Marlow's Tavern

Great food and our server was amazing. Got to find her name. We went for my friend's birthday celebration. I enjoyed the Asparagus Fries, Shrimp and Grits (yum!), and the Creme Brulee. I got a taste of the Birthday Girl's dessert... the cheesecake which was delicious!

LOVE THIS PLACE! We had such a pleasant server, Jake. He definitely made the experience enjoyable. He made great reccomendations, and was very entertaining. We told him it was our first time & he came back with the pictured plate! On the house!!! They were delicious too!!! Excellent first impression and experience. Top notch customer service, will absolutely come back!!

It’s hard to beat Marlows Tavern with the quality of the food and the good service. Katie A was our server and she did a wonderful job of making us feel special and being very personable and conversational. I especially like the Panini chicken sandwich.

Madison was our server and she was awesome. Will definitely ask for her next time we come. We ordered almost every appetizer. The ahi tuna poke appetizer was better than the the one we had a Capital Grille. Also didn't know I liked pastrami that much until we had the pastrami eggroll. The fig and bacon toast was sweet and savory and perfect if you like that combination. I personally had the seared Asian ahi tuna salad and it was perfectly seared on all sides. Tried various cocktails and the sangria pitcher and everything was just really good. Other staff said excuse me and made eye contact and held doors and smiled. It was an overall excellent experience.

Giving a 3 because the food was great. Service was a lil... odd. A lady with us ordered some kind of nachos (pictured), we all had a piece, then she decided she didn't like it and wanted to send it back. Of course we didn't think they would go for that since it was halfway gone. She went and talked to the manager. Not sure what went down, but the server came back up to my friend and said "why u had to go talk to the manager like that?" we were all dumbfounded. Where is that okay to do?! I had the blue steak salad. It was amazing! I'll go back, but I'm walking out of the door if that server is there. Super inappropriate.

Very nice tavern with excellent food. I had the wagyu beef hamburger and some fried okra. They have a nice selection of beer and indoor and outdoor seating. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was immaculately clean.

Perfect as always! The staff is great and very attentive, even on a busy Friday. The food is delicious! The Shrimp and grits here is to die for!! Asparagus fries with Tarragon and citrus aioli is yum!

The sever named Kaily was too lazy to call her good. The restaurant wasn’t bad but we went there on Friday night and there was not many people there yet I had to go to the bar to order the second round myself. Not sure about other waiters though. Good wasn’t bad.
