Our server Kenny was very kind and helpful with all our questions. All service members were kind and attentive. I enjoyed my hojicha tea while dining on Marufuku bites (Japanese steam buns with homemade pork chashu) as an appetizer and Chicken Paitan ramen. It was flavorful with the perfect portions of chicken (incredibly juicy), green onions, mushrooms, sprouts, and seasoned soft boiled egg. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his Hakata Tonkotsu ramen! If you like spicy, I recommend ordering your ramen medium. When dining in you have the option to increase your ramen spice level at your table. Overall the experience was great, we will definitely be dining here again! Our next visit will be to try their happy hour options M-Sun 3pm-5:30pm. Hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Upon finally having the opportunity to dine here, I found the overall experience to be a mix of highs and lows. While the service was commendable and the atmosphere exuded an appealing and vibrant energy, the culinary offerings were somewhat inconsistent. The fried chicken bao were a definite highlight, showcasing exceptional flavor and texture. However, the chicken ramen, which I had eagerly anticipated, was rather disappointing and fell short of expectations. The rice over chicken bowl was adequate, and the roasted chicken leg, which arrived sizzling on a hot skillet, was a respectable side dish. In conclusion, while the restaurant excels in creating a pleasant ambiance and providing attentive service, the food itself was a variable experience, with some dishes shining and others failing to impress.

Definitely one of best ramen spots we’ve ever found! We happened to stumble upon this spot for an early dinner on the way to a concert nearby since we were craving something warm and this definitely hit the spot! I got the vegetarian ramen and my friends each got a different type of ramen on the menu. Everyone loved their dish and wished we could have seconds! The spice was just right! Everyone said their broth was definitely flavorful. As for the vegetarian ramen, I was impressed with the amount of veggies and tofu, along with the depth of flavor this dish had. I love how each ramen on the menu already comes with just the right amount of toppings along with the soft boiled egg. Unlike other ramen places where you literally have to pay for each topping which should basically be part of the dish to begin with. I literally think about this ramen often as all the other ramen restaurants we’ve tried so far do not compare to this! But I definitely would recommend and plan to come back whenever I visit the area again!

The ramen is so delicious! Highly recommend. The waitress was very attentive and took her time to answer our questions. The buns are also really good.

Google
I was really looking forward to trying this place based on its high ratings, but it ended up being one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had in the past two years of exploring new spots. We ordered three dishes: Brussels Sprouts – Usually one of my go-to items, but these were deep-fried and completely lacked flavor. Just greasy with no seasoning or balance. Fried Shishito Peppers – The peppers themselves were fine, but the dipping sauce was off-putting and didn’t complement the dish at all. Vegetarian Ramen – This was the biggest letdown. The broth had zero depth or flavor, and overall the dish felt flat and thrown together. To make it worse, the vegetarian options were very limited and poorly executed. If you’re vegetarian or looking for plant-based dishes, this is not a good place. I rarely write negative reviews, but this meal felt like a total miss — especially given how well-rated the restaurant is.

Google
I was really surprised by how flavorful the soup was! The noodles were on point too. It tasted as I felt I was in Japan eating the ramen. Everything was great except the price…

Google
They've decorated the place really nicely. The chicken ramen is so creamy that you can't even tell it is chicken. Usually, chicken broth isn't this good. The chicken karaage was crispy and juicy. The hakata ramen was so good, I'd say it was better than Hiro Nori. Give it a try! Plus, they have Bruery and Harland on tap. A+

Google
Lucio service was top notch. Answer everything we need to know before order. Ramen was excellent soup was so tasty and creamy. Will be back again soon for sure.

Yelp
Favorite ramen place in Irvine, very full of sodium lol but SO SO GOOD, always my favorite place to stop

Yelp
Marufuku Ramen is an easy 5 stars. The service is always great and the food comes out fast which is a huge plus when you're craving ramen. Everything here tastes authentic and the menu has plenty of options so everyone can find something they love. We're obsessed with the broth. It's rich, flavorful and honestly so delicious every single time. Whether we're grabbing a quick bowl or settling in for a cozy meal, Marufuku never misses. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Came here for the first time after a friend's recommendation. When I first walked in, the hostess was busy on the phone so I just checked into the tablet for yelp. I sat inside by the chairs waiting for her to call us or acknowledge us, but she kept herself busy. We then saw other people who had checked in after us just tell the hostess they're going to just sit in the empty seats in the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't full, so we thought we'd be seated quickly, so when she sat people who came in after us, we realized they don't even check the yelp check in, you just need to ask them to be seated. When we finally got seated, nobody came to get our orders too. We waited for a while until we were able to flag down a servers attention to finally put in our orders. The ramen itself was mediocre, definitely better ramen spots in Irvine. The broth was a little too salty and the ramen noodles itself are thin, not your typical thicker chewy ramen noodles. Given the poor service and mediocre food, would probably not come back again as there are plenty of better ramen options around.

Yelp
We indulged in three items from their menu and they were absolutely scrumptious! Will definitely visit again 1. Spicy TanTan Men 2. Chicken Karage 3. Marufuku Bites - Japanese steamed buns filled with homemade pork chashu (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!)

Yelp
I had no idea Marufuku Ramen had expanded outside of San Francisco at all until my former co-worker suggested that we have lunch here. I honestly had been quite underwhelmed by my visit to the SF location. But since it was his call, I agreed to it. Ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu (mild) with no add-ons since I wasn't particularly hungry. I guess it was fine? Tonkotsu broth was pretty flavorful and the right amount of rich without being overwhelming, with mild providing a very...well, mild kick. I'm not the biggest fan of Hakata-style ramen noodles, but they did well to hold the flavor of the broth. Pork was fine. Solid bowl, nothing special to me. Staff here were friendly, no complaints. I might have to try the Hakata Tonkotsu DX for a real comparison since that is what I had in SF. But for this visit, the ramen did not offend me.
google avatar

Yelp
Easy to order takeout online through delivery services. The dishes are described well. The packaging was nice, to avoid making the noodles and additions soggy, separating them from tbe broth. The tonkatsu flavor was decent. The noodles had a good bite. The pork pieces weren't very flavorful on their own. The shrimp tempura bao buns had no flavor. The pork ones were much better. The place was packed on a week night, with seating inside and outside.

Yelp
Dined here a couple of times, and ordered almost the same dishes both times. I do like me a good bowl of vegetable ramen, and this restaurant doesn't disappoint with all of the wonderful variety of tasty vegetable toppings in their vegetable ramen. My only complaint is that this most recent visit the broth seemed to get saltier and saltier the more of it that I ate that I actually ended up leaving all of the broth and more than half of the dish at the end because of it. I don't remember there being so much sodium in this dish the last time I had ordered it. Still a quite tasty dish, although I don't think I should return too often because of the heavy sodium content.

Yelp
I as hankering for some ramen for dinner, the husband saw a place that he wanted to try out. It's a Tuesday night, just days before Thanksgiving, the parking lot was full, had to wait for someone to leave. Upon entering the restaurant, the chatter of the patrons was loud, there was outdoor seating available so we opted for that instead. The evening was clear and cool, the sun had set, there's heating lamps above the tablet, it made it comfortable. Ordered the tonkatsu ramen. The soup was the best part of the ramen experience ! Good and rich, it must have been cooking for hours. Had a several spoons full of the soup before diving into the noodles. We also ordered the gyoza and the Marufuku bites for appetizers. The gyoza wrappers were a bit fluffy, more like a pastry than a thin skin type wrapper. The soy sauce went well with it. The Marufuku bites were good, we think it needed a more intense marination or more mayo, or a touch of the soy sauce that came with the gyoza. The wait staff were wonderful.

Yelp
FOOD: The Ramen here was soooo good! Very flavorful!! You can taste the quality in every bite! I had the Chicken Paitan Ramen and it was very good! I really enjoyed it. This was one of the better Ramen places I've been to. SERVICE: The service was good. DECOR/AMBIANCE: It's not too big, but not small either, but there is seating outside as well, which was nice. The decor is modern and clean. Love the industrial touches with the lighting around the restaurant. There is sushi bar style seating as well, which is cool. I will definitely be back here to try more Ramen!
google avatar

Yelp
My husband and I really liked this place but there were a few times the broth was too salty. I really like the Chicken Paitan Ramen while he gets the Hokato Tonkatsu. Once, we got the DX version, but the chicken thigh piece didn't feel worth it so now we only get the ramen. Overall the broth is really rich in flavor so I do recommend this place. Plus there is plenty of seating, particularly if you are okay with sitting outside. The service is always nice as well.

Yelp
I've had marufuku ramen in San Francisco and I loved it so I was excited to see they have a location down in SoCal! It's about $20 for the lowest price ramen / none of the extra toppings and whatnot. The noodles and broth is what hits for me. The texture of the ramen is great and the broth is super tasty too. I was actually in the plaza to eat brunch with my bf next door at burnt crumbs and decided to just order a bowl of ramen to add to our meal. The waitress was very nice and brought the bowl out for us. She even offered water for myself and my pup! Highly recommend this place and shout out to the lovely waitress!

Yelp
Marufuku Ramen is serving up some delicious and authentic ramen bowls! This spot is located in the same plaza where Whole Foods is. There is a good amount of parking in the plaza. Wifey and I pulled up for dinner with the fam and were seated right away upon arrival. They have a cozy and casual setup with seating both indoors and outdoors in their patio. For their menu, they have different ramen, rice, and side dishes to choose from. Wifey opted for the Hakata Tonkotsu DX and I got the Chicken Paitan DX. Both bowls of ramen were delicious with creamy broths! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. If you are ever looking for some authentic and delicious ramen in the Irvine area then you got to check this spot out!

Yelp
Best ramen in South OC. We ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu and it was so scrumptious. The broth was rich and flavorful. They also made sure to include a lot of different toppings such as the egg, mushrooms, green onions and sprouts. The shrimp tempura buns were also delicious and the shrimp inside was crispy. It's surprising to see a ramen restaurant that is not stingy about making a quality bowl of ramen in this economy. Just because of that, I would say that this restaurant beats all the other well-known local ramen restaurants in this area and I would actually go out of my way to come here for ramen. The service here is excellent. They are friendly and welcoming. Parking wasn't too bad since it's in outdoor plaza with many spots and if you come at an off-hour, there's plenty. They have outdoor seating as well if you want to bring your pets. Great experience overall and I would definitely say this ramen restaurant deserves a solid 5 stars.

Yelp
Tried this Ramen spot last night and I would give it a solid 3.75/5. We got their chicken karaage as the appetizer and then the chicken paitan, and their tonkotsu ramen for the main course. The fried chicken was pretty tasty, only thing was that it was a little too oily for me. The ramen's however were delicious. The broths were super savory and flavorful and they had a perfect ratio of noodles to broth. The meat was also cooked and seasoned well. Staff were okay and the ambiance was average. Our waiter was attentive for the most part but seemed to have a bit of an attitude for some reason. I thought he might be having a bad day but after reading some of the other recent reviews, it seems to be common. In terms of the restaurant, it was big with lots of seating. They have both inside and outside seating and have a typical Ramen restaurant vibe. Overall: Food - 4.5/5 Staff - 3/5 Ambiance - 4/5

Yelp
Located at the plaza located opposite of Spectrum Center, this place chosen because I got my furry baby with me and offer outdoor seating. Upon arriving, I went inside to notify the staff. Upon setting up table I don't see there is standardized set up such as chop stick and napkin in addition to side plate. Even after serving the appetizer the octopus leg. The rice bowl is cute for $8 and tasted fine (note that portion is like kids meal) While my Hakata Tonkotsu ramen, the broth is super rich in flavor and medium spicy is good for someone who just wants to have a little kick and it comes with whole egg which I think it is quite generous. My advice to this business probably the outdoor area is more to be paid attention to coz most of the good comment comes from customers who dine in inside.

Yelp
This review is a tip for the OG regulars, people that work in the area, and vegetarians that want to mix up their usual order and try an amazing flavor combo!! And it's super healthy and soo perfect for this warm weather! I put together my favorite rice bowl in the area with some of my favorite Marufuku items and it's so good I had to share. Here's the recipe: - Order a chashu bowl and sub with tofu - Order your fav ramen toppings. I do boiled egg, mushrooms, and bamboo!! (obsessed) - Add toppings to your rice bowl and drizzle their chilli oil and chilli powder. This is soo delicious and well balanced. The green onions and pickled radish are so so good on this. YUM. I feel this bowl deserves a name... maybe "Chashumami"? The whole thing together came to about $15 and it's super filling and satisfying. Anyway, it's so good. I love Marufuku!!

Amy C.

Yelp
I came around 6:15pm during the week, and there were plenty of seats. We ordered the pork broth spicy ramen, pork broth spicy ramen DX, and a plate of gyoza. The food came out within 5-10 minutes, which was so quick. Maybe that's why the food tasted like it had been reheated briefly before serving. The regular pork broth ramen had two thin, dry pieces of pork that were not chashu. The flavor and the texture of the broth were good, but the broth was lukewarm, not hot enough. And the gyoza was the same. Didn't taste fresh, and it was lukewarm, like they reheated it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Since there are so many good ramen places in the Irvine/Costa Mesa area, I don't think I need to come back here for their food.

Yelp
Parking is in a shared lot, no issues finding any. Inside is nicely decorated. Service was fast & friendly. I got the hakata tonkatsu which was a perfect portion & delicious. Also love the gyoza that was steamed but crispy bottom. Would reccomend to anyone. Noodles were perfectly cooked & I enjoyed the broth!

Yelp
Been here a few times and it never disappoints! I've tried a great amount of ramen spots around OC and LA. Prior to going to Japan, I didn't have much expectations with ramen and just thought everything was good. After going to Japan, my standards just kinda went up with ramen places (Odd, I know). To be honest, I've kind of stopped craving ramen here back home until I tried Marufuku (late to the game, and this review is over due I know but we're not the type to drive far for restaurants). I'd say this place is the most comparable tonkatsu ramen you can get here to Japan, in my opinion. Shin Sen Gumi and Hakata Ikkousha Ramen are pretty comparable too but I think Marufuku takes the cake for being most comparable. The broth is just sooo good and the noodles are thin, which I always prefer. I enjoy the bowl of ramen so much that I always finish it. Appetizers are pretty decent, we had the takoyaki and kaarage the first time and they were okay. We had the Marufuku bites and squid legs the second time and I def prefer those two way more. Service is great too, servers are so friendly and the food comes out so quick. You can tell they work very efficiently just like in Japan. Such an authentic Japanese ramen place, the bowls are cute too. Highly highly recommend, it's really close to what you can get in Japan. imo.

Yelp
as someone who was born and raised in the bay area, i was so SURPRISED to see that marufuku has a location in irvine?! it's soooo popular back in the bay especially at their sf japantown location. so visiting this location was a shock to just walk in without a line lmaoooo i would say the food consistency is the same and equally as good as the one in sf. creamy and light broth with a good amount of ramen noodles and tender pieces of cha siu YUMMMMM! i do like their thin noodles compared to other places that may be slightly thicker. highly recommend !! also service is pretty fast and servers are nice!
google avatar

Rachel T.

Yelp
Trying Marufuku ramen for the first without knowing they have so many locations! (+) They give you a full boiled egg!! Lol not like many other places only give half an egg.It was a pleasant experience to have ramen here , you can see the richness of the broth in this picture. Noodles texture was thin, not too cheewy, nicely soaked in the well seasoned broth. Broth is not too salty. They have their own ceramic designed bowl, which I thought was pretty cool . The service was professional, fast and the server will constantly check on you. We came at slow time early morning, I heard there is a waitlist if you come at lunch
google avatar

Tiffany K.

Yelp
Marufuku will never not hit!!! I'm obsessed with their Hakata tonkotsu ramen. It has the perfect variety of toppings and I love adding corn it goes so well with everything in there. The broth is not too heavy especially for a tonkotsu, and their noodles are thin and cooked just enough so they're still firm and chewy. I also love that they have the chili powder at the table so you can make it a little spicy. We also tried the fried squid legs for the first time and OMG. This was seriously amazing they were so light and crispy and wasn't fishy at all. I've always had a great experience with the service here, the food usually comes relatively quick, and the inside is very nice and clean. It can get pretty busy here at dinner time or on the weekends so look out for that!

Yelp
10/10 Recommend! Ramen was insanely good! We had the Hakata Tonkotsu Dx and Chicken Paitan Dx ramen -- both delicious, but the Hakata Tonkotsu Dx definitely takes the win unless you prefer chicken. The gyoza was solid, and the Geso Fry was a standout -- definitely a must-try appetizer! I also got the Sakura Lemonade, which was ridiculously delicious. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving great ramen and good vibes!

Yelp
Server Diana was so kind and in flow with supporting us during our meal. She guided us through the menu with ease, offering recommendations that felt intuitive and thoughtful. I often find myself overthinking what to order, but she understood exactly what I was asking and made the process effortless. Her attentiveness truly elevated the experience, and both the service and the meal were exceptional. We ordered the deluxe Hakata Ramen, which my partner says is always the dish to try, along with the Geso Fries and the Ichigo Drink. Everything was beautifully balanced and deeply satisfying. The bamboo shoots were a unique touch compared to what I usually get, and I found them surprisingly delightful. The broth was rich and flavorful, creating a sense of comfort with every bite. The ambience was stunning, with perfect lighting that added to the restorative energy of the evening. Even the hand-crafted pottery dishes enhanced the feeling of care and artistry that went into the experience. We left feeling nourished, enriched, and very much looking forward to returning.

Yelp
Loveeeee this spot! The ramen here is soooo good. Always get the DX ramen if you can and you will not regret it! For apps, i definitely recommend the baos and the chicken karaage. If you love pork, the buta kakuni is yummy too! They have kyoto beers here and my personal fav is the yuzu ale! It's a low lit and easy going type of vibe in the restaurant. Perfect for meeting up with friends or a casual date night! Everyone is lovely here and the staff are always so kind. Oh there's a DX that's limited daily (i forget the name!) but if it's available, get it!!
google avatar

Ima M.

Yelp
This is by far the best Ramen for us. We drive 50 min from LA to have this. Our favorite!!! The flavor of the broth and texture of the noodles is always the same. So perfect. I recommend the Hakata DX. The Karaage Chicken bowl is my appetizer, fire!!! Thanks Kenny for serving us so attentive.
google avatar

Betty T.

Yelp
Decided to eat in on a random weeknight. There was plenty of parking in the lot, and no line. There were only a few parties dining in. Service was prompt. I ordered the chicken paitan ramen and it came out quickly. The ramen was very flavorful AND light at the same time. The pictures make the broth look thick and heavy, but that was not the case. Will definitely be back when I have a craving for chicken broth ramen.

Yelp
First time at Marufuku Ramen and I was torn to say the least. The food, 4-5 stars. The service 1-2 stars. We'll cut it down the middle and settle on 3 stars. Firstly, we went in around 6pm on a Sunday and it was not nearly as busy as expected. Granted it is the last weekend before Christmas so most of the crowds were at the malls as opposed to restaurants. Dining area inside is sizable and they also had plenty of outdoor seating as well. Noise level was not too bad (I don't recall music being played, it was just the sounds of conversations and the kitchen) We were seated quickly and were waiting on the remainder of our party to arrive. The waiter came over to take our orders and initially we were going to place our food orders but then decided to wait just a bit longer so that we could order with our whole party present. This seemed to annoy him a bit even with us apologizing for being an inconvenience. Once he took our orders the food was brought out rather quickly by a staff member that clearly was a food runner as opposed to a waiter. He was hasty in how he called out the menu items he was setting down and when asking for clarification on what was what he also seemed annoyed. Throughout our meal we had asked several of the "runners" for water, each would acknowledge but never actually came back with water. Only when we were able to catch our waiter did we get refills of our water. I came to the conclusion that there were only 2 (possibly 3) waiters working and the other 2-3 employees were food runners/bus boys. Regardless they could have gotten us water without having us wait for our waiter. As a whole, the service was simply lacking with very little attention to the tables. Now the food was great, I ordered their tonkatsu ramen, ultra spicy, with spinach noodles. Chefs kiss (the noodles were so bouncy given that they were spinach noodles!) The spice level was ok but not super spicy so I opted to add more of the seasoning that was available on the table. The portion was ok but, for $18 I would definitely consider it on the smaller side. The broth was rich and with deep flavor. Their sodas are canned not fountain. Overall good ramen, lackluster service, but worth a visit if you're in the area! They're located right next to Irvine spectrum, in the Whole Foods plaza.

Yelp
Great staff Avg in taste Wish the ramen was better but it was simply avg at best Everything else was great

Yelp
We came here for lunch with a dog and there was very nice outdoor seating. The service was great and the food came pretty quickly. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
Seriously amazing ramen in Irvine Service was amazing, we were able to customize our meal. Ambiance was modern and popping!
google avatar

Ena C.

Yelp
This is my go to ramen in Irvine. The ramen is always a good size and they let you substitute things out. The broth is rich but not too overpowering. The noodles are always just right. All the appetizers come out fresh, we usually get the takoyaki and they are always steaming inside. I never really need to wait when I get there. There are also really big tables so if you have a big party it's pretty easy to size the whole party.
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
The ramen here is serviceable. They use the thinner noodles which isn't my preference but it's decently al dente. Bowls are small so somewhat deceiving but the servings are actually quite filling. Ramen also comes with a soft boiled egg which they admittedly do quite well. Also had the chicken kaarage which was okay. I wouldn't order it again. The breaded was caked on and when you bit into it came off like a shell. Relatively dry as well which I wasn't a fan of. Overall for the food it was okay but I believe there are quite a few better places in the area. Come and make your own opinion. Came for a quick dinner with a friend before we went to a friends house. Service was fast and attentive.
google avatar

Cathlyn D.

Yelp
I'll be honest I wasn't that impressed especially comparing to other ramen spots in OC. I had high hopes due to the amount of reviews this place had but it truly wasn't anything special. We stumbled upon this place after searching for a dog friendly restaurant near Spectrum. I will admit they were extremely dog friendly and very sweet to our pup so the service was amazing. The 3 stars is purely for the food. I felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality and was lacking some flavor. The chicken had a great crunch to it but the sauce was unimpressive (just mayo sprinkled with seasoning). However I will give them kudos for the presentation. Overall, the vibe was great due to the service and great location. Probably would not come back though
google avatar

Sebastian T.

Yelp
Jessie is a very wonderful server who let us enjoy our dinner while still making sure we were taken care of. The food came out faster than quick and was super delicious. I got the spicy tantan and it was spicy but perfectly balanced with the creaminess of the broth. My boyfriend also ate here but I don't remember what he ordered. We also got the takoyaki that was delicious. This whole shopping center was very aesthetically pleasing and the lighting and ambience were perfect for our date night.
google avatar

Esli P.

Yelp
The ambiance was amazing, the restaurant is beautifully designed and the service was great. We joined the waitlist and were seated quickly, which I appreciated. The chicken karaage was excellent, crispy and flavorful, easily 5 stars. The ramen fell short. The chashu pork was hardly there, the egg was just a plain whole soft-boiled egg- I don't think it was seasoned and the presentation was lacking most restaurants cut the seasoned egg in half, lastly the noodles were average. The broth, however, was the highlight! Rich, creamy, and full of umami, a true 10/10. Overall, a mixed experience that left me a bit underwhelmed.

Jashua P.

Yelp
Wait! I didn't leave a review for this spot?!?! Marufuku is pretty much the best Ramen in Irvine. Way better than that silver lake place. The atmosphere is upscale and chill. Very comfy spot with clean bathrooms, happy faces and free parking. The service is quick too! Go try it. This place is seriously good though a little spendy.
google avatar

Katie P.

Yelp
Tried for takeout. The ramen was flavorful but the egg was overcooked. Will try again for dine in service.
google avatar

Vivian T.

Yelp
I love the ramen here, but the most recent time I went was a little disappointing because it wasn't as good as I remembered! Ramen noodles were a bit on the soft side. Chicken karaage was not super crispy. Not a terrible experience, but not what I hoped it would be either. Service was quick. Ambiance is nice and modern inside. Decently busy in a Saturday afternoon but didn't have to wait to get seated. I've been here a handful of times before so I'm hoping next time will be better!
google avatar

Elisa G.

Yelp
I came over to check out this place today and it smells so good inside! They do have gluten-free options but I'm getting something for the bf since he loves ramen. He said the broth is complex and interesting and he loves it.

Yelp
Stopped by Marufuku for some ramen for lunch. Service was attentive and friendly. I love that they do substitutions here. I can't have bean sprouts and they let me switch them out for corn. The selection of ramen was not big, but you can customize the spice level. I got mild for a little spicy kick and it made the ramen taste better. * Hakata Tonkotsu 4/5 - The ramen broth and noodles were very tasty. I usually prefer thicker noodles, but the thinner noodles were pretty good. This ramen came with kikurage mushrooms, soft boiled egg, and 1 small chashu meat. I liked all the toppings except the chashu meat. It was tender, though small and thin. The issue was with the flavor. It tasted odd and didn't go well with the ramen. It was like the type of salty, marinated chashu meat you'd serve separately on a bowl of rice, not the typical ramen chashu meat.

Yelp
I come here often and it's always delicious! Kenny was especially a great server, kind and attentive to my group even when we were sitting outside. Food always comes out quickly and is well presented :) Will keep coming back for a yummy and well priced meal!

Yelp
Visited on a Friday late afternoon. Parking was free and ample right in front of the store. It was moderately busy with 3 tables occupied inside. We were seated right away. Our server Claudia (?) / Claudine (?) / Claudette (?) was mostly prompt and our orders arrived pretty quickly. Water and napkins ran out at some point. Our server never came to our table to ask if we needed anything or how the food was. She was busy chatting in the kitchen while staring me down the whole time. Imagine how awkward it is to make eye contact with a server 4-5 times while eating? The food itself was pretty decent and I enjoyed every bite of it. I was surprised to see beni shouga tossed in as a garnish. Not very common to see those in noodles/ broth based food but it did add a nice contrasting flavor. The gyoza was tasty. I would be curious to order takoyaki the next time instead. Rounding up a 3.5 into a 4 star because of delicious meals and otherwise ok service. I wouldn't mind revisiting if I'm in the area again.

Yelp
There was no wait on a Sunday for lunch -- we were seated almost immediately. Great, friendly, and helpful service! It was such a nice day to sit outside. The ramen was flavorful and they give a substantial amount of noodles. The iced matcha was also refreshing.

Yelp
A good spot when you feel like ramen and want something to hit the spot. We tried the Hakata Tokotsu and the Chicken Paitan and both were good, nothing crazy but good. They are conservative on the spiciness level so I'd definitely get a spicier level next time as my medium spicy was less than a mild elsewhere. Service was great and they have a smooth process, on weekend evenings I'd definitely get on the waitlist from yelp instead of waiting to get there. We went on a rainy Saturday and definitely had to wait about 30/40 minutes so plan ahead! The place itself is also nice and there's plenty of parking within the mall

Yelp
The broth on the ramen is amazing and they are so creative with how they put the food together. Best soup I've had ever. Service was good as well.

Yelp
Came here last Sunday for lunch and loved it! The ramen was super flavorful (tonkotsu is a must), and the karaage chicken was crispy and delicious. Our server Phyllis was awesome--she suggested what to order and totally nailed it. Friendly service, tasty food, and a cozy spot. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
The ramen is absolutely delicious. The gyoza wasn't cooked to perfection but it was yummy.

Yelp
I love how rich the broth is for their ramen. It's always too much noodle for me so I ask for half noodle and that's perfect for me. My son and husband get the regular noodle portion. The service is always amazing. The past few times I've been here we've been helped by Xóchitl. She is friendly and efficient. The rest of the team is also great. Your table is always kept clean and water glasses are always refilled.
