had the pleasure of dining at this one-star Michelin restaurant, and I was blown away by the focus on showcasing the freshest produce of Vigo ie seafood.
The slightly poached razor clams on pea sauce were a highlight, with the sweetness of the clams perfectly balanced by the subtle freshness of the peas. The starter of the truffle mushroom ball was delightful, with the earthy flavor of the truffle adding depth to the dish.
The seafood selection was impressive, with beautifully prepared seabass and ray that melted in my mouth. While some of the dishes had a slightly acidic tone, it added a refreshing quality to the meal.
Overall, this restaurant is worth a visit for anyone looking to experience the best of Vigo's seafood.
