"Any world traveler knows the value of testing a city's local pizza. From Rome to Chicago to New York, each savory pie is cooked to cultural standards that any foodie is tempted to explore. While Marietta, GA isn't the cultural phenomenon Rome, Italy may be, the pizza is certainly worth exploring -- and what better place to start than Marietta Pizza Co.? With two locations, one on Marietta Square and one in West Cobb, Marietta Pizza provides a family environment for consuming your standard pizza favorites. The West Cobb location tends to pull more families than the square, but both locations offer delivery if you want to enjoy your pizza in the peace and quiet of your home. While Marietta Pizza may bear the name of our charming small town, the pizza is what you would expect from a typical local shop. Their menu has some nice speciality options for the foodies (like The Florentine with Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Grilled Chicken, Tomatoes, and Fresh Garlic), but you also can't go wrong with their standard pepperoni and cheese pizza is. Of note, their full pies are better than their slices, so try to work out a deal with your table to share. Their salads are also a nice compliment to their pizzas. We like their company salad with their Greek House (or Esperanza) Dressing. If you like a good, cheesy pie, this is a good go-to spot. If you're looking for authentic Italian or specialty pizza, you may come up a bit shorthanded. Either way, you can't go wrong with pizza and beer!" - Green Mellen Media

Hello. I been coming here for great pizza for quite some time. Great pizza with a Northeast style crust and stiffness, with sauce to follow, and no overload of cheese. Great service has always been here with bright and cheery woman whom help. Less is always more on a pizza.

Google
You. Will. Love. This. Place. They have great people who work here, the food is always on point, and the patio is my favorite spot on the square. Lindsey is one of the best I've ever encountered in customer service. She always has a smile, the best life updates, and cold beer waiting on me... the team that works here is truly top-notch. Every single one of them! Enjoy and get the lemon pepper, medium spicy wing combo!

I came in during the lunch rush so the service wasn’t crazy fast but it was understandable. They were absolutely slammed and the servers were all very friendly. The food was incredible and I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend the Sicilian slice.

Typically this place is really really good. My wife and I go here both in person and for take out because nowhere else even comes close!! That said, our experience tonight left a bit to be desired. My wife and I split a personal pizza where she wanted half white and I wanted half buffalo chicken. Cool. Pizza comes out after maybe 20-30 min (odd because it wasn’t that busy) and it’s half Hawaiian , half buffalo. Because my wife hates Hawaiian pizza with a passion we agreed to just swap sides because it would have taken way too much time to send back (though I’m honestly not a huge fan of Hawaiian pizza either) I know next time will be better, I’m really only leaving a review due to the complete and utter travesty of having to eat pineapple on pizza 😂

Google
Great pizza on the square. Their staff is ultra-friendly and attentive. A downside I can see for some people but, a plus for the majority of socialites, is that the location is right on the corner facing the square so it's not going to be the quietest meal in the area. There is so much energy in this spot's vicinity I would look elsewhere if you prefer the hole-in-the-wall family-owned pizzeria experience. This is not only a taste of great pizza but of a sliver of the town itself. But you're not reading this review to know about the atmosphere you want to know if their pizza is good and yes, as a fellow pizza lover, I recommend their pizza. It is a 7/10 on pizza. A very high quality that you will have difficulty finding better elsewhere in Marietta. I'm not the biggest fan of their salads but I got to say that they don't skimp on the portions. A lot of places give you lettuce with a minimal amount of toppings and dressing. Not here, they hook it up without a request to do so, so that has to be worth some extra-credit points. I won't speak on the rest of the menus because it's a pizza place and that's why you are looking into them. Try em out!

Google
I’ve been coming here for a while. But after my last visit it might be time to find somewhere else. It used to be my favorite spot, but it feels like they don’t try anymore, which is kinda disappointing. The draft selection is all over the place, never the same, always missing the basics but somehow stocking 5 different IPAs, assuming they aren’t all out. The online beer menu is entirely out of date, WHEN it works. Half the time, the seat you pick is either broken or the table wobbles. There’s even a TV that hasn’t worked in YEARS. The list goes on. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because the food and service are still solid. Great for takeout, but not a place you wanna dine in at.

Google
Tasty VEGAN pizza (cheese and sausage) I asked and the server "thinks" they use Violife. They use Cholula hot sauce (fav) Good, attentive service and clean facility. The booth closest to the toilet has a trick cushion, make sure you check it before you sit down, so you don't go down. No music on today, or turned down low. Parking is a challenge, but that's to be expected on the square.

Patrick Bredland (Triksavestheday)

Google
Solid pizza. We ordered the vegan pizza and the friends we were with got half cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza was very tasty and the regular pizza i was told was very good. My small issues is that there is an upcharge for the vegan cheese, which is $1, a fair price, because they are very generous, which you can see in the photos attached. My issue is that the only style the vegan cheese could be added to is the Sicilian, the most expensive choice, which I found to be strange. This was not listed on the menu so i wasn't expecting to pay more for a certain type of pizza.. The pizza was delicious so that helped. They were also out of vegan pepperoni so that was also a bummer. I also found it slightly strange that the to go orders were taken in a side building behind the actual store, az if they were ashamed to have me order take out! There is also a sign that says take out need to reserve outdoor tables and cannot just sit there, which again, I found strange, as if take out was not equal to patrons dinning in. My goal in this review is not to put the restaurant down but give all the information I have when I visited. I really did enjoy the pizza and I would definitely return! I don't think these issues I've pointed out would deter me from eating there again, but I never want to just give a rating without giving a much information as I can! Hopefully you find something helpful and if you don't, hopefully you moved on before you reached the end of this post!

Yelp
To me, this is one of the best sit down pizza spots in Marietta. Everything here just seems authentic. From the way the staff greets you when you walk in, to the service at the table, to the kitchen in the back. Everyone seems to treat their guest like friends. It was a beautiful day so my friend and I sat outside. We ordered our pizza with pineapples on it because they're literally go together (you can't convince me otherwise ) and I'm really impressed with how quickly our pizza came out. It reminded me of that pizza you see on the old Ninja Turtles cartoons with how gooey and cheesy it was. The only negative was that they had multiple beers on tap that were unavailable, but I still found something that I liked. Still 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Yelp
Food: 2 Service: 2 Ambiance: 1 I've been on the hunt for great pizza since I moved to GA. I'll be honest I've seen this place numerous times and assumed that the pizza would be HORRIBLE. My hubby and I have Wednesday nights out, each week we try new Restaurants & Bars, so we decided to give Marietta pizza a try! OMG! Not only was the pizza absolutely delicious, so was the Greek salad!! And they serve tater tots!!! If you can't tell, we will definitely be BACK. Get this the pizza crust is CRISPY!!!!!! This place is definitely solid! Please don't be like me and waste precious time trying other places! I've found my pizza place.. ‍

Yelp
Busy/Popular spot. Very friendly. Great old school funk music playing(not sure if it's the regular vibe). There are booths, a bar, outdoor seating and stand alone seating. Unfortunately short staffed but that didn't affect the service quality at all. Ordered a medium pepperoni. That's 14" plain is $15.50 add 2.05 per topping or $3.20 for premium. Saw a salad go out to and it was loaded! They do not skimp! Great spot will be back!

Yelp
My family and I decided to check out MPC on a Saturday for lunch. The restaurant wasn't too busy. A waiter greeted us upon entrance and allowed us to choose any table. AMBIANCE Your typical pizza joint with booth seating and regular tables indoors and outdoors. There are cool artworks inside. SERVICE Our waiter was great. He was attentive and got our order correct. He came back to check on us and remember drink refills. FOOD -The Blue Salad: My SO and I ordered this as a side salad to share. The portion was just right. This salad consisted of a spring mix, red onions, toasted walnuts, Gorgonzola cheese, and a raspberry vinaigrette. The spring mix and onions were dry, which indicated they weren't as fresh as they should've been. The dressing was good. -The Works: We ordered two slices. We enjoyed all of the toppings for this pizza. It came with pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, green and black olives, cheese, onions, and mushrooms. The pizza had a generous amount of toppings, albeit the dough wasn't the best I've had. It was on the thinner side and slightly soggy. The crust was delicious and crispy. -The Florentine: We ordered a Sicilian slice for this pizza. It came with spinach, artichoke heart, grilled chicken, tomatoes, fresh garlic and cheese. There was a good portion of the toppings, and it tasted good. Overall, it is a solid pizza place to come and enjoy a slice or two.

Yelp
Opted to try this out as part of Door Dash, while I was working late one night. Delivery was pretty quick! It's hard to give a fully accurate review without going to the location. The sweet tea was ok, nothing special but not bad. The pizza, just cheese, was also just ok. Crust didn't have a lot of seasoning and there wasn't enough red sauce to my liking. Overall, it was just average to me. Maybe going on location would yield better results?

Yelp
Hey there, Yelp Fam! Long time no chat, but I've got a bunch of reviews lined up for y'all. Let's dive into my recent grub adventure at Marietta Pizza Co. So, I've eyeballed this place a bunch of times as I strolled through the square, and finally, I said, "Why not?" I came here on a Tuesday it wasn't too busy , we grabbed a seat, and our lovely waitress gave us the menus. The menu had lots of options got everything from classic chicken fingers with a side of fries to breadsticks and wings. I was in the mood for pizza so I stuck with that. If you've been following my food journey, you know my motto: start simple, and if its good, come back for more adventures. I ordered two slices of their pepperoni pizza. These slices were pretty large. The pepperoni pizza was amazing. The cheese was cheesing and they were not stingy on the pepperoni. Our server was great. Attentive, friendly - all the things you want in a server. Overall I had a good experience. Would I go back? Yes! If you're in the mood for some pizza, add this to your list. Stay tuned for more reviews!

Yelp
Slow service for some..... Open self seating. Saw several people that sat after my party of two that got greeted and beverages before we were addressed. Sat longer than 30minutes to see it through. Many glances from staff. After 15 yrs of supporting this nice place on in Marietta Square, it's time for a change. This will be my last visit. Support businesses that want your business. If you know, you know.

Ashely F.

Yelp
It was not busy at all on this Wednesday afternoon, max three tables and it took over 15 minutes for 2 pieces of pizza to come out. Waiter forgot toppings, gave us the incorrect amount of pizzas, the checks did not add up at the end TWICE the total was $16 for one slice of pizza and a drink which is incorrect math. And he brought out a used to go box with grease and pizza sauce seeping through the cardboard. Won't ever come back.

Keta T.

Yelp
Parking is hit or miss. Seems to be a popular spot. I opted for the Greek salad and cheese pizza slice. Great portions. Salad was ok. Staff was friendly and service was good. Energetic and casual atmosphere.

Yelp
Pizza one of my personal favs... dope location in Marietta downtown .... Started with the mozzarella sticcs ... simple but very fresh and good. For my pizza I went with the chicc'n alfredo... and I must say it was AMAZING!!!!!! Came out fresh and hot .... Not overcooked ... the fresh garlic really made a difference and paired with the already sauce it was amazing ... service was also very good. They were a little understaffed but the experience was still pleasant ....

Yelp
The pizza here takes a really long time to come out, but the slices are really big and very easily customizable. I will say, though, not the best New York style pizza. There isn't much flavor that comes through from the toppings/sauce, but it does depend on what you get. I ended up trying: Mozzarella sticks: 8.5/10 - Actually really really good. These were super cheesy, flavorful, and warm/gooey. They also came with a perfect marinara sauce to dip in. Florentine Pizza Slice: 7/10 - Not bad, but the toppings were much too overloaded for the crust, to the point where the pizza ripped as I was trying to eat it (even just trying to fold it). I ended up eating it just fork and knife, and it was pretty tasty, but there was too much cheese and the artichokes were chunky and flavorless. Slice with sundried tomatoes, ricotta, and vegan sausage: 5.5/10 - The ricotta texture was not good, as it had sort of curdled under the heat, and the sundried tomatoes were really chewy and not in the good way you expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan sausage, however, which was savory and tasty. Overall, wouldn't go back, but I like the concept of the big slices (especially as customizable as you can get) and I think if you nail down your order, you can maximize the quality of what you get.

Alexandra R.

Yelp
We have eaten here a few times and ordered to go as well, but each time it seems like mediocre pizza. Some way too salty, others the toppings aren't placed strategically. It's always packed here which is crazy, but honestly if you want pizza I'd go to two birds down the street they have really fresh, flavorful pizza.

Ishara F.

Yelp
Everything that was ordered tasted really good. I like the mozzarella sticks as they were nice and crispy on the outside and had the right amount of stringy cheese in the middle. Most places the cheese is already hardened and the outside is soggy. I will definitely come back to try other pizzas!

Rudy B.

Yelp
Pizza is good delivery was terrible left at bottom of staircase on the ground was supposed to to be delivered at front door and ring bell

Jill B.

Yelp
While the food is decent and it might be the most convenient pizza joint in proximity to the square, the prices are the highest and their turnaround is the slowest. Over the years we keep giving MPC "a second chance" but always have the same result and their are too many pizza options for us to settle for the highest prices and the slowest dining. Plenty of locals don't mind, because the restaurant is always packed - it's just not for us. We do always love their beautiful window paintings when driving past.

Rachel M.

Yelp
We got the white pizza with sausage and Greek salad delivered. It was amazing, particularly the crust/bread on the pizza. Kind of on the pricey side but that's what you get with fancier, yummy pizzas. 10/10!

Vincent R.

Yelp
Pizza takes forever .. the quality could be hit or miss.. to top it off I was overcharged.

Madalyn J.

Yelp
Great spot to grab a quick dinner, pizza and apps are delish! We loved the selection in pizzas as well. The buffalo chicken pizza was so good and the tots were really good as well! Service was great, and they had cute Christmas decor up for the holidays.

Ashley J.

Yelp
I Had the Calzone and Greek salad last night it was really good. We sat outside on the patio nice view of the Marietta square. Our waiter Tony was helpful. Would come again for sure

Tim G.

Yelp
If you're on the Marietta Square, you have to stop in and have some great pizza! Friendly folks, great service and can handle a crowd! Have a nice menu, besides pizza, calzones (yummy!), Stromboli and lots of different salads. Guarantee you'll enjoy, check 'em out!

Mikequita H.

Yelp
Love love love this place. One of our favorite spots on the Marietta Square. You can dine inside or out. The Stromboli's are delicious. Great family place! Service is always good!

Childish J.

Yelp
First off the sever is pretty rude and was bland and just overall didn't wanna be here never checked up on us either so great start. As for food the pizza is full of grease and was burnt and somehow way too salty. Also has the fries and wings, the fries are so bland the ketchup doesn't help, and the wings were a little undercooked and the way they were seasoned with lemon pepper was really sad to look at. And the flavor was really bad and its pretty pricey to for 6 wings. Definitely don't come here ngl

Heather N.

Yelp
I have ordered lunch here quite a few times and never had issues. Today I ordered a Stromboli and it was not cooked all the way through. I called and requested to speak to a manager I was left on hold for 10 minutes only for someone to come back that had forgotten she left me on hold. Once I requested again to speak with a manager she informed me that I would have to call back at 5... I wanted my lunch either replaced or refunded so I could order elsewhere she said she couldn't do either of those things.

Kailyn H.

Yelp
I loved it! Got two slices while getting some work done on my laptop at lunch. I asked for it well done and it was just perfect for me. Also the slices are huge. And a very fair price. Great location too. The table next to me was celebrating a family members sobriety anniversary. The staff made a point to congratulate and celebrate them. Great staff and food.

Caitlin H.

Yelp
I just had the best Hawaiian slice on my lunch break. The service was fast and polite, and I was able to get a bit of work done. I've been there for dinner too, and the vibe is fun and chill.

Megan T.

Yelp
We were in town visiting family and they ordered from here - cheese, pepperoni, veggie, and the works. They commented it would either be done early or take a lot longer based off of their experience. Luckily it was under! I had some of the veggie and the works. Overall, I love that there are a ton of toppings, but they fall off on the front end because it's as if the dough is too soft and doughy to hold them. That being said, I do like the softness of the dough, but wish the dough itself and crust had more flavor. The tomato sauce is also good. Overall a good pizza place that delivered as promised - but am I upset that I don't have one of these near me? No.

Catherine B.

Yelp
MPC is simply okay. Not great. Not terrible. But for the sake of location and for supporting a local business, we are continued patrons for both dine-in and delivery. They've got a pretty respectable beer menu - including several local options, which I love. Their salads - the Greek in particular - are a great starter to share and if you're waffling over a dressing to choose, don't hesitate on the Greek Hope dressing. Super comparable to the Esperanza dressing from Mellow Mushroom. The suggested pizza options are okay, but we often elect to just build our own. I really feel like they've got a missed opportunity on not featuring a chicken Parmesan pizza, since they already do that with the subs. As for building your own pie, it add up quickly, as toppings can range anywhere from about to $1.50 - $4.50 per topping item. The dough is often fluffy and dense. Sometimes more than preferred. The sauce is forgettable. Topping choices are standard. All in all, like I said, great alternative to pizza chains and we're all about supporting local, but there isn't anything truly memorable here.

Jayluhh B.

Yelp
It took forever for my fr and i to receive our menus. the tables were dirty and coated with sticky residue. My pizza was mediocre at best and they charged my accoun for an extra two dollars. will never be dining there again.

Christina M.

Yelp
Was there for lunch today. We were repeatedly harassed by waitresses and the manager (Laura) because we wanted to sit down and eat with our kids. We were 3 single moms + 1 additional kid-less adult. We had 1 teen, 2 preteens, and 6 kids under 10. We walked up to see four completely empty outdoor tables and the entire back area completely empty. The waitress asked us how many people and we told her 13. She asked if we wanted outside or in. We decided on outside and she began moving tables to put them together for us. We told her someone went inside to order from the counter (something I've always had to do at pizza places) and she didn't say anything. It wasn't until we had the kids seated that she walked off and then another waitress comes out to tell us we can't sit there unless we are dine in and since we ordered from the to-go counter we couldn't. We told them that we would just change and do dine in then since we were already seated and everything. She walked off and another waitress ended up coming out to again tell us that we could only sit there if we were dining in. She walked off and manager Laura comes out. She tells us we have to dine-in and I ask her "what makes us dine-in, what do we need to do in order to be dine in" and she very rudely and sarcastically says "thank you for understanding" and walks inside not answering me. We had already paid $68 for 3 large pizzas at that point and we hadn't gotten them so we couldn't just leave. Laura comes back and was still being extremely rude so I tell her that she was rude when she walked off when I asked her what we needed to do be dine in. I told her that we would order something and told her we would order a drink per table because at that point we already had food ordered. She walked off without taking my order. We sat there waiting for a waitress to take my order while we watched our waitress and another play on their cellphone inside. Eventually she comes over and we ordered 4 waters, 1 coke, and 2 orders of breadsticks. We asked for plates for our pizza since we were dining in and apparently that was a problem because Laura harassed us about that. She told us we were hurting the waitress's pay and taking up a waitress's entire section. . . Again, wasn't an issue until they saw our kids seated. I went in and talked to Laura alone who said that the waitress is paid based on what we ordered (lie) and then said we were hurting their tips. . . How that's possible I have no idea given that we hadn't even gotten the chance to leave them one yet and were fully prepared to tip... (you know, that completely voluntary thing that people may do if they receive good service -- at that point we were getting shit service). I made it a point to ask how much we needed to spend to be "dining in" and was ignored. I asked what we needed to do to be considered "dining in" and was ignored. The whole thing was ridiculous. We spent $68 on pizza plus an addition $15 I ordered at the table PLUS I still left a tip (which I probably shouldn't have done based on their discriminating and disrespectful behavior). They never told us directly to leave but made it 100% apparent that they did NOT want US there. Sorry having kids is a problem for your establishment. I never saw laura harass anyone else who sat outside, but none of them have kids. The party of 7 guys who came in shortly after us and chose to sat inside never got harassed either. They immediately got drinks and the waitress moved their tables together too. She never had other waitresses come over to try and bully them to leave and certainly didn't have the manager mistreat them. 100% would NOT recommend coming here and for the love of god, don't let them find out you have kids. My daughter and I were in town for the weekend to see family since we live out of state. I regret telling them that we should go there instead of just getting takeout on our way home from Chalktober Fest. Fingers crossed someone didn't try to poison our food out of spite.

Bob L.

Yelp
Excellent service, perfect location, lots of amenities, superb beer selection, and, of course, outstanding pizza! Our entire basketball team came to MPC's back room to celebrate the season in style. MPC staff was very friendly and welcoming! The excellent beer, pizza, salad, and service made for a memorable experience for all!

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Very unimpressed with our experience back in March at the Marietta Pizza Company. We had made spontaneous plans with family to meet up at Marietta Square, and against my planner instinct, had not made lunch plans. After a bit of process of elimination, we landed here. The dining room was very packed -- uncomfortably so considering the pandemic -- but thankfully we requested a semi-private booth with a blocked off table next to it. An employee ran over to wipe a very dirty rag on the table, and I could see my sister-in-law, who works in food safety for a major restaurant chain, cringe in reaction. We started with the breadsticks. The six sticks were as soft as hockey pucks and seemed to be the equivalent of three-day-old leftover pizza crusts. Typically, breadsticks would be very tempting to me as I have been avoiding wheat flour, but after one bite of these -- I was good. We were accompanied by our three year old daughter, and I specifically ordered her a "kid's cheese pizza." When the uncut pizza was delivered, we received a lecture from the waitress to "make sure that we ordered it cut next time" with no offer to take it back and correct the mistake of not providing us with the full "kid's pizza" experience. My husband is usually pretty laidback but I thought he might lose it over her comment, especially as he sat there sawing away at her pizza with the equivalent of a butter knife. I selected the Greek Salad for my meal. I ordered the regular size, but it was delivered in a side salad size bowl, no more than 6-8" wide. Though it was tasty, the salad was so hard to eat in such a small container that I just gave up about half way through. The icing on the cake of this experience was that my daughter had to be rushed to the restroom. Fun fact -- the locks don't work properly on either of the bathrooms. Even more fun fact -- both my husband and I opened the single stall bathroom doors on two different people. The most fun fact of all? The doors open directly to the dining room! We were mortified!! How do you have restrooms that open up to the dining room without proper locks?! You couldn't pay me to use the bathroom here, and I felt terribly for my toddler that she had to. Needless to say -- we will not be back.

Madison Y.

Yelp
Delicious pizza with a classic pizza restaurant feel. Great location. The restaurant wasn't super clean. Nice outdoor seating options. Service was a little slow but the pizza was so good I will be returning.

David M.

Yelp
First let me say ..... I loved Marietta Pizza Company! absolutely best pizza in the county .... and then....not . i am not sure if the staffing challenges have broken them but the pizza is now a doughy mess with too much cheese and inconsistent sauce. I could overlook the spotty service for their old pizza but this is now gas station pizza. I will try one more time ....and then i will have to call it deceased

Robin S.

Yelp
It took forever to get amy food. I was there abt 330 on Sunday (today). The breadstick were awlful. Hard, cold and old tasting. I asked for no feta on my Greek salad they put feta, so she had to take it back. I think they left the olives off which i wanted. The salad was good, I added grilled chicken. Besides it taking forever. To get food and breadsticks it wasn't bad.

Kelsi H.

Yelp
This is where you need to go for pizza in the area. I've gotten the breadsticks, the mozzarella sticks, and all different kinds of pizza and it's all been delicious. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, or you can get it to go. I love this pizza because of the crust. I love the just thin enough crust of this pizza. Not like a dominoes with tons of bread. This stuff is FRESH. Go get it.

Danielle H.

Yelp
We walked in and it was busy but not crazy. We waited for a few minutes to be seated since they were behind on bussing tables. We watched as others who were seated after us were served after about 10 minutes our orders were finaly taken. It took 15 minutes for drinks to come out and even longer for our food. Literally EVERY other table in the restuarant was being served but us. The food finally came but only for the adults. The pizza we ordered for our children was never brought out. They claimed delivery took it but we had continued to ask about it so that just meant it wasn't being paid attention to. It got to the point that we just had to leave. It was a disappointing experience, and it felt like it was done purposely. Neither I or the other 2 families with us will ever go back. We also belong to a group with over 100 members if not more and none of them plan on going either.

Craig T.

Yelp
I came here for lunch as I was visiting the area again for work. I ordered the calzone which was $6.99. But don't let the prices fool you, the toppings are like $1.50 each. And it really can get expensive. I ended up getting sausage and onions for my toppings. It was your typical calzone. Decent sized. I am normally used to it being a lot bigger. But it did fill me up. Waiter service was a bit slow. I had to go up to try to get my credit card back so I can leave. Food was average and your typical pizzeria. Nothing special. I probably won't be back again.

Yelp
Delicious!!!! Honestly one of the best calzones I've been had. Our server was TERRIBLE, so it's good the food was awesome.

Yelp
What a disappointment! The crust is mostly raw, the cheese is some amorphous glob, and they didn't even attempt cutting it. Waste of time and money. 10 out of 10 don't do it just pick another restaurant. Heck, Domino's Pizza or Jet's pizza is superior. Oh and the calzone has pieces of raw garlic in it. Good news I guess - no worrying about Vampires. David Portnoy could go into negatives rating this experience.

Yelp
We were there today, late afternoon. The service was great! We all ordered water, a Greek salad to share, and all three of us ordered a slice. The salad was so fresh and good! The pizza was outstanding, and we were all happy!

Yelp
If you are on the Marietta square and looking to grab a slice of pizza, you can't do much better than MPC. Whether you are looking for a slice, a full pie, or just a beer, you won't be disappointed here. Slices are pretty generous though, so one or two would probably fill you up!

Yelp
Great food and it is apparent that it is homemade. Highly recommend! Service is friendly and ambiance is casual.

Yelp
I hate to leave this type of review but it was my experience, the other day me and some of my workers came into MPC and were purposely ignored.. At first we thought maybe they weren't paying attention but when a white family came in the same servers we thought wasn't paying attention went right to that table that came in 10mins after us.. Then after two servers walked passed us ignoring us saying excuse me, my co worker raised her hand hoping to get one of the servers attention... Instead of helping us the servers stood at register laughing at us and still refuse to take our order, so Long Story short we left without even eating or even getting a glass of water... i actually used to order from here often but after that experience NEVER AGAIN!

Yelp
We all know what pizza is life. Dough, sauce, cheese, toppings, and drinks. What matters most though is the quality of the ingredients. If you don't know, for instance, pepperoni that is real curls when it cooks unlike the chain pizza joints that cost $5 and is hot and ready. That pepperoni stays flat so something in that concoction is processed to some degree. Marietta Pizza Company is a bit different in terms of how they do their ingredients. They didn't use pepperoni, but it appears as though they used sausage as their pepperoni. I ain't mad at them! The pizza as flavorful as all get out, but wait. Not yet. Let's talk ambiance. What is there to not love about a place that offers pizza while you're sitting outside with Marietta Square open to you. Granted the trains didn't add to a great ambiance but the fact that 80% of the year, Georgia weather is decent, outside eating is great. Next, the appetizers. I tried their caprese and their wings. The caprese is great! Big ripe tomatoes (though I'm not a fan of tomatoes), fragrant basil, tasty mozzarella cheese, and balsamic drizzle made this quite tasty! The wings, could be better in terms of spice. The medium was not spicy at all. If that was spicy, then I'd gather than their hot is more medium, but I can handle spice so... The pizza was great! The bottom was a bit burnt but with the amount of toppings and cheese it had, the bottom needed to be sturdy but it's apparent that it was oven fresh as well! You could taste the fire which added that smoky element that accentuated the toppings flavors. The olives added an acid note which cuts the grease making it so much more enjoyable! Needless to say, this place was legit in terms of their pizza and definitely a great date spot or a place to come get some beers with the fellas and pound some pretty delicious pies!

Yelp
It was really just meh. Not pizza with browned cheese in sight and also very light on the sauce. Fine, but I wouldn't suggest it or go out of my way to go back.

Yelp
So sad. This use to be my hidden gem pre pandemic when I first moved to Marietta in 2018. Staff shortage. We waited 20 mins today to even be GREETED! I can understand maybe waiting to be seated if it's slammed or even if behind in the kitchen but not even a single acknowledgement is insane. Mikey was great. He was the only one to even make eye contact with me... my family and I drove from Alpharetta to visit our fav pizza spot since we moved... & unfortunately got the worst service that I've ever experienced.

Yelp
Food was amazing but spending almost $90 on pizza was ridiculous! I can't fathom coming back here just because of the price.

Yelp
the pizza is exactly what you'd expect and nothing more. the problem with this place is that they are SO SLOW. every time i go here i find myself waiting a half an hour, sometimes for just a couple slices of pizza. i worked at a pizza shop in high school and it wouldn't take more than five minutes to throw a slice in the oven and heat it up. waiting for a whole pizza while dining in is a joke. if you absolutely must order a whole pie from MPC, just phone it in and come pick it up.

Yelp
Love everything on the menu here. I love their salads. Always fresh and very generous portions. Their pizza dough is soft and slightly chewy with a nice crust. Beers are well priced particularly if you split a pitcher with a friend. Service is always on point. They also have a back area for to-go orders. There's a bar area in the back with some seating. Fun artwork for sale and for viewing pleasure.
