We enjoyed our dinner. The staff was very attentive and we were sat very quickly. The service was a little slow but we didn’t mind. Our server was very kind and pleasant. The only negative was appetizer coming out with the main course. The food and drinks were good.

Absolutely beautiful experience. Will totally recommend this restaurant. You will love the atmosphere, the quality of the food(btw chef your seasoning is on point!!!), and the service (thank you so much JOHN, best waiter I have seen dealing a whole group of 20 ppl on his own and NO ONE COMPLAINED, EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT).

Wife and I decided to try something different to eat, and found Mash’D, located at the Rim. Walked inside and was amazed at their beautiful decorative atmosphere. Outside sitting if you wanted to eat outside on beautiful days. Inside, where you could sit at the bar, or table, and order the brunch menu. Chloe suggested chicken and biscuits w/ fried chicken, and two over easy eggs. Also French toast, potatoes, fried chicken, with two over easy eggs. I wanted to try something different so we ordered both. Didn’t have to wait long for her to bring out our dishes. Couldn’t believe how much food it was. My biscuits were covered with the eggs on top of fried chicken. Two sauces came with it. One savory and the other, sweet with a little bite of hot sauce. Oh my gosh, it was the best tasting biscuits with all the other favors together. I was blown away. I tried my wife’s French toast and was also blown away. The manager and waitress were so polite and wonderful. We will be soon with friends. Plenty of sitting inside and out. 5 STARS ⭐️

Terrific spot for casual dining atmosphere with gastropub-like food options (not sure that's still a thing, actually... but you get the idea). The only thing I didn't personally like was the pulled ribs (Baby Got Back sandwich), which tasted a bit like burnt ends to me, but my wife liked it, so it didn't go to waste. The Blaze Chicken "hot honey" was a bit spicy for our 13 year-old but tasted great.

The food was trash, straight up the first time I’ve ever had to send a whole meal back to the kitchen. The chips and queso had a burned brown chips that were hard to crunch. I did not get a photo but the chicken sandwich came soaked in grease where it was dripping on the plate and completely soaked the bottom bun as well. The chicken was obviously soaked in grease and some sweet and spicy glaze, the texture reminded me of a high school lunch. My girlfriend could barely finish her food, the manager told us that all burgers come out as medium well but that burger was just straight up rare or medium rare. The manager did nothing to give us peace of mind by telling us they started monitoring the food AFTER we sent back the chicken sandwich came soaked. I spent $40 on food that sucked. There are too many better places nearby with better food to go here, don’t waste your money or time.

Fantastic Brunch Experience at Mash'D at the Rim! Rating: 5 stars Review: My husband and I recently had a delightful brunch experience at Mash'D at the Rim. I highly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot. As soon as we were seated, we kicked off our meal with some refreshing mimosas and a glass of red wine. I opted for the French toast with chicken and potatoes accompanied by salsa, while my husband went for the cheeseburger omelet. The food was absolutely delicious, and we savored every bite. To top off our meal, my husband indulged in the ice cream with birthday cake and chocolate chips, which was a delightful treat. The restaurant itself exuded a great vibe, with a bar, TV screens, and a clear view of the bustling kitchen. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Our dishes were served promptly, ensuring that we enjoyed our meal in a timely manner. While we felt that the seasoning could have been a bit stronger, the overall quality of the food was still fantastic. We are already looking forward to returning for another date night at Mash'D at the Rim. Highly recommended for a great dining experience in San Antonio!

Everything was good. The food and the service were just what you would expect from a place with these prices. I have no complaints. We reserved a table ahead of time for our large party and it was ready when we got there. Didn't have to wait.

Everything tasted very good! No complaints from anyone. The only complaints were that we were too full to finish up our plates. Great service. Not busy for a Sunday evening and we were sat down immediately.
