Closed because of the heat? It’s barely triple digit. It’s nowhere near the heat waves we have been having in the past few years. So why were they closed for the first triple digit degree day this summer?!?!?? The only thing that is less expensive than elsewhere is maybe their carts. So bypass they may not even be open. Green nugget has a great rewards point system!!

This place is the worst cannabis store in all of Spokane. Their inventory sucks, employees suck, and management. Go anywhere else and you will have better luck. And they close the entire store because of the “Heat.” Not like the work is hard labor that most people are doing in this 96 degree heat. You, Mary Jane’s, are a joke. Just close your doors for good.

Don't bother the temperament of the staff goes with the weather. You ask a question and nobody knows anything or it's the other managers fault or they say naw we don't do that. It's really sad your a pot shop this should be a chill environment not a idk how to ring up things up. And a side note they still allow you to order on Leafly but when you do they say we are getting rid of that program or I have no idea what your talking about. And this has been going on since right after 420. Why have an app that I can order from and the shop updates daily but won't honor? If you don't plan on using a app then turn it off. All in all drive 5 more mins in any direction and skip the joy of angry dispensary staff. " you sell pot what is there to be mad about?"

Staff was abrupt and short with me. Rushed me from the moment I got in the door. Wasn't helpful with my oil selection just rushed me, so I didn't get any. I'll be getting my oil elsewhere. Terrible customer service and rude.

This shop is slowly becoming one of my favorites!! I'm getting to know a few of the employees, & there all very informative and nice!! I hope they continue to have good sales on there carts 🤞🤞.. (one day "sale day" I got 2 full gram carts for 15$ a pop, (that's what I'm looking for, & was stoked when I went & they where stocked up!! But two days ago I went in & there best deal on a full g cart was (25$) so I guess it goes up n down depending on sales?? One other thing last time I was in, I was taking pictures, so I could do a good review, "after I purchased 2 carts, (& a couple employee told me I had to leave??? & I respect if that's a rule the owners told the budtenders to uphold, I can't get mad at that, (but I think most costumers would agree with me that there should be a couch & chill zone for friends/family waiting for who there with to buy what they came for, & to just get to know your costumers better as well.. (my family owns a "HEAD SHOP IN THE RENO/LAKE TAHOE AREA THAT SELLS EVERYTHING FROM PREMIUM GLASS TO CLOTHING & EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN, & WE CREATED A LOUNGE OF SOURTS FOR OUR CUSTOMER'S TO FEEL AT HOME WHEN THEY CAME TO SPEND MONEY IN OUR STORE, & PEOPLE LOVE IT, & WE GOT TO KNOW OUR CUSTOMER'S MUCH BETTER, & WE HAD A SIMILAR SIZE PLACE THAT MARY JANES DOES, (SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT "OWNERS" NO ONE FEELS GOOD BEING TOLD (YOU HAVE TO LEAVE, YA KNO) BUT ALL THAT ASIDE IF THE SALES KEEP COMING, SO WILL MYSELF & MY FRIENDS/FAMILY!! CANT get a cartridge for less than $20, almost twice as much as everywhere else in town. Such a rip off every time I’ve ever been there, absolutely would not give them my business if the location was not so convenient. I try to avoid going here if I can help it. Your points and loyalty won’t help you either.

Average weed spot, when they first opened it was bumping hard, then they got a citation closed for a minute n reopened n it's never been the same.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Mary Jane's is hands down one of the worst cannabis retail experiences I've ever had. The service is consistently unhelpful and unfriendly, with staff that seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. Management is clearly absent or indifferent--issues go unresolved, and there's no sense of accountability. As for the selection, it's shockingly poor. The shelves are either half-empty or stocked with low-quality products that most other dispensaries wouldn't bother carrying. There's no effort to offer variety or stay current with what's actually in demand. Frankly, this place is doing the industry a disservice. My suggestion? Close your doors for good and stop wasting people's time. There are far better-run shops out there that actually respect their customers and know what they're doing

Sold me a broken item and wouldn't even come outside to see that it was broken or to show me I will never come here again they are not about customer service they deserve a zero

This is an awful place. A staff sold me the wrong joints, I brought them back, they wouldn't exchange them for the right ones. They wouldn't take them back at all!!!!! They hadn't even been touched!!! I was out like $38 and with the wrong joints. They need to not smoke weed and work because they OBVIOUSLY can't handle it. Also, this is the second time it's happened. Not only that but there is one employee that was very rude, rushed me, and then gave me the wrong joint last time! I think they need to hire smarter people or not let them smoke weed during work hours. Very dissatisfying and money thieves.

Just went in to buy some concentrates, only had $100 bill on me. Cashier said can't take it he doesn't have change for it. Wtf? What kind of cash only business doesn't have change? What kind of business in general doesn't have change for you lol. Spent a lot of money here over the last year. Will not be back haha. What a joke

I'm a veteran I went in there to give him my VA ID so I can get some weed and he wouldn't take it and I'm a vet it was illegal ID they need to fix that he was rude very unprofessional

I needed this place after the morning I've had. The crew is always friendly and accommodating, honest about the weed strains and just good people. Fair priced and clean. I highly recommend!

Super friendly, super helpful, decent prices and loyalty program. They're one of the few that I visit or even recommend.

Stopped by for an indica, ask for a strong indices. The bud tender took me to Silvertip. I thought this was a sativa hybrid but she assured me this was a strong indica. After smoking half a joint I realized it was a sativa dominant hybrid. Normally a 60% sativa 40% indica hybrid. Couldn't find anywhere it was an indica. Sad that she lacks the basics of being a bud tender. Look it up if you don't know, but don't bs the customers. I remember now why I skip Maryjanes and hit the Green Nugget or Lovely buds!

I'm giving mj a 4 such is the highest I've given any store&i've visited them all.They are honest ya they try &upsale but that's their job.But,the don't B.S. you.if they don't know they get someone who does&if not they are honest&say "I don't know" I love it.As much as I love the respect they have for their customers.and prices are the fairest in town

A terrific dispensary with honestly friendly sales people. MJ's carries a wide variety of buds, flowers, concentrates, edibles and CBD products that are reasonably priced. I have yet to find a more inviting place to enter and I've been around. A DanDLion Joint

Every time I go here, there seems to be some sort of conflict going on between staff and customers or a fight in the parking lot. Prices are also pretty high too.

Staff is terrible and ignore you until theyte done with they're conversations and then proceed to be rude

Mary Janes, where they value tweakers over employees. Don't recommend this dispensary. Drive down the street to lovely buds or the hidden joint. Anywhere BUT Mary Jane's. All their sales contain almost expired items or bud that's been in the shop almost a year due to no one wanting them. I always get extremely dry not very good bud from here. More so on sales.
