A delicate and charming experience in the heart of Silesia. I suppose we picked a calm night to make a reservation, because it was but 4 people in the restaurant, however that made the experience just that much more intimate.
We had the refreshing ceviche and fried asparagus as a starter, the main course was a precisely cooked octopus (I've been cooking all my life and know how small the window for perfectly cooked octopus is) on a delicious bed of iconic Joël Robuchon style potatoes, garnished with crispy guanciale. My girlfriend had a perfectly seasoned cod accompanied by kohlrabi and a champagne sauce reduction.
For dessert, I'll let the images speak for themselves. Simply magical, accompanied by deeply flavorful port. Martim is simply a gem of Wrocław, and I will be returning there soon, hungry for more.
