We waited for 30 minutes for a waiter to approach our party of five. The waiter (when asked) about wait-time for the food would say 20 minutes. We waited another 40 for the food, double the promised time.
My Father's pasta was cold when it arrived. He later ordered water, waited another 15 minutes. We proceeded to ask the waiter about the wait-time for water, he said 5. Nevertheless we told him to not bother with the water.
Since my Father refused to eat the cold pasta, the food was promptly set back to the kitchen by him. After some waiting we spoke to the cook, and he profusely apologised. I understand, sometimes things get out of hand, but this place and it's price-point does not allow for it to make such simple mistakes, such as bringing cold pasta.
Not only that, but there are no accommodation for food allergies offered. I'm a person who is lactose intolerant, and I ordered a dish with sauce that contained milk, when asked if the milk may be replaced by soy milk or lactose-free milk, I received an obvious "no."
My Father refused to eat another pasta, as that would mean waiting for another 40 minutes, even if it were to be made free of charge. The restaurant is severely understaffed, or they allow too many guests in.
After some more debate, we were given a desert for free and the food, just having to pay for drinks, which once more, was kind, but not worth the amount of waiting and trouble we went through for the food and it's quality. Not to mention that there was a lot of nervous shuffling around the place, as the waiters moved some tables at least a few times, just going from one point to another. The terminal also has issues while paying for some reason???
In the end, the food is okay. Just not worth the trouble, and the wait time. I wouldn't go there ever again, even if the staff was kind.
