We had an exceptional stay at Mason Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service that made our experience truly unforgettable. The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. A special thank you to our wonderful and kind butler, Jan. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our time at the resort. Thank you, Mason Resort, and especially Jan, for making our stay so special. I was genuinely impressed by the personalized service at Mason. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated — from the smooth check-in to the surprise birthday vegan course dinner, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. As a plant-based chef, I really appreciated the wide variety of wellness food options, including many clearly marked vegan dishes. It’s rare to find a hotel that understands plant-based dining so well — both in flavor and nutrition. The villas were spotless, peaceful, and incredibly private. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, made it easy to truly unwind. I also loved the creative wellness activities like beading, batik painting, and tie-dye — such a nice touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, eat well, and feel cared for. Only a short drive from Bangkok, but it feels like a whole other world.

Had a truly enjoyable stay here. The beach villa was stunning, private, and so relaxing, perfectly made for a peaceful getaway. Service was top-notch, with special thanks to Joe for his exceptional hospitality. He made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Mason Pattaya Hotel is the best place to pamper yourself for happiness! It's worth every baht you spend. Beachfront pool villa is the way to go. Staff treats me like I'm their mother, I meant just fantastic, warm, and sweet. Especially the front counter staff, I never come across the perfect staff like this hotel. They are friendly and go the extra mile to help. You have to smile, to name a few like Ms.Luk Nam, Ms. Pla,Ms Pei Pei. This trip, I will remember this happiness forever. Thank you everyone.

The resort is dark, and the lighting in the rooms and living area is very poor. The bathroom is inside the bedroom with just a curtain. There’s no privacy, and it feels like the toilet is right next to your bed. If you’re traveling with kids or family, they’ll need to stay in the living room. There are lots of insects. As soon as you open the door, bugs fly in. There’s also a bad smell when walking between villas. I’d give cleanliness a 6 out of 10. The curtains don’t give you privacy. Even during the day or night, people outside can see in unless you close all the curtains, which blocks the view and any natural light. Food options are very limited and super expensive. We ordered three dishes and three juices, and the bill was around ฿10,000 — not worth it. Also, be careful — if you spill anything and use their towel to clean it, they will charge you extra. On the bright side, the staff bring a small gift every night, like a little bag, which was a nice touch. And the service is fast. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again

The staff and the room were good! But the privacy between the villas wasn't really very private, you could easily see people from the other villa. They should put more effort into this part! The breakfast was great and but have lot of mosquitos at outdoor table, the hotel really needs to improve more! The gym room, the swimming pool and the beach was great! Keep going!

What an absolute stunning property in the most unexpected places. ||This is such an incredible property with incredible staff. ||I highly recommend for anyone in the area. ||Food great. Villas are to die for and the environment is just sublime. ||Be aware that you can note really swim at the beach. ||Barring that it is exceptional in every way.

Great place with excellent service from all staff. The room was spacious and very tidy. If privacy is your top priority, this is definitely the place to stay. The beach area is quite rocky, which might not be ideal for swimming. The breakfast area is a bit small, but the à la carte menu options were delicious and came with a lovely sea view. Dinner was also delicious and exceeded my expectation. The hotel is located a bit far from central Pattaya, but it’s conveniently close to the city bypass motorway, making it easy to access by car.
