The 20 Best Restaurants On The Amalfi Coast - Amalfi Coast - The Infatuation

"This family-run restaurant has graced the beach of Marina del Cantone for the last 120+ years, and fed everyone from European nobles to the celebrities of the 1960s dolce vita days. This place owes their notoriety to the spaghetti alla nerano. While you can find the creamy zucchini pasta dish with melted provolone del Monaco cheese on almost every menu on the Amalfi Coast, Maria Grazia purportedly codified the recipe. This simple vegetarian staple is king, among dozens of their other straightforward seafood options—pasta with clams, mussels, prawns, or any grilled fish like spigola or branzino. We prefer to come for lunch rather than dinner so we can enjoy the beach in daylight, sunbathe, and dive." - federica bocco

Absolutely amazing experience! The setting is unbeatable – right on the water with beautiful sea views that make the whole meal unforgettable. The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the famous Spaghetti alla Nerano, which was the best I’ve ever had. Service was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being rushed. Perfect for a relaxing lunch or a romantic dinner by the sea. A true gem of Marina del Cantone – can’t wait to return!

Never ate there, the restaurants tender shuttle service threatened us with a weapon and demanded money from to use the public dock with our own boat. I’d highly recommend not to use the shuttle service if this is how he treats the general public

For me, so far best food in the Amalfi Coast. You have to get in a boat there.

The spaghetti with zucchini was amazing!!! An old family recipe. So happy we got to try it. If you are in the area, you have to go. The best bread we've had in Italy, great staff, great views and delicious food.

Highly recommend the food here. It’s fresh ingredients and seafood and very allergy friendly (gluten free). Great variety, check it out. Serena was a great host. We will be back.

The house specialty dish was so delicious- perfect blend of cheese and zucchini, authentic dish - highly recommend it. A nice place to escape the crowds of Positano.

TOURIST TRAP! AVOID! What a shame…its a lovely location with good food. But, unfortunately they take advantage of tourists. We had lunch for our family of 4 and the cost was over $400! They add hidden table fees, and charge extra for everything they possibly can. My kids had pasta and we had one drink. The waiter sold my husband and I on the “catch of the day” which he forgot to mention was 115 euro! Im sure the boat captains get kickbacks to take their guests here over other places in the area. I reached out to the owner, who admittedly overcharged us for the table fee. They offered to refund 20 euro of our 380 euro bill…thanks🤪
