Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls

It's a little piece of Maine in Maryland. The lobster is delicious and always makes you smile. And the prices are very reasonable.

Lobster rolls, lobster Mac and cheese, and for a limited time - crab rolls. We tried them all and they were delicious.

Fair lobster rolls and soup. Quite quick getting food ready and this year the a/c was working great so the smallish space felt great to enjoy the roll. The roll contains low grade filler from the claws etc and the last two years is tough and tasteless—appears now that maybe it’s frozen, certainly no longer fresh. This is no longer a must stop when in town. A shame, this used to be a great place to eat.

I tend to avoid reviewing chains- but Mason’s rolls are delicious. Located smack on Main Street. Today I got the classic ( a little mayo, a little butter, and served cold). This baby was chock full of tender, succulent meat. Lobster is my most favorite “fruit of the sea!” The Connecticut is equally good- served warm with butter. The place is super clean.

Been here a few times now and it never disappoints! We’ve only ever gotten the Bar Harbor rolls and I think $25 is a totally fair price for the amount of meat and quality. The rolls are very tasty and the staff are friendly! Of course this isn’t the same as an actual lobster roll from Maine but it also isn’t the same price nor do you have to go the distance. I will continue coming here, this place is great!!

Consistent, delicious lobster rolls! What more can you ask for!?

The Lobster Roll was just okay. It had lots of bland lobster with no type of seasoning. They do have seasonings on the counter that you can add to the roll. The soup needs work. It was watery and had no noticeable pieces of lobster. The restaurant looks great and the staff and customer service was outstanding.

The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone in the mood for outstanding seafood!
