Fantastic domain! Great swimmingpool. Beware the jacuzzi is part of the spa, so if you go into the jacuzzi you need to pay a day spa. We had a beautiful ground floor room, but you do not have a window to look outside, the door with glass has view on the courtyard but ofcourse other people use the courtyard to walk to their room, so a room on an upper floor will probably give you a more enjoyable view. The staff at Masseria Della Volpe is truly amazing, they do everything possible to accomodate you. I certainly recommend to eat at the restaurant - great food, good bread - my personal favourites were : tra terra & mare, la norma, raviolini della nonna, tataky di tonno. Some dishes are not so light, such as the lasagna of the house or beef wellington, perfect for my husband but I prefer a lighter dish. ||Breakfast in the morning is very enjoyable, especially if you can eat outside on the terrace with such a nice view. One thing could be improved: the bread and the crusty bread rolls. I put the bread in the toaster which made it ok, but the bread rolls really need some improvement, especially if you compare those to the bread that is served in the evening which is soo much better. Other than that I have no negative comments.||It is a great place to discover the surroundings of Noto, Raguse Ibla and Syracuse and a fantastic place to relax at the pool afterwards.

Our family of six spent four unforgettable nights at Masseria Della Volpe, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, this property is the perfect mix of relaxed luxury, warm hospitality, and exceptional service.||The rooms were spotless and modern—everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. The pool and dining areas are absolutely gorgeous, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.||The food was a true highlight. Every meal was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious, with fantastic attention to detail. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our family felt at home!||We loved the experience so much that we even purchased their house-made olive oil and room diffusers to bring a little bit of Masseria Della Volpe back home with us. Everything about the property reflects their deep care for quality and authenticity.||We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend time together and explore the region!

Always terrific. Beautiful location, excellent staff and attention, magnificent pool and very interesting area to explore. Close to SE sandy beaches and rock cove swimming, the Sicilian Baroque towns with their superb architecture, foodie paradise and not crowded.

Masseria Della Volpe was the highlight of our Sicily trip. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the on-site restaurant, Codarossa…delicious food in a beautiful setting. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond when we had a flat tire. What could have been a stressful day turned into a smooth, easy experience thanks to their amazing support. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed a 10-day stay at the hotel and had the best and most relaxing time, can really recommend it! The staff was lovely and the food of high quality with (mostly) ingredients from the garden. We will definitely come back!

Had a wonderful two night stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and very comfortable bed and pillows. The resort is really peaceful and the sun loungers are fantastic. A great place to relax and unwind. Would happily come back again. My only criticism is that the food was a bit hit and miss - a great meal the first night but not so good the second - my friend ordered a green salad and it was just a bowl of chopped up iceberg lettuce!

We had four nights at this beautifully renovated masseria, and enjoyed our stay in relaxed surroundings around the extensive estate. There is a large pool, pool bar and small gym, and a good walk can be done around the perimeter of the estate amongst olives and fruit trees. The wonderfully located and peaceful panoramic viewing point which is equipped with comfortable seating and canopy well away from everything was much enjoyed by us. ||The restaurant food was also much enjoyed, although wines, whilst good, we found quite pricey. The menu is varied and offers some excellent choices. I would recommend the fish cooked in salt casing, which was really nice and served with much theatre. Also welcome was the barbecue night when we chose a huge and delicious steak which was truly wonderful. On one night we made a change and ate out at neighbouring Rosolini, a small town close by where we were able to find something different. ||Our room opening onto the shelter of the courtyard was spacious and well equipped, as was the bathroom. ||Whilst there is a pool bar, it is not always manned, although you can call someone easily enough. It’s a bit strange that there is no other bar area, except for a small space with a few comfortable chairs behind a screen in the restaurant. ||Staff were always friendly and welcoming. ||Breakfasts were attractively laid out and offered good choices, although the usual buffet scrambled eggs were less delicious. Special orders were available at extra cost, but it would have been nice to have those options available within the breakfast price rather than as extras.

A truly lovely place to stay. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is wonderful (and good value at 16 euros per person), the bed was insanely comfortable and our room was very quiet. The Masseria is beautiful, we wandered around the fruit orchard and the olive trees and played basketball on their tennis court! Pool is enormous and it's never very busy. Nothing is a problem! Oh except for our first day, when we visited the pool bar and were excited to see granita on the menu. Sadly, we were told by the manager very seriously that 'it's too cold for granita now, we've moved on to cappucino'. That's fine for you - but I am the customer, I'm on my holiday and it's 27c! Almost every other cafe was still serving granita. And if you are no longer serving it, maybe take it off the menu? The only other disappointment was the lack of any kettle, tea or coffee making option in the room, which I haven't seen for years and was missed dearly. But the pros more than outweighed the cons - this is a charming and luxurious place with really lovely people and perfect for a relaxing retreat.
