Best Restaurants Near Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium | Eater LA

"Mexican staple Fiesta Martin opened its first restaurant in 2009, and now has four locations dominating South LA. The same family launched Martin’s Cocina y Cantina in early 2021, located just a six-minute drive and 30-minute walk to SoFi Stadium. The festive room fills quickly during most SoFi Stadium events, thanks to its easy menu full of nachos, taquitos, tacos, enchiladas, and platters like the traditional chile verde with rice, beans, and guacamole. Bartenders typically adjust the cocktail menu to celebrate performers or sports teams. In spring 2025, they developed a handful of Beyonce-themed drinks like the vodka-infused Texas Hold ‘Em for her Cowboy Carter tour." - Mona Holmes

Visited on a Wednesday, and such great service was provided. Leslie was my server who gave some suggestions and didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, and my favorite was the shrimp tempura app. Drinks were great, and I am looking forward to coming back with my crew.

The owner truly makes this place special! Beyond the great food and cozy atmosphere, what really stood out at Martin’s Cocina y Cantina was the owner’s incredible hospitality. He personally greeted us, checked in throughout our meal, and made sure we felt completely at home. You can tell he truly cares about every guest. That kind of personal attention is rare—and it made our visit unforgettable. Thank you Martin we definitely will be back☺️

We came here for the first time, before a concert at the Kia Forum. It’s only 5 minutes away so it’s a great location. We did valet parking and that was very convenient and worth the $15. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Their drinks are strong as well. What stood out the most was the outstanding service and how quickly they brought out the food. It was amazing from beginning to end! I highly recommend!

We were extremely excited to try this place, unfortunately we were let down. It's a super trendy place inside. But the service is horrible. Our server was Moe and he was absolutely terrible. We were given our drinks in a timely manner. But after that everything fell apart. He was assisting multiple tables around us but didn't check in on us. The tables next to us had their drinks, foods and checks all before we got our order for food. We had to wave him down in order for him to take care of us. I asked him for a refill of water and he never came back. We had to ask someone else to bring over our check because it seemed like he purposely was ignoring us. I would not recommend this place!

Yelp
My friends and I went to Martin's as a last minute back up. We had reservations for Inglewood's newest restaurant Two Hommes literally down the street and to our disappointment and surprise they were closed. Ugh! I suggested to my friends that we go to Martin's down the street and am so glad that we did. They never disappoint and the food and drinks are always great. My 3 friends had never been to Martin's, but I have been several times. It had been a while since I was last there, but glad that I chose it as a backup plan. Our waiter Moe was FANTASTIC!!! He was funny, attentive, and friendly. He also shared a nice & smooth tequila shot with me for my birthday (which was on the house). My friends and I shared a pitcher of a tropical margarita and we also shared the Paradilla dinner platter that served 4 (actually more like 6-8 people). It was delicious. For appetizers we had sushi & salmon rolls (delish). Overall, a great experience and great service by our waiter MOE!!!

Yelp
Dropped our daughters off at Sofi Stadium for a concert last night and us Dads decided to revisit Martin's Cocina y Cantina and it definitely didnt disappoint. Our waiter, Moe, was awesome and recommended his 2 favorite dishes, Pollo Con Rajas Y Crema (Grilled chicken breast sautéed with onions, mushrooms & chile pasilla in a white wine-based cream sauce | Served with white rice) and the Mojarra (A whole, deep-fried Tilapia fish | Served with white rice & vegetables). Both dishes were $25. Having just returned from vacation and eaten a lot of fish, I was hesitant to get the Tilapia but Moe said it was his absolute favorite dish on the menu. Moe didn't steer me wrong; that dish is one of the very best I've ever had and the price point is fantastic. (Please don't raise the price now!) The fish was fried perfectly, tender, moist and flaky on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside. It came with sautéed veggies which were great and the garlic buttery dip for the fish made for an absolutely delicious champ of a dish. My buddies ordered the Filet Mignon ($50) & the Chile Verde ($25) and seemed to enjoy them. The drinks were also very good. Ambience is good and a little swanky; the bumping music was perhaps a little loud. I will definitely return for that amazing fish in particular!

Yelp
The food, service and ambiance were really great! Sue or cute spot. Sushi was actually pretty good. Tacos stole the show! Margaritas were good too! Forgot to take a pic Happy hour is until 6pm weekdays

Yelp
Our server at Martin was incredible--such an impact on our first visit! I went before a concert at Sofi, and honestly, I wouldn't have done it any other way. The location is perfect--literally down the street from Sofi. If you park there, you can grab a pedicab to the stadium, skip the traffic, and have a blast riding over (highly recommend!). The drinks were on point, the food was spot on, and the whole experience just made the night that much better. Safe to say this won't be my last pedicab from Martin to Sofi!

Yelp
The whole staff was very polite and yummy food came out fast. The Mango Margarita was refreshing and the fish ceviche was delicious. The salmon roll melts in your mouth. Nice upscale feel.

Yelp
Shout out to MOE!!! The best server ever!! Our party started as 3 and expanded to 10 and MOE didn't miss a beat! Our group was loud, high maintenance and so extra. We dined on a Monday night and once we learned it was all day happy it was a done deal! We started with chips and guacamole and the sampler platter. The Cadillac margaritas were EXCELLENT, get the large. We ate everything from queso for fundido to taco samplers and sea bass. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The restaurant is beautiful and the vibe is impeccable. If you're in the area stop by.

Yelp
What a gem in Inglewood! If you're nearby for a show at the Kia Forum or Sofi Stadium, this is an awesome option within walking distance! The restaurant itself is so pretty & has such a welcoming atmosphere, & the food was beyond delicious. I loved the calamari as an appetizer, with a tasty burrito & margarita. You truly can't go wrong here! To top it all off, the service was fantastic. You definitely feel taken care of from start to finish here. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Came here for my bday and had a blast. The ambience seemed like a dance party, which was cool. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail with asparagus and roasted potatoes, delicious! The steak and lobster were juicy and flavorful. Service was cool, will come back.

Yelp
Food and service is great, however I don't know if this is the same as fiesta martin chain restaurants but it had so many similarities the food and drinks! With that being said they do have some differences; this one has a more party/fine dining vibe. If they ask me where I would like to go I would say Fiesta Martin instead of Martin Cocina cause it is all the same just that it's pricier at Martin's for the same quality food but smaller portions at martin. I noticed that they have a full bar here where you can sit down and enjoy a drink. The times I've been here they have had a few games on the TV with the loud speakers which draws a crowd, good thing this place spacious. This place is good for big crowds or a simple date night.

Yelp
Food: good. I had thr chicken enchilada combo and asked for both the green and red sauce. I enjoyed the green sauce more than the red sauce. We also had the soft taco sampler. It came with a variety of meats, i think a total of 6 tacos. I also had the Paloma, pretty drink, delicious too. Service: host seemed preoccupied. He was on the phone when he seated us. This is a turn off for me. But the service from the rest of the waitstaff was great. Ambiance: pretty interior that is instagram worthy.

Yelp
My friend and I went here before a concert at KIA. It was very closeby which was nice. The service was quick, we got sat right away. The food came out quickly. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas. They were good and had good flavor. My one complaint is that it did not come out hot. My friend liked her sushi and drink. The ambiance is cute and modern decor.

Yelp
Excellent food, drinks and service. The mole enchiladas are so good!!! Will definitely be back!

Yelp
Epic spot... not sure if it was the Stones crowd or not (a lot of Stones shirts / blue hairs like me) in there, but I can say... Drinks are spot on, food is tasty AF and service was spot on. Pumping in there and not sure if it's cuz of the concert or not, I can't say if that's an anomaly or not. Not in the area a lot but... given the opportunity, will definitely give a repeat visit, if for no other reason, the Marg flights. Cant say enough about them. And the tacos kick major gluteus maximus!!!
google avatar

Jay B.

Yelp
I only had the one dish...California Burrito (Chicken)...& it was pretty damn good...the chicken was cooked perfectly...& after that if you don't like California Burritos then you have been depriving yourself of...I had lunch with my Aunt & she loved her dish...I would definitely recommend

Yelp
Highly highly recommend !! This place is a true vibe and the servers all make it feel like an incredible high end yet laid back restaurant with great service. I booked a surprise birthday dinner for my husband and from the time of the booking to the reservation itself, everything was seamless. The servers came out with sparklers to celebrate and the music playing was the perfect thing needed to set the laid back vibe. We had our own area apart from the rest of the restaurant which was nice and felt intimate and the servers were on point, every detail was taken care of and they were constantly checking on us to make sure we were doing okay with refills. A must try if you're in the area.

Yelp
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but due to a few hiccups, I'll give it 4 stars for now with the intention to return for a better review. My sister and I booked this place to celebrate our mom's 65th birthday. Booking was easy by phone, no deposit needed, attendant Miguel answered all questions and provided the details very well. I have to say it was a good pick as an alternate to the original plans and met our needs to be able to celebrate my mom's birthday without the extra hassle since we were on limited time. Starting with the good... upon arrival there is valet. For my guys and gals that love to not spend much time searching for parking, it's perfect! Walking in the place we were greeted by the host of the day Jackie! The ambiance was very welcoming and a good time was in store for us. The restaurant is eye catching, spacious, and has tons of seating for small or large gatherings. I like the variety of high top tables, booths, bar, and party seating areas so that you're not smothered on top of others. The bar was nice and stocked with good drinks. As the party began to start we were introduced to our special hosts for the area, Leslie & Moe. Both were really nice servers who had great patience, customer service, positive attitudes, and worked with a sense of urgency to take care of our crazy family. They showed us around, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were having a good time each time they came to check in. My family rolled into the restaurant gradually, I was surprised they were on time lol, and everyone was able to sit where they liked as the area was big enough. We were not limited to only our area but could explore the restaurant and bar as we liked which was nice. After a while food was served as ordered per table, but not everyone was happy. We had a few issues with unknown items being in an order of sushi, complaint of meat not being fresh, and orders not coming out as requested. Nonetheless, the serving staff took back the items, removed from bill, or remade it to ensure all was well. I was a bit bummed as all the food looked really good but didn't meet the expectation for all. For the most part all guest ordered to their liking as it was an open menu. The portion sizes do not disappoint which is good because the items were reasonably priced. One highlight was the table side experience my cousin received with her sushi, that was a moment! I would like to highlight the cleanliness of our area. There was a lot of movement, food and drinks being ordered throughout the night but I appreciated the wait staff removing plates and lingering items in a timely manner so spaces stayed clear. I just wished the area wasn't right by the bathroom where patrons had to walk through the party. But hey... we were close to the bathroom which helped. To the payment! The bill was not my favorite part as they only accepted very few cards. Gratuity is 20% and taxes do matter so be prepared! Having so many people it was a hassle, but we got it done. In closing, the hosts Leslie & Moe brought out a happy birthday sign, sparklers , and stored birthday cake out to sing and we had a blast! They have a restaurant photographer available who charges $20 for a photo with frame and yes my mom got 2 of course. Overall, this is the place to be. Having my mom's dinner party on a Sunday didn't seem ideal but it worked just fine. I think the energy of the rams & dodgers games made it alright! Oh before I forget, they have TV's if you want to enjoy your sports game of the day. Thank you to everyone for your hospitality, service and showing my mom a great time. I'll be back, but this time less people. Thanks again!

Kay K.

Yelp
The food and staff there was amazing. The drinks made and setting of the restaurant made the experience even better there! Will recommend and be back.

Yelp
Brought my mother in law for her birthday and this place was really good you can't tell from the outside but this place is pretty big inside they have lots of tables with plenty of room and it's really fancy our servers we're great so was the food and the cold drinks . They have a huge menu to choose from with a little but of everything and plenty of drink options also .

Yelp
Went for happy hour on Wednesday and it was all day, which was awesome. Our meal for 3 with drinks came out to less than $80 and was more than enough to share. I enjoyed my mango margarita. The service was a bit slow in this day because it took us awhile before the server took our food order and forgot my water. But I liked the ambiance and decor. Would definitely back.

Yelp
My friend and I walked in one evening, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was really friendly and playful, making my experience more fun. I ordered the taco sampler, which came with 6 tacos. It was a lot of food. The pastor and asada tacos were great, but the chicken tacos were a little bland. Solid choice for some good Mexican food in downtown Inglewood!
google avatar

Crystal D.

Yelp
A friend and I came here before heading to a concert. The first thing I noticed was they had a sign welcoming concert goers and advertising concert themed cocktails which I thought was very cool. The place was packed. As it was a Wednesday I'm sure it was most likely due to the event. However we were able to be seated right away. The ambience and vibe is very bright and modern with accents of Mexican pop art and florals. The music and noise level is on the louder side but there are high ceilings and it's a fairly open space which helps. My only complaint which is a big one is that it is UNCOMFORTABLY warm to the point where we were sweating just sitting there. The restroom was even worse The service was excellent. We had a friendly and fun server who was readily available and checked up on us a few times. We just ordered the concert special cocktails (recommend Paint It Black) and appetizers. The guacamole was very flavorful with chunks of avocado. The taco sampler was also delicious. The carne asada was really tender and the Al pastor had good flavor. Beware the red sauce lol. It's spicy but I loved it. I plan on coming back but maybe not in the warm months unless they figure out a/c. Parking: Valet or paid public parking across where Target is.

Barbara R.

Yelp
We were looking for somewhere to go for dinner before a concert at the Forum, and this place came up on Google. So glad we found it! Food and ambiance were amazing, definitely an instagram worthy place. We ordered guac and queso fundido to start, and shared the taco sampler platter. Also had a watermelon marg. All the food was incredible and great service as well. If we didn't live so far away we would definitely put this place in regular date night rotation. Highly recommend and perfect spot if you're going to the forum for anything.

Yelp
This is probably going to be my favorite location. The food was delicious and the cocktails were made perfectly. It's a super fun environment and our server, Ana was very pleasant.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this place. Granted, being decked out for Xmas made it more fun and inviting. But I get a sense that this upscale-feeling place would be a great scene before a game at Crypto or SoFi. There's even a local Inglewood golf cart shuttle that stops in front and will whisk you off to the stadiums. Martin's has tons TV screens featuring local news and sports (the night we went, it was UFC). So a fun vibe in an updated, lively sections of town. Our dinners were very well crafted. I loved my shrimp enchiladas, and appreciated that we could substitute veggies instead of refried beans. Sure, lots of places do that. But here, the veggies were bright, colorful, and not over cooked---just the perfect al dente. How often to you walk out of a Mexican place thinking you had a healthy meal?
google avatar

Jamie Q.

Yelp
This place is fantastic! We were visiting from out of town and were staying near the airport the night before our flight. And we really wanted Mexican food. And we stumbled across Martin's. The food is amazing. The service is absolutely fantastic! Our server Moe was on top of it all! He was attentive, personable and funny. And the atmosphere was definitely right up our alley!
google avatar

Carol M.

Yelp
Please save your money and don't come here. No utensils, napkins or plates. Let's start with the stale chips and the flavorless appetizers ,The potato tacos tasted like old oil and the "Guacamole " tasted like absolutely nothing! Our main courses were served separately per person literally one of our friends ate last because they couldn't get our order right. The Toxica drink was awful . With these prices you would think their service and food would match
google avatar

Yelp
The food is great. I eat there all the time. With. Y crew after my grandsons basketball games on Saturdays. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp

Yelp
Came here for a very late birthday celebration, I did not even want to say it was my birthday bc I was shy, but my friends made sure that the whole restaurant knows ohhhh man! Our server Moe? That gentleman's hospitality is out of this world! He's is beyond amazing! We ordered sushi, and alot more from their menu, and ofc alcoholic beverages, all of the food we had ordered was very delicious! Mixed drinks? Oh highly recommend, most especially the henny margarita and candy shots. I forgot the name of every food we had ordered but I remember some, sushi's and fillet mignon. They are so so delicious!!! Ambiance is very beautiful and well decorated. Highly recommend this restaurant! Great staff and very attentive.

Yelp
We were seated as soon as we arrived!! Food & drinks were amazing. Restaurant was very nicely decorated. It was kinda hard to have a conversation because of how loud the music was playing, but that would not stop me from going there again

Yelp
i went to martin's this pasted monday for the first time. although our waiter moe was amazing and recommended some good dishes. i ordered the ribeye steak with a lobster tail. food look amazing, and the steak was very good. as i proceeded to eat my lobster tail, i noticed it smelled like ammonia. i also had my date smell it, and she also agreed that it didn't smell right. i brought it to my waiter's attention, and he told me that they were going to make me another one. i did google what i was smelling and it said that the lobster tail was definitely no good. my waiter did bring me another one, but then he told me later me that manager is only going to charge me $7.00 dollars for a $15.00 dollars lobster tail. i really didn't understand why i was still being charge, and not discounted for then serving outdated food. i guess that's what i get for not ordering a more traditional dish.

Yelp
Where do I start?! Okay so Martin's is nestled in a beautiful part of Inglewood that is currently being upgraded with new businesses in the area. What makes this place stand out is that it is on the corner and hard to miss. There is metered/pay for parking right in front and on the sides and back. The inside of the building is beautiful from the bar area, to the lighting fixtures, to the seating and artwork. You can truly tell that the owners made sure the atmosphere is everything you could want in a restaurant. They even have an elegant dining room that's more upscale, if you want to host an event. Now let's get to the food! The food is SO AMAZING here! I got the Carne Asada plate this time and when I tell you that it's worth every bit of $30 and I added shrimp ($6 more), which mind you, weren't those little bitty baby shrimp. You get 3 JUMBO SHRIMP! All the items were cooked to perfection and I love that the portions are big enough to take home and eat the next day. (Which I'm currently doing now) lol. This is my second time coming here and each time I'm not disappointed! Okay so I had to save the best for last: MOE! Our server Moe went OVER and BEYOND to make sure that everything was to our liking and that we were all happy. He even greeted us when we first walked in and had friendly banter which I thought was so welcoming. At the end of the night he gave us a tour of the elegant room side and took a picture of us to commemorate my brother's birthday. Truly he is a gem here at Martin's and I hope that everyone who dines there could receive service as professional and engaging as he gave. Thank you again Moe! All-in-all, Martin's is definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great restaurant for happy hour, watching a sports game, celebrating an event or just going with friends. The food, service, ambience and location is a 10/10! See you soon Martin!

Yelp
sit in the bar and dinner is the best for me, especially when I working hard the whole day in my business I tried 3 I don't like the service in the bar and I don't like to sit in the table around a little way. Very nice place in the neighborhood without driving too much to the beach.
google avatar

Kate L.

Yelp
The service, not the wait staffs fault, too many of us and not enough of them so our food temp was not hot, the food did not arrive at the same time for the table. The food, my street tacos the beef & pork were perfect. Chicken, kind of dry. The drinks, heavy pour and tasted great. Every fruit infused you can taste. Valentine decor was still up, super cool. Just wish the staff had more time to explain the menu, chat, and not be so rushed.

Yelp
Great service and good food and drinks. The vibe was cool and the restaurant itself is very pretty!

Yelp
Moe was our server and he was AMAZING. His personality, service made our visit a whole vibe. The food was delicious as usual. Thanks Moe for everything! See you next time

Yelp
Oh man. I'm sorry I came here. I sat in my hotel room looking for GOOD Mexican restaurants near e airport and this place had a ton of really great reviews and guests seem to think the food was really good. I'm sad I came here. The place is pretty inside, nicely decorated, clean, sorta modern. They did a good job in the aesthetics. I sat at the bar, my bartender Alex was friendly and gave good service. But the food. Man, what a let down. The salsa with the chips was surprisingly good, had a good amount of spiciness to it that I wasn't expecting, and I love super spicy so I appreciated the heat in the salsa. I ordered the esquites to start. They lacked flavor, salt, spices. Came out in a super hot skillet which I appreciated, but that was the only thing that was good about it. I ordered the taco trio on their happy hour. Ugh. So disappointing. The Al pastor, was not real Al pastor. If I had to guess, it was the same meat they use for their carnitas (also, probably stewed and not authentic carnitas) that were tossed in an "achiote" spiced sauce to heat on the flat top to order. The chicken tacos (meat) was absolutely the same overcooked boiled chicken meat they use in their enchiladas (and probably all the other chicken dishes). Completely dried out because it's over boiled and I'm guessing reheated to order. Not good, no flavor. The "asada" tacos were far from a grilled asada skirt steak, which was what I was expecting since that was on the menu in other places. The asada also seemed as though it was a stewed meat, not grilled skirt steak at all. The guac was plain. The margaritas ok. Again, I came based on the yelp reviews, but sadly this place was far from authentic Mexican food. Which I suppose no one claimed it was in reviews. But considering this is SoCal, and it had such good ratings, you expect really dang good Mexican food. This was nothing in that realm and I felt slightly insulted by the food. I would have stopped to get a chicken burrito at El Pollo Loco if I hadn't eaten so many chips and salsa. That's how dissatisfied I was with the food here.

Yelp
Get the beef enchiladas with half red sauce and half green sauce. And you have to try the Cadillac Margarita with 7 LEGUAS! Better than my boyfriend Don Julio! All of the credit goes to MOE our server! Dude is such a vibe and great at his job! Many thanks!! Good food is nothing w/o a great environment and great service!

Yelp
This is my third time coming here and they never disappoint. The vibes and the ambiance of this place are amazing! The service is always quick. We came here with a big group and didn't have any issues of waiting too long. And the food... it's BOMB.com!!! Honestly I definitely recommend this place!!

Yelp
I would have given a 5 star but upon entrance, the place was not crowded and we didn't want to sit at a high table. They had enough staff and it appeared as if they didn't want to sit us at a regular table which was by others but ultimately accommodated. The waitress was nice and professional. We ordered some appetizers along with 2 margarita flights, which were tasty and strong- A+. Our meals were good as well. I ordered the surf and turf burrito and it was very tasty and the shrimp tasted super fresh. Be careful of the table salsa cuz it can be spicy. Overall; the food was great and the ambiance of the restaurant was very good as well.

Yelp
Never had great experiences in Inglewood to date, however, this place is a gem! From outside, couldn't see in - blinds were drawn at 5pm due to the direct sun on the front of the place...so it looked empty/unopen. Enter and the place is packed! Stopped in before a show at the Kia Forum. Pleasantly surprised to hear they align their music to the artist(s) who will be performing at the venue. The staff is attentive, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is lively and they don't skimp on drinks at Happy Hour. Food is reasonably priced on most items. If you like some heat to your salsa, you will be pleased. It has a nice heat/flavor balance. The only downside is it was a bit warm in the place and they could benefit by kicking up the AC or removing some of the decorative ceiling items and adding some ceiling fans.

Yelp
Service was terrible. Moe was our server and never came over we literally had to call him order to ask for drinks then again to put in appetizers and lastly 10 minutes passed and i had to call him back to ask if we could order. He would go to every other table in our section except for ours. The food runner/busser Juan was amazing and stepped up. He was attentive and deserved the tip over the joke we had as a server. Maybe he needs to spend less time dancing around and actually attending to ALL of his tables. When I asked for the manager at the end of the night the three hostesses looked confused as to who the manager even was..the person who came to speak to me was unapologetic for his servers service. The food was good which mad up for the ridiculous server.
