They have a Mediterranean design and interesting features such as stone or wrought-iron beds. Each one is air conditioned and comes with an LCD TV. Masseria Cimino (Savelletri di Fasano, Puglia) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Just outside of Savelletri di Fasano, in the countryside along Puglia’s Adriatic coast, is Masseria Cimino, another classic whitewashed farmhouse-turned-hotel, this one with a distinctive red-brick tower of 18th-century vintage. Its 14 rooms are divided between the farmhouse and the tower, and all retain plenty of southern country charm, even as they’re brought up to date with modern comforts. It’s an unassuming place, with a delightfully small-scale restaurant and a cozy little bar and lounge, but it offers access to bigger luxuries through its affiliations with the San Domenico golf club and Borgo Egnazia, its luxurious sister hotel." - Tablet Hotels

Authentic farm house renovated with taste wile keeping the traditional furnitures and interior giving it a charming atmosphere, plenty outdoor space to relax and access to the sea by foot in 5 minutes. We played the San Domenico golf next door - great course in impeccable condition. Our room was on the first floor, very steep stairs, but we had a see view from a large terrasse and the room was exquisite. If anything the noise insulation is poor, in our case it was not an issue as we were late October and the place was quiet. Welcoming and attentive personnel. Breakfast offers a nice choice of local product while the dinners were the highlight of the stay. Only one traditional menu (antipasti, primi, secondi and sweets) made of local products like your Nonna would have cooked for you, very tasty ! If anything, we felt the dinner could have been served earlier , in October 20:30 is a bit too late.

Great, small Masseria with super delicious food. Their dinner buffet every evening alone is worth any visit. We come here for 10+ years and just love this place! Book early! Rooms are rather small and nothing special, but good value/money considering the whole package

The welcome was amazing, bags taken from the car, reception so friendly. Rooms are not huge, but compensated by the cuteness of the place. Evening dinner on point. Bar and bar tender, so kind. We had a fabulous stay and will recommend and go back. Grazie

Know what you are getting into: lovely setting in the countryside with a wonderful staff. But: rooms are very small and VERY rustic (read lights flicker regularly; a/c might not be available in May; dinner is served at 2030; dinner has one choice (sea bass tonight but lacking any salsa or condiment to help enhance the fish); trip hazards everywhere; very small bath room; hair drier plugs in UNDER the sink; only one other obvious outlet for charging USB, etc.; only a very few English channels and they are hard to navigate to on tv. Car is mandatory.
