I stopped by MARYJAE today to ask some questions as I’m new to CBD. As I walked in I was greeted by Walter. He made me feel right at home and like I’d known him forever. He carefully explained what my options were for why I was looking to try CBD on this visit and he gave great recommendations. Walter was super knowledgeable and really cared about getting me the best products for my needs. I will most definitely be visiting MARYJAE again and I cannot recommend this shop enough!

Jae IS THE Hostess with The MOSTEST cool stuff reasonable pricing. THCa flower, pipes galore, dark & edgy stuff & fluffy cute, too. This old dog found new items that are real conversation starters & blew my mind. Tricks I had not even dreamed of. Events beyond beyond seriously! Ty ♡

This shop is the best I’ve ever been to! They have beautiful products, the shop is adorable, the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Walter helped me and my friends from the moment we walked in. I’m always a little nervous and intimidated shopping in these stores because I get overwhelmed and I don’t usually know what I want, but Walter was so kind and warm, I felt immediately at ease. He asked me what I was looking for and helped direct me towards the exact products I was hoping to find. I ended up buying an assortment of things because of the amazing experience I had, and now I’m excited to return and also order products online. Thank you so much, Walter!! You’re a literal gem!

My absolute FAVORITE dispensary! Not only do they have the cutest glassware and accoutrements, but their products are all super high quality and a great value. I love all of their edibles because they taste great, have lots of options, and provide a consistent experience. My boyfriend loves their various flower options and we go there to stock up regularly on our faves. Everyone who works here is super helpful and knowledgeable. We've had a fantastic experience on our past 2 visits with Walter in particular! Freaking LOVE this place. Highly recommended!

Awesome customer service every visit ever since they opened. I appreciate the depth of knowledge shared between the staff. Good selection of products including edibles and flower. They also continue to expand offerings of both consumables and accessories which I appreciate. Their yearly anniversary party is also great and they give out tons of valuable freebies -- catch one each October.

Good vibes, very good staff, and great products. They give free goods when you sign up for their awards program. This is the best dispensary you'll find in Austin.

Like the points off five star app you can use with the shop and easy to see glass design to ask staff to see something closer and ask them about it mostly . Discount can ask about and events that might be coming up ! I used a coupons points so was happy .

They have a very nice supply with good brands that I chose in California and they sell them here! I was quite surprised. Gummies are my medicine of choice for sleep and they have the Wyld gummies that really do work ... elderberry with CBD. I think it has CBN too? I like the bigger pack. It was a good deal because it's a little pricier here than California! I will be back! The service was very good and loved their displays of functional glass art!

Service was phenominol!choices were easy with the perfect consultation. We were impressed with the variety and great prices. We are excited to come again.

I asked for thca gummies and I apparently offended the worker as she walks in the back saying to her co worker "hates people who ask for thca in gummies" definitely not coming back. Sorry I'm not a super weedologist like all yall. Prices higher than down the street.

This is the best cannabis shop in Austin hands down. The ownership is amazing, and their team all share their core values. Anna provided great customer service. She quickly picked out a few items for me that would meet my needs. They have a huge selection and she was able to ask a few quick questions and provide some options that would be helpful. They had a few things on sale as well I picked up to give a try.

I really enjoyed this store for a few reasons. One is the staff were friendly as hell (typical polite and happy staff) and then two, the place had every single thing and or brand of products from other stores but to top that off they had better selections and choices for those brands. Point is I got everything I need or would get at other places right here and with that said, I'll only shop here cuz they got literally all I need! Period. Thanks Mary Jae! I just moved from California and was hoping to find a quality dispensary in Austin. So happy I checked Maryjae out! Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. Nat was amazing! They are so knowledgeable and genuinely an advocate for wellness through cannabis and I throughly enjoyed all their help, and can't wait to come back. The selection is pretty good, I would say their selection of accessories is amazing. The cutest and most quality accessories for your cannabis needs! LOVE!

I have been going here for the past two years, roughly once a week. Great products but bad customer service. I am treated like a stranger every time and the employees will simply read the back of the product to you if you have questions.

The people are nice, knowledgeable. no problem there, at all. My beef is that I get the same identical product and formula out of New Mexico for less than 1/2 what MaryJae charges. That is ridiculous. it's cheaper for me to fly to N.M. and buy than to buy local.

Every time I come in here it's just a breath of fresh air. Truly the kindest, most helpful, genuinely good ppl working here. And you cannot beat the aesthetics. But truly it's the overall experience I'm grateful for.

Went on the 31st. This was my first time going into a herbal store. From the moment I walked in, the owner Jae greeted me and began helping me find what I need (I'm new to this whole world and wanted to try some CBD products to help my anxiety and stomach pain). Jae guided me through the store, answered all my noob questions and then we went on to chat for about 30 min about the whole world of flower, my experience, hers, and honestly I just felt very at ease and happy because it was the first time I could honestly converse about this topic with another woman. It was super empowering. I still have a lot to learn, but I feel very happy and inspired after my experience in the shop. I'm sadly not from Austin but you bet when I come back I will shop again at MaryJae. Great customer service and would 10/10 would recommend you check out this place. (Bought a CBD preroll that was awesome, a grinder and CBD oil for my vape.)

I'm from out of town and work at a dispensary in Vegas and my friends (whom are Austin locals) recommended this place! Although cannabis is still considered a crime in Texas (my bf and I are from Vegas) people are still going to consume and Mary Jae provided a safe space for people to talk about their needs. Their glass collection was super cute too (those glitter pipes were gorgeous)! This was my first time visiting a shop outside of Nevada and it was so crazy to see the two different worlds first hand. The guy was knowledgeable and helped my friend out with her piece. They had a pretty big selection of CBD products and even CBD flower! I didn't even know they made the CBD Cheeba Chews like that in that packaging. They also had a cute selection of jewelry!!

Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Not just on the products themselves, but also on how it affects health and wellness. I am a chronic pain patient with CRPS and debilitating migraines, so I am a complicated case when it comes to picking appropriate cannabis products. Jamie assisted me for nearly half an hour, making sure that he answered all of my questions as thoroughly as possible. He listened patiently while I gave him a rundown on my medical history so that he could recommend products appropriate for my health conditions. This will be my first time trying these two particular products he recommended, so I can't speak on how the products worked for me just yet. But as far as customer service and making me feel like they cared about me as a human being? I would recommend MARYJAE to anyone. Thanks Jamie! You're a rockstar!

My friend and I stopped by this shop to get her some herbal cigarettes. Little did I know I would be walking out with a life-saving product. I was introduced to Wild Flower CBD+ HEALING STICK. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I do not take prescribed meds as the side effects are worse than the symptoms. As we were leaving I brought up how I was a CBD-er. She showed me what they carried. After explaining why I take CBD, the shop worker said, "I know the perfect thing for you." She showed me the Healing Stick and explained what she has benefited from it. She exclaimed the stick last her about a year. Needless to say, this product WORKS! It feels like an icy/hot with long-lasting pain relief. When I was on the fence about the product, because no other topical treatment has worked, the wonderful lady working gave us samples. I put the sample on immediately. As our conversation continued, I could feel the product loosen the joints in my hands. I was able to make a fist with no pain. After I finish the current CBD I'm on, I look forward to trying their brands. The price was lower than what I have been paying. The staff is very knowledgable and takes time to get to know what you need. Even if you are not on the search for treatments. The store carried a variety of glass pieces, patches, pins, and other fun toys. The is organized and displayed in the hippest fashion ever! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!!!!

This was my first time purchasing CBD oil and the lady helping me was so informative and nice. She took her time explaining the different products that could help me and even gave me a free sample. The place is super clean and modern. Loved all the displays and everything was marked clearly. I bought a tiny bottle of oil and the lady wrapped it in black bubble wrap and a black rubber band around it -- which goes with the branding and theme of the store. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends. And the oil has been helping!

Love love this store! Went in not knowing they literally just opened, and I couldn't be more pleased. I've been to many, many smoke shops, including in NorCal where I lived for 3 years. I've never seen such beautiful pieces! Very unique, and clearly a lot of care and love went into selecting each. Of course I forgot the owners name, but she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She showed me a couple geometric pipes with gold paint that were AMAZING. Definitely getting one on my next visit. They also have some really cute necklaces. I eyed a gold one with a bullet casing pendant. All that to say, I'll be back! Yay for women-owned businesses that are oh so classy! Good luck girl!

Incredibly wonderful and helpful staff with zero-judgment. Super clean with clear & intentional COVID-19 protocols but you don't have the wait long, they have curbside! MJ always has a great selection and will happily place special orders if there's something you need that they don't have in-stock. Best shopping experience, can't wait to come back!

Restoring my faith in humanity. Jae puts the word "Human" in her store and believes in giving love, faith, help, encouragement, inspiration and lets you cry in front of her. My god is diagnosed with cancer, at just 4 years young, I can't imagine my life without him and he's having a really difficult time with this. Jae shared her story about helping her dog live a healthier lifestyle with CBD. The doctors and pharma want you to be their pawn, their pig, and pimp out your body. Jae, she gives you love, encouragement, inspiration and understanding. She is one of the best humans on the planet. Usually don't take time to write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. Easy location, beautiful store, great staff, and wide selection of products. I didn't catch their name, but the person who checked me out was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my stupid questions with a smile. Best of all, the CBD was top notch. MaryJae is my favorite smoke shop in Austin. It has the prettiest glass - catering to a more feminine crowd, but certainly something for everyone's taste (my husband loves this store, too!). You would think by how nice the store's aesthetic is that the prices would be sky high - but that's not the case at all. Super affordable prices and extremely friendly/helpful staff. Your favorite smoker (and you!) deserves a gift from this awesome smoke shop.

Do not order from this supplier if you want authentic cannabinoid oil. I paid $90 maybe $80 for an ounce of useless oil. A total waste of money. Sad that some suppliers make promises they can't keep and sell what can be compared to snake oil. They also prey on people like me who have no experience purchasing such a product. My sister lives in a state that allows the sale of authentic oil, edibles and other forms of cannabis oil. She has had a great experience with her products. She had to try different products and determine how much THC was perfect for her pain. In order for canabinoid oil to work for pain or other medical conditions, it must contain some THC. What is sold in Austin has no THC, unless you buy it on the black market. From what I've been told the oil sold locally is simply hemp oil processed with coconut oil. Unless someone is feeling a placebo effect hemp oil will do nothing to help. That goes for the many mail order companies that have recently sprung up like weeds. Pun intended. I have since found medical grade oil. And it works!! Zero chronic back pain when i use it.

The cbd healing stick this place sells is quite frankly magical. I have bulged discs in my lower back and no Advil's or cbd oils from other places would make any difference. They let you try a portion before you decide to buy. They were very kind with me and explained how it worked for them and other family of theirs. I would recommend the product big time. It is a real pain reliever.

I have bought several beautiful and functional pieces from the ladies at MaryJae. The owners are so knowledgeable and when I had a question about one of their products and they didn't know the answer right off the bat, they actually did some research while I was in the store to try and get the info. They also have a stunning selection of gifts and accessories - check out their pin and patch selection, as well as the CBD products! The prices are also surprisingly reasonable given the prime location and beautiful selection (overhead is sky-high I am sure)! I like to shop at a variety of places, but lately MaryJae has been my favorite for all of my smoking needs. I hope they are around forever.

I've been to shops all over Colorado and California and never have I seen such a beautiful and unique assortment of pieces. It's clear the owners take great care in choosing their merchandise. They're also super nice. My new favorite head shop!
