Marshalls

Went there and I just had bought an external battery for my phone upstairs at the winners. Winners forgot to remove the tag and I beeped at the exit of Marshalls. The security guard touched my bag and touched my hand all freaked out I kept explaining him it’s not that big of a deal they just didn’t remove the magnetic tag on the box of the external battery I purchased at Winners and it beeped at Marshalls. Train your employees better I don’t like being touched and reprimanded like I did something wrong. Why is your employee touching my bag and touching my body? Absolutely disgusting.

I wanted to buy men's shoes here at a discount, which was written on the price tag, but they refused to sell them to me at this price, since it was a mistake. There was no compensation for the mistake or offer to somehow resolve this issue. This was on 21.06.25. The store manager was unable to resolve this problem. She only said that we can't do anything. I consider this a violation of the law on consumer rights. I do not recommend this store

Large clothing store with decent prices.

The store itself is great and I've shopped there many times over the years, however, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of the new security staff. Today between 11h45am-12pm, a security guard left his post at the entrance to stand just a couple of feet away from me in the bag section and just watched me the whole time and followed me through the bag ailses (super weird). I ended up leaving out of frustration because of how awkward the situation made me feel. It's unfortunate, because the store itself is nice, but the experience was overshadowed by this type of unnecessary profiling so go to Winners upstairs instead.

I had a very disappointing experience at Marshalls. I went to return an item I had purchased, and even though I had the original receipt, they told me the product wasn’t sold at their store. Every employee I spoke to repeated the same thing, and none of them were helpful or respectful. After insisting multiple times, they finally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. I found the whole experience very frustrating and unprofessional.

I like this place.good quality for price and above all ,staff are always polite and never rush you.They take their time to answer you and serve you .

The cashier are nice just the lines are long but very nice people overall keep up the good work

Nice location. They had some good casual wear but the professional for men was lacking.
