‘People We Meet On Vacation’ Locations: Where Netflix’s Globetrotting New Romcom Was Shot

Set in northeastern Spain, this scenic estate of tall pines feels strikingly like the Canadian wilderness on screen, with its beautiful forest providing an atmospheric campsite location for Poppy and Alex. The plantation, which has hosted 58 species of conifers since 1860, gives the film’s ‘Canadian’ trip a lush, authentic backdrop of mature trees and tranquil woods. - Shaurya Thapa

A very good guide, very good jokes and after the tour, you get to know more about yourself, about people and of course about trees... how much they grow per year, how to see the year of a tree, the different types of cones depending on the pine specie and the diseases a tree can have. Love it! They also have very good honey, beer and pine-flavored caramel. It was such a beautiful experience to visit this place.

A very lovely place, cool and breezy under the trees, great for a meditative walk on a sunny day. The path itself is not a long one (~1km), but the variety of old trees is incredible. Cedars, sequoias, pines and more, beautiful. Pets are allowed, so it’s a nice spot for a walk with a dog! Simple and easy enough. €5 fee to enter per person.

I didn't understand what I had to pay for at the entrance. The territory is not well-kept, there are cut down trees everywhere and all that is there is 20 signs next to the trees, 95% of which say "tree planted in 1911, died in 2022". There are no Californian redwoods there. Only dead ones. You can just as easily walk around any other part of the forest for free.

The place is nice, but be aware that the path is very short (about 1km) especially if you get used to long outside walks as me. Also now in December the path is wet and messy, as well as some trees were cut off and the branches are still all over the path… I guess they will make it in order some day.

Great place to enjoy nature, but the park itself is small (approximately one hour hike)
