Yelp
I've been coming here for years and decided to leave a review this time. Don't come here expecting to find a fancy restaurant with table service. It's two food trucks, one mariscos and one tacos and burritos, with a covered standing eating area in between. However, you can order from both menus at either of the trucks. Meaning, I order my Baja style fish tacos with my quesabirria tacos instead of ordering the fish tacos from the masiscos one and Birria from the other. Prices surely have gone up, I recall when it used to be 1.25 per fish taco, but that was PC.
As far as the fish tacos went, they seem to be putting less fish and less cabbage on top. With that being said, it was still a solid taco. Being a Baja Style Fish Taco, the fish was battered and fried freshly and topped with tomato and cabbage. The quesataco de Birria are some of my favorites. Honestly there's nothing that special about the flavor of the meat itself but the cheese brings out the best of the taco, and then you have to top it with the spicy onions and sauces they offer.
They're large bottles of white crema, chipotle crema, straight habanero salsa, and spicy red salsa reminding me of a thick salsa quemada. They offer a few prepackaged hot sauces like guacamaya as well. You can add as much sauce as you like, as well as serve yourself as much of limes, onions, and radishes as you please. There's an even serve yourself mariscos consome. If you want the Birria consome, just ask for it at the Birria food truck. Sodas are offers in glass and cans, as well as Aguas frescas.
I can't see why I'd give it less than 5 stars since I've never had a bad experience and food always been good. It will get busy on weekends.
FIVE STARS.
