Park Royal’s Food and Restaurants Are Built on Asphalt and Man’oushe | Eater London

"When Maroush opened its Park Royal branch in 2021 it brought an attached food market and wine bar and even relocated from its Vere Street premises in central London, with posters in the windows announcing the move and signaling the symbolic migration of a well-known Lebanese restaurant into the area." - Zahra Al Asaadi

We went there for dinner and really enjoyed the experience. We ordered two varieties of hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, a halloumi wrap, and batata harra, along with drinks. Everything was fresh and full of authentic Lebanese flavors. The hummus was smooth and flavorful, the falafel crispy, and the halloumi wrap was especially satisfying. A great spot for a delicious and well-rounded Lebanese meal.

I recently visited Maroush Park Royal and had the most incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the layout and ambiance were warm and inviting. The food was ummm… amazingly delicious — every bite was bursting with flavor. The staff provided excellent customer service, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Thank you for such a memorable dining experience, I’ll definitely be looking forward to visiting again soon!

We booked Maroush Park Royal to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were a large party of 25, including children, teenagers, adults, wheelchair users, vegetarians, and some very fussy eaters, no easy task, yet the restaurant handled everything effortlessly. The staff were exceptionally attentive, patient, and genuinely thoughtful, making sure every single guest felt comfortable and well looked after. Our needs were not just met but truly exceeded. As a large group, we opted for the set menu, which was varied, generous, and absolutely delicious. Everyone left very pleasantly full and extremely happy. What really stood out was the care shown by the team throughout the meal; they made the celebration feel special and personal, and my mother was made to feel truly celebrated on her milestone birthday. Overall, we had a brilliant time and would highly recommend Maroush Park Royal, especially for large family celebrations

Very nice food and generous portions. Good value. They have live music and belly dancers every Friday and Saturday night and we already booked to return next month!

Nice restaurant and good food , however have noticed a decline in food portions I mean the chips were tiny ! Have been a Maroush fan for many years now but I have to sadly say the Knightsbridge branch is loosing touch to the point we didn’t want to go anymore … Have visited about 3 times now Park Royal and waited to add a review as I wanted to make sure the food and service is consistent and have to say there is room for improvement ) staff always polite no question there BUT I think Lebanese hospitality can do better! It doesn’t hurt to offer some free tea at the end of the meal , or some free chilli sauce I mean the charge £8 for chilli sauce ?! Mmmm our bill was £177 for some wraps , Salad and chips not sure when will come back again sadly

This place is like an hidden gem 💎. Me and my husband came to Maroush for a spot of tea after checking in to our hotel. Wow, the food is amazing 👏. Atmosphere is great and so modern. The service was excellent 👌. I would highly recommend 😊

Absolutely unacceptable hygiene standards — found bugs in both the food and on the table. Staff dismissed it by blaming the weather and trees instead of taking responsibility. No evidence of pest control or cleanliness. Their idea of compensation was removing the service charge and accusing me of “almost finishing the food.” Disgraceful attitude and zero accountability.

Food is amazing especially the Shawarma wraps, which is a family favourite. However, the staff leave much to be desired. Not very attentive and certainly not friendly faces. We went when it was very quiet so there was plenty of opportunity to be courteous and attentive. When the manager / supervisor is in, the service from him is great; otherwise, not so. Would go there for the food but there automatic service charge addition is really not worth paying for.
