Tasty Sinaloa style ceviche. Quick and delicious. There's is plenty of parking and ample covered seating away from the sun. What I didn't like: I didn't like was that they didn't list the prices on there menu. Also, the cucumber and onions looks like it was chopped up all lazy like. Big and small inconsistent pieces. No limes were offered until I asked. I got a ceviche and 2 shrimps tacos for about $32. Will be back to try the other stuff if I'm in the area

Read the article on Beachcomber paper, and decided to try the same day. Purchased to go; - fish ceviche w/diced 🥭 mango - Aguachiles red spicy (cooked shrimp) w/🥑 avocado. Portions were generous and tasty. 😋 definitely getting again. Tried shrimp 🍤 🌮 taco, and it was also good, although if I get it again, I'd ask for no cheese. (I'm not a cheese guy) But the winner was Elsa (owner) and 2 young assistants. Everyone was incredibly courteous, gracious, and great customer service. A definite trip(s) is(are) in the near future.

People need to stop promoting this Mariscos spot and give real raw reviews like I am about to. The food is awful no flavor whatsoever. They are lazy choppers all you get are big chunks of onion and tomato and little of whatever type of seafood item you order. No avocados, lemons, salt or pepper on the side to add flavor. I placed a large order and didn't get a single tostada. I feel robbed honestly as all I got was a plate of vegetables.

Bomb ceviche mixto with scallops, octopus, & avocado. Also tried the shrimp + cheese tacos, probably my favorite. Location has outdoor seating and you can buy micheladas or beers from the bar that the truck is parked next to. Make sure to check hours before you go.

I'm sorry but anyone that knows mariscos knows it is not fresh, nor is it cooked in lime the shrimp was boiled plate has way to much tomatoes, no cucumber ,no aguacate. Just sad that it truly was disappointing.

Been driving by this spot many times while at work finally i stopped by on my lunch hour. For the first time here i had to get ceviche its my all time fav dish. They had regular shrimp, mix and a tropical which comes with mango! So i went with the ceviche tropical. I'm not a fan of raw ceviche i like my shrimp to sit over night and get that orange color on the shrimp. However from all other bad experiences i had with raw fresh ceviche this one was GOOD/MUY SABROSO! I got a large and ate it in less than 5 mins lol everything was evenly chopped and the taste was on point! The price was worth it! Definitely will be going back to try the many more options they have on their menu. Y'all sea food lovers gotta stop here atleast once and try all they got. It was a successful stop.

Everything was good. Nothing disappointed. Waited about half an hour for my food but it was worth it. Definitely coming back.

The only thing I can say is that it is my favorite place to enjoy an excellent shrimp feast, the flavors of the food are exquisite.

The ceviche mixto was 10/10 loved the flavor, had the perfect amount of veggies and shrimp/ Jaiba The ceviche tropical was also good 8/10 just because there's a slight vinagre taste at the end The tacos gobernador 10/10 sooo delicious!!! We got there right when they opened so we got everything fast! Right when we were leaving it started to get busy :)

Although they weren't in the area they advertise themselves to be at, I'm glad they're active on Instagram -- that's how I found their location. The food was 10/10, and the service was quick!

We were craving something refreshing during this heat wave and decided to try Mariscos El Garage after seeing it on Instagram. There's plenty of parking, and they have a separate area for drinks like beer and micheladas (just don't bring your own). The staff was super nice, especially the lady who let us know about the drinks! We ordered a cocktail mixto and a ceviche mixto--both were SO DELICIOUS. I don't know what's in their sauce, but it was amazing. They also had live music and a cute street vendor, adding to the authentic vibe. This hidden gem is now our new go-to spot for mariscos!

Beautiful food! This is the place if you want fresh delicious ceviche. This is an outdoor seating restaurant so just keep that in mind. The food came out promptly and most importantly tasted amazing. I will definitely be coming back again!

This a place that I discovered not that long ago go but since I found it I been going regularly I have tried almost the whole menu, some of my favorites would be the aguachiles the 3 of them with perfect spiciness like a good aguachile from Mazatlán or Nayarit Also a must try has to be the tacos gobernador that has a ton of flavor Service its descent! If you are person who believes that you need to be welcomed with a red carpet definitely this is not the place for you The ambience it's a very family oriented you can come with the family and have some of their delicious and fresh mariscos since they just open during the day. And that's how I found this place because I used to come and get tacos from Los Potros side window just at night with Memo I hope you get to try this spot and fall in love with it

We love our mariscos and Mariscos El Garage always hits. It can get a little pricey but it's definitely worth it. Fresh food always! Make sure you order the tacos gobernador. If you sit outside under the tent you'll notice that EVERYONE orders at least one order of that. We love the callo de hacha plate. Outside drinks are not allowed as they sell alcohol inside the building right next to the tent. The miches are bomb make sure to grab one!

Wasn't expecting much since it was a food truck but it was good! I had the coctel shrimp and octopus. Nice portion.

Amazing food! My favorite is the ceviche jaiba plate and the tacos de camarón! The owners are super awesome and although on the weekends the wait times can be up to and hour, it's worth it when you take a bite of your food. This is my new favorite local spot for mariscos! All plates are delicious

WOW!!! So glad I found this place. The food is fresh and tasty. The scallop/shrimp/ octopus (spicy) plate Enjoy!! The ceviche tropical did not disappoint. You get a good portion of food (large plate) that you can share with 2 people. The Quesa tacos de Camaron are very flavorful!

I once saw a red military camouflage truck driving around the area and was always curious about it. Coincidentally my social newsfeed posted this. Finally found about this spot AMBIANCE: Parking: This location had plaza parking, good for about 5 cars. Seating: Not sure if they shared the parklet but if so, there are a few shaded tables Feels: If it's still near the corner-ish spot of Pacific Coast Highway and Cherry, then it's a busy spot as those streets are busy. Close to eateries, gas station, and a neighborhood. The area itself is nothing flashy, not the touristy side of Long Beach but a more grit and grind community area. Great place to stay low-key or grab and go FOOD: Tres Mixto (Recommend) A lovely medley of fresh shrimp, calamari, and scallops. Served cold and fresh. I took the spiciest flavor and it had a lovely spicy kick to it. I like the coolness to the seafood, the fresh salt flavor, seasoning, and a creamy texture with the sliced avocados CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! Friendly, knowledgable, and relatively passionate. What can I say these have to be some of the best shrimp governor tacos I've ever had. To top it off the sauce that goes with it made it 10x better. I ate about 6 of them and wanted more. Thank you

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered 4 tacos governador and aguachiles. The wait was about 40-45 minutes didn't seem to be that much people waiting. I thought it was way too long. The drinks are separate place. The micheladas were really good $8 each. Tacos were big and good but I don't know about waiting that long.

I know this place is unclaimed, but it warrants a review. Marisos el Garage is a small, family owned and run business that serves an array of fresh seafood dishes. My partner and I finally stopped by about 2 months ago and we have been hooked since. Their tacos el gobernador are deliciously flavored and stuffed with all the fresh ingredients. Their caldo de mariscos is to die for on a rainy day, for the cruda, or if you're just in the mood for a Thai inspired soup. Their ceviche tropical, classico, and aguachile verde are all well-portioned, fresh, and delicious. But my favorite is La Sinaloensa which is very spicy but mouth-watering and satisfying. If you haven't stopped by, do yourself and don't wait a whole year before treating yourself to some satisfying and affordable mariscos!

I'm gonna give this place a 5 out of 5 their portions are pretty fulfilling and inexpensive. It's family owned small truck but the food is yummy. I was craving seafood and they didn't fail me. Their service was great. I definitely recommend this place.

Fresh ceviche, the salsas are good & the tacos de camarón are my favorite. I wish there was a ceviche de camarón cocido option but it's all very good. Sometimes the service takes a while but worth it!

Did you say mariscos food truck?! They have all your marisco needs, so many good choices, look at their menu. Been here a couple times, both times were a success! Here are a few pictures from our last order. Great customer service, delicious food, happy stomach! LoL! They have a bar right across the way that sells soda/beer so it's convenient if you're looking to grab something to drink right away. They do have a few tables where you can sit down and eat if you would like to eat there. Will definitely come back.

Definitely won't be back, the sauce almost taste like Valentina mixed with tapatio. If y'all haven't tried el yakis id recommend

Sheesh. Where to start. Been eating the food since it was out the garage. And it is the best in Lb. The tacos are fire. With the salsa fire. Cocteles and Aguachiles are all fire. My only complaint is that they are only open thursday to sunday. So cant get them when the early week cravings hit. But otherwise super bomb.

Giving it one star bc the girl Alexa always has an attitude, snippy and gives dirty looks!! Hve better etiquette. Food was alright and had a FKN HAIR not worth the price. Wait was over an hour... Could make that shit at home!!!

This place was great! If you like Mexican seafood you will like this place. Watch out with the green sauce because it's spicy!! Really good portion size for the price. They also serve your seafood orders with a pack of Perico Tostadas that are delicious. Owner has an area where you can sit to enjoy your food but you might need to wipe down the area since it's busy and they operate with a small crew that's mainly in the truck. One more thing, for the drinks and bathroom you have to go to the business next door.

THE BEST MARISCOS IN LONG BEACH. Mama G & her family are such an amazing family. The service was outstanding.

Food is so delicious and fresh. Did not disappoint! Pretty big parking space there's tables and chairs set up for you to eat comfortably with your family/ Friends. Service is great haven't had any issues so far, this place is great and I recommend it. One of the best mariscos I've ever had.

There's many marisco places out there but only a few know the real flavors, tradition of seafood and this is one of them! The portions are generous, I've tried both the shrimp ceviche and cócteles very tasty and fresh. I think they have the cold temperature down to a science I've noticed their seafood is colder than other places its so refreshing. Try a Taco Gobernador it includes a delicious salsa never tried one like this before (its spicy, a bit of an oil base, and citrusy). The service is great and fast. Nice group of people working here readily available to assist.

The daughter is very mean and I don't know why she's taking orders??? I love their food but her daughter needs to go to school for etiquette. She needs to find another job. Their mom is humble and definitely better. Customer service is always number one! Why is she still taking orders?? Go to school. I always tell people to be careful with her. She's not friendly. I give you 2 stars bc it's always about customer service!! Period! And your ticktock sucks!!

Was there when the younger employees were holding it down, I had a ceviche natural, was pretty dry, needed citrus, salt, and was just lacking overall flavor second time at this place and I have to say I was more disappointed the first time than the second time not sure if we'll be back but if we do return really hope they can do better

My go-to place for Mariscos. It's a drive but well worth it. I've also tried their aquachiles Verde which you can't never go wrong. For drinks, you'll need to get it from the establishment.

Food was so good but the cashier wasn't as nice saw this location going to the hospital to visit my grandfather and needed a pick me up but I might try again maybe she had a bad day but she seems like she doesn't like her job :(

The food is delicious, their salsa is fire just wish they were available more, i cant just say "let's go to mariscos el garage!" Because it's hard to get a hold of them, they don't have drinks, if u want to get a drink u can go to the bar, after all they are located in a parking lot of a bar lol
