Masala Mingle Indian Bistro & Bar

Delicious! I had the beef curry medium spice and it was full of flavor with a creamy sauce and tender beef. My significant other had cashew chicken (I forgot the name of the actual dish) and it was also cooked to perfection. The rice was cooked just right. The service was great despite the fact they were extremely busy. We love Indian food and have tried a lot of local Indian restaurants and none compare to the quality of food and service. My daughter had the cheese nan bread and we had the garlic. We ordered a chicken appetizer that was so tender and moist as well as some samosas that were accompanied by delicious sauces. My family and I are really looking forward to going back to taste more of their dishes. They had plenty of parking and they were very kid-friendly. I highly recommend Masala Mingle Indian Bistro & Bar.

We loved this new Indian place! Soft, fluffy naan, perfectly cooked rice, very flavorful dishes. Will be going again to be sure!

Masala Mingle is an absolute gem—run by genuinely kind owners and serving some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The chicken korma is rich and comforting, the tandoori-style chicken is grilled to perfection, and the butter chicken fries are next-level delicious. On top of that, the space has been completely transformed from the old Chinese restaurant into a beautifully modern, stylish interior that elevates the whole experience. Every dish reflects real care and pride—Masala Mingle is a standout local spot that absolutely deserves your support.

This was such a pleasant experience from start to finish! We were greeted by our wonderful server Swagata who got us seated right away and shared some knowledge and opinions about the menu. We ordered a mango mojito and the Punjabi mule and we were so impressed by these tasty drinks. Together we ordered an Indian fusion pasta, a spicy fried cauliflower app, and two different naan wraps. Everything came out exactly (if not better) than we’d hoped for. My husband and I truly enjoy an experience when we dine out and this was exactly that. The food runner was so polite and helpful as well… we can not wait to come back and enjoy more off this diverse menu.

This place is AMAZING! We went in for lunch and the delicious smells instantly caused me to salivate. The samosas we had were piping hot amd perfectly cooked. The tamarind mojito i had was DELICIOUS! And the lamb Rogan Josh?! Stupid good! Excellent food and service! Five thumbs up!!!

New Indian restaurant! My husband and I got take out from here. We got the nav-rathan-korma w/ rice, mango paneer kashmeri w/ rice, strawberry lassi, garlic Naan, and peshawari naan. Everything was great except the naan. The garlic Naan tasted good but was very under cooked - it was mostly doughy. The peshawari naan was cooked better but was underwhelming. It had only a few golden raisins in it. We've had indian food dine-in and take out all over the country, so we know naan. Theirs could have been better. I look forward to trying them again, hopefully with a better outcome on the naan.

Food was incredible. staff was very friendly and helpful suggesting what to try. 10/10!

Excellent food, good service, my only complaint was they were out of naan bread but they had some equipment issues and since they make the bread themselves, they were unable to have bread ready that day. I will definitely be going back. The food was delicious and I will probably upgrade my four star review to a five star after a few more visits if things stay consistent.

3.5 - round up to 4. Buttered chicken, chicken tikka masala and paneer all medium heat. Heat was sub mild. Order hotter than you think.

Reasonable atmosphere. A separate lunch menu would be a good plan. The prices are high for what you get. A small portion of beef in beef vindaloo. Maybe 3 oz at best. Portion was on the small side and they did not include naan with the full meal. Cost was $50 for two lunches no extras or drinks! Food was ok but was not fantastic I ordered "hot" but was really mild compared to hundreds of other experiences with Indian food. Not likely to go again

We've loved their other restaurants, King Indian and Curry Culture, so we were anxious to try this new venue! Masala Mingle is in a great location - on the west side of Nevada just north of Costilla (and White Pie). We can walk or ride from home! We were greeted at the door by one of the owners, Amar Singh Mand, who welcomed us as the first customers in the new restaurant! Although they were finishing some minor cosmetic deals, he assured us they were open and ready for business. The interior is simple but elegant, with gorgeous table tops and minimal decor (so far). The menu has all of the "typical" Indian fare, as well as some Northern Indian specialties like Dal Makhani. We started with samosas as a test to see how they compared to the samosas at King. They were lovely - a bit spicy, and nicely crunchy. We then ordered garlic naan, Paneer Tikka Masala, and Saag Paneer. The entrees arrived (see pictures) in serving bowls, with perfectly cooked rice. Everything smelled, looked, and tasted DELICIOUS! The servings were larger than you often see at "nice" Indian restaurants, and we barely finished all our food. We ordered "Medium" spice level which turned out to be a little less spicy than we prefer, so we'll ask for "hot" next time.

We were seated immediately upon arrival in the early afternoon. We were treated to fine presentations and flavor of coconut chicken curry and chicken kadai. Both were ordered with mild-plus heat level that left a slight burn on the top of our mouths. (We would order medium next time.) The chicken was tender and tasty. Ample, well-cooked white rice accompanied each entree. The plain naan was nice and crispy. Afterwards, the chef came table side to offer us a free portion of gulab jamun! We had never tasted this wildly sweet treat. Great service and fine food.

The food and service was excellent. I had ordered the Meaty Pulaos with Lamb.. It was delicious. The service was quick and the server was very patient with our party 8.

Amazing food! Definitely one of the best Chicken Tikka Masala dishes I've ever had. Garlic naan was outstanding. Wife had Chicken Korma and was one of her top favorites. Ambiance was great, restaurant was very clean and inviting. Service was prompt and friendly. Can't wait to be back many times!

It was my first time trying Indian food, I got the butter chicken and it was absolutely delicious. I will be going back soon.

We arrived at Marsala Mingle around 5 pm on a Saturday, and were barely greeted, but rather just acknowledged and shown to our table. We opted for a booth, much to our regret. The booths do not offer any privacy, as the benches are back-to-back with no divider. One could almost touch heads with the person in the next booth and listen to everyone's conversation. The interior is very stark, black and grey, almost depressing, without indications of any Indian flair. The TV showed Indian punk rock rather than the country's beautiful landscapes. It was very annoying. After more than 10 minutes, the young waiter appeared at the table, and we ordered beer and Naan as an appetizer. It took another 10 minutes for the beer to arrive, even though only three tables were busy at that time. The waiter never came back to take our order, but busied himself with whipping tables. We had to wave him down to place our orders. After another considerable wait, the food arrived - lukewarm. The usual fare was nothing to brag about, since lukewarm food just doesn't taste that good. We don't plan on going back.

Very good Indian food and the best cocktails I've had in a long time! We had the samosas lentils and butter chicken. We will def come back again and make the drive from monument . The place was also very clean and cute ! The servers are very attentive

Outstanding food. My wife had the beef korma and I had the coconut chicken curry. We couldn't decide which was better. We wish this restaurant was in Pittsburgh!

Outstanding dining experience!! They have a huge menu and all dishes we had were superb. I loved the ability to choose the level of heat for each dish. The service is friendly and helpful. The newly opened/remodeled restaurant is clean and fresh and a pleasure to dine in. I will be back....frequently!

Waited far too long for a pickup of samosas and saag paneer only to find the samosas were burned!

The ambiance was elegant yet the prices were very reasonable! My fish with Korman sauce was exquisite, moist and tender pieces with layers of flavor. The staff was kind, friendly and really cared that we were there (a refreshing change from other restaurants in town!). We'll be back with friends in tow -- we highly recommend Masala Mingle!

We read the review in the paper about this new place. Nice atmosphere & bar with TV. We arrived about 5:30 & I guess they were using a blender in the kitchen, but the first 10 minutes that blender was LOUD. There is no door on the kitchen. We ordered wine, delivered soon, right temperature & tasted very good. It was a chilly day, so we were looking for some soup like coconut or dal, but no soup on the menu. We ordered the samosas & they tasted good with great sauces. We ordered a chicken dish & side of eggplant. Both dishes were good, but not enough spices for us. Rice was good.

The food and service were great!! The restaurant was very clean, the waiter was very friendly, and everything was priced reasonably. I highly recommend the chicken korma dish with cheese naan.

After having been to this location twice, I have to rave about how amazing it is. The staff is so friendly and committed to making sure you have a good experience. It was a quiet and casual environment. I have tried the coconut chicken curry, beef Masala, beef vindaloo, malai kofta, and the dal tarka. It has ALL exceded my expectations. My first time going one of my dishes was too spicy, and they quickly remade it without hesitation. They even have Lassi and some Indian beers. It has been fun exoloring their menu, and I look forward to visiting again!

We visited Masala Mingle last week. It was a quiet time of day, so a great time for a first visit. We discussed options from the extensive menu. Our wait person Greniss, answered questions. Our food arrived and we enjoyed a very flavorful meal. We look forward to exploring some of the less familiar options from their menu. We enjoyed this new addition to our favorite ethnic food.

The food was really good. We had the chicken korma and it was very flavorful without being spicy. The service was also very good. Our waiter Greniss was very helpful in helping us pick what to get. He recommended the Hariyali Tikka and it was so good. Only downside was the Diet Coke I got was very flat. Other than that it was very delicious! Will definitely be going back.

Hands down the best new Indian place in town! We got the wings, samosas and tikka masala which were delectable! will be going back again for sure with friends and family!
