We loved our stay in this small ( 14 rooms) boutique hotel. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and feels like home. The grounds are gorgeous: olive trees and cacti and the house and rooms tastefully decorated. A nice swimming pool and.. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and the food is good. All in all I wish we had stayed longer than the 4 nights we did. It is a good place from which to explore surroundings: Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello and even the grottes di Castellana. A really wonderful Masseria, nice to retire to this quiet place after a day of sightseeing. A real gem.

Authentic farm house renovated with taste wile keeping the traditional furnitures and interior giving it a charming atmosphere, plenty outdoor space to relax and access to the sea by foot in 5 minutes. We played the San Domenico golf next door - great course in impeccable condition. Our room was on the first floor, very steep stairs, but we had a see view from a large terrasse and the room was exquisite. If anything the noise insulation is poor, in our case it was not an issue as we were late October and the place was quiet. Welcoming and attentive personnel. Breakfast offers a nice choice of local product while the dinners were the highlight of the stay. Only one traditional menu (antipasti, primi, secondi and sweets) made of local products like your Nonna would have cooked for you, very tasty ! If anything, we felt the dinner could have been served earlier , in October 20:30 is a bit too late.

Masseria Cimino is an 18th century Masseria, which has been transformed into a delightful hotel with some 17 rooms. The style is a sober rustic one, which grows on you: the longer you stay, the more you feel at home. Delicious food, charming and competent staff. Yesterday it was the birthday of one of my eight friends. With one hour's notice, we were served champagne with excellent canapés, followed by an improvised birthday cake, in a pretty drawing room.

We reserved long in advance since we were preparing our Easter vacation. We arrived in the evening and were shown to our rooms. We booked both rooms in the same category, but they were not at all the same! Our friends had a balcony with chairs, with a view to the back of the land, our room had a very small window and it was horribly dark! In order to sit at the toilet, we had to open the shower door! We asked to change rooms but the hotel was fully booked and we could only change for the two last nights. By the way, I have a friend that went twice to Cimino and at the second time she got the same horrible room as we did. She never returned.||The hotel is beautifully decorated. Food is included in the price, but it was just average. Dinner consisted of antipasto, primo, secondo and desert. To be honest only the antipasto was good. Besides, people rushed to the buffet and if something was finished, there was no refill; I guess that’s why people rushed to the buffet. The waiters were really nice and the wine list with local wines quite decent. The hotel provides the guests with bicycles which was great, because its location is gorgeous! I have mixed feelings about Masseria Cimino, I am not sure if I would recommend it.

Great, small Masseria with super delicious food. Their dinner buffet every evening alone is worth any visit. We come here for 10+ years and just love this place! Book early! Rooms are rather small and nothing special, but good value/money considering the whole package

Mixed feelings about this Massaria which is rustic in style with some lovely internal features. We had a suite with a lounge area, shower room, bedroom and terrace. The suite was very clean, the terrace was a good size with a sea view, it might have been improved with a good jet wash and by adding some planters with flowers to brighten it up. When selecting the room type online beware that they are not the actual rooms on the supporting room photos which was disappointing and a bit naughty. The breakfast was good with a good selection and you could order eggs if preferred. The best thing about our stay was the evening food all credit to the kitchen served by lovely staff and offering an abundance of home cooked food with four courses. The evening tables and dining area looked beautiful set together with the lighting. We visited the sister hotel nearby Borgo Egnazia it’s stunning worth going to see the reception area, it's a bit far to walk but not far in a car and you can use their facilities for a fee. Some improvements could be made to the massaria hence the average rating, first impressions don’t show it off too well and you might feel disappointed, it didn't feel like five star to us, the owners could improve on a front of house welcome no body ever asked is everything okay?

The welcome was amazing, bags taken from the car, reception so friendly. Rooms are not huge, but compensated by the cuteness of the place. Evening dinner on point. Bar and bar tender, so kind. We had a fabulous stay and will recommend and go back. Grazie
