avatar

Julia B.

Yelp
Recently went to margaux for an after-dinner cocktail and had a good time! The vibes are cool and perfectly set the cocktail lounge experience. I got a champagne cocktail and thought it was really good. The only downside is that they don't have a wait staff, so you have to go up to the bar to order drinks & there can be a bit of a wait when they get busy. Food: N/A Drinks: A- Service: B- Atmosphere: A

Yelp
MY girlfriend wanted to go to a quiet cafe nearby to get some work done, so I gave her a few options and she choose Margaux! What really stuck out to her was the interior design of the cafe and how vibey it felt. Margaux has a lot of tables and bar area where you can sit and chat with friends, or come and get some work done. They are still requiring you to order at the counter with a mask on, so take that into consideration when you come. She got a iced caramel latte, which at first wasn't sweet enough for her. When she asked the waitress this, she came back with some extra Carmel syrup and some simple syrup in order to make it sweet! This came at no extra charge, and the waitress was super friendly about it as well! She thoroughly enjoyed her latte after adding enough of the syrups to it, and it was just to her liking. I ordered the cappuccino, which came with some beautiful latte art and an awesome Margaux cup! The cappuccino tasted amazing, and I was craving one as I haven't had one in so long! This cafe is awesome! There are plenty of outlets in the bar area as well to ensure that all of your devices are charged. There were also a bunch of people in there around noon, but because the space is so big it was relatively quiet. They play some soft music in the background, which was a nice touch! Can't wait to come back here next time and try some of their food options, which I have heard to be absolutely amazing!

Yelp
Margaux is a unique cool atmosphere. They have all types of seating from bar to table.

Yelp
What a fantastic addition to the Pitt social/study scene. This is the perfect spot the study during the day or for for drinks at night. (Or stay all day for both??) The decor, natural light, and copious outlets makes this one of my favorite places to work. The staff and so friendly and helpful as well- their recommendations have helped me find some of my new favorite drinks. I think this would be a 5 star stop for me if the music wasn't so loud. It's a sharp contrast to the very calming space. The base was so intense last time I actually needed earplugs. Still an incredible place!

Yelp
Margaux is a really cool place for coffee and lunch and I love that it's so close to where I live! It took me a bit to try it, but I am glad that I did. I love that it's so open and all of the plants and decorations are great. The food is always good and I love that they mark vegan options directly on the menu. I want to come back in the evening for cocktails also since they are open late!

Yelp
Superb dining experience with a girlfriend tonight. Parked on the street right in front -- free after 5pm on this Tuesday evening. Seated ourselves at a hightop with other options of sofa and chairs, table, or bar. As we looked around trying to acclimate ourselves and figure out whether to go up to order or if there was table service, staff greeted us warmly and let us know they would bring us water and menus and be by often to take orders and tend to us (and they did). Menu options were plenty with small plates. We both ordered crab cakes. They came three to a plate with dipping sauce and an orchid. Very tasty, light, and filling. I ordered the pearl couscous salad and it was plenty to share between us. It was listed on the menu as vegan and had chickpeas, tomatoes, and onion in it. Wonderful, refreshing. We each ordered cocktails and both loved what we ordered, hers a citrus blend, mine pears and champagne. Then for dessert there were three choices and all sounded delectable. I opted for a chocolate and pear concoction, her a pecan and maple syrup sponge cake. We both agreed my chocolate and pear torte was the better of the two, but both were pretty divine. Service was friendly and there when needed. Presentation was eye candy. Ambience was fresh and modern. We both agreed we want to come back and try other drinks and edible treats.

Yelp
A friend and I spontaneously decided to go here and we were both pleasantly surprised. First off the staff was super friendly and attentive! Also decor and lighting are wonderful. It's definitely a more intimate vibe and would be great for a date or just hanging out with one or two friends. We decided to split several of their small plates, all of them were good - the baked ricotta definitely was a highlight. We also tried some of their cocktails and each one was great! Definitely would recommend this spot! Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Their Chai tea latte is the best I've had in many months. Creamy and spicy goodness. The Croque Monsieur and side salad was delish. Very spacious with plenty of seating and a full bar. I need to go here in the evening to check it out. Nice staff, but the young man could stand learn how to interact with people face to face. I guess that's just a sign of the times.

Yelp
I cannot recommend Margaux enough. First and foremost, the food/coffee speaks for itself. Our servers were incredible and very accommodating to our group having separate checks. They were also able to squeeze us in last minute when we were desperate for a coffee shop to meet at! The decor inside is modern, clean, and refreshing. Street parking is pretty available as well! I had the croque monsieur and cold brew, both I would definitely go back for!
