Located inside office building at the front of the building. You can ask for side portions like if you want the steak, lechon, or whatever instead of main dish.. quiet neighborhood/office area so was hidden dining gem. I will be coming back again!

Google
A hidden Gem. The chef knows what she’s doing. The food was delicious! There’s a different daily special that changes every week. The food stays fresh. I’d highly recommend to anyone craving Filipino food.

Google
My wife and I have been searching all over DFW for quality Filipino food since moving here in 2020, and we’ve been let down by many places until we found Marie’s Kitchen! The owners were so friendly and happy to serve us and the food was absolutely incredible. The Ube Pancakes were delicious, as well as all of the breakfast dishes be had. The steak, sweet sausage and lechon were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Not to mention the Garlic Fried rice that it comes with was absolutely fantastic. My wife was almost brought to tears by how good the food was, it brought her back to her childhood home in California. Considering how close Marie’s is to my office, I can’t wait to have them cater other dishes for us in the near future! We can’t wait to go back!

Google
I wanted to try some authentic filipino food so I went to Marie's Kitchen, it's a little hard to find because it's actually in sn office building, but it was worth the search, very nice restaurant, smallish dinning area, about 7 tables, but it has a nice decor, very clean, great service, the food was delicious, definitely worth a try

Google
My wife has been searching for Milkfish ever since we got to Dallas 3 years ago. Marie’s kitchen delivered! Serving classic Filipino breakfasts as well as the western flavors, I recommend you come try this spot in the 11910 business park. The entrance faces the road! Thank you Marie’s Kitchen!

Google
Was craving tapsilog with some bangus and so glad it was close to the Dallas area! Delicioussssssss Only downside though is that for two small bangus it was an additional $7.50. Other than that very glad to eat some filo breaky

Google
This a hidden gem in Dallas! If you haven't tried Filipino food go!!! I had the Ube pancakes and I'm not sure what the other item was. I told the owner's surprise me and they chose a Delicious Sardine dish. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Dallas now!

Google
Tucked away on the inside of an office building, Marie’s is a hidden gem serving Filipino breakfast and American lunch favorites! I enjoyed a very delightful Filipino-style brunch at during my visit here. My favorite item by far was the Ube Pancakes (made with ube-infused pancake batter 😮) that came with ube-flavored syrup. They used to only open on weekdays for breakfast and lunch, but they recently started opening on Saturdays to allow more customers to visit on the weekend! I will definitely be back to try more of their different breakfast items. Here’s what I ordered: Ube Pancakes ($7.50) Lumpia Silog ($11.50) - pork lumpia with rice and eggs Halo Halo ($7) - love the ube ice cream that came on top!

Rue N.

Yelp
I've been thinking of the corned beef silog, and decided to come by after a nearby appointment to see if it was as good as I remembered. The answer is: Yes! Just as good, and just as filling. I added an order of lumpia as well, which I didnt realize would have so many portions! After eating this meal, I was literally full for the rest of the day.

Ike F.

Yelp
Good food, but the place is very well hidden inside the "Forrest Green" bldg. Enter the building dtreet side and it is the first suit on the left. Service is nice and fast. Excellent

Lisa F.

Yelp
I ordered the solo meal for the day, which included Laing and Fried Milkfish. The food was delicious, and the fish was perfectly crispy. The portion size was worth every penny. The owners are friendly and provided excellent service.

Yelp
This is definitely Dallas hidden secret and if I did not found this on Yelp, I would have never known this place would have existed as this place is near my work and if the area was not too bad I would definitely walk there. This is inside the office build and the only con is there are no signs outside the place as I got really confused of the location until I opened the Yelp app and they mentioned this place was inside the office building and I thought it was a joke, but there it was. I found this place and the menu is on a TV screen. They have a good assortment of American food and Filipino food, but I came for the Filipino food since I miss this so much. Prices were not too bad. I spent a total of $27 dollars with tip. I ended up getting their special the Calamari Adobo. I never tried this before so I gave this a shot. I got 2 lumpia with the meal, rice and a calamari with the adobo sauce. Definitely a different sauce to what I am used to, but it definitely mixes in with the flavor. I did ended up getting a Halo Halo as well since I miss the dessert. Unfortunately, the Jollibee's down here do not offer it. Halo Halo was really great and one of the best I have had unless it has been awhile. Service was great and the people were friendly as well. Since they open at 7:30am, I might be tempted to stop here before heading into work as their breakfast items look good. I want to try their Ube pancakes as that is their specialty.

Yelp
We went for lunch here and ordered some Tapsilog and their Bicol Express and Veggie egg roll combo menu for the day. They're delicious, although the tapa in Tapsilog needs to add a little sweetness in it and the Bicol Express should be less oily. Also, the veggie egg roll is bland, you need to dip it in sauce for my taste. This place opened about 5 yrs ago and survived the pandemic. Nestled inside an office building. It's a hidden gem in the heart of Dallas. Lots of parking space. A Mom and Pop business. This hardworking couple from San Francisco are energetic, the meal was made by Chef Marie, while her husband Jay is doing the legwork serving and cashier. Great teamwork. Closed on Saturday. Open Sundays from 8:30 am to 2 pm. Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Will be back to try their Halo-Halo and Ube (purple yam) Pancake.

Jessie C.

Yelp
This is such a great place for affordable and delicious breakfast or lunch. We did take out but the cashier was so nice and the inside seating is small but super clean. It's inside a building so it's hidden. We got the breakfast tapsilog and lechon ($10) and it was so flavorful and filling. Each came with sauces and 2 eggs. I wish I got to try to ube pancakes or desserts. Recommend this place for authentic Filipino comfort food.

Yelp
I'm on a business trip here in Dallas and was missing my fiance's and tita's cooking so I though I'd try to find a place close to my hotel. Upon searching only this place and Jollibee popped up. :( Definitely won't be finding authentic cooking at Jollibee I decided to come here for breakfast! As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the nice young man running around taking orders and running food. He even suggested the chef's special Caldereta which of course I couldn't say no to. I grabbed one for dinner. What I had for breakfast were ube pancakes, lechon kawali silog, and halo halo for dessert. I got service water which came with lemons and cucumbers infused in it! Everything was so delicious! The ube pancakes: fluffy, perfectly sweet, and topped off with whip cream. It came with an ube syrup to pour over it which was so good. Lechon Kawali Silog: Perfectly cooked pork! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and accompanied by the lechon sauce. I'm personally not a fan of it but I asked for patis on the side and that went perfectly with the pork, rice, and eggs. Halo-halo: Delicious and such a perfect note to end on. It came with the works and after getting down to about 80% i was able to mix it all together. SO good! The ambiance was causal and chill. They're located on the first floor of an office building and was quick to find since smell their delicious food as soon as you walk into the lobby. There is a significant amount of parking. They're menu also consist of non filipino items like sandwhiches and stuff which I'm sure they adapted to so they can serve the office workers above. The lady chef was very nice as well and very attentive. Thank you so so much for such a great experience.

Janrose S.

Yelp
Delicious food, great service, quaint space! It can be hard to find since it's in an unmarked office building, but we found the building through the building number and headed inside to look for the suite number. I got the ube pancakes with a side of sausage and they were sooooo good! The ube sauce on the side is to die for and you can have plenty leftover for other desserts with how much you're given.

Alfonso M.

Yelp
Went to Marie's to try their Ube pancake. It's very good! They have three ube pancake that's you can share. They also serve Filipino breakfast. Lechon kawali and beef tapa are very good.

Jorja A.

Yelp
I ordered Christmas Catering on short notice and they went the extra mile and fulfilled the order. My doctors and nurses loved the food as it was hot, delicious with hefty portions. Maries Kitchen will be my go to for meetings and events. Thank you Maries Kitchen!!!

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
Came here for the first time on a Sunday around 10 AM. It's kind of difficult place to find since it's in an office building, but we were meeting people who had been here before, so they gave us some directions. The place is pretty small, but a decent size for a family run restaurant. I think there was just two people working - one cooking and one serving. They were very disorganized. The table behind us turned around three times before we got food. It took about an hour and 45 minutes to get food, and by the end of it, we basically had them pack it up as a takeout. They were filling orders completely out of order with orders that were from inside the restaurant. We watched them fill at least 30 takeout orders before filling anyone inside the restaurant. The waitress had to come over and ask us what was missing at least twice. When the food finally did come out sporadically, flavor was subpar & disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place nor would I go back.

Paul E.

Yelp
I definitely liked their tapsilog but from look of if . It looked underwhelming for portion to price. Good this I got extra rice to make it more. Maybe if it was a diff container. I like it just feel like 2 more pieces of meat would have made it excellent. Lol very kind people :) oh yeah I needed some sili for the the vinegar

Allison N.

Yelp
First of all, this is an amazing hidden gem! It is hidden in an office building, but has multiple signs to guide you to the entrance (which is facing Greenville Ave). The owner cooks the food fresh and the whole restaurant smells cozy and inviting, with whiffs of garlic and frying oil in the air. The owner's daughters work at the restaurant as well, and you can tell it is a true family business with so much love and devotion. Oh! And the food, absolutely amazing, everyone needs to try the authentic Filipino food at least once in their life! I got the lumpia, ube pancakes, and tapsilong (thin steak) and everything wasn't overly greasy, just fresh, delicious, cozy, and strong flavors!

Tien L.

Yelp
LOVED. A literal hole (gem) in the wall in DFW. It's located inside a corporate office building lol so dont be surprised like i was, ive never seen such a thing Super friendly staff and the place feels like they serve warm home-cooked Filipino meals and that is exactly what we got. my favorite werr the Ube pancakes! oh my! They were big and fluffy! Not too sweet and the ube was ube-ing!! That cream syrup was amazing The lechon was crunchy and I loved the radish and the sauce that came with it. The curry tasted like my mom's cooking so you know that's already getting 5 stars I love supporting places like this and will definitely be back again!

Sam C.

Yelp
This was really, really good, but, as others have noted, very much a hole-in-the-wall. Yelp reminds me to mention the "service", and it's a good thing, because I otherwise would have forgot. I think that's a great thing to say about service, though: it was fast and unobtrusive, so my friend and I could focus on our conversation. The food was delicious. They had a Filipino breakfast, which I had never had before, but now I'll be sure to seek it out. Sweet and spicy with an egg. Just perfect.

elijah c.

Yelp
Went for lunch since I work around 10 minutes away. Got the longsilog my favorite Filipino go to meal. It was good but again it's nothing crazy just a rice plate with egg and longanisa. I was glad to find a decent Filipino spot around my internship. Will be coming back to try the ube pancakes and other menu items.

Nadia S.

Yelp
It's a small diner inside of an office building. Cute vibes inside! We had the veggie omelette and we were very pleasantly surprised- it was so delicious, better than most breakfast places honestly. And the prices were so reasonable. Their ube pancakes were delicious! I am obsessed. Were from out of state but would definitely come back often if I could lol. Not too sweet, fluffy, & creamy. Love the taste of coconut cream and it's balanced really well in their ube syrup. Service was great too! Very kind folks!

Rabia S.

Yelp
I'd never heard of Halo-Halo before, but after reading a book, I looked it up the closest place to me. This place is located inside an office building, so make sure to read the unit numbers in the lobby so you don't get lost. Now, the actual restaurant is kind of small, but they have a decent-sized menu. The halo-halo is huge and is more than enough for two people to share. It was the perfect treat for this triple digit heat.

Raymond E.

Yelp
I've eaten here several times with my wife. It's the best Filipino brunch you can get in Dallas...hands down. We've also catered from them once - ordered pork adobo, egg rolls, pancit and garlic fried rice. All great options and highly recommend!

Alanna V.

Yelp
Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Price: $ Very friendly owners and tasty food. I don't have much experience with Filipino food, but my friend and I enjoyed our meals (lechon & tapsilog, if I remember correctly). * (5/5) Lechon The fried pork was splendid. Just enough fat and plenty of crispiness. * (4/5) Tapsilog My friend said it tasted good and found the plate to be quite filling. This eatery also offered a couple desserts that caught our eye. Unfortunately, we were too full to get some (like the ube pancakes!). By the way, it is inside the office building! We spent some time trying to find its location, and it required a bit of exploration. Our mini adventure led us to tasty rewards though.

Judah B.

Yelp
Delicious food. The silog was amazing, just the saltiness I was hoping for. My friend very much liked their Ube Pancakes as well. Very friendly self-serve venue. Calm atmosphere (I think my friend and I chatted a bit too loud, sorry). I would definitely come again

Thi C.

Yelp
I went for the Ube pancakes - super yummy. The people who own this restaurant are very sweet and friendly.

Connie H.

Yelp
Just in case you're wondering...it IS INSIDE THE OFFICE BUILDING AND YES, IT'S WORTH IT. Park, get out of the car, walk to the end of the hallway. The Ube pancakes, oh my gosh, I'm so sold for life. Rich, decadent ube...order it. During my time there, there was a steady trickle of patronage. My guess is they're regulars from the office ordering from the western side of the menu, which is a shame because the Filipino side was good. Simple, but good. I ordered Lechon Kawali Silog. Very crispy pork belly, flavorful sauce that came with it, well cooked eggs. My bf got spamsilog which is basic but well executed. I reeeaalllyy enjoyed the ube pancakes and highly recommend and for only 5 dollars!

Kris C.

Yelp
I am usually a picky eater. Being filipino, most cooking never compares to home cooked meals. At Marie's Kitchen, this is the closest to a real filipino home cooked meal. It is very delicious and I would highly recommend it.

Toby C.

Yelp
Awesome staff, casual atmosphere, authentic delicious Filipino food! So happy that we found this place. It's in an office building so its a little tricky because there are no signs or anything but its worth going for sure! They also cater and have some other options besides Filipino food. Give them a try, they will happily explain all the menu options if you are not familiar with Filipino food. We will be back a lot lol

Carollynn T.

Yelp
This is my first time trying filipino food and it was so delicious! Food I ate Corned beef silog!! - Just the right amount of everything and I loved the garlic taste to it too! - It came with 2 eggs, rice, onion, and tomatoes Ube pancakes -The color was bright and the pancakes were soft and fluffy. The only thing I wish I could taste more of is the ube flavor in the sauce (it was there but very light). Side of potatoes - yummy haha I mean it's potatoes but they were seasoned well and cooked right Atmosphere - Small and cozy shop! Service - very friendly and quick! :) If you want to see more, I created a video featuring all the food I tried! https://www.instagram.com/reel/CrwK1t9rOZ0/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=

Megan M.

Yelp
This place is such a hidden gem! The tapsilog and ube pancakes were delicious and the restaurant had such a cozy feel. Highly recommend!

Teresa L.

Yelp
I had marinated pork belly (grilled) with rice, 2 eggs sunny side up and a ramekin with red chili peppers. There's vinegar on the table to pour on the peppers, then dip the meat in it. DON'T eat the peppers!! Unless you love wicked hot. Great Filipino breakfast menu, as well as traditional American fanfare. Lunch was a nice assortment of sandwiches. Prices were reasonable and service was excellent. Family owned and it showed. They offer a discount to Yelpers, FYI. Highly recommend the culturally interesting restaurant.

Erma M.

Yelp
We had a wonderful first experience here! Love the ube pancakes. Breakfast and service were excellent. Looking forward to our next visit here

Jon C.

Yelp
Others have said it, but worth reiterating that this restaurant is located in a first floor suite of a random office building. So if it's your first time visiting and you feel kinda weird walking around searching for it, don't give up! You're probably on the right track. Anyway, this is my FAVORITE breakfast/brunch spot. Very humble but extremely tasty and expertly prepared. It just leaves you feeling great; the portions are perfect for the price. As simple as it sounds, I absolutely love the way they prepare the rice. I've been trying a different silog every time I visit--all are excellent. Maybe I'll give a special shout out to the embotido silog--didn't know what to expect with that one and it was super tasty. Baby loves the tap silog so we always get that too. And we often can't help but grab an ube pancake. It's too much to finish on top of everything else but who cares, just get it and take the rest home because it's very special and you won't get it as good anywhere else. :)

Gold T.

Yelp
Marie's Kitchen was amazing! Best place to have breakfast, lunch and snacks! Best Ube Pancakes ever in Dallas Tx!!

Beeg T.

Yelp
Really good food. The ube pancakes were incredible. I also got the beef tapsilog, which was also a very good meal. Had never had this kind of food before.

Rene A.

Yelp
I tried their Ube pancakes. They were delicious. Super friendly staff. I will be back.

Rissa R.

Yelp
I ordered Filipino catering for my mom's 55th surprise party and everyone LOVED it! The food was fresh and delicious and the service was even better. I was able to find the location easily and had open and quick communication with staff throughout the process. Marie's kitchen is AMAZING! Thank you for making my mom's birthday awesome!

Jon B.

Yelp
It was a bit of a challenge to find but certainly worth it. I had some time while my rider was visiting a nearby doctor and I had been on the road for four hours. I had the place to myself at first except for the friendly fellow at the counter and a voice from the kitchen area. A few people passed through getting orders to go but I wanted to ease into my breakfast. Many Filipino menu items. I chose the Shanghai Silog - rice, fried eggs, lumpia with some sweet sauce and pickled veggie shreds. The coffee was hot and excellent and the carafe of water was spa style with sliced cucumber and limes. I SHOULD have stopped there but I spotted a cheese quesadilla in the snacks section and ordered that too, expecting it to be appetizer sized. It was was full sized, piping hot and garnished. Tasted great but I am probably done eating for the day. It was a lot of food and the price was reasonable. I hope they get enough business to flourish because I want to come back with my wife who is a Spam Fan and Ubi enthusiast.

Jake G.

Yelp
Quiet, little quaint place located in an office building. Gives me IYKYK type of vibes. The food is great and Marie is super friendly. This place is pretty much a hidden gem so I'm also a bit reluctant to post about it lol.

Evelini T.

Yelp
Its in a business building, on the first floor, south hallway. So youre not walking around looking for it. I had the Lechon Kawali brkfast plate. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal. It was bland, and wasnt made traditionally. Literally a slice of pork belly deep fried, poorly seasoned. The garlic rice tasted old, and had nothing but garlic in it, no seasoning. I got there around 3pm. If you want to get a pork belly fix, you might enjoy this. It wasnt for me and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Andrew M.

Yelp
Whenever I'm craving any of the "silogs" (i.e. tapsilog, tocilog, etc.) for breakfast, this place is my go-to. Never disappoints. And the ube pancakes are bomb!

Yvonne m.

Yelp
Great panini just what I was looking for (maybe a little more pesto)! The owners are very kind, polite and helpful. Highly recommend Marie's Kitchen, I would consider this a hidden gem! It's literally tucked inside of a business building. I look forward to trying more of their food and authentic dishes. Great Job @Maries Kitchen

Bea A.

Yelp
The Ube flavor is super trendy, and I often feel like people in the States don't really capture the taste quite like they do in the Philippines. Trader Joes Ube Pancakes felt a little lackluster, and just as I was kinda over it -- I found this hidden gem. Not only do this Ube Pancakes taste like Ube, but they had this sweet Ube syrup that really brought the whole flavor up a notch. For $5 I had three massive Ube Pancakes that I was able to enjoy as multiple meals. I wish I had a picture to post but I was literally so hungry with the pancake smell in my car, I ate it before even thinking about a review. Super cheap meal, quick and friendly service; I literally cannot wait to tell all of my friends about this place! Go support your local Filipino small businesses and eat here! :)))

Ryan N.

Yelp
Perfect place to get a Filipino style breakfast! They also offer non-Filipino breakfast items...but I came here for a taste of home! While waiting for your food, you are served a small plate of chicharron. And conveniently, they also have a bottle of vinegar on the table to dip your pork rinds in! Yum! I couldn't decide on what entree to order, so I did a combo of the tocilog (tocino) and longsilog (longanisa). Each meal comes with fried rice, 2 eggs, achara (pickled papaya), and 2 pieces of thai chili. Everything was delicious! Each bite reminded me of my younger days living in the Philippines! At the end of my meal, I was also served slices of cantaloupe as a dessert. I will definitely come back and try the rest of their menu! Side note: you might get lost finding this place...but once you find it, it's totally worth it! It's located in a tall business office. Look for the building that has "11910" on the outside as the address. Go inside and it's located on the middle left side of the 1st floor. Just follow the signs and you'll eventually find it!

Diana S.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the service was excellent--what more could you ask for? The man who served us was super nice and friendly and made sure we had a great time! The location might be a bit hard to find though. It's inside an office building, so I was a bit confused at first, but just follow Google maps and enter the building it takes you to and you should be all set!

Dan B.

Yelp
They bring amazing quality and taste to their food! We also worked with them to cater our rehearsal dinner, and they did excellently! As someone of Visayan descent, I was eager to find a good caterer to please my relatives, and they were perfect! They were friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions, and all-around wonderful people! I would highly recommend them and will be going back to dine in soon! Dietary restrictions: Some of my friends had dietary restrictions, and the folks at Marie's Kitchen were more than happy to develop a vegan version of Ginataang Kalabasa that didn't use shrimp paste but still had a wonderful familiar flavor. Vegetarian options: As above, they were willing to work with us on our catering order to determine a good vegan dish for some of our guests.

Rowena M.

Yelp
Generous servings and excellent service! Delicious food! I will keep coming back. My fav is the tapsilog! Yummy!

Rebecka Z.

Yelp
This was one of my first times trying authentic Filipino food and it certainly did not disappoint. This unassuming little cafe is nestled inside of an office building off of Greenville avenue, near 635. I met a friend for lunch who's from the Philippines and she helped me navigate the menu and I'm so glad that she did. Everything I had was absolutely delicious, the Tocilog that I had was a dish of marinated pork belly served with rice and 2 fried eggs, the belly is a little sweet and savory and the bold flavors were balanced nicely with the rice and eggs. We got several items which I enjoyed but my absolute favorite had to be the Siopao, a tender and slightly sweet steamed bun filled with a sweet and savory stewed pork filling, as you can see I enjoyed mine the next morning with coffee.

Donna M.

Yelp
A hidden gem in an office building is a restaurant selling Filipino all day breakfast. The Ube pancakes were huge, fluffy, and delicious. I wish they were open on weekends. Definitely a place I will come back to.

Mai D.

Yelp
Get the Filipino breakfast dishes! It's was so so good. The pork (lechon kawali silog) was fried nicely, the steak (tapsilog) had a tasty seasoning which was great with the pickled veggies and the pork bao was my favorite!! The filling was like a saucy pork floss. The baos are only served on Friday's so really happy I got to try it. It's located inside an office building and the staff was super sweet. I'll def be back

Lisa M.

Yelp
Everything was so good, it reminds me of home (Hawaii) and the employees were super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back asap.
