Mario de' Fiori 37

Thank you for allowing me to stay at your beautiful boutique hotel...only 150 yards from the Spanish Steps. I was a guest in Room #102 from August 24th to the morning of August 28th. Your Hotel not only has nice, clean, large rooms and a great location, but also some fabulous people working there. Olga at the front desk was simply the best!! She answered all our questions on a daily basis, AND offered us some great suggestions. She not only wanted us to feel comfortable at your Hotel, but also anywhere we traveled. With all the amazing and historic sights in Rome, Olga only added to our wonderful stay in the Eternal City!! Although we didn't have as many interactions with Ruben, as we did with Olga, he was also very helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay.||Once again, thank you for letting me stay at Mario De Fiori 37 for four great nights, AND for having Olga and Ruben on your staff!!||If you're traveling to Rome, I highly recommend Mario de Fiori 37 for your stay!!

I’ll start with the room first. Beautiful. It was spacious, well laid out and I probably had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while due to the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept in. Then there’s the staff who are warm and friendly and gave us a fabulous restaurant recommendation. Then there’s the location right near the Spanish Steps. Despite its proximity to a major tourist attraction the location feels a lot more local than where we usually stay in Rome (Piazza Navona) with beautiful boutiques and far less of the tacky souvenir shops that you see elsewhere in Rome. I will stay here when I return to Rome.

This hotel has the perfect location but …the weather was in the 70s and the thermostat in the room is a fake. We were on the top floor in an old building and nothing but the roof above us We begged them at least 6 times to turn on the air conditioning because it was 26C in the room (76F) but they did nothing. Everyday they promised and everyday we were sweating. Who can sleep in that!!! On the last night I totally had had it and they said no problem we will turn it on. Yup nothing. Also in order to go from the sleeping area to the bathroom you had to walk down 1 step and then up 2 steps not easy in the middle of the night|Would not recommend unless you like sleeping bin a sauna.

We stayed there two weeks ago for 4 nights and had a great stay. The staff is great and very welcoming and the room are clean and nice. Great location and overall a great stay, we'll come back!

Spending our last night of four. We had the most enjoyable time in Rome. Our Stay at Mario de fiori 37 made our time very pleasant. Centrally Located in the middle of most things to see. The service was outstanding and Olga at the front desk was amazing, went above and beyond any we needed or asked. If we come back to Rome this is where I would stay again.

We stayed at the beginig of May, 2 nights, Junior Suite .The hotel is fantastic. The room was excellent and very large . Since it was my wife's birthday we had a wine bottle waiting for us. A very nice gesture. location is perfect near Spanish Steps. Many restaurants and shops around. The front desk personnel are very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was added by the manager for free and was fabiolus. A very nice stay and we will be back, if in Rome again. Very recommended.

We stayed at the junior suite for 3 nights|The hotel is a real gem|Clean, spacious for European standards suite, with attention to every detail|The staff absolutely wonderful, always smiling and very helpful|A special thanks to Aoun and Ruben for being so responsive with everything we asked|As for the location, simply the best in Rome!|Central, safe,in the heart of all luxury shops!|If you want a clean, tastefully decorated hotel, with phenomenal staff and the best location in Rome look no further!

If you choose to stay at this hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised how great it is. From the great food in the restaurant downstairs, to the location within the heart of the action and within walking distance to major historical sites, to the helpful staff and front desk personnel, to the spacious rooms in a character hotel with comfortable beddings to give you a great night sleep (everything here is great) you’ll be happy with this spot. You’ll get service and help that you don’t get at the chain hotels. This is an amazing hotel and we would recommend anyone and everyone to stay at.||I also want to mention how dependable the staff are here at this hotel, and trusting. I had a situation were my wife and I went for a late night dinner approximately 4 km from the hotel the night before travelling home to Canada in the early morning. At the airport, I realized that I forgot my prescription sunglasses at the restaurant and I could not reach them directly as they were not answering the phone (and I couldn’t speak the language either). I mentioned my situation to the hotel staff, and they offered to help. The hotel staff tried numerous times to contact the restaurant and ended up sending a porter in a taxi to retrieve them as the restaurant as a last resort. I recognized the substantial effort be the hotel to help me resolve the situation. ||The hotel has since shipped my prescription glasses to Canada and it is incredible to have travelled to another country on the other side of the world and them helping me this much after I have checked out and back at home.
