"Margaux’s is actually in Pineville, a suburb of Charlotte, but it’s close to Blu South Townhomes, where the couples lived during filming. Laura and Jessica are too busy gossiping about the rest of the cast to touch their build-your-own charcuterie boards—a mistake, because they would’ve enjoyed them. But wine is Margaux’s main attraction, anyway, and their list has over 300 different bottles to choose from. Jessica must’ve taken the full tour, because she admits to Laura that she’s not over Jimmy. We hope they soaked up the alcohol off-camera with woodfired pizzas—Margaux’s is the only place in the Charlotte area known for making St. Louis-style pies with cracker-thin crust and provel cheese. My wife and I were shopping in the area and decided to check out Margaux's. We were beyond thrilled with what we experienced. Our server was great and very helpful. We ordered the Apple Pecan Salad along with Margaux #73 (pizza). The food tasted great, the atmosphere was nice and everyone there was very friendly. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Margaux's!

I love this. I've got an 18 hour layover and needed to kill time so I went here for lunch. I got the Margeaux 72 (or 71?). Oh. So good. Also had the Allagash beer. Really nice staff, nice patio, though loud cuz of cars, but overall a very pleasant experience. The bathroom was very clean and nice, and you can see where they keep the wood for their pizza oven. Would absolutely visit again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Margaux’s Wine, Pizza & Market is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a warm, stylish atmosphere and the smell of fresh, wood-fired pizza. The menu is creative and full of flavor — every dish is made with care and top-quality ingredients. Their pizzas are perfection: crispy, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The curated wine selection is equally impressive, offering something for everyone, from casual sippers to true enthusiasts. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do, making every visit feel special. The market is also a great touch — filled with unique gourmet finds, local products, and wines you won’t see anywhere else. Whether you're grabbing dinner, enjoying a date night, or picking up something special to take home, Margaux’s delivers every time. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food, excellent wine, and a local business that does things right!

Everything was perfect. This was our very first time and we will absolutely be back. Atmosphere was beautiful. We are very fussy with our pizza coming from New Haven, Ct. Pizza was outstanding! Fresh and delicious. Everything that came out of tge kitchen looked amazing. The gluten free chocolate cake with ice cream was home run. One of the many reasons why to come back soon was our server Savanah! She gets 5 plus stars! Thank you Savanah for making our first experience here a memorable one. See you soon!

I’ve been here several times, in large groups and by myself. The service is outstanding, and their charcuterie boards are the star of the show. Excellent selection of cheeses, meats. Their wines are delicious and the staff helps you pair them based on your taste preferences.

We had the best time when we celebrated a friends birthday here! We popped in for lunch & the atmosphere was everything we hoped it would be. We ordered some wine - they have a great selection. We were pleasantly surprised when we order the two for two charcuterie. Sometimes they lack a little in substance, but this was beautiful & full of some many delicious things. (We will be back just for this & a glass of wine.) We shared the caprese & a pizza too! The weather was perfect! We opted for indoor, but again can’t wait to go back and sit out. Just the best time!

One of my favorite restaurants of 2024. One of my favorites during my visit to the Charlotte area. Great service, Excellent food. Lovely decor and ambiance. Wonderful price point. Hospitable service. This is my third time dining at this establishment. It has not disappointed yet. My friends and I had an amazing time. I am looking forward to my return.

Great food and wine. When I had a problem with one item, they addressed it immediately. Everything was very tasty and some creative flatbread pizza!

Yelp
Cute spot in downtown Pineville. I really love seeing this small town come to life amongst the crazy growth of Charlotte/Bally. I met some of my lady friends here for lunch and a long catch up session. It was a Saturday, about 1pm and the place was just about empty. Our host sat us quickly and the waiter was very attentive. The food was okay. I had the special, lasagna and a side salad and I added garlic cheese bread (as no bread came with the lasagna). The lasagna was beautifully plated but cold. The salad was over dressed but huge. The garlic cheese bread was my fav and it came hot. The pizza looked great, thin crust and lots of toppings. I would come back and try some of the wines and the charcuterie board as well as a pizza.

Yelp
Margaux's Wine, Pizza & Market is a gem in Pineville, offering a delightful blend of gourmet pizza, fine wines, and a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of Margaux's is their impressive wine selection. The staff is always happy to recommend a wine pairing to complement your meal. Wine flights are a popular choice, allowing you to sample a variety of wines before committing to a bottle. I did the Italian flight and would recommend for those red lovers. For those with dietary restrictions, Margaux's is a great option. They offer a variety of gluten-free pizza crusts and gluten free menu items; however, I was surprised that they served the gluten free crackers on the same board as normal crackers with gluten. That made me quite nervous to eat anything off the charcuterie board, but I felt much more comfortable with the pizzas.

Yelp
Loved the vibes here all around! Margaux's is super cute inside and offers some delicious food as well as wines from around the world. Located in the middle of downtown Pineville, what a gem! We went for Queen's Feast so we got the 3 course meal that came with a glass of wine. The wine was delicious and a pretty strong pour. The pizzas are personal size and cooked "St. Louis style" which I guess means thin crust. The crust was thin but not crispy and had a chew to it that I really enjoyed. The flavors were spectacular on top of the pizza. From the sauce to the meats to the cheeses, everything tasted curated. The desserts were spot on and oh, so good. The server was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I want to go back when its a little cooler to sit outside on the patio! Big fan.

Yelp
I love love love the pizza at Margaux's!! The Crystal is so light, airy, and flaky, not like most pizza you find in Charlotte. I also have a special place in my heart for square cut pizza lol. The Sicilian is my absolute favorite but plain pepperoni is great too!! I love the setup here. The shelving along the walls hold many bottles of wine and other little wine gifts and random trinkets for purchase. My only complaint here is the service. I've been here at least 3-4 times mostly during lunch but once for dinner and every time the service has been slow and they seem to be a little under staffed. I have been back in the past couple months or so so hopefully they have figured this out now. Overall, I think it's still worth visiting here just prepare yourself for slower service. The wine and food are always delicious so just sit back, relax and enjoy!!

Yelp
Stopped by here with some coworkers when in town for business. This is an interesting fusion between a Parisian/French wine bar and St. Louis style pizza. They've also got a nice selection of sandwiches. I'll be honest, I was a little hesitant. I had read a while back that St Louis style pizza was cracker thin, which I figured was a la Rubirosa/Staten Island style. Cracker style pizza isn't really my thing but was willing to try. We got two pizzas-the margaux and the Bianca and a Cubano, topped off with a glass of wine. The pizza was delicious!!! It is very very thin but it is also still quite substantial and doughy. A little spongy. And the flavors were very delicious. The Margaux is perfectly spicy for me (love soppressata) and the Bianca was more straight forward but equally delicious. I also really liked the cubano though my coworkers weren't big fans given the heavy seeded mustard. Service was also great. We got there at like 820 when they closed at 9 and they got everything to us quick and without issue. Next time I'm around for work I'll be back.

Yelp
Margaux's was a great spot for lunch in Pineville. We will definitely return soon. My review of specific items we ordered is as follows: - tomato bisque and grilled cheese (5/5; really good and filling) -meatballs (5/5; really good, filled with cheese and a great marinara sauce, yum yum yum) -Italian sausage sandwich with chips (5/5; homemade chips were delicious, sandwich was solid, just like the description) -cheese pizza (3.5/5; decent, tasted good but crust was pretty chewy) -apple pecan salad (4/5; really good components but dressing wasn't acidic enough so didn't bring everything together well) -French wine flight (4/5; nice variety) Additionally, the service was very good and I thought the decorations were cute and created a nice ambiance.

Yelp
Outside seating was nice! The pizza was a huge mistake. I am a pizza lover, and this was dismal. We got the margarita and the cheese pizza. They are edible, just not good. Would never be back for this! We got the pizza on the suggestion from our waitress. I think it was busy Sunday because there was nowhere else to go downtown Pineville. Margarita - was like cardboard with dry plastered sauce and spices and blobs of cheese that didn't even taste that great. The cheese pizza - they call it creamy. Nothing about it was good.

Yelp
Stopped in with my wife on a Wednesday night after a days worth of chores. Beautiful interior. At first, they tried to see us at a table that seemed to have about 10° list to it, but we asked and were moved to a much more stable table. Lot of different wines! Using Vivino, it seems that most of their retail wines were about 30% over and above average costs. We both ordered flights, Italian for my wife and French for me. The wines on the flight were OK. For an appetizer we went with their meatballs, which were absolutely delicious and huge! For our main, we opted for their St. Louis style super Tuscan Pizza. The St. Louis style denotes a thin crust with an interesting mix of cheese. I'm not gonna say I didn't like it, but it wasn't what I was expecting, but overall good. Nice experience. Our waiter did a terrific job helping us out.

Yelp
I came in the other night as a follow-up to restaurant week, and was extremely disappointed in the food and the service. The pizza was flat, a bit too crispy and had very little flavor. The salad was alright but not as robust as I'd remembered. I'm also not sure if the server was in the weeds or what, but she was very short with my friends and I. Her tone of voice was weird and it's like we were a bother. Very off putting. It makes me sad that I probably won't be back.

Mario M.

Yelp
Wasn't sure what to expect from Margaux's. I pass it all of the time driving through Pineville. We stopped in to try this St. Louis style pizza, something I didn't even know existed. I ordered a meatball sandwich as a side and two desserts. The bill was $65, wow. When I got the food home I was pretty disappointed. The pizza was cracker thin, small and not very tasty in my opinion. The meatball sandwich was ok but on the cold side. The desserts weren't much better. Worst part was that all of the items were in the same bag, stapled shut. Meaning the cold cream on the desserts were in a sealed bag with hot items. The logic wasn't there. I don't think we'll be going back.

Yelp
Margaux's is a great little neighborhood Italian pizza spot, perfect for elevated lunches or dinner dates. We went during lunch on Saturday with no wait. The owner was friendly and personable, and he spent a lot of time with us, answering questions and giving us recommendations. The wood fired pizza provides a thin and crisp bottom crust with a very soft and fluffy upper crust. The St. Louis style, house made cheese was a novel flavor and texture, and it really sets these pizzas apart from others found at Italian restaurants. I had the Bianca, which was divine and garlicky, not greasy at all! My partner had the Sicilian and noted how delicious the flavors were in the homemade sauce. I was impressed with the liquor selection at the bar as well as the extensive wine options. Our server seemed a little confused on a few requests, but food and drinks were delivered as ordered, and we had everything we needed to enjoy! The price is definitely justified by the value, and we are St. Louis style converts! See you again soon!

Roberto Y.

Yelp
My wife and I had a great dinner experience. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and decor. There is a good selection of wines. Our pizza and cubano sandwich were tasty. Our waitress was courteous an helpful. I will definitely come back with friends and family.

Jacqueline H.

Yelp
The place is beautiful, anyone can see that. My salad was excellent which isn't always an easy feat. The pizza was horrible. I couldn't believe it. It was served cold, maybe because it is so thin? No flavor. We got 3 different ones. The crust had no flavor, the sauce no flavor, and even though I love cheese, theirs had a gummy quality with the way it interacted with the crust. It felt like frozen pizza. Super gross. Sandwich was bad too. Will never return. I gave 2 stars only because of the ambiance. You could go and order a salad.

Na'Shota L.

Yelp
Nice place with tasty food. Try the wine flight and you can create your own. Ask for specials. Sometimes the servers won't tell you on their own.

Jon L.

Yelp
So many positive reviews, I had to stop in and check this place out. It happens to be across the street from my bike shop in Pineville. I got there right when they opened at 1130a on a Wednesday. I had a seat by the window so I could get some sunshine and watch the sidewalk. Only two of their salads actually have lettuce so I got the Classic Salad and added the chicken for a $4 up charge. It came with a red wine vinaigrette dressing which was good. My server was Roxanne, she was nice and professional. The menu is limited, I expected more entree items but not to be. It seems their signature dishes are the St Louis style pizza. They have a nice wood burning oven. Quite a selection of wines as well. They have some large community tables and few outside tables with umbrellas. Plenty of free parking in the rear public lot and you can enter the backdoor as well.

John H.

Yelp
Stopped here after an afternoon of hanging around Pineville and catching up with friends. We didn't have a reservation, but managed to get a table since we ate an an off meal-time hour. When we were leaving, the restaurant was in full swing and definitely busy. Our server was nice and efficient. She had to be since it looked like the restaurant was short staffed. We were not in a huge rush and really got to enjoy the ambiance and novelty of being out in the world again. We got a nice charcuterie board and then ordered 4 pizzas. All were delicious and we definitely had a great meal. Great spot for wines and cheeses. All the wine is stored visually out in the dining room. A couple of outdoor tables. The whole place had a charm to it that would keep me coming back.

Carrie J.

Yelp
I didn't eat here this time but have eaten there once before and it was wonderful! The charcuterie board and pizzas were awesome and great wine selection by the glass. They also have retail wine which is great! Service was wonderful and I just love the environment!

Debora H.

Yelp
We ordered a margherita pizza. The sauce was bitter tasting low quality. The sliced cheese slid off the pizza when we picked it up to take a bite! It was awful. Wine pours were a bit small for the price. Average price 13 dollars per glass!

Kelly C.

Yelp
What a cute place! We popped in on a Wednesday evening for a little date night. We got lucky to grab a table but I would recommend getting a reservation. The wine was reasonably priced per glass which is always a bonus. We started with the hummus board and the toasted points that come with it are crisp and surprisingly flavorful. I ordered the d'Maui pizza because I'm a pineapple on pizza gal :) It was delicious and really filling. I'm excited I get to have some for lunch the next day! This is an excellent spot for a date night or couples night and we can't wait to return and bring friends.

Starla D.

Yelp
We stopped in here for the first time and we loved it. Every employee was super nice and helpful. Our waitress, Grace was on top of it and very friendly. The owner, Kevin, stopped by a couple times to make sure we were happy and enjoying our dinner. The food was amazing and the wine was great. They had tons of wine choices and we both loved the wines we chose. We ended up buying a bottle of the rose I had. The atmosphere was fun and I can't wait to go again with friends or my book club girls.

Kate M.

Yelp
I've never heard of or tried St Louis style pizza but pizza is my main food group so wanted to try this cute spot. I had The Sicilian and my husband had pepperoni- definitely interesting- basically just different cheese so was a super melty consistency with little sauce and super thin crust. Now I know...

Pam C.

Yelp
Friendly service and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere but there were several big flys buzzing around our inside table. We ate our lunch while waving the flies away. One flew into our glass of wine. Brought it to the server's attention and he offered to bring out the same amount of wine that was in the glass with the fly swimming around - he actually raised his hand to indicate how much wine he was offering to replace, with fingers spread apart about an inch. I gave a hard look back... The better response would have been to take the $12.00 glass of wine (with the fly still alive and trying to get out) off the bill. I could have asked for a manager but had already decided that I wouldn't return. If you visit, bring a fly swatter...

Jonathan C.

Yelp
Best St. Louis pizza outside of St. Louis. Service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

Crestin G.

Yelp
The calzone was the best I've ever had, and the wine was the perfect accompaniment. This restaurant is casual but upscale, with a focus on pizza and wine. Our waiter, Lexi, was very patient with my son, who was unsure of what he wanted to eat. The lighting was perfect, and the noise level was just right for conversation. Overall, a great place to go for a delicious and satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza place in Charlotte. Pssst, it's the first good one I've found since moving here a couple of years ago.

Kelley K.

Yelp
Margaux's is one of the BEST secret, amazing places of charlotte. Located in the heart of pineville, it's about a 20 minute drive from uptown but BOY is it worth it. They have a TON of hand selected wines lining the shelves, amazing charcuterie and the most BOMB oven cooked pizzas. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone visiting charlotte - she is a must EAT, baby!

Barbara T.

Yelp
We found a new special place for us! Great wine selection and delicious food choices. We had the bruschetta, meatballs and the meatball sub. All full of flavor! The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the wine selection. We'll be back!

Thea M.

Yelp
Watermelon Feta Salad Amazing wine selection Pizza options are delicious great location

Julie P.

Yelp
Really cute place for date night. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good. The salad and cake were both bomb. My husband loved the meatballs. The pizza was ok, wasn't our favorite. The crust for mine was a bit tough to eat. Overall, we liked this place and will be back.

Mandi C.

Yelp
Went to Margaux's Wine, Pizza, and Market last night. I had read a review about them when they first opened and the combination intrigued me. It's a great location in the town of Pineville. They have community long high tables as well as four top dining tables throughout. You can watch the kitchen cook from behind full glass windows. Knick-knacks, wines, charcuterie board accessories, jams and jellies as well as pizza are all available for purchase. This place is perfect for a group of friends or a casual easy date night. Not a formal place (it was a last minute decision after Christmas shopping - so we were super casual dressed) but they do take (and encourage) reservations. Speaking of! We called ahead and when we arrived, had a table with our name instead of waiting for a hostess to seat us - and that was exceptional. The St Louis Style pizza's are roughly 12" in diameter and very thin base. we got the Margaux - Buffalo mozzarella, basil, prosciutto, and sauce. (Essentially a margarita with Prosciutto, which is also an option). You can ask for Cauliflower crust, GF crust, and shredded cheese. For dessert, I ordered Tiramisu and it was heavenly - fluffy not heavy with a perfect amount of espresso in the ladyfingers. My husband saw the lemon blueberry cake and needed that. It was a two layer dense cake that while dense in texture did not sit too heavy on the stomach. The frosting was creamy and not overly sugary tasting. The fresh blueberries in the cake gave a sweet crisp contrast to the lemon cake. We had four different types of red wines: their Chianti, Cabernet Sauvignon, Corvina (my personal favorite) and the Granata. Other menu options include * charcuterie * sandwiches * lasagna * meatballs/sausages 10/10 recommend for adults. 3/10 recommend for the kids (infants/older kids yes, toddlers and small/picky kids no) -- for those complaining about paying at the table versus leaving a bill - it's very much the European trend to pay this way. You can also visit the QR code on your receipt (as we did) if you want to keep things private. It also prevents walkouts. As for the service, our server was excellent - not overbearing, easy to find and acknowledge when we needed something. 4/5 stars cause of kitchen closing at 10:15 on a Friday night when they were still packed. Should've and could have stayed open later given the crowd but I also understand wanting to get off work at a decent hour.

Huyen D.

Yelp
Great wine and pizza spot! Cozy ambiance, delicious pizza selection, and impressive wine menu. Despite the long wait for food, the flavors and quality made it worth it. Friendly staff ensured a good experience. Recommended for a tasty night out!

Melani K.

Yelp
Honestly id give it three because of the location (cute spot). Food was a no no. We love pizza and are ingerneral food lovers. It was so heartbreaking to see pizza after pixza being served burnt & we got 4 and it was just not it! Burnt , dull, cheese was scrappy and dry , ingredients for sure had seen better days until they were left in there to dry out. Service was good, the guy was nice! Wine was decent. But overall there just wasnt a good flow of food coming out & another table by us talked poorly about their pizza as well! They barely touched it! Improving the quality of the pizza way the pizzas are made will help alot!

Julie S.

Yelp
Highly recommend reservations! Missed the memo on my first point, but luckily was able to get a table before 6pm on a weeknight. The space is beautiful! This space features St. Louis style pizza, but I can't speak to how great the style is in comparison to true St Louis, but i enjoyed my pizza. My friend and I each enjoyed a flight of wine and pizza. Cauliflower crust is available as a gluten free alternative. It is still thin crust and delicious! While our waitress was very busy with multiple tables inside and outside, we enjoyed the ambience of the space and did get taken care of eventually. To be fair, multiple arrived at the same time for her to manage. Definitely want to come back and try more of the menu

Gregory R.

Yelp
One of the best tasting pizzas I have had in a long time. Tried the Buffalo chicken and the Sicilian. Both were delicious but the Sicilian was the winner. Also had their cannolis which were one of the best tasting I have ever had! I'm looking forward to going back and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Ainsley G.

Yelp
Every dish was delicious! This was an unexpected gem tucked away in pineville! Will definitely be back.

Megan F.

Yelp
St. Louis pizza is amazing! I confess I never heard of St. Louis pizza and my first visit was delicious. It's a thin crust pizza with a cheddar and what tastes like a tomato sauce. I loved the combination! We took pizza to go because they don't have outdoor seating. We loved the prosciutto and pineapple combo for the Maui pizza. I think it is delicious salty and sweet flavors. My husband had the meat lovers pizza and loved it. At $14 per pizza it's best to share so we did. One small hiccup as this is the first week-The kitchen was having trouble with their equipment so my call in order was delayed. They were very nice and offered me a glass of wine because I had to wait an additional time for my food. I enjoyed the pinot Grigio and the bar style shared tables. Everyone seemed to be social distant seating and servers were wearing masks. Definitely will return for more! Parking is behind the building and on the street.

Danny S.

Yelp
Pizza was terrible. Hardly edible. Texture of cardboard and little flavor. Salad and wine were ok. Ambient was great, though! Cute little spot but don't go for the food.

Mae L.

Yelp
1st time visit, great wine selection next visit will ask for well done pizza as the middle was soggy. Staff very welcoming.

Meena P.

Yelp
Girls night at this quaint little wine bar/ gourmet pizza place in Pineville. Casual yet classy place. Loved the high top tables . Got to finally check this off my list in Charlotte! Easy street parking we got one right in front ! I had reservations for our group of 7. Lucky us happened to roll in on restaurant week, so the great Margaux's had was for $30 you pick a pizza , a glass of wine, a salad and a dessert, not a bad deal! So we all went with that , then of course added more wine. Our server was awesome and put up with 7 girls who took forever to order. Started off with a glass of Prosecco. We added a bottle of that later to share with a couple of others. A nice bottle of Rioja was also on the table. Some really great wines here. Lots to choose from. We ordered the hummus plate for the table which had nice veggies and pita bread on the plate, nice fresh loved the soft pita. Also the meatballs was an app we loved, very garlicky, which I love, great sauce. Great to share, or this could be a meal. Their pizzas are St, Louis style, thin crust and blended cheeses. I got the margarita with prosciutto pizza, nice simple, light, great with some bubbles. Everyone on the table got different ones and they were all great, nice thin crust, but generous toppings. Everyone raved about the food, the drinks and the salads were great too, super fresh and crunchy, light vinaigrette dressing. I absolutely love this place, such a great hang out on a Sunday or any day. I had our server pick me out a nice bottle of Cabernet so I could take it home. One of the other girls got 3 bottles to go. The desserts we got, cheesecake and tiramisu. Both nice creamy not to sweet, generous portions again. Between us that was a lot of dessert! After dinner caffeine hit of espresso hit the spot, nice that they have that too. Please open a Margaux's in Winston! I love that they didn't rush us out either. They closed at 8, Sunday hours, but we were still there at 8.45, they didn't seem to mind us! Definitely my kinda place. Nice job with creating this casual but still high end atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

Brittany D.

Yelp
We were thrilled to find a place with St. Louis style pizza!!! Being from STL, the cheese is spot on! Staff was friendly, recommend making a reservation. The pizza was delicious! Worth the long drive we made to try :)

Mike G.

Yelp
Margaux's is a quaint, cute spot right on Main Street that looks nicely renovated, both inside and out. I'd say their ambiance is the strongest part. The server I had was nearing the end of their shift and wasn't all that helpful, but the server that took over was much more responsive and checked back with more water and asking how everything is. Lastly, and most importantly, the food. Pizza was good. I'm not big on thin crust but I know that's a personal preference. If you like super thin crust, it was that, but a little chewy like pita. The flavor overall was great. Just wasn't that filling so I ended up getting Tiramisu for dessert to fill up. That was delicious. I also got a plain pizza to go and had it the following day and actually tasted better reheated in the oven which crisped it up a bit. Wine list was very extensive which is good. I was between a 3 and 4 but the better half of the service and reheated pizza actually pushed it to a 4.

Yelp
Whatever you do, don't get the cappricciossa pizza. Virtually no sauce, dried out red sauce on the cracker of a crust. And piled on top is a bunch of basically uncooked toppings that looks like the top of the garbage can. The prosciutto was most definitely ham. The spicy honey one was good but would probably be better with regular honey instead of hot honey when it's already paired with hot peppers and hot soppressata.

Yelp
Finally tried out this Pizza and wine market in Pineville. First of all I am so happy that Pineville has now a variety to pick from and if you live close by You don't have to drive far for good food. We went for lunch to Margaux's and while the food was delicious, the prices were a little high. That is the reason why I am giving 4 stars. I picked the lasagne which was so flavorful. The rest of the crew went for the Italian and Cuban sandwich. The sides are potato chips, for $14 sandwiches a size of fries or salad would have been great. I did read during the week they have $10 lunch specials. Try it out when you are in pineville just be aware it costs a little more.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the service, food and drinks here. Lovely atmosphere with quick friendly service and amazing food. Plenty of tables to choose from depending on what you're looking for. The salads were amazing - one of the best we've had in the Charlotte area. The St. Louis style pizza had an amazing crust and toppings. Just wasn't a fan of the cheese - personal preference. I'll try the Italian style pizza next time to see if the other cheese they use is better. Look forward to coming here again.

Yelp
Stopped here for an early dinner on a Friday night per recommendation of a colleague. The meatballs and desserts were amazing! Drinks and pizza were also good, but personally I prefer thick crust. Service was ok, as we felt a little rushed once it got busy. We would stop in again purely for the meatballs!

Yelp
I've been here several times. Every time I've gone it's been a great experience. I have visited during busy times and slow times. The food was good. The wine bottle selection is excellent. And the recommendations were on point.

Yelp
This is a totally different type of pizza place,, upscale, with wine, draft beer and a very interesting menu. Inside has wine storage along all the walls with both standard tables and bar height long tables. In the heart of downtown Pineville with both street parking & and off street parking lot within 100 ft. A great place!

Yelp
This was our first visit to Margaux's and it was really tasty..... I loved the vibe/atmosphere for sure. Our waitress admitted she was new and she recommended nearly everything on the menu as being popular, so that was telling and exciting for us as newbies. We ordered meatballs as an appetizer, while they were super tasty - it was evident that a couple of them were black (severely burned) and covered in sauce. While the burn was covered, the taste wasn't able to be covered by the sauce. At least one was good! I'd chalk it up to a one-off unfortunate situation and we won't hold it against them. The pizza we ordered was very tasty (just know that it's more of a thin "cracker-like" crust... if that's not your speed, you may be left wanting more - so go ahead and get that charcuterie board to supplement your pizza order (I did see some thicker crusts go out, so that must be the other type - they did have two "types" of pizzas with various flavors for each....) The wine is unmatchable and yep, there's LOTS to try. The flights were a fantastic idea and for the price, you can't beat it. I drank the prosecco & hubs was happily tasting the various wines. Even kiddos can be happy here as they have some good soft-drink options for them (including really tasty root beer).

Yelp
We stopped by with our girls and had a very pleasant lunch. Our girls really enjoyed their charcuterie board, and we had a variety of salads and pizza. Our girls are in elementary school and are half our apple salad! The mushroom pizza was amazing! We liked the St. Louis style thin crust. They have TVs, and our girls were entertained by the college gymnastics competition. Great ambience - lots of ladies lunching, couples, families. Great wine selection, although we do not have any this time. It is bright with an open kitchen. They also have outdoor sidewalk seating. It gets very busy, very quick! Delicious! We will be back!
