How many years have I dined here? It's been years but so weird that I didn't write any reviews about my favorite BBQ joint. Let's talk about chain restaurants! It is hard to find a place that you will feel welcomed every time you visit even though it is at a different location. Martin's has that exceptional service experience and a consistency in food quality and taste. That's impressive. I can be sure that I will get a perfect ribs and smoked wings that will be juicy anytime I go. Even at peak hours, they didn't mess up any order of our group. My husband and I went there 1.5 hrs before closing and the food was fresh and tasty. Tables were clean. BBQ sauce bottles weren't sticky or gross looking. TWO THUMBS UP!

I travel to Spring Hill on business a fair bit. Have been dying to try Martin's, and finally got around to it this trip. I've had my fair share of World Class BBQ, from SC to GA, NC, OH, KY, you name it... Martin's BBQ is in the top tier for sure. To me, if the sauce makes the it good, it's not good. Simple as that. The sauce should compliment, but not be necessary. I was unlucky (got in around 6:30 to 7ish) and missed out on Brisket as it was sold out. That's ok, gimme the pork shoulder and that will tell me everything I need to know about your BBQ, I was NOT disappointed one bit. While there were a few more dry bits than I prefer, overall the pork was tender, juicy, and very well seasoned / smoked. Great taste. On to the sauce, super thin vinegar based (not my preference) but was pleasantly surprised again. I'm not sure of the flavors, I got 2 sauce cups in my plate. Both were excellent. One a solid BBQ flavor, the other a definite "hotter" version (but not strong heat), also great taste. My 2 sides were macaroni (8.5/10) and hush puppies (solid 9/10). 2 pieces of toast came with the plate, plenty enough BBQ to make a sandwich and a half. I will DEFINITELY be back on my next trip to Spring Hill, I need to give the Brisket a sampling.

Gave the dine-in a try today for lunch. The counter guy was helpful and friendly and praised my choice of a Brisket Sandwich. That, along with fantastic green beans and decent photo salad made a fine meal. The real star of the show was the young woman (blonde, pretty - sorry I did not get her name) that checked on me several times and started a conversation with me about coming in to the restaurant. I let her know that am a recent widower and that we had talked about dining-in here many times, but that it hadn't managed to happen. She was kind without pity (if you know how rare and special this is, then you know) and made me.smile. Just as I was wrapping up to leave, she comes over with a piece of pie and told me.it was their treat and they hoped I would come back often. It brought happy tears to my eyes and made me so proud of this young lady and the town I live in. Well done Martin's. You have earned a lifelong diner.

Overall good experience and might be back. Tables readily cleaned and ready to seat yourself. Food was fast. Fun atmosphere and family friendly —- as long as you don’t sit too close to the live band. They had indoor/outdoor seating. Few large TVs to watch the game. Disappointing aspects… 1. portion size for the beef brisket tray and catfish sandwich were small. 2. “corn bread hoecake” actually isn’t cornbread. 3. French fries over peppered. 4. Only one sauce available on the table. 5. Paper towel dispenser in bathroom hung above 5 feet so my son could not reach it (nor would a person in wheelchair be able to get paper towels).

I've been to Martin several times in Nashville but had never gone to this one in Spring hill. I had some friends come into town and they asked where a good place was to eat and of course I recommended Martin's BBQ. We went for lunch and as always the service was great. I ordered four bones and some sides and was really looking forward to a great lunch. When I got my ribs they were black and I don't mind that. But when I went to bite into them they were very grisly and had a lot of small ligaments and things like that in the meat that made it very very difficult to eat. Evidently it wasn't the best cut of the ribs. It was kind of like a end peice. I'm sorry but after so many great meals at Martin's I would have to say that this meal was really awful! And I didn't even finish the ribs. I would still encourage people to go to Martin's because usually it's fantastic. But this meal here really let me down especially with trying to take my friends to a great place to eat

I came here expecting ribs but sadly they were sold out. I do have to start out that the cornbread pancake is definitely new to me. Nonetheless it was very flavorful and soft with a bit of crunch! The chicken was delightful and moist. The brisket was a bit dry but I did feel it lacked flavor. I dunked any pieces I had into the small bbq sauce I was given. Lastly the potato salad was just as good as homemade if not better. I will definitely try here again but next time I hope they have ribs. Also parking is a bit tricky. But there is a lot nearby you can walk from if there’s no front parking.

Went throught the drive through 5 minute ago and the lady at the window had an attitude the whole time, I don’t know how nicer i could have been while trying to just some ranch but gah dang I have never experienced that before 💀 -Normally I can buy a pint of ranch for $8 instead she gave me 4 tiny containers and tried to tell me that’s all they do so I got a refund and going to jets to get their ranch

Sliced Beef Brisket was delicious 🙌😀😎... Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint in Spring Hill, Tennessee, proved to be a delightful dining experience for my brother and me. We were eager to try their renowned Sliced Beef Brisket, and we were not disappointed. The Sliced Beef Brisket at Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint was a true masterpiece. As soon as the plate was set before us, we could tell that we were in for something special. The brisket was perfectly cooked, boasting a beautiful smoke ring and an enticing aroma that made our mouths water in anticipation. The meat was tender and juicy, practically falling apart with each bite. The flavors were exceptional, with a delectable balance of smokiness and savory notes. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural flavors of the beef without overpowering them. The brisket had a delightful crust, adding a pleasant textural contrast. It was evident that the chefs at Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint take great pride in their craft, as the brisket was truly outstanding. While the Sliced Beef Brisket stole the show, we couldn't resist trying their Wings as well. And boy, were we glad we did! The Wings were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior that gave way to succulent and flavorful meat. The barbecue sauce coating the wings was a work of art, striking the ideal balance between tangy and sweet. It provided a delightful zing that elevated the overall taste. The wings were served piping hot, ensuring that we enjoyed them at their best. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of the wings, proving that Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint excels not only in their brisket but in other menu offerings as well. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff members who were attentive to our needs. The rustic decor and relaxed atmosphere added to the overall dining experience, making us feel right at home. In conclusion, Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint in Spring Hill, Tennessee, exceeded our expectations with their remarkable Sliced Beef Brisket and delectable Wings. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. Your taste buds will thank you.

Yelp
We came here before a Pageant to grab a quick bite to eat The service was super great and very fast. They had a lot to offer from grilled cheese to barbecued food to plate meals, and much more. They also had a large variety of drink, such as seltzers, beer, tea, lemonade, and much more Plenty of seating on the outside and inside

Yelp
This is unfortunately the worst bbq I've ever had in the state of TN. I've lived in TN since I was 2 years old. My wife and I just ordered to go and we were both very very hungry. We couldn't stomach even close to half of our meal it was so unpleasant. The ribs were dryer than jerky, it's now going to be food for my dogs. The rest of the meat other than the turkey (which the turkey tasted fine) tasted and smelt like a senior living facility. Unfortunately we will never be eating from Martins again.

Yelp
I'm from the Seattle so I haven't had too many good BBQ but this gotta to be one of, if not the best BBQ I've had so far. The food was amazing, the brisket was very juicy, a great cut. Turkey was not dry at all which can be hard to do, the ribs were very flavorful, the spicy sausage was fire! The pull pork was fine, but nothing spectacular in my opinion. All the sauces were great, the Mac and cheese were very good. Hushpuppies and potato chips were fresh and crispy! Service was fine, it's mostly self serve but they will bring you anything when asked since there are workers around the area. Ambiance was nice, it's has multiple locations apparently but this one was unique. Nice and clean seating. Really enjoyed this place!

Yelp
I rely on Yelp for reviews on where/when to take my family out to dinner. I don't like leaving poor reviews, but I was really disappointed in what was served as my "to go" meal at 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon. 2lbs of pork, 2.5 lbs of brisket; and tried to order a slab of ribs. Ribs- I was told they didn't have any, and would be about 45 min to an hour before they were ready. Bummed, but no biggie. Pulled pork. I can't describe it, but it had the strange consistency of mashed potatoes/slow cooker pork shoulder. Biggest let down however, was it had exactly ZERO bark/pieces of bark. Brisket- I get the price of everything has gone up, but I would honestly say, at least 1/3 of my brisket was inedible/suoer high fat content. Good flavor for what was edible/wasnt fatty chunks. I cannot confirm, but I almost wonder, if dine-in orders. Are severed better quality selections of meat. Same amount/quantity, just better quality as to not have patrons return their meals while dining in. I didn't realize my order was so rough, until I got home, and wasn't about to drive back. Mac and Cheese, Spot on. Thankfully, my kids raved about it, and ate the entire container.

Yelp
The food was subpar, the service was quick and the server was nice. It was an average eating experience.

John T.

Yelp
Meats are good but side dishes all use too much sugar for taste vs seasoning and are just tiny servings. Service is good. Ambiance is good. Side items use the same exact serving dishes I used in elementary school 50 years ago.

Bethany S.

Yelp
Cool spot in Spring Hill to have BBQ and a beer! They have a pretty good HH for beer and a decent tap list. Tried the pulled pork redneck taco-- pulled pork, slaw, and sauce on a hoecake. Fun dish! Pork was a little dry but overall an enjoyable dinner. The staff from beginning to end were so helpful and kind.

Josh C.

Yelp
Brisket Burger is the bomb. Killer sides. Broccoli salad is on point. Solid bbq spot and quick eats.

Amanda S.

Yelp
It was our first time ever at Martin's and our entire experience here was incredible. The service was a 10/10. Since it was our first time the young gentleman at the register gave us so many recommendations and helped us out with what order. The entire staff was extremely friendly, respectful, and kept checking on us to see if there was anything we needed. The food was also incredible. I definitely recommend the smoked turkey and brisket that was our favorite from the meats that we had ordered. I highly recommend coming here!

Yelp
I used to really love Martins. People that work there are super friendly. But last couple of times the turkey was so so. This last time though, I understand the turkey is smoked. But I've never had it look like this.

Andrew F.

Yelp
Ordered Martins from Spring Hill on Postmates and the ribs were like 60% fat and the rest of the meat was hard to even chew. I have never had ribs so bad. Their "cornbread" was also a disaster. It came to us looking like a pancake and didn't even taste like corn. I didn't know whether to throw it away or put maple syrup on it. I'm calling Robert Irvine! I didn't give them a 1 star review because their Mac n cheese and baked beans were actually really good. Final consensus: Don't order Martins unless you're having baked beans and Mac n cheese only! Go to Ember instead.

Amanda W.

Yelp
1st time to eat at this restaurant. Great little atmosphere, you can eat in the restaurant or in the middle breezeway in between other restaurants. You walk in and order, they give you a number and bring it to your table. We had a party of 4, so we all ordered different things. Ribs are delicious, tacos were good, I had the half smoked chicken. The half chicken I had had bloody juices in it, I took it to where you order and I asked if it was supposed to be like that, they said no and gave me a different piece. It was good. I think the ribs were the Best! Potato salad was delicious too. Baked beans weren't my favorite, Mac and cheese was good too. I gave five stars because the staff was super nice, I had a concern and they fixed it and didn't bat an eye. Restaurant was clean, food was good. If you're considering this restaurant and you like bbq I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Brittney M.

Yelp
Let's talk about salad at a BBQ joint: While Martin's us know for their amazing BBQ, which I love every item lean, meat and side I've ever had here, there's a healthier option that seems to be bypassed and underaged here, the Farmer's Salad!!! This is all time one of my favorite salads! The smoked turkey, carrots, corn and pickled onions give it a very different and delicious flavor unlike any other! I did a quick drive thru (best option EVER For a busy mom wanting a quick, non fast food option) and as always, service was quick and wonderful. If you haven't had this salad I'd highly suggest giving it a try. Great price for a large portion and always fresh and full of wonderful, smoky flavor!

Andrea L.

Yelp
We grabbed lunch from here today and brought it home. We ordered online and the ordering process was easy. We ordered a half pound of brisket, a half pound of pulled pork, 4 ribs, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The meat was smoked to perfection! It was absolutely flavorful by itself. The Mac and cheese and coleslaw also were great--I typically don't order these, as they aren't my favorite. The hush puppies were okay, but not the best I've had. For sauces, we tried Jack's Creek, Memphis Dry Rub, Sweet Dixie, and Devil's Nectar. The sauces were hands down the best BBQ sauce I've had, and I've had 3 out of 4 BBQ styles (excluding Kansas City). They were all SO good. I like spicy, so I didn't think the Devil's Nectar was really that spicy. Regardless, still delicious. We'll definitely be back here--and hopefully to sit inside/outside, as they have a fantastic dining area. Texas style BBQ definitely is still my favorite, but wow; this was a great first experience with Memphis style!

jake

Yelp
Great food at an affordable price, very family friendly! I had the burger and was not disappointed then I had all the meats on a sample platter and they were all fantastic must come here! Service was pretty decent but nothing out of this world and the atmosphere was soooooooo southern yee haw

Yelp
Heading over to my kids apartment in Spring Hill we decided to hit here before watching the grand baby. Had heard it was good so here is what we found: Ambiance: Typical BBQ joint / lots of country themed art / Knick knacks / decor objects etc adorned the entire place...they did have foosball which was a fun thing to do while you waited... Service: You get counter service here and we were greeted promptly with a smaller and told about specials and about the to die for Mac n cheese side.... Food: My wife's BBQ pork sandwich was ok - she thought the meat was good but sauce at Martins was very thin and runny - not really something a traditional bbq joint would have - we know you don't want to have to chew through it either but this was very watery. Flavor was just ok. My half chicken was perfectly done! Juicy and dry but not too dry....if you know what I mean. The Mac n cheese was less than exciting after all the hype as it was a bit soggy and the sauce a bit watery. Maybe we just hit a bad batch but we've had many other Mac N cheese dishes that were substantially better and cheaper. Price: Ordinary pricing for BBQ - not too expensive but lot cheaper either. Summary: You'll hopefully have a good experience - wasn't terrible by any means but could be a lot better for the price. Keep Munching

Yelp
For the reader's perspective, I lived for many years in Central Texas, so I'm very familiar with great BBQ. Martin's brisket is solid. From the appearance and flavor, it would hold up beside all but the very best Central Texas briskets. Pulled pork (and I lived for many years in North Carolina as well, so I know a good pulled pork) is a little bland. But that's nothing a toss in their house sauce won't fix. Speaking of the house sauce, it's fine for tossing with the pork, but if you're eating any other meat, it's ridiculously watery. You gotta go for one of their other thicker sauces. I kind of liked the devil's nectar sauce, it does have quite a kick. Made me look forward to trying out their other sauces. Their baked beans are the single best thing of all the meats and sides I've tried at Martin's. Loved them and could down a big bowl. Mac and cheese is solid. Not life changing, and not something I'd be tempted to order again, but if you're hankering for mac and cheese, I doubt you'll be disappointed. The broccoli salad is quite pleasant as well. It's really nice to have something fresh, green and crisp on a BBQ plate. Hush puppies are classic southern hush puppies. So overall pretty solid fare, and honestly, I'd not expect to find better bbq in central Tennessee.

Cynthia J.

Yelp
Good Food the spare ribs are to soft/tender like pulled Pork. But overall good tasting food. Nice Facility.

Rich R.

Yelp
Religiously eating here twice a week I fell I can give a good opinion. Unfortunately this used to be my go to and favorites. Over the last year they have declined significantly, particularly in customer service and quality. I think when a place gets too many folks it loses focus on the folks that got them where they are and this is just that. For example, two times in a row this week alone sauces were left out of the to go order and when called and explained the manger replies "what do you expect me to do about that" -not exactly what you want to hear... especially dropping $100 a pop. - stay clear if you want quality, this is nothing more than a fast food revolving door now....

Jill H.

Yelp
The food is beyond delicious. The service is great! Prompt, courteous & friendly. The ambiance is "perfect." I rarely use the word perfect. They got you covered for everything southern & barbeque!

Debbie W.

Yelp
Martins is amazing! All of their dishes are mouthwatering! Have enjoyed going there for years! Never a disappointment!

Anastasia K.

Yelp
The food was sensational! The brisket sandwich and homemade chips are lovely! Such a nice family place to go! Highly recommended! Friendly service, nice staff, very clean, and overall a great experience!

Mark W.

Yelp
Stopped in on a Sunday evening. As you walk in there are sauces, rubs and other merchandise you can buy. You order from the counter and they give you a number. You can sit in front of any of the tvs or sit in the "middle" where the roof is translucent. We were served quickly and the staff were all very nice. The bread was buttered and toasted which gave it a nice crunch. The bbq was cooked perfectly. The sauce has just a little taste of vinegar which also makes it a little thin but it is very good. The broccoli salad was excellent. Will definitely return

Tabatha W.

Yelp
Consistently good, the six piece dry rubbed smoked wings are my go to when I don't indulge in the delicious brisket. Front of house staff was efficient and friendly. Food arrived quickly. Fun selection of bottled soda available (my son always goes for the peach Nehi). We keep coming back for the ribs. Have really enjoyed Martin's since they first came to Spring Hill. Why I don't give 5 stars: outdoor seating ambiance needs a little love - the plants desperately need attention. And we had to go ask for refills several times, no one checked on food quality or to see if we needed anything. Lastly, I miss the moon pies. Please bring them back.

Geronimo R.

Yelp
Went here with my family on Wednesday evening for dinner at 5 PM. It was pretty empty and the space had a lot of open seats. As the evening progressed, it started to build a crowd. We tried a variety of things: - The brisket was AMAZING, juicy and flavorful, our favorite - Ribs, a little dry and chewy but tasty - Smoked chicken was also flavorful and good - Our favorite side was the potato salad which was light and creamy Would come here again for the excellent service and incredible brisket!

Caleb L.

Yelp
Smoke wafted into the black night sky as we passed the pit room visible at the entrance, which I thought was a cool design feature. I'd have liked to get some better photos of the outside, but it was dark... and cold. They claim that West Tennessee whole-hog barbecue tradition is the cornerstone of their operation, and that everything they serve is made from scratch. Naturally, I had to try the pork shoulder sandwich. I had read some good reviews on their smoked wings, so we got an order of those to split as well. For my sandwich side, I chose an unconventional option of broccoli salad. The sandwich was served with a thin tomato-vinegar sauce and slaw on top. I pulled a few pieces of pork out to sample alone, and they were fantastic. The juicy pork held an unmistakable hint of wood smoke- excellent on it's own but not strong enough to stand out on the sandwich. It was a great sandwich, but I would probably order the pork on it's own next time. The wings were good and had a great sauce, but not enough smoke in my opinion. Maybe my expectations were too high based on other reviews, but I would probably skip these next time- especially since it's so easy to make them how I like them at home. The broccoli salad was a great accompaniment to the meats. It was obviously homemade and was a good choice- and now I want to try the other sides. I'm sure I will return when I'm in the area again, and I'm already looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. So it's not an authentic old-time tradition spot, but this is about as good as chain bbq gets. Definitely worth a stop.

Bryan W.

Yelp
Food is excellent and the service was prompt. Good job crew. Wish there was one in Indiana.

Terry S.

Yelp
Your barbecue is very good, beans are weak and macaroni and cheese is bad. Portions are poor for the price with the turkey. Two slices of turkey and two sides for $20 is too high compared to your competitors.

Erika V.

Yelp
Amazing service from all the staff, and the ambiance was so great. The brisket was absolutely delicious, would recommend this place to anyone looking for some tasty bbq.

Arthur M.

Yelp
Yo went Saturday night ribs where the best and briskest to die for give this place must go if you love meat kid from Brooklyn and I approve this message

Brendon H.

Yelp
Honestly, this is exactly what we were looking for on our first trip back to Tennessee in over 7 years. The layout is really cool - they have a shared dining area out back with Salvo's pizza next door. Complete with picnic tables, foosball and ping pong tables. Service was on point. We are here twice in two days and River, Kay and Zack were extremely helpful. Went out of their way even when it got busy to take care of us and ensure we had everything we needed. All these guys were professional and it totally stood out to us. For the food, do I need to say more? We stopped here twice in less than 48 hours. Pulled pork, hoecakes, great sauces, brisket, slaw and first class pies. Honestly, we don't always have the best BBQ options on the west coast and the food made us a little homesick. The redneck tacos are a must try. Broccoli slaw was a favorite with everyone. Also, the paddy melt won me over. Thanks again to the staff here for being so awesome. Made an unexpected trip that much better.

Steve D.

Yelp
Best Texas style BBQ around our small town. Festive, country music and 70s movie posters adorn the walls in between license plates from all over USA. Meats are smoked on site -- huge stacks of firewood at front door. Prepay as you order at the counter. Staff bring out your hot orders. Adult beverages mostly beer is available.

Frankie C.

Yelp
Great barbecue. Probably the best in Tennessee and fast service and a very nice place.

Keith H.

Yelp
Have to say.... tonight is quite a surprise. I wanted just a plain grilled cheeseburger and fresh cut fries. I got just that. Cheeseburger is done well, with a toasted bun. I can tell it was on a flat griddle with the crusty bit on the edges. Very tasty. Fresh cut French fries are on point. Lightly salted to my likeness. Washing it down with fresh brewed sweet southern tea. Yes this is a BBQ joint and they are known for their brisket and pulled pork. But this joint has a great go to burger!!! Nicely done Martin's.

Zachary L.

Yelp
Yes. Just yes. Serious bbq in an attractive package. This is a smoky and authentic place with good quality. I hate I could not be there for the whole hog bbq on the weekend. I found the staff attentive and helpful.

Alex J.

Yelp
Martin's has pretty darn good Q. Whenever I come to town I'd either eat at Jack of Hearts, or Martin's. But now JoH has gone to the big butcher in the sky, so Martin's gets 100% of my Springhill bbq business. I usually get the Brisket burger and homemade chips. I'm not sure why they're called "homemade", cause I don't think anyone lives in the restaurant. But nonetheless, they have that homemade taste, so I guess I can let them slide. That brisket burger is something you can write home about, or if you're like me, write in Yelp. Beef to the max. It's not pantywaist in taste, nor is it vegan, non gluten, or MacDonald esque. It's pure guilt on a tray. But who cares, bbq always gets a pass. My son-in-law had the Brisket Chili, which he devoured. Sitting next to him at my granddaughters recital, I wish he had made a different choice!! Ummm hmmm. You guessed it. My daughter says that she wishes Martin's would do bbq fries like Jack of Hearts did. Old habits are hard to break. But I have to agree. That menu item was too good to be a memory. Meat and potatoes is synonymous with great bbq. Martin's could call it Southern Style Nachos. I'd buy it. So would half of the South. The culinary inclined half. I forgot to take a picture of the place to post on this review. I was going to post a picture of my expanded waist after eating there, but my stomach wouldn't fit in the frame! Besides, my girlfriend may see this review before I have a chance to work it off. Quick Tip: Martin's serves beer, in pretty cool glasses. I was going to appropriate one, but those days have passed. If those days have yet to pass for you, give them a break. We're all still recovering from this Covid debacle.

Madison M.

Yelp
Delicious barbecue! We had the big brother sampler and added on an extra leg of chicken and two extra sides. All sides were fantastic! We had the Mac n cheese, green beans, hoecakes and fries. There were five of us total that shared the whole lot.

Yelp
Martin's did not disappoint. The food came fast prices were good and food was delicious.

Yelp
I love the brisket, very meaty and tender. I've gotten the sampler, and the wings are good.

Yelp
Everything was awesome! From the cashier to the food. The only thing I wouldn't recommend are the green beans (looked and tasted like galley). The green beans are bland and extremely soggy. I went with a group and we each ordered something different so we had a smorgasbord. We had a pulled pork sandwich (so good it didn't even need bbq), beef brisket, spare ribs, Mac & cheese, green beans, hush puppies and baked beans. Everything was so good. The people that work there were friendly and helpful. We will return next time we are in the area!!!

Yelp
BBQ is good - ordered the dinner for two and it was a good portion. I did a takeout and order was ready quickly. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The salad was very good.

Yelp
This place is probably the worst bbq I've had in a while. I mean seriously. Is anyone doing quality control? We went on a Sat afternoon. Place was empty. Ten people loitering around like "martians". The food served was cold and drab. Brisket seemed like an afterthought and the ribs - well even my dogs refused to eat 'em. Mgt needs to shut down the place. Fire all employees. Start from scratch. Probably even re-brand to say "Not Martin's BBQ"

Yelp
What am I missing? Sure it looks like a very cool BBQ joint. But the food was not good at all. Arrived with high hopes, but those began to sink once I realized that the smoker wasn't even running. Ordered Brisket and Pulled Pork. Pulled Pork was just a bit bland. It had some flavor, but I expected it to be smokey. But it was tender. The brisket was a huge disappointment! It had a nice bark on it, but had an odd aftertaste. Almost a bit of propane flavor to it. My buddy thought so too. Side dishes were also a disappointment. Sauces were watered down and way too liquid from any BBQ place I have ever been to... And I've been to quite a few. Overpriced for the quality and the flavor All around not what I would call good BBQ. Might try another Martin's location, but it's doubtful I'd go back to the Spring Hill location unless it was for a beer.

Yelp
Way to much seasoning and weird flavor in the beans, for the price I wasn't to happy with what I got

Yelp
Some of the best pulled pork there is! A brisket burger that is lights out and the best pecan pie I have ever had. It is a go to spot no doubt.

Yelp
This is the second time I've ordered their nachos and never again. I paid $14 for a box of chips and a few shreds of chicken. Times are hard for people and when you pay for food, you expect it to be somewhat decent. There were 2 strings of cheese. Where is the queso? Where is there goodness that comes on nachos?

Yelp
Been back a few times now and here are the constants -food portions are really inconsistent, service times are really good, food quality/taste is average and prices have become crazy $22 dozen wings or brisket plate. How about $33 for a full slab....

Yelp
Good food, good service. Fair prices! Always plenty of seating options. Parking can be hard with all of the other business in the center.
