I went to return some jeans today, with a receipt, but because the price tag was not still attached, the cashier stated that I could not return them. She had no way of identifying the price, according to her. As a retail store manager myself, I knew this was false. The brand tags were still attached. There is no good reason why I was declined the return. I will bring them to another store that has better customer service and return them there.

We were staying near Destin this labor day weekend and decided to do some shopping saturday night! This store location is huge and everything is so organized! When we were buying our items at register, the young lady was so nice and she made my children smile!

Love that we have this option in Crestview. Also love seeing Lux V almost every time I’m in store! WONDERFUL customer service and conversation every single time.

This store is awesome, well kept and clean and the variety of clothes they have is amazing. What does such is the customers putting clothes back on the wrong racks which is no fault of the store.

Very pushy cashier pushing me to get a so-called discount card which then asks for your social security number because really it's a credit card not a discount card. Beware of the so-called discount card sales pitch

Love the brand named clothing. Lots of good prices. Sarah was great at check-out.
