Masseria Moroseta

We chose Masseria Moroseta to celebrate my partner’s birthday with dinner at Moroseta Kitchen and it turned out to be one of the most special evenings of our trip. Everything felt perfectly curated. The space itself is stunning, both inside and out. The dinner was a full experience. The transformation of fresh ingredients (many from their own garden) into creative dishes was impressive. Every plate was beautifully presented and thoughtfully paired with local wines. The team explained the reasons behind each pairing, which made us appreciate it even more. An experience not to be missed (make sure to book 2 months in advance).

Where do I even begin? Masseria Moroseta is one of those dream accommodations that somehow manages to be even better in real life. From the stunning grounds to the beautifully designed rooms and incredible food, every detail is pure perfection. And speaking of the food breakfast each morning was unforgettable. It’s something I’ll be thinking about for a long time. A special shoutout to Domenico and Matteo, who were truly one of the highlights of our stay. Their thoughtful recommendations, warm conversations, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend if you ever find yourself visiting Ostuni!!

We wanted this to be amazing considering it was €120 pp, but it isn't. If your idea of an amazing dinner is just visuals and setting then this is the place for you, because the food is so average. Maybe we got them on an off night because the couple next to us were talking to us about how mid they thought it was too. To be served a main of Japanese chicken sticks on a farm in Italy is just odd. The cheese dish with lemon and cucumber was so poorly balanced. The highlight was a starter that was peaches with Korean seasoning- again why not serve Italian food to people visiting Italy. Wouldn't recommend and even if we spent €20 euro each we still wouldn't go back. Maybe I don't get it or don't have the pallet for this place, but there's just so much better food around to not mess around with this place for 3 hours.

Outstanding, beyond all expectation! From the moment we arrived, until we left, we were made to feel at home. The staff are all so passionate, and every detail is considered. The food is incredible, in particular, the breakfast. Every dish is a work of art, starting with Dom's delicious fresh juice combinations! 10/10 thank you! Simple elegance creating a calm oasis. This was the most incredible place I have ever stayed. There isn't much else to say, the location was perfect, the staff were attentive, food exceptional, pool pristine, drinks wonderful, I could go on and on. ||I was at Masseria Moroseta for 3 nights, one of them being my sister's wedding, everyone had a wonderful time.

A real highlight of our holiday. The masseria is situated in a stunning setting outside of Ostuni. We had a wonderful greeting by Alessio and the whole team. Our night started with a tasty Moroseta Spritz (10/10) and some delicious olives, followed by a cooked oyster with peach, Wonderful. The whole meal & each of the wine pairing were faultless with the story of each course and wine pairing were the cherry on top. A fantastic culinary experience, definitely top of my to do list of any holiday in Puglia. 100% will be back

Masseria Moroseta is a place of rare beauty and warmth. The peaceful atmosphere, incredible food from their own garden, and the kindness of the team made me feel truly at home. A stay that nourishes both body and soul — unforgettable.

We stayed at Masseria for 4 nights this past June and it was perfect. First of all, it is in a prime location if you want a quiet setting but only 10 minute drive to a town. The town of Ostuni, the white city on a hill, is the perfect driving distance for late night dinners, day trips, etc. The property is only 6 rooms so it always feel very private. The grounds are stunning and the complimentary breakfast was always so delicious. Dominico made our juices every morning and I’ve never had a better fruit juice. He would come up with some amazing concoctions like water lemon and rosemary. Every morning he made a different juice and we loved them all. He would always make us guess what was in the juice and we never got it right haha. The rooms are simple but so beautifully decorated. We slept with our door open every night and had the pleasure of being greeted every morning by the English bull dog on the property. The pool was a dream. We would do day trips around Puglia and come back at 3pm to spend some time at the pool and enjoy some snacks, and it was the perfect flow. I can’t wait to come back!
