Marion Tavern

It appears they opened in 2022 roughly. We’ve been walking along Ontario Street for a long time and never really got the point to enter. One afternoon we decided to go for a walk and headed in a new direction. We entered It must’ve been a few minutes after four, there were very few people inside. We realized that they had just opened their doors for the day At 4pm. They have a pretty good list of drinks cocktails and a very good beer selection. They also have a happy hour with a price reduction on select drinks. The decor is very modern, there’s something inside that makes you feel energized. The services is great, Jerome was our server, and he took very good care of us. We only went for a few drinks, but will definitely come back and try some of their food.

This bar is sooo cute. I love the ambience. the servers are really nice. Service is quick and for the times I’ve went, the drinks came at the same time as my food. The only thing is, I wish they had more finger food options.. but what they do have I enjoy and what’s perfect is they only stop serving food at 2:30AM. Drinks are good as well, they don’t go short on the alcohol which is great because that’s the whole point :D

A very simple bar in the middle of the heart of downtown. And let me tell you, they have some really good cocktails for a very good price for 5 à 7. I did really enjoy the cocktails and we tried there charcuterie board. Very delicious. I highly recommend this place if you would like to hang out with friends or go on a date. This bar is more than perfect.

Phenomenal service, awesome staff (Jerome!), great drinks and ambiance and a cool neighborhood vibe. If I lived in the neighborhood I would definitely come thru a few times month.

This is one of the best, if not the best bar I've been to. Huge selection of alcohol, a lot of extremely creative cocktails, amazing ambiance, live DJ with a fantastic section of music.

One of the best date spots in the city! Mostly drinks and snacks. Serving food until 230am. We walked in, sat down at the bar and the bartender was immediately pouring us glasses of water. Just to say, the service was great. Their menu is short and sweet. Not much available in terms of food but I did have their chicken wings and they were very tasty. The ambiance is very calming and you can speak to one another without shouting. Tables are well spaced so it feels like you have your privacy. It can accommodate a large crowd as well. Perhaps call in advance for reservations. Their specialty appears to be craft beer. However, they have a vast selection of whiskeys and many other spirits behind the bar. Their specialty cocktail menu ranges from $14-17ish. We had the Cava sparkling wine. It was fantastic! Came in at almost 46$ for the bottle. I would go back and do it all over again. Great spot

Goodbye fun spot, hello Taverne Marion. A beautiful modern bar with delicious signature cocktails and great beer selection. Grab a drink, grab a friend and indulge in this wonderful new establishment. You won’t be disappointed. You just found A new reason to day drink

We stumbled across this place on a recent trip to Montreal. It's a hidden gem! Not overly crowded but lively, even during the busy sumer tourist season. The staff is incredible and the cocktails are out of this world. I highly recommend the negroni. Fabulous. Taverne Marion also has an excellent local beer staff. Although I did not try the food there they look to have a good selection of pub food worth trying. We liked this place so much we went there 3x in 4 days and I even bought a t-shirt! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Montreal!
