If I could give zero stars, I would. On behalf of my group of 15, we had the worst experience the night of 6/20.
The server, Yolanda J, was very rude and unfriendly.
To start, a couple of people arrived later and we had asked for another batch of our appetizers and Yolanda inconsiderately said, "Sorry. I cannot bring more because I already brought them out." We did NOT ask, we told her we wanted more, even if it meant we had to pay for them.
If she can't bring out more appetizers, she should've remembered to bring out the drinks. We had waited a ridiculous amount of minutes for our DRINKS to get to the table.
I had asked for extra lime for my entre. When my plate arrived there was not a single slice of lime.
I know the perspective of being a waiter, but the amount of time it took to get things was not acceptable; especially considering it was not busy. Then, while bringing out the other plates she had spilled guacamole ON TOP of one of my friends head and all she had to offer was a useless unsympathetic sorry and blamed the incident on the tostada clashing on the head (OBVIOUSLY). She didn't even offer to bring more napkins.
For a place that charges the 18% gratitude, I am extremely disappointed in the service. If you're going to take money out of my bill, at least EARN IT. It is a shame that we had to involuntarily leave a tip for the worse service I've ever experienced.
I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
