Grumpy, rude, expensive. Served cold coffee and then when asked to warm issued a coffee almost impossible to hold and not safe to drink - which I sensed was in spite.

Friendly staff. Nice coffee. Perfect stop for traveler who just arrive SF airport.

Please don't eat here my husband got a deli sandwich from there within hours of him eating it, he got extremely sick! He went to the Er after being sick for 4 days, he tested positive for Shigella! Meaning poor hand washing while preparing the food! DOH is now involved.... I have tired reaching out to the Cafe but no response

I really like this place. Really good coffee. Never tried the fancy coffees but many regulars order them time and again. Prices are good too considering its on SFO grounds. Located on the 4th floor of the car rental building, right near the air train.

Amazing little coffee shop. My wife had black coffee and a vegan wrap. I ordered a cappuccino and a breakfast crossaint. Friendly service and delicious food.

If I'm ever at the airport for work and didn't bring food for lunch. Marina's cafe is where I'll be at. It's known to everyone that the food at the airport is extremely expensive. But when a girl is starving, price doesn't matter ... that much. Marina's cafe is located at the rental car area of the airport. Recently, they have opened a second location of Marina's cafe on the 1st floor. The original location is on the second floor. Both of the locations carry the same items. Coffee, bagels, pre-made sandwiches and pre-made salads etc. There aren't many choices, but it is good enough to last through the day. I wish they have more food items as well as the prices to be a little bit lowered.

While the rest of the lines in the rental car center move slow and are soo soooo long, Marina's is fast and short. Located on multiple levels, Marina's is a coffee and snack center with just the right amount of options to help descry the terrible experience of waiting for a rental car. On my visit I grabbed an Americano, and a Diet Coke. The snacks were well stocked and the deli items, tasty looking. The counters and displays were clean and tasteful. The service was friendly and quick. They made my Americano exactly as I requested. I almost wished they'd taken longer since I only had a long line to return. If I had been hungry after my flight and turning hangry due to the long rental lines, Marina's would be a relief and a sight for sore eyes.

I swore I was just gonna get a English breakfast tea, but that didn't work out. The pastries here look so good, are delicious and fresh. I end get a cherry cheese danish. It was so good and I ruined my appetite for lunch. Also, the service is always fast and friendly.

Expensive. Everything was pretty much premade and they warmed it up. I got a bagel with cream cheese expecting the cream cheese to be on the bagel but it came on the side. I watched one of the employees drop a lid on the counter where everyone put their hands, then put it on the cup for someone. Only option in the car rental place otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it.

I had the best Buffalo chicken wrap of my life here! Fire tomato tortilla and fresh veggies! Thank you marina!!!

Came here to grab some caffeine after flying into SFO. They have a variety of yogurt, salad and other fresh foods available. Service was quick but you could tell their pastries come from Costco. I ordered a soy latte, which was fine but I wish there had been more coffee taste. My sister ordered a hot chocolate and it didn't have too much taste either. I would've only given them two stars but because their prices were reasonable I'll settle on three. Definitely not bad for a rental car complex.

Stepped off the train from SFO into the rental car facility and was totally jonesing for some caffeine. Lo and behold I find Marina's right in the middle of the rental car facility. Got a large iced coffee with room for cream. Strong and delicious! Apparently you can also get some breakfast foods and sandwiches here too. And there is a second physical location downstairs on the ground floor of the rental car facility.

Long day taking the BART to SFO? Thank god they put something in the rental car drop off space for travelers. Strong iced coffee and reasonably priced, I say grab a few snacks. Super convenient if you're tight for time.

I happened to stop by today on 3/27/19 in the morning with my husband and my 3 year old son after dropping off a car rental. There was an older woman with an accent working behind the counter, I simply asked "can I please have 2 plastic forks" she gave me one. I said in a low tone "excuse me I asked for 2" she reached and gave me the other fork all while rolling her eyes. I told her that was rude and she goes "WHY DO YOU ASK THEN" (assuming I'd know she'd be rude) "YOURE NOT MY CUSTOMER SO WHY DO YOU ASK". Maybe it's time to look for another job if you're so unhappy with it.

Fabulous Customer Service And Delicious Latte Coffee... That's Why I Go Again And Again... I Start My Morning With Latte Coffee @ Marina's Cafe And Emma Really Makes A Delicious Latte Coffee The Way I Enjoy Drinking... Sometimes I Get Even Lucky When LUPE Is Here Because She Really Knows How I Like My Latte Coffee....

Wonderful customer service, and the drinks are delicious! The young lady by the name of Jessica is always helpful & her mom is the sweetest lady ever! If you're at the rental car center definitely make a pit stop here for a beverage or a sandwich love this place!

The girl working here is very nice and answers any questions you may have. Although she is only the cashier and barista, she has an extensive knowledge of the rental car facility and the surrounding cities. She may not be the info desk but she answers all your questions as if she was. She runs this place small but lovely cafe inside the rental car building. I recommend getting a latte or an iced beverage and remember to tip the lady!

I went to the cafe on 02/09. The young man helping was very nice, however there was an older man there, (I'm assuming the manager?) who was very rude and disrespectful to the workers. It made me very uncomfortable. I really wish I would've said something because I'll be dammned if I was disrespected like that in front of customers. As far as the customer service from the young man which I would give 4 stars the whole experience with the manager down graded it to 2 stars. I cannot stand people like this and won't support them.

Best service I've ever had at a coffee cafe! The employee working today at 2:30pm was the most helpful/nicest/cutest person. It totally made my day after my flight was cancelled. Good ice coffee and Mediterranean sandwich (which I recommend warm).

I would have expected the workers at the cafe to be rude due to the overwhelming flow of customers like myself but when I went there I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Jessica. She provided excellent customer service to me and now every time I'm in the area and I wanna visit the cafe I look forward to that great customer service from that excellent worker every time.

On january 5 around 11:00 am . (4th floor)The young lady helping me was rude i think she dont like her job. She dont smile and greet.

I receive the best service from a young lady name Jessica . She's always sweet and welcoming and knows each time I come in what I want. Good business !
