A few weeks ago, a deer hit me. He didn’t have the right of way, didn’t even yield before crossing the road. Unbelievable. He didn’t even stop to check on me or exchange information, before getting up and running into the field. So naturally I had to reach out to my insurance company to get it all sorted out and squared away. After filing the claim, my insurance company gave me a list of recommended body shops to use. They said I could take it to one of my choice unless I liked one of the ones on the list. I did some research and looked at roughly 8 different shops. I ended up choosing the Marksman Auto Body. I chose them for a few reasons. They had a very good, easy to navigate website. They were very easy to work with, but I chose them because they have the most and best reviews on Google. The older I get, the more that I find reviews to be extremely helpful. I reached out on a Sunday requesting a quote. They had me come in the following Monday to complete the quote. Due to my car still being drivable thankfully. They were able to order all of the parts and I dropped the car off at a later date(one week lately). The process was incredible. The day I dropped my car off, when I had gotten there Enterprise Rental Car was there to pick me up. Marksman had arranged everything for me. They gave me an estimated time frame for me to pick up my car, which was done earlier then expected! I just picked my car up a few hours ago and it looks perfect! I couldn’t be happier. The great people at Marksman even cleaned out the inside of my car! Even though the damage on my car was minor, they absolutely crushed it! I highly recommend the great people at Marksman Auto Body!

I am very impressed by Marksman Auto Body’s professional demeanor towards their customers. They were very communicative throughout the whole process of critiquing my vehicle’s body repairs, setting the appointment time, and vehicle pickup when my car was completed. Not only did they provide excellent repair work, they also provided fantastic customer service by the company staff and their dog, Toby, who loves to greet customers at the door, who only adds an additional smile to the customer’s face. Did a great job getting my grill insert into my Mustang. Quick job, straight forward, fair priced, and came across polite and courteous. Will be returning for future mods (and work for other vehicles as well).

We needed to have our Toyota Sienna van repaired after fender and door damage. The process was smooth with the insurance and car rental. The work Marksman did was outstanding. Wonderful customer service also! We recommend highly!

The whole experience was handled very well. We were kept informed as the work progressed and it was done earlier than expected. A small issue was found when we got the car home, but we took it back and they scheduled it to be corrected. It’s better. We would recommend this company.

I brought my Subaru to Marksman after I crashed it. They took excellent care of me, got me a rental and helped me with my insurance. Unfortunately, my car was totaled. I would definitely use their service again should the need arise. Highly recommend

It took 3 tries to get it right, honestly, it was a very inconvenient and stressful situation. In the end, they made it right so for that I will give two stars. I personally would not use this body shop again due to my negative experience. With that being said, I wouldn’t necessarily deter anybody because I’m sure they usually do great work. On the customer service end, it was decent, there were some interesting comments made. For example, I was told by the owner that they didn’t have the right tool to get into the door jam to buff it. When I brought the car back for the 3rd time the owner asked me if I had taken it to another shop and maybe that’s why the paint had swirls.

Very poor customer service, told one thing by one person then weeks later told something else. Repairs are less than quality. Very disappointing for a small local business.

My brand new truck was backed in to a couple months ago. $4k to $5k damage to the cable and rear panel. Marksman did a fantastic job on fixing the damage. Took their time and fixed it right. They even cleaned the truck inside and out. Very professional. I highly recommend using Marksman Autobody Co.

Jan 2019 we got rear-ended in Medina by someone who was high out of their minds. Brunswick Subaru recommended Marksman and they work with my insurance, so that's who I went with. Got my car back in a few days and my only complaint is regarding the subpar rental, which has nothing to do with Marksman. They are professional, worked with my insurance and the rental agency; we really just needed to drop the car off, pick up the rental, and then drop the rental back off when my Subie was ready. A1 service all around. Jan 2020, came over a blind hill and into a small herd of deer. My new Subie is currently with them getting repaired. Unless there's a 180 in what I experienced last year to this year, I'll keep my 5* rating in place. The car rental places my insurance allows, however, that's another review elsewhere.

I had a cracked windshield and they helped me get it replaced for a good price, they were extremely friendly, and the repair looked amazing!

I'd highly recommend marksman, I recently got hit by a deer and they had to repaint the whole side of my jeep and replace my door and they did an amazing job. Looks brand new and the paint matches perfectly! They did this super quick dropped it off Sunday night and got it back Friday.

I would highly recommend using Marksman Auto Body for your car repairs. From start to finish they were so extremely professional. My Volvo looked fabulous after the work was completed. I appreciated them accommodating my time schedule.

I was in my first accident a month ago. I got T-boned by someone who didn't have insurance. I was on my own & didn't know what to do. Marksman's helped me by giving me advice & helping me in a way no one else could. I appreciate their hard work, professionalism & kindess. I highly recommend & was so happy to have my car looking tip top shape again!

Because I left a bad review they brought me into their back office when I went to pick up car to intimidate and bully me into taking down the review. Refused to give me keys until I took it down said I was lying. They also removed that post somehow and I plan on posting on all platforms. Next time try to say I heard you had a bad experience I apologize for that is there anything we can do to fix this and get that post taken down. Instead they deny deny deny and lie lie lie.

I came here because I was involved in an accident and my right passenger door got hit pretty bad. About a week in from getting my car back, I went to roll down my passenger side window, and it went down and wouldn't go back up! That's not all, the body filler was also cracking! I will not be taking business here in the future.
