Funny, they claim to be sustainable, but your old hand & body soap bottles are no longer being refilled because do don’t have the same formule of that soap anymore. Instead, you’re forced to buy new bottles and throw away the old ones. Meanwhile, they advise you to buy a plastic refill pouch so you can still refill your old bottles with another product. Do you still get it? Maybe label printers in stores would be a good idea? That way, customers could refill their old bottles with a new label. #superefficient

nice products but poor services. One of the staff only willing to serve the other customer who pay more even I come in the shop first. She just abandoned me in the middle of introducing products and welcome to the other later came in. She ignored me and laughed with the new customer and I need to wait a new staff to help me pick up the item I needed. How "professional services" your shop provided. So WASTING other customer's time. 🙄🙄🙄

We stayed at Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam and they use lots of fragrances from here so we thought to visit the store. The brand is focusing on ‘sustainability’. 96% of natural ingredients. End up buying lots of stuffs as souvenirs! Definitely love their signature Objets d’Amsterdam fragrance. Worth a visit if you like fragrance stuffs!

I had great experience staying at this store. Sarah was so friendly and full of passion introducing those amazing products. We had great time chatting and laughing there. Btw, the plants are really lovely!

Lovely store located in the center of Amstersam 9 streets. Got a nice overview and chose 3 different Fragrance sticks as gifts.

Shop assistants ignoring customers and are not interested to help you. Very arrogant. Tried to shop online, but the website has so many bugs that it is impossible to place and order if you don’t have at least one hour of free time. Will switch to other brands…

Amazing product, great variation and price-quality ratio, however customer service is at its worst for 9 streets area. We came to choose a soap for our appartement, we were shown where we can wash our hands and try all of them. Don’t get me wrong, I rarely write reviews like that, but I am extremely disappointed in this location. We were truly dedicated to find our “forever smells” for a new home that we could restock throughout years. However, representatives of the store with such careless attitude and no energy in them at all even to complete one sale and ensure customer gets a receipt - discouraging to visit in-store ever again. I am sure, that these things can be done better (for the price and level that Marie-Stella-Maries puts itself at).
