A really great spot to unwind! The staff were very attentive, service was very quick, and the food and drinks were delicious. I typically enjoy regular cocktails and wine but gave the mocktails a go as I wasn’t much in the mood for alcohol but had booked ahead for my holiday. They were honestly so good that I didn’t feel like I was missing out!

We had a lovely time here. The place was cosy and quiet with friendly and attentive staff. We didn't eat, but had a few different cocktails. The Negroni and the lemon cocktail were delicious.

Abandoned and neglected. Could’ve gotten better service at the local pub. AVOID THE BURGER, thick undercooked + unflavoured meat and dry bun. For such a nice/upmarket bar, the service was NOT up to par. Nearly two full plates of food were cleared from the table and not a question asked by the server. Then abandoned for close to an hour, seemed like other tables experienced this too. Water jug was cleared with entrees and no replacement. Wasn’t asked for a second round of drinks. We wanted dessert but I guess not. Maccas soft serve will have to do. Overall very disappointed, in the past the service here has been great and so has the food. Not sure what was in the air tonight, but clearly not good vibes.

For some of the best cocktails in one of the best historical and respected hotels a must visit and favorite weekly meetings place for drinks.

Really intimate and warm venue with awesome interior. Great place for a date, definitely a highlight of our trip. Great wine list selection and excellent service. Highly recommend.

We had bookings at both Mary Mary and Peppina and were really looking forward to the experience while travelling down from Queensland. Unfortunately, my girlfriend became unwell and then hurt her eye, which meant a last-minute visit to the optometrist. Lucy personally called me to check if everything was okay, and her kindness genuinely meant a lot during a stressful moment. She was so understanding, helped organise both cancellations, and didn’t charge us any cancellation fees. Her compassion and professionalism were outstanding, and it’s rare to receive service that feels this human. Although we couldn’t make it this time, we’re already excited to rebook on our next trip because of how wonderful she was. Thank you, Lucy - 5 stars and more if we could.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Mary Mary, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The drink menu is quite extensive, and I really enjoyed the tapas style, which allowed us to share dishes and sample a variety of flavors. The staff’s recommendations were spot on and added to our delightful evening.
