EDIT: I implore everyone to read my review and then read the owner's bratty, rude tantrum below. The owner clearly can not read , as she thinks I said the "handmade fries" were somehow packaged pre-made. Handmade, means you made them yourself. My point was they are nothing more than handmade fries cut smaller. No onions, nothing special added. She also thinks my mouth cannot tell temperatures like hot and cold. I said the fruit was cold and the strawberry was actually frozen. That does not mean it is packaged frozen fruit, ma'am. It means your chef doesn't think to thaw out the fruit before putting it on warm french toast. I have been eating french toast for some 50 years, and yours is the first establishment to serve ice cold fruit fresh from the fridge or freezer on hot french toast. Congratulations on your bad culinary ideas. My point about the tip is I did tip at the beginning and then regretted it when the service was poor. You can make excuses all you want, but your front of house worker said she thought you were out of the boysenberry syrup (after saying she brought me the wrong one because she forgot what I ordered - great service) but would keep looking, as if you might have it but she and your cook have no idea... just gonna have to guess or assume we don't. She didn't look for it. Also nice save on the pastry packing, but when I had to go in and ask for my stuff as I was leaving 30 minutes later, she apologized and said, "I completely forgot." She wasn't waiting like you want to pretend. She admitted she couldn't remember to finish serving one customer before she moved on to two more who came in after me, and luckily didn't purchase my goods.

REVIEW: Went and had breakfast here today. Been meaning to try it for awhile. Went a few weeks back at 2 pm on a Thursday and found it locked up and closed, despite Yelp saying they are open til 3 pm. There are no signs with hours posted, so I can't tell you what their hours are, unfortunately. Basically, it's a very tiny place with one large communal table inside, and outdoor seating in front or out the back in a not so nice looking back alley. They took an old drive-thru milk place and refurbished it into what looks like an old-fashioned rural corner store. They have a couple of spots in a tiny lot, but street parking is plentiful. Inside, you can order breakfast or sandwiches and smoothies or tea/coffee drinks, and they will bring them out to you. They also sell some pastries like coffee cake, sugar cookies, brownies, and ube brownies.
The breakfast food is decent if not particularly memorable or uplifted. I would give the food 3 stars. However, the service was not good. The girl behind the counter was completely friendly, but she was very absent-minded. I had ordered some pastries, and she forgot to box them up for me until I finished my meal and had to come back in and ask if she was planning to ever box my pastries. I had also ordered a rose latte, the brioche french toast with boysenberry syrup, and sides of bacon and the breakfast potatoes. My first annoyance with the food was that they had no boysenberry syrup. I doubt they make it from scratch, so if they were running out, why not order more awhile ago? Then the berries on the french toast were first of all sparse, but oddest of all they were either freezing cold or actually frozen in the case of the strawberry. Frozen fruit on hot french toast? Never seen that before and it isn't a pleasant experience to the mouth. The toast itself was pleasant enough, but once again not elevated in anyway. It was the most basic type of french toast one could have. The bacon was bacon and fine. The potatoes were possibly the highlight of the food, which is odd since they were nothing more than handmade shoestring fries that had been cut up into smaller pieces before being fried. Still, they were seasoned well. The rose latte also didn't taste like rose at all at first. Until I let it sit awhile and got about a 1/3 in, then suddenly the rose flavor hit. It's a nice coffee drink, which I would recommend, but for awhile there I thought I had mistakenly just gotten a regular latte.
Considering you place your order at a counter and all they do is bring the food to you, I guess I felt awkward about tipping. Once I couldn't get the syrup I ordered, and the girl couldn't remember to box all the pastries I just ordered and paid for, I began to question if I should've tipped at all. This is why tipping is usually reserved for the end of the meal. As I said repeatedly, food was okay but no big whoopie. There are better places within the same driving distance to my home. I'm sure I'll just go to the other, better, more exciting places than be rushing back here anytime soon. Avoid.
