This is an outstanding small restaurant with upscale food and very attentive service. The food was artfully presented, and the quality of the cooking is equal to outstanding Michelin-starred restaurants we have enjoyed in New York. The restaurant is Michelin listed, but in my opinion should be at least a Bib Gourmand awarded restaurant.

Increíble! I loved every single bite! Traditional Spanish food elevated to a whole other level. Every single dish was executed flawlessly. The dulce de leche goat milk flan was particularly delicious. The service was friendly and helpful with wine pairings and they catered well for gluten free (me). A must visit in Madrid.

A great experience! Everything was original. We had two aperitivos, two starters, one main course which we shared and one desert (see pictures). We also had three glasses of a very good white wine (Rincon - very fresh). The food is plated beautifully, and they put different textures, so that you get a really nice bite. The service was impeccable, the waiter helped with choosing between the various dishes. It’s a small restaurant (up to 24 in a seating), they have one chef working in the kitchen, one chef plating, and two waiters/bartenders/platers. Bill was a bit above 100 Euros, which I find a good VFM.

The dishes are creative. We love every dish that we had. I especially like the lobster tartar in lobster bisque. The crispy potato noodle is a great for the lobster bisque but it is not oily at all. I recommend the flan with the sheep’s milk. It has a rich taste but nos not too sweet.

Savory art served here. The food is AMAZING. The tastes are exquisite, the presentation is gorgeous. The staff are friendly, pleasant, humble. These young men are future superstars. They should have a line out the door every hour they are open. EAT HERE. You be able to say, I ate there before they were famous.

Incredible experience. I have no doubts this restaurant will be hyped in a few weeks/months due to many successful key points: - food is amazing - service is 10/10 - the place itself, in La Latina, takes you out from the traditional Chamberi, Salamanca, etc, getting the best of the modern gastronomy Total hit

The restaurant is small and a little crowded, but the décor has its own style and traditional design. The waiters were very friendly and helpful, and they explained each dish to us before served it. We ordered Steak tartar, Bogavante, Cochinillo and Pato, all of which were delicious. My personal favorites were the Bogavante, which was very creamy and flavorful, and the Pato, which had a lightly charred skin and very tender meat. Before we finished, we also ordered the Lemon pie and Flan de cabra, both of which had very original flavors. It's a lovely little bistro! Ideal for small gatherings with friends and family, the atmosphere is very intimate!

Such an amazing place. The selection of dishes is very limited, but there is a reason for this. Every dish is made just perfect! It is a place for quality of food and not quantity. Of course you can get quantity but do not expect it to be cheap. The staff was extremely nice and spoke English very well. They explained every dish and also gave suggestions on the best ways to try the flavor combination. The atmosphere was also very nice with many small details that made the place special and memorable. We tried only three dishes (all amazing) and the highlight was the tuna dish which was simply amazing and full of flavor. We would definitely go back to try out more amazing dishes and flavors.
