I appreciate the staff at Dripping Springs Pharmacy so much, especially Stephanie! They’re personable and helpful every step of the way, and the text system is very convenient! My refills always happened on time and the store itself is super clean, and fun to shop around in. Most importantly though, the compounding is fair-priced! It was well worth it to drive from Austin instead of filling locally. Thanks for everything!

I had to go out of town today and they compromised and made half of my prescription for me today and will have the rest ready when I return on Friday. Above and beyond for a completely new customer. I just love Bailey, Jerry, Shanna , etc...every person here!!! when I got the Covid vaccine my immunity was erased. I have been through so much sickness, surgeries , high fevers, etc...and we have spent a couple $100,000 out of our own money so far, dealing with rare and unusual issues . I trust holistic and integrative doctors as well as some allopathic doctors ; and of course health insurance does not cover anything to do with Lyme disease I developed. so it's been a long hard few years and without the support of this wonderful group of people :this wonderful Apothecary, who delivers to your home : my stress would be triple what it is ! I thank God for sending my husband and me to this beautiful group of caring, educated , hard working health professionals with beautiful smiles and attitudes. I love everyone of you and I love JERRY and others, who deliver, too. You make my life so much easier . This will sound strange to many, but I thank God for the illnesses because my illnesses have given me an opportunity to meet wonderful people like you ; and to encourage other patients, who are in the ERs, the hospitals, the surgeons, even hotels close to hospitals ,when I have to travel out of town for surgeries with excellent specialists offices, etc. . When I asked God to use me any way HE wanted ,I never dreamed HE wanted me to meet people, who needed healing and encouragement ...as a patient myself! Note to self : when you ask God to use you , you better mean it🛐🤗❤️😂

Excellent customer service! They helped solve a mystery concerning an incorrect prescription from another pharmacy and really listened when I explained that symptoms had returned. Highly recommend.

Martin's Wellness Pharmacy in Dripping Springs provided compounded meds for our three pups for many years. They were so thoughtful in how they interacted with us. The absolute best pharmacy and compound pharmacy in the Austin area, Dripping Springs, Wimbereley and Canyon Lake area. I first had my bio identical hormones compounded at Dripping Springs about 18 years ago. And through many changes to the compound and other medications I could always count on the perfect combination every time… Pharmacist Stephanie is always right on time with my refills, she lets me know when my prescription is ready for pickup, which is good since I live in Canyon Lake I can plan to come in and know my prescription is ready..

Teresa Leon and the entire pharmacy staff at Dripping Springs pharmacy are absolutely amazing. Not only do they give exceptional customer service they call me they follow up with me when I walk in the door. They know my name they’re inside of the area is so much fun to Shop, especially during the holidays, they have the cutest Halloween decor. If you’re looking for a last-minute gift, this is the place to go. Every single staff member is nice and they actually care. I will only get my medication through this particular pharmacy even though I have to drive further because of how wonderful their customer services.

Excellent pharmacy. The staff are professional and caring. They also do compound prescriptions and provide free delivery. They also have curbside pickup if you don't want to go inside to get your prescription. They even special ordered and delivered medical equipment to me after my surgery! The pharmacists pay attention to all of your prescriptions and any allergies or special needs you have when filling a prescription to ensure there are no negative drug interactions or possible allergens that might impact you. Their prices are in line with other pharmacies, and considering the free delivery and other services, I feel they are an excellent value. This is a local pharmacy that's here to stay, and I highly recommend them!

I was so happy to find this outstanding compounding pharmacy when I moved here in 2020. Every person on their staff is excellent. They communicate with customers and also help out when physicians' offices are unhelpful. If a prescription looks wrong, they check into it. Most places just fill it and don't say anything. They also carry medical equipment, and if they don't have something you need, they will find it and order it for you.

They are super friendly and it's great to use an independent pharmacist that's local! They carry great supplements including Standard Process which I love!

This is the only place to get your compounded prescriptions from. Stephanie, the compounding pharmacist, is AMAZING!! So helpful and such an advocate for the patient ... and she will engage in text-based messages in order to provide the most thorough service she can. Plus, she pays attention - if a prescription doesn't look correct, she will reach out to the patient and then correct with your physician (other places would have just filled it as written). Parking lot is kind of a pain. Trust me, Stephanie is worth it!

My office in Oakhill has partnered with Martin's Wellness for the last 6 years to host a Flu Shot Clinic for our staff. They have such friendly people and we all seriously appreciate the convenience of getting our annual flu shot without having to take time off - especially now when we all want to avoid going to the doctors office right now and minimize our exposure to COVID!

I love small pharmacies. You usually find amazing customer service and unique items that you normally don't find at the large pharmacies. When I walked in for the first time I was greeted and assisted with finding my couple of items right away. The gentleman walked me to each item and explained how they were used. I'm a nurse so I already knew but it was nice to see that they gave me those directions without prompting. Will I go back? Of course why wouldn't I go to a place that makes sure I not only have the items that I need but also the knowledge of how to use them.

We have a couple of options in Dripping Springs. Walgreens and DSP. HEB is coming soon but I don't care much about that. Dripping Springs Pharmacy is a Good Neighbor pharmacy like People's Pharmacy in Austin. They offer this thing called Compounding. Compounding is the mixing of drugs to fit the unique needs of a patient (human or animal). This may be done for medically necessary reasons, such as to change the form of the medication from a solid pill to a liquid, to avoid a nonessential ingredient due to allergies, or to obtain the exact dose needed. It may also be done for voluntary reasons, such as adding favorite flavors to a medication. It was done regularly until medication dosages became controlled by the pharmaceutical companies. That's a very cool feature. Additionally, this small town has one of the best collections of homeopathic medicine around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like a person, not a number. I have always gotten exactly what I need. I can order my refills by phone and they even offer a delivery service! Finally, because of my peculiar illness, I cannot swallow most vitamins. Most of the health-food markets in town (who shall be nameless) have been... ah... completely apathetic in helping me find a vitamin that was smaller. It was like a coffee house experience where the staff neither knew nor cared. At DSP they knew exactly what I needed to do. I highly recommend using them... unless you just want to be a

You can go to big corporate pharmacy OR you can come to DS Pharmacy and have good old fashioned customer service AS GOOD AS IT GETS. I've lived here 12 years, and used them since day 1. As Walgreens and HEB opened, it gave folks a choice and mine still says, "BUY LOCAL". That is it, period, end of sentence!

The pharmacists are extremely friendly and helpful. It's great that they are a compounding pharmacy as well. We love this pharmacy.

It's great to do business with people that seem to care about you and not just want to hurry you up and wait on the next person. It's a pharmacy you can call in a prescription and they ask about the rest of your family. Well bless your heart, I guess customer service is not dead after all!

A far as pharmacy's go this is it in Drip. This is the one and only choice so I guess this is the best in town until H.E.B. shows up.

They messed up my RX instructions for my allergy meds... they would have had me taking twice the amount I was supposed to take! Thankfully, I had been taking them for awhile so I immediately caught the mistake and had them fix it. They also wanted to charge me the full price for an RX that was covered by my insurance. It took a bit of questioning to get to the bottom of it - but, basically, they didn't want to charge me just the $15 copay because they would lose money on the transaction. So I went to the another drugstore (starts with a W) where they were happy to fill my RX and charge me the copay.

Jim and Dorinda Martin and all of the staff are AWESOME!!!! One of heir pharmacists caught a potentially fatal drug interaction between one of my regular medications and one an ER doctor had prescribed! I am still here to write this review because of her! They also do price matching, so I know I am getting the best price in town.

I ordered a refill of my daughters compounded medication and went in three days later and it was still not filled. They never called to tell me they were behind. They said they could have it done in a few hours. I told them I couldn't wait because she's an infant! I had to leave and I said if that's the soonest than I'll have to be back in a few days because it's difficult for me to leave work early enough to get there. Several days later my husband went to pick it up and it was still not done! I'm taking my prescriptions someplace that can actually fill them on time!!!!

I grew up in DS and have aging relatives out there which unfortunately means more and more pharmacy needs. The folks here have gone above and beyond many times with friendly service and help with ordering medical devices and medicines, delivering medicines and working with us to help accommodate my schedule as I do not live out there and the ladies I am trying to help cannot drive themselves anywhere. They seem to understand the toll and effort it takes to keep things afloat. They seem to remember that there are some folks who need a little extra help and who have been living there for generations. I noticed some negative review experiences down below the raves. Can't blame someone for being upset over a bad experience but my gut feeling is that they would do their level best to make it right. I don't have anything bad to say about the HEB or Walgreen's out there--just that I have gotten good service above and beyond from these folks which I'm not sure either of the other Pharmacies could even offer.
