Marv and Ben is easily one of the top three restaurants I’ve ever been to—all things considered. (Honestly, even better than some three-Michelin-star places I’ve tried.) We opted for the six-course menu, and it did not disappoint. The food was exceptional and wasn’t too filling with perfectly balanced flavors—nothing was too overpowering, and everything just worked together beautifully. One thing that really stood out was the fish dishes. They were incredibly fresh and didn’t have that fishy taste, which made it enjoyable for everyone.
Now, the real game changer was the juice pairing—super unique and way more interesting than I expected. Each juice was paired so well with the food, and it just made for a really fun and different experience, especially for those who don’t want to drink alcohol.
As for service, it was accommodating, and the staff were flexible with our food requests. I mean, it was good—casual, friendly, and what you’d expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Nothing too special, though.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely visit again. Honestly, based on taste alone, I’d say Marv and Ben is deserving of a Michelin star.
