I had a GREAT experience at the Sand Bar. My masseuse - Luz - was OUTSTANDING! The sounds of the waves crashing and people enjoying the beach were a great backdrop to a very cool experience. I will definitely go back and highly recommend checking this place out! It’s also an unbelievable bargain!

Excellent place for massage. My masseur was Lydia and she was fantastic. In addition to the massage area, the bar food is great and have a wide variety of small plates to try.

This is where you can go to get an utterly fantastic massage for a very low price. It can be a little awkward if you're prudish because you're laying nude or in your swimsuit/underwear on a table with our likely 5 to 10 other people also getting massages. But you don't really see anybody. Everyone's head is down or their eyes are covered when they're facing up. I've had massages from Judith and Kiki and while I enjoyed both I thought Kiki was a little better for deep pressure. Judith relied a little bit more with her elbows and while it wasn't bad by any means I prefer the flat of the forearm or fingers when it comes to deep pressure. My wife had Rosie and frida and she said both were fantastic and she liked each for a little bit different reasons.

She said she had never had a 4-hand massage so we gave it a try. Excellent experience. And for those waiting there's a fun beach bar below to enjoy a cold one.

Today I had the best massage from Lili. (Might not be the correct spelling) When I say best massage, I mean the best one I have ever had. I would come back to Cabo just to have another massage from her! The view and the sound of the waves are just icing on the cake!

Booked a last minute massage through WhatsApp for 5/29. Quick response with clear instructions on what I needed to do to secure my spot. We were staying at a resort a few minutes down the beach so it was easy to pay before my time slot. Thalia was amazing! There is noise all around but it was easy to tune out and enjoy the massage and focus on the waves. It was the quickest 90 minutes in the best way and I didn't want it to be over. I wanted to go back the next day but the cruise ship was scheduled to port and they were booked up- which is a good sign that people know where to get the best massages at. Will definitely return the next time we are in Cabo.

Four stars for the simple fact that you can get a 90 minute massage for $50! This sits on top of a restaurant bar and tbh it's not really relaxing because there's a bunch of rowdy drunk people yelling and it's Cabo so it's a constant completion of who can be the loudest or who can play the loudest music but for the price I'm willing to put up with the noise. You can't really hear the waves crash because the music and patrons below are dang loud. It's a communal massage room so it is a lil awkward when your masseuse pulls your blanket away and you're pretty much exposed. I got a man I didn't catch his name but he was decent. He didn't ask me what type of massage I wanted or anything but overall it was decent. He used a lot of oil though I felt slick right after.

I have been coming to the Sand Bar for massages for probably 15-20 years now, back when it was just a few cots set up on their roof. It's quite a bit nicer now, really comfortable massage tables, changing rooms, some privacy partitions, but still great prices, and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach below. Currently, it's $36 for a 60-minute massage or $49 for a 90-minute. You can book same day if available, or online or on WhatsApp; pay upfront; no cancellation within 24 hours. I booked yesterday for a 90-minute massage this morning at 8 am; was the first patron to arrive, and got an absolutely wonderful massage with Lorena. She was incredibly skilled, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed with the pain in my knee and knots in my back and neck gone. Tipped her $20, which was well-deserved. Totally recommend, and will be back next time!

We had 4 massages at 90 minutes each for $49 for each of us. We were all able to be in the same top area. You are around other people so you don't have that privacy element. But all 4 of us loved the massage and our person did an a great job. You can hear the ocean waves throughout the experience. Had our eyes been open, uncovered we could have seen the ocean from our top section. They did have a seated area just behind us that did have a view, maybe getting a foot massage or pedicure. I would recommend and I will definitely go back.

Hands-down, one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was perfect and I never had to ask for more or less. A little bit noisy because it's right on the beach, but kind of fits in with the rest of the relaxing background noise.

$50 each for 90 minute massages by nice little Mexican ladies who will bruise you with their elbows, forearms, and knuckles. It's great! Yes, you are massaged with 30 of your closest new acquaintances, showing off half your butt, but who really cares? Better than dropping $300+ at your local resort or cruise ship. Suggestion: go on your first or second day in town BEFORE you get burnt. Suggestion #2: hit up La Lupita around the corner for excellent (and elevated) tacos.

Got the 4 hands massage with Angie and Lulu. On time and super professional. Very deep tissue. DEFINITELY get the 4 hands massage if you want extra double massage. 100% recommended.

Erick and Adriana were very helpful at checkin and explaining the process. I had the "four hands" hour massage, that means two people, for one hour. Isa and Jasmine were the best massage therapists ever. Annie and Rossy massaged my husband and sister in law, they have nothing but positive things to say. I would highly recommend this place. I would also recommend wearing your swimsuit to the massage location, because it is an open massage area, however it does feel somewhat private with the eye towel/mask they place over you.

Amazing massage by Edy! It's above a restaurant & by the beach so there is noise but it's not bad! The massages are incredible & the techs are very kind. $49 for 90 min massage. Edy was very professional & did a great job!

Relaxing massages with a view of Medano Beach? Yes please! Thalia provided an amazing massage, while I was able to relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean. We took a water taxi to The Sand Bat, if you do the same, wear sandals, as you will have to jump in the water for a short walk to the beach. After the massage, we went downstairs for delicious drinks.

I tried this place based off a Cabo Facebook page claiming they were phenomenal so I had to check it out. I got the 60 minute body message that was amazing and my masseuse was Perla. She really was amazing! I drooled. The waves were crashing on the beach as I got the most amazing style of massage. I enjoyed it so much I asked for the foot reflexology after that comes with an ocean view and a giant margarita.! This place was definitely a place I'd come back to every time in Cabo.

I would recommend and would be back! First and foremost Juanita was AMAZING! She is very thorough, consistent with pressure, and a good listener about the pressure you want as well! By the end of the massage I wanted to marry her LOL. Request her when you book your massage! The setting was amazing, right on the beach with sounds of the waves. I went to the 8 am massage and it was amazing you get through most of your massage before the town comes to life and you start to hear chatter at the neighborhood restaurants.

My husband and I have come for the last two years and have received the best massages of our life. These women are talented. They're strong and they are bold and wonderful. My heavens it felt like the best massage we've ever had in our life. Absolutely phenomenal. We would highly recommend this to anybody coming to Cabo San Lucas, come over on the beach. They charge $40 for the massage to me. It's worth 1 million. You will love it.

First off you're on a rooftop on the beach. What more could you ask for? I know a relaxing massage!! The loud music next door can be a little annoying but soon you're asleep from the relaxing massage. My wife's masseuse was American and mine was Christina. Both were wonderful and very nice. When return back to Cabo we will definitely comeback.

Busy tourist location but service was great and I wish I remember my girl's name but she was also great. Prices you cannot beat and the ocean in the background is quite relaxing. Only missing a star due to loudness of the venue as it is also a bar and many beach goers were loud. So if u want something a lil quieter, maybe go at an earlier time. Paid online prior to going which speeds up ur process (tip w pesos). Be prepared to share ur space with others, given a towel to cover and girls know what they are doing! Def would go back

Affordable and fantastic massages with a great setting. When I came here, there was a world cup game going on so it was a little busy, but they warned me the noise level might be high and asked if I still wanted to proceed which was thoughtful. The setting is on a restaurant's second floor over hearing the ocean waves. They asked me if the pressure was to my liking and the entire massage was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

Ricardo was absolutely amazing. Wow. We did the 60min massage but I could have done a 3 hour massage LOL. He made sure to check in with me regarding the pressure. It was perfect. The sound of the waves & seagulls alongside the base of the nearby bar completely knocked me out. So relaxing. It was $36 usd and I tipped Ricardo $10 usd. Highly recommend. An incredible bang for your buck & SO RELAXING AHHH!!!! make a reservation before you head over. This place is busy.

Scheduled a massage with Andy on 1/23/23 at 1 pm and she was excellent! She was very attentive and made sure to be accommodating in her level of pressure. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in being outdoors on the beach - the sea breeze felt amazing but I wish the bar below wasn't blasting house music. The only other complaint is my "1 hour massage" was only 45 minutes. She started around 1 pm and I was fully dressed by 1:43. I was so groggy that I didn't even notice right away or else I would have said something. All in all, you can't beat a $36 massage when your resort is charging $200 for the same service! Tip: order a yummy watermelon marg and sit on medano beach while waiting for your massage! Cheers!

We brought 8 girls in for a bachelorette massage. Literally best massage I've ever had at a third of the cost that you can get in Florida. You're facing the water and can hear the waves during your massage. Amazing experience.

Wonderful massage. One of the best I've ever had. Yadira (I believe that was her name) was fantastic. It's a community massage area but you are on the upper level & they cover you with towels well to feel very comfortable. It is open air for an excellent breeze while being massaged. Wanted to spend a day at the beach and as recommended to go to Sandbar for beach sitting, food and drinks, and massages. Decided to treat myself for a 90 minute prenatal massage. Got paired with Lupita and it was one of the best massages I've ever gotten. You can tell she was incredibly skilled by how she positioned me and by her touch, and she was so attentive. The view is amazing, and as long as you're okay with being in a group setting you will love it. I left the massage feeling great, relaxed, and so happy I asked to give her a hug! Pregnancy can have some tough days and Lupita helped me have one of my best days ever. Tip them well, 50$ for 90 min is an absolute steal. Highly recommend!!!

One of the best massages I've had. The sound of the waves, the breeze, relaxing massage = A+! You can't be shy bc you are all out there with everybody else, but you are mostly covered. I would have like a sheet over me instead of a heavy towel because it was hot. I'd encourage you to go early or late and not in the heat of the day.

Had the most incredible massage from Edy, who was very talented and sweet!!! She was perfect from start to finish. I've received a lot of massages, and she was the best therapist and massage I've ever had. Her service was great, and she even went out of her way to put my shoes on for me and carry my stuff to the bathroom to change. Wish I could go back for another massage from Edy!!

Fanny and Monica were amazing! They were always very courteous and pleasant. Fanny is especially good about asking what level of pressure you want and making you feel comfortable. For people who haven't been, it's right next to the ocean and very scenic! Downstairs is a restaurant/bar. The massage area is totally open but covered. You can sometimes hear the party music from the beach but it wasn't a big issue for me. I loved my experience here!

I came back the next day after doing a 60minute massage with Eva and came for a 90 minute and I got another relaxing and peaceful massage from Ginger. Ginger asked what areas I needed work on and made sure I was comfortable. I left the massage in complete bliss & and on cloud 9. Ginger has amazing hands. I highly suggest when you leave the massage place to go up the hill to the market and grab an ice cold beer. It's the perfect ending to a great massage.
