For families or couples seeking a property that is an excellent value and not over the top by any means, this is ideal for people who are trying to stick to a budget. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the pools are average, nothing luxurious by Vegas Standards. Service is excellent. Staff are accommodating and eager to help with any requests. The location of this property is close enough to all the action if you want to partake. Whether here for business or vacation, you will be satisfied by choosing this hotel.

We were satisfied with this property from a value for money perspective. The features of the property were limited and we did not really use them. Gym was good. Rooms clean. We had two bedroom appartement / interconnecting. Was what we expected. Location good. Off the strip but short walk. Having stayed at Cosmopolitan previously, it was a step down. But so was rhe price. No smoke. No casino. Appealing.

For a Marriott Vacation Club in Vegas, this is nice, but not over-the-top. Pools are average. Location is great right off the middle of the strip. Very clean. As a Gold Elite member, I felt that I was treated just OK at check-in. Nothing special. For vacations, they offer a lot of side trips connected to points and typical owner amenities. If you're into the owner scene, and love Vegas, this is a nice, but not awesome choice. Photos are from the small rooftop pool.

First class accomodations. Enjoyed our stay. Easy to access Lyft and Uber. Nice and quiet and night to sleep with excellent blackout curtains. Pool area was nice although crowded and drinks at the pool enjoyable. They do a nice job with events during the day and we enjoyed a free cocktail in the afternoon along with an excellent karaoke band (two person) on Tuesday night. Shout out to the guy working at the taxi stand in the mornings who we talked to almost every day and was extremely helpful. Counting the days to my next visit but probably not until 2026.

Not only is this hotel nice calm and convenient location, but my friend had his phone stolen by some crooks and the security team was more helpful than the actual police. They were extremely helpful, so on top of everything, service was outstanding, everyone cared so much and helped us the entire process. They had amazing footage of the crooks, worked hand on with the detectives. I just know no other location would have prioritized us the way they did when things like this happen. Will forever stay here and know the staff has your best interest! 50 stars to the staff here!!

Went to Vegas to celebrate my 40th birthday with my girl friends and we stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau. We had a 2 bedroom Suite, and loved the room. It was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean. Absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at and plan on staying at in the near future.

Once you get past the constant trying to sell you a timeshare, the property is not bad at all.||The downside, a super small pool when you compare it to the number of people that the hotel holds.||Rooms are apartment like with fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer and even a big soaking tub. ||The food shop on the ground floor is expensive!!!! A drink cost three times what it does if you just walk three blocks to Target.||Valet parking is high, but not abnormal for what the cost of any hotel on the strip. ||Over all good place to stay but need a larger pool to support the number of guests.

Google
The staff members were very courteous and helpful; rooms very clean; their valet parking system is quite efficient- but with many guests at the resort, wait time to have your car delivered can run 10 to 15 minutes

Yelp
YOU ARE AWESOME JARON! We had a last minute gig in San Jose California. We were coming from Oahu and needed to rent sound equipment. I sent out multiple request to sound and party planners. Jaron you took the time to gather information from me and spent more than an hour communicating with me before I even agreed to rent. Jaron you were prompt, helped us with set up, made sure we had everything and more before you went to his next Commitment. Tour equipment was excellent condition! You are the best and if we ever come back we will certainly call you! The night before the party, the venue was short 24 chairs and I asked if he rented chairs and he said they do not. Since Jaron knew we were from out of town he made calls for me, found 24 chairs, picked up AND returned the chairs for us. Jaron's service was sooooo AWESOME he deserves a 10! A great big MAHALO to your company

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - Interesting, we have been here for the last few years for CES and this was the first time I am writing a review...? We have been staying more and more with this brand as we travel. See recent Nashville, TN and SLO trips. We stayed in Tuscany Resorts the last few days, so a good way to compare. This place is nicer, but way smaller. The service is way better. Atmosphere - Nice clean small room. But when in Tuscany, we were in a suite (outdated, but huge and roomy). Similar amenities. But Marriott has daily events (to keep you in the resort); see pictures. Too bad it does not make sense for us to come back mid day. We basically only sleep in the resorts/hotels when traveling. Too much to see and do. If I had young kids or grandkids, we would maybe spend more time at the resort. Until then, the quality of hotels are less important to me. Both resorts were safe. Free valet parking (with tips), but Tuscany's free self parking was my preference. I just do not like people driving my car/s. Service - 5 stars. Whereas Tuscany was self service, 3 stars. Price - Way more expensive than Tuscany. My wife paid and I did not bother to look. Well, I will know when the credit card statement comes, lol. Owner Comment - Congrats to Marriott's success since 1957 and with your 586+ locations. 1927 - Marriott International was founded, and they currently have 8785+ locations. This would be a 4 star and higher review if: The room was larger. The events were held much later, like after dinner? Nightcap? Self parking. I might bring my bathing suit next trip and try the rooftop hot tub, see pictures.

Yelp
On our way back from Colorado and decided to stop in Vegas for the night. This has been a great road trip during the Thanksgiving holiday and staying here for a night before hitting the road back to California has been a treat. I'm so glad we stayed and experienced the full room upgrade. Wow! Our room was beautiful and pure Marriott style. Once we made it through the crazy construction on the street adjacent to the hotel, we pulled in and left our car with the valet. This hotel is valet only which is no problem. Checking in was smooth and we were on our way to the 15th floor. Our room was so comfortable. We showered and used the amenities included in the bathroom. We appreciated the complementary bottles of water and availability of the coffee and tea in the room. The view from our room was exciting. We walked over to the Miracle Mile and did some shopping and gambled at Planet Hollywood and won! We are excited to come back again soon.

Yelp
What a great and beautiful hotel and it's smaller than the mega resort hotels on the Strip. The rooms were comfortable and we slept so well on the comfy bed. They offer free valet parking which was a plus.

Yelp
Convenient location far enough from The Strip (only about one block away), but walking distance to the shops and eateries. Close to Planet Hollywood Hotel, as well as the Cosmopolitan Shops. The rooms we had were connected, and well maintained. There was enough space between beds, and bathroom with the smaller room. And an ample amount of space with in the master bedroom. Ours even had the hot tub. Plus we loved the double shower heads in the stand-up shower too! Even the closet was fairly spacious. The kitchenette with utensils, stovetop, oven, and fridge were very convenient as we did put that to good use. While the dining/living room areas were just as comforting. We enjoyed both pools. The rooftop pool was a bit small, but offers a complete bar with cooling misters. As well as a nice partial view of the strip. A few tables at the rooftop pool, while the larger pool at the lower terrace had more lounge chairs, and tables to enjoy lunch. The game room was decent, as was the little marketplace being useful, but pricy. And we did enjoy the drinks at the LaDiva Lounge if we weren't out galavanting. No issues with service at the front desk, cocktail service (although can be hard to find at times), or any of the valet guys. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even though it's not considered a casino. I would definitely come back simply for the "convenience" factor of it all.

Yelp
My favorite Vegas Bonvoy property to use when in town! It's quite comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient with congenial staff, and well located. Add Great views, posh rooms and welcoming to our legal service animal and that is a recipe for a great stay! Thank you Grand Chateau for being an asset to the brand. Well done!

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised with the Marriott Grand Chateau. This hotel is quite nice and steps away from the strip. Valet parking was very convenient. Kyle checked us in and he was absolutely lovely. He was able to give us a late check out and made sure we knew about all the amenities that the Marriott had to offer as well as all the MANY daily activities for adults and children. Their activity schedule is very impressive. The lobby is large and bright with several bars, restaurants and a snack shop that has delicious gelato. Our room was fantastic. It was very spacious and clean with a small kitchenette. They provide a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and toaster. There is silverware, coffee cups, drinking glasses and supplies including sponges, dish soap and paper towels. The pool areas are super clean and have plenty of lounge chairs. The small pool on the 38th floor has fantastic views. The fitness center is also well equipped. Next time we go to Vegas we would stay here instead of a casino. They have everything you could possibly need and no resort fees.

Yelp
We stayed here back in December and overall it was a great and quick stay. The rooms are condo style with a partial kitchen. I will say it was a little outdated though, but spacious overall. One thing I liked about this place is that it was close to the strip without necessarily being a full on casino hotel. There is actually no casino on this property. There is a restaurant on property, a pool, and even a Starbucks, so the basic necessities are there. This hotel is also right next to Planet Hollywood, so you can easily cross the street and grab a bite if needed!

Yelp
I like staying here when in Vegas. It is laid out as a Vacation Club location and it is right off the strip. Got the 2 bedroom villa this time and is very accommodating for a stay with my grandson. It has a full kitchen that is fully equipped and modern. The living room and dining area are also appreciated. All that and it is right down the street for the swim meet at UNLV

Yelp
It's my second to last night here (I leave Tuesday) and --- still no heat. When you turn the thermostat to 80°, it blows out cold air. I requested a space heater but (supposedly) there isn't one in the building. I dedicate this lonely one star to the woman working the Marketplace. Not only is she empathic but she's also extremely efficient. Will I return here? Probably. Am I extremely disappointed in how they treat Titanium members (they're sisters with Marriott Bonvoy)? YES!

Yelp
Very nice and clean Marriott resort just off the Las Vegas Strip near Planet Hollywood. This resort is a safe haven from the smoke and noise of the Vegas casino scene. There are two pools one the roof and another larger one with DJ music in the afternoon. It's a timeshare so expect the sales pitch. Many activities as well for families and non gambling types. My wife and I were there for a week for our honeymoon. Show tickets can be arranged in the lobby. Studio unit kitchen is a little small but overall good value and far better than a casino especially for families and non smokers.

Yelp
First time staying here, we were a family of 5, 2 rooms both king size room villas. Jj from valet, greeted us with smile and his friendliness when we pulled up. He made us feel welconed to the property. Valet parking only and it is complimentary. Their system is so efficient as well as the staff, that when we needed the car we didn't wait too long. Rachel at check in helped us, we requested to be on the same floor for both rooms and she was able to do that. Quick check in, they do give you a hotel guide with the hotel info. Clean, bright and spacious lobby/check in counter. They have a lot of elevators, I think it was 2 sets of 6 elevators. We never had to wait. They have someone checking in room keys before you head up to the elevators to make sure all entering were hotel guests. Everyone was all smiles, friendly and offer assistance. Room was spacious, we had 2 rooms both king villas with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Separate tub and shower, 2 bathroom sinks. Plenty of cabinets and drawers. The shower in the bathroom was amazing! Its a fine mist shower, but it had 2 shower heads which felt so good after a long day of walking. They have built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. Bed was great too. The walk to the strip wasn't bad, less than 15 minutes you could be by bellagio. Plenty of people walking going to the strip and going back to the hotel even late at night. We never felt not safe walking around. Best thing is that, they do not have a casino in the lobby that you need to pass through to get to the rooms! Great for sensitive people and with children. Highly recommend this property, will come back in the future!

Yelp
Used to be my go to hotel until management changed a lot. The biggest issue is the charge for parking. So many hotels have started or do no parking fess for members. Not here- $15 and it takes at least 39 minutes to get the car. On top of this, there is no longer any welcome gifts except the points. Honestly, with MGM x Marriott makes no sense to stay here anymore. Buy, thanks for the memories... but it's c ya later!!!! Ps Front desk is rude.

Yelp
I have been really pleased with the spaciousness and overall cleanliness of Marriott Vacation Clubs. For our family of five, they are spacious. This was our first time in Vegas and I'm really thankful there is no smoking allowed in this hotel. It is in a good walking location to the strip, but far enough to feel secluded, away from the crowds. Restaurant served good burgers and there was a Starbucks and marketplace. Would stay here again if ever in town.

Yelp
We're a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers so finding a comfortable room at a good price is always challenging. Marriott grand chateau was perfect for our needs/wants. We booked at two bedroom villa that had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably plus a separate living room and full kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. The master bath was huge and complete with a large garden tub that I definitely took advantage of for soaking after a long day of walking. The hotel is not exactly on the strip, but it is close enough, just a couple of minutes walk and you'll be right there in the middle of the action. I only wish the restaurant served breakfast. There is a pantry on site with some grocery items as well as a Starbucks with some pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I did order some groceries and had them delivered through Instacart with no issues whatsoever. I just went downstairs to meet the delivery person, as they are not allowed to come up. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is security setup at the entrance to the elevators checking key cards, which I appreciated. There is no casino at this hotel and there is no smoking. So if you are looking for a beautiful, spacious, clean and quiet accommodations, this is your place. Our daughter will be attending UNLV in the fall so we will be frequenting the Las Vegas area at least 3 times a year. This is officially our home away from home.

Yelp
I have been a Marriott Vacation Club owner for years but this was our first stay at the Grand Chateau. We used our destination points and the venue is excellent. Reservations were completed online. Our villa was on the 24th floor and the amenities are what was expected as owners. You could see the quality and variety. We have stayed at many top hotels while visiting Las Vegas but another reason we opted for the Grand Chateau is because the Villas offered a living or home experience as there is a living room/dining room/fully equipped kitchen, etc. It was a short-stay, however now that we've experienced the resort we will be returning. The strip is a short walk outside of the front door and the legendary Planet Hollywood mall is across the street. Complimentary valet parking is offered.

Yelp
Update: after trying to assemble a certain type of cognizance, that my room was still available, I made a second reservation (paying in full for a whole second reservation) to confirm. The lovely, lovely, lovely night that after 3:30 AM, I would be able to pay for the second room that I stayed for: stay tuned! Previous: Are you fucking serious! I stayed her before and had a lovely time. Even returned to become apart of the Vacation Club. I am a Platinum member and arranged for one room and got it getto. Went on thr app to make a new reservation to show the room I booked and availability and it was there. I waited for the manager David, to assist and, "There is nothing they could do" ???? I can't wait to share this experience!!

Yelp
Super Great location kitty corner from planet Hollywood and the Mirace Mile Shops. Our 1 bedroom had a soaking tub and seperate shower. Full kitchen that you order the utensils that you want from housekeeping. Full size coffee maker. Washer/dryer. Great quick valet (we were worried since you can't preorder car, only when you are at the front with your ticket) they are very fast! Uber/cab pickup close to front so not too far of a walk. Downside ...Pools. There are 2 one small one & hottub on the rooftop , other on 5th floor where they do the daily/weekly event. Drinks are very Expensive!!

Yelp
The hotel's location was excellent, right behind the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and entertainment venues. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. My favorite thing was the huge hot tub in one of our rooms and the shared kitchen with every tool you can think of (not that anybody is cooking in Vegas). My main complaint is their Uber "area" has nowhere to sit or even take cover from the hot desert sun. Im thinking when Formula 1 finishes its construction, this hotel is going to be a hot commodity since the lap can be seen from the building.

Yelp
Just spent 3 nights here, Warren, Shawna and Jessica at the 5th floor pool/ pool bar are fantastic!! Can't say enough about them! The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful. I like the location. I did have an issue with the valet on the day we left but had a personal conversation with the manager regarding it. Yes it's a timeshare but it's a "vacation club". You can move around to different resorts in different states. Worth it!
google avatar

Joe E.

Yelp
Great experience. First of all I really like that this is not a casino. Decent location close to off The strip. Overall, service was great. Liked the pool side service on the 5th floor. We were staying with another couple and had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen which was awesome!
google avatar

Yelp
If you want to be able to walk to everything on the strip, this is a comfortable and convenient hotel to make your home base! Parking is valet only. Their valet system is electronic and efficient. You just submit your request on the touch screens near the lobby entrance, then keep an eye out for your car to pull up. You can see just how many valet requests are ahead of you in line. The fitness center is open 24/7 if you're looking to work up an appetite or work off all those buffet dinners. There's a good variety of machines for cardio and strength, and everything is SUPER clean. There's swimming pools on the 5th floor and rooftop. Even if you're not looking to swim, go to the rooftop for gorgeous views of the strip! There's lots of tables and seating to hang out or do work during the day, or get drinks from the rooftop bar and relax at night.
google avatar

Callie J.

Yelp
Talk about a perfect location near the strip! This waa ideal for us. Not directly on the strip so we didn't have to deal with the craziness of the strip. No, there isn't a casino on site, but I didn't want that anyways. The rooms are spacious, clean, stocked kitchen, and food establishments in the hotel. They have more activities than many other vacation clubs and we loved that. There is an activity room for kids as well. Not overwhelming and you need a key card to get in so your children are safe unlike some of the other hotels in the area. We were 1/2 block from the strip and right across the street from Miracle Mile Shops. Perfect for walking and getting to anything and everything that you could be looking for. We will ge back.
google avatar

Sharon C.

Yelp
We came here on a Marriott Vacation event. It was a good deal. For a reasonable number of points, we got 3 nights in the resort. It started off with a champagne party with other owners followed by dinner at Texas de Brazil. The evening ended with a helicopter ride over the strip. When we got back to the room, there was a basket of champagne and snacks. The second day we were taken to a Jimmy Buffet concert and had excellent seats. The next morning, we had a fabulous breakfast buffet followed by a 90 minute sales pitch. It's not a high pressure sales session, but they give you tempting incentives that sometimes difficult to resist even if your budget doesn't permit. We've been to many sales sessions. Sometimes we buy more points and sometimes we don't. This was a good trip and the sales incentive was very good. We were offered weeks which are different or impossible to get now. It just wasn't in our budget.

Yelp
This is an excellent choice for timeshare on the Las Vegas Strip! Central to everything...located next door to the Miracle Mile Shops, less than a 5 minute walk away from great attractions such as the Bellagio Fountain Show, Bellagio Conservatory, New York New York Rollercoaster....etc. The hotel itself is beautiful; the lobby has a sleek, modern black and white chess board theme with a restaurant, bar and cafe. The 2 bedroom room was spacious with floor to ceiling views of the strip. 2 heated pools with spa, including one on the rooftop (also best view of the whole strip at night), gym and steam room. We visited the week before christmas and were provided an event itinerary with multiple free or low cost activities on site for kids and adults, I would say 3-4 each day, examples included cocktail hour, gingerbread house decorating, yoga, breakfast with santa...this was a worth while touch especially if you're traveling with kids. The only negative was that there is no self parking, valet only. This was problematic during times where we forgot an item in our car or when trying to leave the property during peak hours as the valet was about a 15 minute or longer wait each time we took the car out. However, they did have heaters to wait under which we definitely utilized and appreciated for it being winter. Overall, this was a great hotel stay and I would recommend this to anyone on a timeshare plan!
google avatar

Yelp
Overall good. Friendly staff, nice pool, decent food options onsite, spacious and charming lobby, acceptable room and amenities, and helpful front desk. I also loved the rideshare area which is near the lobby and has enough seats and shade for the family. The only thing that surprised me was that housekeeping only cleans every other day. So if you stay for two days like me, don't expect any cleaning on the second day. But the villa was great. Better than the MGM grand and fountainebleau. Markedly better. I posted those reviews this week.
google avatar

Jonn K.

Yelp
My experience at Marriott Grand Chateau was simply grand, and this grand experience became even more GRAND after I departed. As many of my pictures showed, the villa was very spacious and clean. I could probably have lived here for a long time. Master br, kitchen, a tub, bathroom, the living room, and washer/dryer made the room feel like a spacious condo where I would feel comfortable to live. The staff including the valet were courteous and prompt. The entire stay of 4 nights couldn't have been better. So...what followed my departure? During the stay, I protected all my valuables by locking them in the room safe. It turns out my joyous stay in the sin city had me dazed and confused at the time of departure, and I continue to protect all my valuables by leaving them in the safe....(OMG)... I didn't even realize my mishap until I got a call from the Marriott management sharing that I left all my stuff in the safe... My stuff included, a watch, my passport, cash, car keys, and condo keys. The management made sure I got all my possessions back. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for a tired, but joyous, this Marriott traveller. Thank you!!!

Yelp
We are here for the $99 for 3 days any 3 days. Finally had 3 days to burn and enjoying the value this resort is offering. We got the one room suit on 10th floor with view of the strip. Room has kichen, bathroom, living room and separate bedroom. All were kept up very nicely. Complimentary valet parking is awesome and been utilizing alot. Don't forget to tip the valet. The day we checked in, Marriott was offering wine and snacks in the afternoon and that was quite nice. I will update the room photos but here are the photos of the strip with Aria, Cosmopolitan, PH and few others. Definitely an awesome value for large group since it is smack in the middle of all the action

Yelp
I booked this as after three years of not really doing too much we elected to go to Las Vegas. We had previously stayed across the street at the Hilton Elara property but thought I would give this a try given that I'm a Marriott member. TIMESHARE CAUTION This is a Vacation resort they will try to sell you a vacation condo here if that's something you want. Upon check-in they put it like this, "I've credited your check-in; there is a special gift for you take this card (with the person checking you on name on it) and they will give you that". No thanks I've spent way too much time in my younger past doing these and it's never worth it unless you want to buy, I guess. So, nope didn't fall for that. HOUSEKEEPING PROBLEMS We checked in on a Friday afternoon a bit early about 2 PM. We got in and as we got up at about 3 AM decided to take a nap. The following is always a reminder to bolt your door. I woke up to hear a knock at the door by the time I got to the door someone was coming in I was able to push the door closed (not dressed for company). They knocked again and said housekeeping. I said what do you want they knocked again housekeeping. I opened the door ajar and said what do you want? He looked confused and with a corkscrew in his hand left the area. I put the little latch on the door and went back to bed. An hour later a knock at the door. I thought we'll they aren't getting in this time. Let's see if they try. I heard the door open and the latch catch. I got up and looked down the hall at a different guy from the housekeeping staff. At this point no use trying to sleep, I called the front desk to see what might be going on. Oh, btw tried calling on an inside line no answer called on an outside line to get someone to pick up the phone. They had no idea but assured me the head of housekeeping would call me. Nope, no call. I just left the door not disturb sign up all the time and the latch bolted. So that's how it started. The rest of the stay was pretty uneventful, but I was on edge the whole time wondering who was going to bust in. LOVELY ROOM - MINOR KITCHEN ISSUES The room was in excellent shape. I enjoyed access to a full kitchen including an oven which I ended up using to toast a bagel as the toaster was not able to be plugged into any outlet and we tried many. I ended up toasting the bagel in a saucepan as there were no baking dishes. It seems somewhat disingenuous to have an oven at the avail but no appropriate cookware to go with it. Alas, the saucepan got it done. I enjoyed the kitchen but something that needs attention is the handles in the kitchen. They look clean but when you grasp them you can tell someone was cooking in there with grubby hands not something you may notice when cleaning. I know I've done my time as a housekeeper for a resort. This would be easy to overlook. We appreciated having the table and living room area as opposed to watching tv sitting on the bed. This has been done by me many times so a nice upgrade to have them separate and not feel like you're sixteen and watching tv in your bedroom. POOL We had an opportunity to check out the pool on the fifth floor. It's nice but the depth at 11 meters (that's 3ft and some change) needs work. It's not conducive to lap swimming something I look forward to. The hot tub was nice. There were two with one out of order. A large screen television over the pool was fun to glance at a football game in between laps. MARKETPLACE We checked out the marketplace which was handy when you wanted a little something for breakfast and could purchase the night before and then toast it in a saucepan. RESTAURANT We went one night to dinner in the restaurant/bar. Not bad, decent sandwiches priced around $20. Budweiser in a bottle is $8.50 so you know, not giving it away but not crazy. LAUNDRY There is a stackable laundry unit in the room. This was very handy as we brought minimal luggage. They include four laundry pods which was adequate for a weekend stay. VALET The valets were great and quick. There is no self-park, so you have to rely on that. One gave us a hot tip not to walk to the Raiders game but to take a Lyft, so we did that. Lyft makes you go to the Lyft stand at the Elara across the street so be aware of that. We did walk back though, us and 76,000 of our closest friends. It's about 2 miles but Metro police shut down Hacienda Avenue for quick passage. (That's a relative term with that many people bear in mind). All in all, a good stay with most staff being helpful and pleasant. They are not as stringent about who comes and goes to the rooms the Hilton grills you every time but they are also Miracle Mike adjacent so that may call for a tighter run ship. All in all, I'll be back; always put the latch on your rooms, kids.

Yelp
Good, not great, hotel. Nice to stay someplace near the strip that isn't just a ton of drinking and slot machines, this is more chill than I expect for the area. Rooms are the usual Marriott quality, which means comfortable but not luxurious. It was odd, the room had a small little kitchen area with a fridge and freezer, bar style sink, and some dishes like it was a Towneplace Suites... but no stove and no desk. And a couch facing the closet for inexplicable reasons. Pools are small, and look much bigger in the pictures. This isn't so much of a "resort" in my mind, it is a decently priced hotel with a convenient location. If you were thinking this was an all inclusive place, it isn't.

Yelp
A quick weekend get-away where we had the best stay. Although we opted this visit to have a studio room, there is a king bed, full kitchenette with small fridge, microwave and sink. We were put on the 29th floor facing the Aria Center providing a full light show nightly. We had not stayed here in some years, there are now 2 pools, a full bar, and a mini cafe serving Starbucks and other quick items. The cafe also has a cold case where you can get lite groceries. There are no fees to valet park, and no resort fees. I always wonder why hotels do not put an ice machine on every floor is the only issue I had, I was lucky to be put on the floor without the ice machine.

Yelp
I went with my family for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen. The view from the room was excellent. We also used the gym which was great! We did not use the pools just because of lack of time. We had mimosa's in the lobby with muffins and bloody Mary's another day for a dollar each. The location is in the middle of the strip. Easy access to Uber and lyft. Friendly staff. We had a great time and look forward to going back again. Jenna was our check in staff and gave us the low down on everything and put us in a great room.

Yelp
Nicely GRAND. I was part of a group of 4 and a guest of this hotel for 4 nights at the end of March 2022. NOTES: 1. I did not book the reservation. The brother of my friend has a timeshare with Marriott, and he kindly used this benefit for our accommodations during our trip. 2. The room I stayed in was a 2 bedroom suite with a shared living room, dining area, and kitchen. 3. Valet parking only at this property. 4. This property is located just off the Vegas trip (Las Vegas Avenue) across the street from Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile Shops. *Hotel Amenities (those I was aware of): 1. Valet parking (as previously mentioned above). The valet system was very convenient and organized. There's a touch screen computer near the lobby entrance where guests can request their vehicle. The system shows how many cars are ahead of yours and when your vehicle is available. 2. 2 pools. The larger of the 2 is located on a lower floor and also has a jacuzzi, as well as a large number of lounge chairs. The other pool is located on the roof deck adjacent to a bar! Great views from the roof btw. 3. Hotel restaurant and bar located just off the lobby. 4. Small convenience store located near the front desk. *Room Amenities (I will share the amenities in the room I occupied). 1. Our room had a king bed, small sitting which included a sofa and coffee table. 2. Small kitchen area with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. 3. Flat screen tv! 4. In room safe. 5. Generous closet space. 6. Spacious bathroom 7. The shared living room area included a flat screen tv, sitting area, coffee table, and an oval dining table. 8. The shared kitchen was a full service kitchen with all of the amenities you'd expect (fridge, stove, microwave, etc). This was very convenient as we bought some groceries and snacks the day we arrived. I enjoyed my stay at this property very much. One of the aspects I appreciated most was that there is no casino! All the staff we encountered were friendly, polite, and professional. I appreciated that the front desk clerk provided all the necessary info we would need for our stay, as well as answering any questions we had. Props to the valet guys for being efficient and polite too. I thought the room was extremely adequate for our stay. Again, having a full kitchen and all its amenities was a welcome treat as well. BOTTOM LINE: A very satisfying experience at the Marriott Grand Chateau. I would not hesitate to stay here on a future trip.

Yelp
Buyer (guest) beware! I had a pretty bad episode. This is a Marriott timeshare resort. So, they hit me up for the purchase pitch right away, "see our concierge for your free gift." That was 500 pts and a coupon card for 10 or so local restaurants. They also try to schedule the guest for a 90 minute sales pitch. As "payment" they offer $200, $350 for a show, or 40k Bonvoy pts. I was told they had snacks, no snacks. The 90 minutes turned into 125 minutes before I could escape. After the 3rd person who tried to sell me something, I politely said no thank you which is where I was insulted ("your rude") as I was shown the door. Then later, I get another message for a departure gift (500 pts) that I had to pick up with another sales pitch. They obviously didn't get the message. If you decide to risk it, I'd definitely let them know you have an appointment right away for 90 minutes later. If they go over, I'd ask them for 2 free lunch tickets for the Brazilian steakhouse across the street. Those seemed easy to come by. The valet is odd. You can't call from your room. You have to scan in down in the lobby and wait for the car to be brought up. It was maybe 10 minutes, maybe less. No lounge. The 37th floor pool and bar does offer some nice rooftop views. There is a 1st floor market that serves snacks, coffee, and last minute/forgotten items for purchase. On the good side, great location and normal good rooms you'd expect of a Marriott.

Yelp
Great location! Clean rooms! We chose this hotel because it's non smoking and don't have a casino. But it's right next to Paris hotel and across Aria. Close walk to Caesar palace and the MGM. We had the 2 room suite which was super nice! King bed with shower and bathtub in one room and another room had 2 double beds with a bathroom next to it. Kitchen, living room and couch!

Yelp
This is the second time I've stayed here in the last two years. The hotel itself is in a good location, just east of the strip but still super close to it. It's also a non gaming hotel so that could be a good or bad thing. Positives- cafe that has breakfast sandwiches and quick lunches if you are on the go. Makes it easy so you don't have to find a restaurant if you're in a rush to get somewhere. The lounge area is very nice and has a bar, tv and pool table. Although we never used it to sit and relax, it would be a nice place to do so. We stayed in a 1BR villa with a large bathtub that could fit two easily. Just make sure you bring your own bath bubbles, bombs and oils. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room. And the full size kitchen is nice as well. The shower is nice and large with two shower heads. Great pressure. Also loved having two sinks. One is in the bedroom:bath area and the other in the shower/bathroom. Curtains have blackout so you don't see the bright sun when you're waking up late The fitness center is nice There's limited machines and mostly cardio equipment and dumbbells. But the gym is nicely laid out. Negatives- mandatory valet parking of the car. Makes it difficult to get into your car to grab anything or if you forgot something. You have to ask valet to do it. On the other hand, the valet guys are super nice and friendly and responsive. There's also a place to scan your valet ticket to retrieve your car. You're then able to view the status of your cars arrival as you wait inside the lobby, which is nice not having to wait outside in 100 degree temps. Housekeeping did not provide any towel exchange or toiletries during our stay. We just had to do with the initial first days shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar of soap. All tiny sizes. Also had to use the same bath towels for a few days. The dining room chairs in our room somehow stained my white shirt. I hung it over the chair and it left stain marks in the back of the shirt. I talked to another friend who also did the same thing in his room and it got his jersey stained too! So they must've stained or polished the wood rails on the back of the chairs and not properly wiped them off. So be careful not to hang anything nice or light colored on the dining chairs! The rooms are fairly quiet and we did not hear any loud slamming of doors or stomping above us in other rooms, which was very very nice. Especially since we slept in every day! Overall I enjoyed the hotel and would return depending on the purpose of the trip.

Yelp
We like staying here cause it's kind of a home away from home. The times I have stayed here the place is very clean. When you walk into the lobby of the hotel it smells nice no smoke smell unlike some places in Las Vegas! The rooms are spacious and have well-designed floor plans. We usually stay in their 3 bedrooms villa suites with friends and family. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Villa is approx 2095 Square Feet and sleeps up to 12. Bedroom 1: 1 King, Bedroom 2: 2 Doubles, Bedroom 3: 1 King, Sofa beds: 2. also includes 5 flat-screen TVs and complimentary wireless internet. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub. I like the kitchen area which includes a full-size fridge, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, and coffee/tea maker. A full-size refrigerator is a plus so you can bring lots of water/drinks and also put leftover foods. It's centrally located within walking distance of Miracle Miles Shops and near Aria. As for parking, the only option is complimentary valet. It's a Marriott Vacation Club Resort (time-share resort) so if they offer you a deal to stay here you'll need to sit in a 90-120 minute presentation. Check-out is usually 10 am, unlike other Marriott Hotels, where you can request a later checkout. I wasn't able to use the pool, or fitness center or check their convenience store/ hotel restaurant so can't rate them. I enjoyed staying here and will recommend this place.

Yelp
My family decided to break tradition for Christmas and stay in Las Vegas for a week. We stayed at the Marriott's Grand Chateau-a vacation property (aka timeshare). We did not purchase a timeshare, but did receive a phone call prior to our stay attempting to schedule a sales pitch. We politely declined and were never bothered with it again. I noticed an area in the lobby where you can get more information if that's something you're interested in. The facility is wonderful-from the valet parking, abundance of activities (both family-friendly and 21+), gorgeous gym and impeccable service-this place is top notch. If you are in town for several days, be sure to check out the amenities the hotel has to offer-you could easily stay on property and keep yourself busy with fun things to do. If, however, you want to venture out, the hotel is about a block off the strip-an easy walk to get you to the middle of the action. We stayed in a more traditional room-one bed, pullout couch, kitchenette and bathroom. It was fine for our small family, but if you want a little more space, you may want to opt for the suites with separate sleeping quarters. But even the traditional hotel room had space to prepare simple meals. Because this is a vacation club rather than a regular hotel, some of the Bonvoy perks don't apply-such as keyless entry, late checkout, etc. But for what it's worth, it's a cool destination that we will likely return to the next time we visit Sin City.

Yelp
Excellent vacation club/hotel. Spacious rooms with all or more amenities then you'll use. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable of the best places to go to in town. The restaurant La Diva is really good. We had the coq au vin twice. Tonight we had the crème brûlée which was excellent! I could have licked the plate. The bartenders are really good and will have a conversation or just leave you to your thoughts. Look forward to coming back next year!

Yelp
Marriott Grand Chateau: Guileless Recently, we have experienced five very different Marriott properties. In December we selected our annual owner's week at Marriott Ocean Pointe in Palm Beach; in January, we attended an international conference in Orlando and exchanged into the Marriott Grande Vista Resort in Orlando; in February and March, we attended a national conference in San Diego, and were able to exchange into Marriott Newport Coast Villas in Newport Beach, CA; in March, we used an owner's week at Marriott's SurfWatch Resort in Hilton Head Island for spring break; and, in April a national technology conference permitted us to visit Marriott Grand Chateau near the Las Vegas Strip. We have chosen fifteen different timeshare properties for the annual Las Vegas technology conference during the past fifteen years, and we have never experienced disappointment. We have exchanged on the Strip and off the Strip and have had memorable experiences. For several years we have observed the construction of the Marriott Grand Chateau. This property is located at 75 East Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89109, (702) 862-5600. Marriott Grand Chateau is east of I-15 and is east of the Strip. Marriott Grand Chateau is located directly east of CityCenter (hotel, shopping, dining, and entertainment complex.) The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is directly south, and Paris Las Vegas is directly north of Marriott Grand Chateau. Marriott Grand Chateau is one very long block east of the Strip; the Las Vegas Blvd. area road grid is a series of parallel and perpendicular roads, and novice and regular visitor will soon develop a linear thinking pattern to navigation. Very often the parallel roadways (including I-15, Koval Lane, and Paradise Road) will provide easier access to various attractions on the Strip. Marriott Grand Chateau is a premier Marriott timeshare resort. There seems little rationale in comparing Marriott Grand Chateau with Marriott Ocean Pointe in Palm Beach, Marriott Grande Vista Resort in Orlando, Marriott Newport Coast Villas in Newport Beach, or Marriott's SurfWatch in Hilton Head Island. All five of these Marriott timeshares offer superior accommodations on two different oceans and in Las Vegas. The geography of the Great Basin is vastly different from the geography of Pacific southern California, or central Florida, or the Low Country near Savannah, or the Atlantic Palm Beaches. Our two bedroom and bathroom condo is listed as 1252 square feet; this is not spacious, but very congenial for my wife and me. The villa has two king beds and two sofa beds. Because the Las Vegas Blvd. area is highly developed with timeshares, hotels, motels, and the recent CityCenter, Marriott offers elegant, guileless refinement. A tiled floor foyer extends to the kitchen and bathroom area. A full kitchen (smaller than some other Marriotts) is very well equipped with appliances, cook wear, and service wear. We tend to prefer morning coffee and an American breakfast taken in our villa, with options to prepare lunch or dinner as we consider various opportunities. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms compliment the walnut cabinets. The villas feature the standard industrial grade carpet; the furniture and accessories tend to resemble French provincial and are comfortable. The combination living room and dining room features a large, wall-mounted HDTV and DVD player with a broad selection of TV cable channels. Cell-phone reception is fine. The all-important Wi-Fi connectivity is complimentary, truly high speed, and flawless. Marriott's designer (decorator) service is an expression of sophisticated elegance. Several framed mirrors and pleasant framed prints add some stylishness to the villas. The HVAC system is totally functional, and the mandatory washer and dryer enhance the vacation experience. Depending upon floor level and tower, there are varying views. We prefer exterior balconies, however, the very large bedroom and living room windows invite the outdoors into the villas. We had a partial view of the Las Vegas Blvd. and a full view of the Springs Mountain range. Given nearly 300 days of annual sun, the Springs Mountain range may be vibrant near dawn and early evening. We find the Springs Mountain range to be a pleasant alternative to Las Vegas Blvd. It seems that several guests are not timeshare experienced and are surprised at the many amenities that a timeshare provides. Do expect the obligatory phone call from the "friendly" sales representative. Expect show tickets for your two-three-hour sales presentation. We always "just say no to timeshare presentations!" However, Vegas shows are world-class entertainment, and are integral to our holiday. Because of hotel "guests," the Marriott Grand Chateau has a large formal lobby that resembles a hotel lobby. There is a full bell staff. Expect several receptionists to keep the stream of check-ins advancing. The receptionists are highly trained, skilled, proficient.

Yelp
Good: -Full kitchen -Washer/dryer in room -No resort fee. Sad that this is a selling point though. Bad: -Wi-Fi is slow and barely usable -Timeshare -Limited housekeeping Housekeeping was every other day. They didn't quite do everything they should have done during their cleanings though. They removed most of the trash, but not all of it; they restocked some items but not all. Location: near the strip, though the walk to the strip is awkward because of some construction nearby.

Yelp
I've stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau during my last two trips to Las Vegas. In my opinion, the hotel is a great place to stay for families or with a large group of friends. The hotel is part of Marriott's Vacation Club and can either be booked through the MVC portal or as a regular hotel reservation through Marriott. My family is part of MVC and after doing a price/point comparison, it appeared to me that it was a better deal to book the room with either Bonvoy points or to pay the nightly rate and to save the MVC points for a more costly hotel room. Both times I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and two full bathrooms. When booking, be sure to confirm bed choices as some of the 2 bedroom suites have a second queen bed while others have a sofa bed in the room. Overall, I found the rooms to be well-kept, clean, and spacious and the kitchen was equipped with the standard timeshare gear. The resort offers complimentary fitness classes and other resort activities which are all listed on the weekly schedule that is handed out upon check-in. Although not technically on the strip, The Marriott Grand Chateau has a great location and is just a short block away. There is no casino in the hotel, so it has a slightly more family-friendly vibe. For those looking for a little more excitement, however, with a quick 5-minute walk you can be on Las Vegas Blvd, at Planet Hollywood, Aria, or the Cosmopolitan. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in Las Vegas, are a Marriott brand loyalist like myself, and looking for an affordable-sized suite or 2/3 bedroom place, consider booking a night at The Marriott Grand Chateau.

Yelp
I have stayed here more times than I can count, and I have stayed at other major brands on and off the strip. By far, this is one of the best ones to stay at. The rooms are time-share rooms. They are on/but off the strip and close enough to everything. The valet is fast, and you only walk for a while to get to your room. The gym has everything you need for your workout.

Yelp
This is my go to hotel for Las Vegas and I'm there about every year. I usually get a two or three bedroom because our family loves to spread out. The rooms are spacious with full kitchens with everything you'd ever need. Rooms are clean and this last trip in Feb I could tell upgrades were made in both the lobby area and rooms. I love love love Marriott Vacation Club which is why I became an owner. They never disappoint! A few more things I thought of...whenever we called the front desk to request items they responded very quickly and brought items up. There's complimentary valet and the guys are amazing! We show up with tons of bags from the grocery store and luggage and they are so friendly and helpful with the bags and always have big smiles on their face to greet you! And when you're ready to leave all you do is scan your ticket and wait where it's warm inside (or cool depending on month) and the screen notifies you when your car is out front. It all adds to a wonderful experience! So much so that I'll be back in April!

Yelp
December 22-27, 2022 We came in to La Vida for food and beverages several times during our stay. The food was always good and the beverages can be put into plastic cups, so they can be taken to go... Stive L., thank you for the great service, sharing a few laughs, and staying open on Christmas too!! December 26, 2022 and all of the storms in the Midwest and east coast have delayed thousands of flights, and we find ourselves here again. Thank you Shawna and Mark for you hospitality, conversation, and shared laughs.

Yelp
Horrible. 1st off, there are TOO MANY kids working the front desk. I'm all for employment, but u have/u MUST know the brand u r representing. They're unfriendly, inexperienced & display an attitude of no interest/I don't care. Upon my arrival (I drove 4/5 hrs.), I noticed my comforter was stained. I was tired & hungry. I called the Front desk & the girl/kid I spoke w/said, "just place your dirty one out & housekeeping will bring u up one." I said, hold up. I'm not placing anything anywhere. I'm paying OVER $2,500 for this three bedroom.." Housekeeping brought up "alleged" clean linens, but one sheet was stained with possible blood. He let out a yelp & I asked if everything was fine he came out showing me the "alleged " clean sheets with the stained one. He got fresh ones, returned & made the bed. They have really young people working the desks & like Mercedes dealership in downtown Los Angeles, they don't know the value of the brand they represent. So sad. The rooms (both that we had) were dusty, outdated & just dull. The showers don't have hand held devices, the washers & dryers are old. I was very dissatisfied. This resort & the Marriott hotels I visit are dilapidated, overpriced & a waste. I walked across the street & signed up with Hilton.

Yelp
This location has not stepped up since the last incident. I forgotten to mention in the initial post, We're timeshare owners,. Lastly, when signing documents to become a timeshare owner. The salesperson will take your documents and say he or she needs to make more copies. And bring back documents to sign again! Be careful they are swapping paperwork for your signature's again that'll remove 'Majority' of the promises & promotions. Our ownership is the 'worst', no availability on locations of our choice. Unable to impound maintenance fees with monthly payments! Interest rates were overly priced like a horrible credit card. Having a credit score of 895 does not help! Every element is a lie & over priced. Just Be Careful.

Yelp
My family and I come to this hotel a few times a year. The staff is usually pretty great, a majority of the staff knows my parents by name and treat them amazingly! Today, there was a weird incident at the bar....apparently you can't leave your credit card at the bar to have an open tab. Be aware that if you try they will give your credit card to security and not inform you of this. This incident happened today with some woman bartender who wore a ton of makeup and had a bunch of tattoos. Beware and stay clear of her..... she was last seen working Sunday November 27, at 3pm(when the incident happened). Other than that odd lady, everyone and everything about this hotel is exceptional!

Yelp
We've stayed here many times as part of our ownership with the Marriott Vacation Club. It's a great property and though some reviewers says it needs updating, it's still a beautiful place. The villa set up is perfect for couples and families. Everything was so clean and felt safe due to their Covid cleaning protocols. The kitchen is awesome to have. When we visit my mom who lives in an assisted-living place, I can prepare a home-cooked meal for her and hang out in this luxury-style apartment environment. It's very comfortable and the views that look onto the Strip side are pretty with all of the lights. What stands out here is the kindness and hospitality mindset of the staff. Kudos to the Marriott management for continuing the tradition of the staff being welcoming and friendly to the guests, especially since we were there Christmas week. It was nice to be in a joyous environment. We experience that consistently at the other vacation club properties, but it was very evident here! Since I couldn't find a Yelp site for their Lobby Restaurant called La Diva, I'll include them here. I would give them 5 stars for the dinner we had there with our in-town family. Everyone loved all of their dishes: NY steak, grilled salmon, coq ou vin, Caesar salad, and burgers. We all had the garlic fries and Firecracker shrimp. Everything was great. We all had a wonderful dinner together. Our server Valiant is probably the best waiter we've ever, ever had. He was friendly, attentive and genuinely put forth his best professional skills to make sure we (9 of us!) had the best dining experience. Expect higher hotel menu pricing, but it was worth it! Use your Marriott resort credits if you can! Our Las Vegas family was so impressed with everything about our dinner together. We will happily dine here again. The Grand Chateau will remain our favorite resort to stay at when we're in town.
