"Chef Giorgia Eugenia Goggi offers a unique and authentic gastronomic experience that focuses on fresh ingredients (mostly vegetables), many of which are sourced from small organic gardens. The 90€ menu celebrates Mediterranean cuisine to the full, with colourful dishes that are full of flavour and in which the freshness of the ingredients is allowed to shine through. The beautifully kept, rustic dining room provides an ideal setting for an unforgettable dinner, while the selection of natural Italian wines offers the perfect accompaniment to the chef’s dishes, further enhancing your dining experience. There are six comfortable guestrooms available should you wish to extend your stay and immerse yourself in these peaceful rural surroundings. Booking in advance is highly recommended given the restaurant’s popularity and unique appeal." - Michelin Inspector

We rented Masseria Moroseta for three nights to celebrate our wedding, and it was truly amazing.||The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always on hand if we needed anything, but never intrusive. It was the perfect balance, making the Masseria feel like a home away from home and allowing us to truly relax.||Every detail of the property is thoughtfully curated, from the luxurious bed linens to the glassware and artisan plates. The property is immaculate. Each room is different yet beautifully designed, and the overall attention to detail is just one of the many reasons Moroseta is so special. ||The food throughout the weekend was outstanding. Breakfast was without a doubt the best we have ever had. We were also fortunate to enjoy a private BBQ and our wedding dinner. Everything we ate was exquisite in both taste and presentation. It was clear that only the highest quality ingredients were used. Georgia and the rest of the kitchen team are incredibly talented.||We have visited Puglia for many years, and to us, Masseria Moroseta is the very best of the region. Nestled in the countryside yet a short distance to Ostuni, it's the perfect tranquil spot. ||A special thank you to Anete, Georgia, and of course Carlo for making our stay so memorable. Masseria Moroseta is truly a unique and exceptional place. It was a dream stay, and we cannot wait to return.

My husband and I, along with 6 other friends, recently stayed at Masseria Moroseta for 3 nights in mid October. If you are looking for a quiet get-away, with impeccable food, gorgous design and friendly staff, I highly recommend Moroseta. The rooms, while basic, are comfortable and beautiful in their simplicity. The private outdoor patio is a nice touch and perfect for morning coffee or an evening aperitivo. The grounds itself are beautiful. The infinity pool that looks over the olive grove, the sitting area by the fireplace, the white washed walls, all picture perfect. But the food is next level. We did dinner on-site one night and had an incredible tasting menu + wine pairing, where each dish continued to beat the last. The breakfast was insane. The thoughtfulness of the plating, the creativity to use the same ingredients in different ways each morning kept the flavours new and exciting. It was hard to not take a photo of each dish being more colourful than the last. After the first few courses of breakfast we were surprised that there was still more to come. It was the only time our entire vacation we made absolutely certain to not miss breakfast. Valeria and her team were kind, hospitable and an absolute pleasure to interact with. We will definitely be back during the summer season to experience dining under the stars.

We recently got married at Moroseta and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. Everything about the venue is so perfect - the rooms, the pool, the decor, the food. As we were organising this all the way from Australia, our wonderful planner Santa worked closely with Anete, Giulia and the team to answer any questions we had regarding food and wine selection. Chef Giorgia’s food exceeded all expectations. From a service perspective, everything ran so seamlessly on the wedding day - they truly put everything into executing a perfect event. We can’t wait to come back. A big thank you to the whole Moroseta team!

My fiancée and I had an unforgettable few days at Masseria Moroseta, where breathtaking natural beauty, sublime architectural design, elevated cuisine, and a proudly hospitable team of staff come together to create an unparalleled Pugliese experience. A special shoutout to Giulia, whose encyclopedic wine knowledge we made thorough use of, and Dom, who made the start to every day special with his curated breakfast service and hand-crafted juices (not to mention his mixology talents later on in the day). You cannot speak about Masseria Moroseta without mentioning its kitchen — eat on site as much as you can, you will not regret it.

You do not often encounter a perfect combination of fantastic architecture, considered service, incredible landscapes, and extraordinary food, but Masseria Moroseta has all this and more. The beds were excellent, the gym facilities were great for training in the morning, and the food was top-notch. Masseria made us want to spend our days in Ostuni at the house, by the pool, enjoying one of the many treats they offered, and practising the lost art of slowing down during a holiday. Carlo and his team have done an excellent job creating the perfect luxury farmhouse that I can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely stunning spot! We couldn’t book a room at Moroseta this time, but Marco (Marco, we love you sm!) kindly secured us a place at the blind tasting dinner. The setting was gorgeous, the people were so welcoming, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was made even better by our great companies, and of course, Brando the bulldog completely stole the show. Adored every moment and will definitely try to book a stay here on our next visit to Ostuni!

We came to Masseria Moroseta for dinner and were seriously disappointed. The hotel is beautiful with a great atmosphere — but dinner was literally a collection of tiny vegetable dishes. For a 110€ per person dinner… our main dish was… drum roll… a small plate of grilled carrots. I seriously thought they had brought out our side dishes when they served the main. In total for 110€ (excluding drinks) we had 3 slices of bread, some tomatoes, a zucchini, and the “grand” carrots. They also served a cup of pasta — super sour and fennel-forward. This is the greatest rip off of my life, and I once paid 50€ for a 5 minute canal ride in Venice.

Have dreamed of visiting Masseria Moroseta for 5+ years and finally made it this August – it was even better than my (high) expectations. Carlo and the whole team made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and I truly didn't want to leave. The setting is stunning (the area has so many gems to explore but you'll find it hard to tear yourself away from the pool) and the atmosphere is very special. I hope I'll make it back again soon – I'll certainly be thinking of it for a long time to come.
